Before Anki drove, he reached over and pulled a bandana out of the glove box. "Here, Put this on, don't want to ruin the surprise too early." He smiled and went to pull out of the drive while Tenke put the bandana over his eyes. "No peeking, we'll be there shortly." Anki glanced down, catching Tenke lifting his paw to lift the blindfold a little to glance from underneath the fabric. All that the folf had caught was the wolf, seeing the short jeans that cut high on his thighs and the jacket over a denim overcoat that covered a plain black tank-top.

The wolf purposely drove around the block for a few minutes, changing directions to confused the blind folf before heading out to their destination. It took them a few minutes and a couple of warning growls from the wolf before they finally pulled up into the parking lot. Anki guided Tenke inside and setting him down in a booth. "We're here. Happy birthday, Foxie." He said and pulled the blindfold off.

Tenke blinked to adjust to the light again, and gasped at the sight before him once it was in focus. The table was already set with two plates placed in front of the two canines. A giant, meat ridden pizza was placed in the center of the table with a large bowl of half and half pasta salad, and on the other side was a large wedge of cheesecake. Tenke stared wide eyed, his jaw hanging open. He licked his lips before turning back to the wolf. "G-Gods, Anki, this is amazing, How'd you get all this?" He lowered his ears and gave off a small whine.

"Don't worry yourself about that, Foxie. Enjoy, sit back and indulge yourself." The wolf teased and grabbed his first slice of pizza. "So, twenty-two, huh? I feels so long since I've been that young. Enjoy it while it lasts"

"Come on, You're only two years older than me." Tenke said while he was piling a heap of salad on his plate.

"True. Well it was one of my crazier years I'd have to say, I'd just gotten out of my father's house and just kinda hit on everyone my eyes laid eyes on." He said, a light pink hue showing up under his fur as he ate. "I'm completely different now of course, I'm looking to settle down. Sooner or later." He stuck out his tongue playfully before taking a drink from his soda.

Tenke chuckled. "Yeah, I bet you are." He said sarcasticly between bites. "But honestly, doesn't feel to much different. Although tonight....so far one of the better ones I've had in a long while." He sighed and flicked his tail about in his lap. "Thank you, Anki."

The wolf smiled and started on a new piece of pizza. "Don't mention it, Foxie." He smiled and winked at the folf. When their meal was almost done, Anki reached over into his jacket and grabbed a wrapped box from his jacket. "Here, I almost forgot. Happy birthday." He smiled and handed it to the younger canine

Tenke nearly spilled a fork-load of pasta onto his lap as he glanced over at the box. He quickly ate it, swallowing and accepted the present once he laid his fork on the table. "What'd ya get me?" He joked and carefully peeled back the wrapping. Opening the box, Tenke's jaw dropped, eyes widened greatly; inside was a beautiful bangle of a light silver-gold color. On its face was an embossed Eye of Horus standing up from its surface. Tenke picked up the light metal bracer and rolled it around lightly in his paws and looked up at Anki "Where'd you get something like this. It's amazing." He whispered and slipped it on, surprised that it was a perfect fit for his wrist.

"A friend of mine does this kind of metal work. It's not much, but I hope you enjoy it." Anki smiled and pulled the large slice of cheek cake between them.

Meeting the light blue eyes of the wolf with his own luminescent green eyes, Tenke felt his cheeks flush instantly as Anki grabbed a fork. Watching him cut a piece off of it, the wolf lifted the fork to Tenke's muzzle only made his cheeks bur hotter. He turned his head down slightly to feel a claw teasing over his jaw, moving back towards his neck slightly. Closing his eyes, Tenke dropped his paw down and gently touched Anki's forearm, letting his fingers tease just under the rolled up sleeve of the wolf's shirt. "You're so cute foxie." He heard the wolf speak. He opened his muzzle to reply but had the fork tip the cake into his muzzle. Tenke honestly didn't think his cheeks could get any redder than they were right now, and if they tried they'd probably be bruised forever. He pulled back and smiled softly as he chewed the soft cheesecake. Tenke savored the sweet flavor as he watched Anki take his own piece. They took turns having pieces of the cheesecake until the plate was clean.

Tenke leaned back and rubbed his belly lightly as Anki pushed the plate away. "That was so good. Too bad I'm stuffed. I don't think I can move right now." He groaned and flickered his tail in his lap again.

Anki chuckled. "Yeah it was, but the night's not over yet" He smiled and got up, taking Tenke's paw and helped him back to the car.

"O-Oh gods, Not so fast. So full." the male groaned again as they got into the car and drove off. Tenke continued to rub his belly as the wind flowed through his hair. He sighed and smiled, tilting his head to look at the wolf as they drove through the city. "That was amazing Anki, that was the most wonderful birthday I've ever had. Thank you." He smiled/

The taller canine chuckled and reached over, hooking an arm around Tenke's waist and pulled him closer on the bench seat. "No need to thank me pup, it was my pleasure." He smiled and rubbed small circles into the male's hip. They continued to drive out of the city for quite a while. Turning off onto a dirt road, Anki carefully made his way through the curving dirt roads that took them high into the mountains that over looked the city. He turned onto a flat spot just off the road and turned off the car and sat in silence for a second. Looking over the hood of the camaro, the pair of canines could see the entire city lit up brightly. The main street ran down the middle of the hood, making it look very much like a runway. "It's been a long time since we've been up here, huh? Doesn't seem like it's changed at all." Anki said after the silence.

Tenke nodded and leaned into the males body. It has been, the pair of them hadn't been up to this overlook since they had first hung out; back when Tenke was still in high school. The folf closed his eyes after a while and ran his paws lightly over the fabric of Anki's shirt. The wolf's murrs sounded out above him, making his own vulpine murrs grow to join the lupine's. He was pushed away after a little bit, a click could be heard and the seat back fell backwards. The seats fit together perfectly, making it appear that there was a mattress in the cab of Anki's Camero. The wolf leaned back and sighed heavily, patting his chest lightly in offer for Tenke, who gladly accepted. "Gods, I can't imagine how this night could get any better. It feels like it's a dream, I'm afraid that I'll wake up in bed...." He said and lowered his ears.

Anki chuckled and gently pet the folf's hair, one of his motions pulling the scrunchy off to let his hair fall freely. "It's okay pup, you're not dreaming. It's all real." he smiled as the folf shifted, pressing into his side.

"I honestly can't believe that you're still single. You're one of the sweetest guys I've ever met." Tenke whispered.

"Well I just haven't found the right one for me yet." Tenke felt his hear sink at the wolf's words.

He lifted his head to look the wolf in the eyes. "R-Really? Well I hope that you do find your one. I thought it was Kiyka but....look where that---" He cut himself short "Sorry, bad topic for a date. N-Not that I-I'm saying.." He was interrupted by the wolf's paw lifting his head back up.

"Heh I don't mind you saying." He said softly. "But to be honest. I have kind of have found someone that I'm interested in. And I think that he has some interest in me too." He chuckled and continued to hold Tenke close to him.

The younger folf felt the male's paws stroking up and down his back. He felt his heart float at the wolf's words, but at the same time sank into his stomach like a lead weight. "O-Oh? That komodo wasn't too bad." He said softly, trying his best to not sound desperate.

The wolf pull him up and over to lay fully on the broad chest. He heard the younger canine gasp and look up at him, his cheeks flushed brightly. "Oh you silly puppy. Do I really have to spell it out for you?" He teased and traced his jawline with a claw, cupping the male's muzzle he pressed his lips to Tenke's, a light murring sounding out from the pair of canines.

Tenke woke up the next morning, shuddering slightly. He groaned as he felt the cool misty morning air touch his fur. He brushed his paw against the bare chest that his head lay on. The pair had stayed out on the ridge the entire night. Looking up he saw that Anki had pulled the roof back up sometime last night after he'd fallen asleep. He blushed brightly and sat up, holding the blanket to his nude form. His ear turned back as he heard Anki groan and shift around behind him.

"Morning, Foxie." The wolf smiled, not bothering to cover up himself.

"M-Morning, Anki." He stuttered, unable to find anymore words that he wanted to say, something he let Anki know quickly. "I-I don't know what to say."

"You don't have to say anything, pup." he said and sat up pulling the male close to him again. "I have that impression with others too." He joked, his smile fading after a few moments, feeling something was a bit off. "Is everything okay?" the wolf whispered and brushed Tenke's cheek with his thumb.

"Y-Yeah."

"Hmm If you're sure. I don't want to pry. You just speak whenever you're ready." The wolf kissed Tenke's head. The folf couldn't help but smiled when he felt the caring aura that Anki gave off, it was warm and inviting. He loved how he never pushed him, be it now or last night. They both pulled their clothes on before Anki fired up the vehicle again and drove back into the city. "Did you want to come back to my place, or did you want to head home?" Anki asked as they crossed the city limits, his open shirt flapping with the wind flying in through the window.

Tenke took a few moments to reply before nodding. "Y-Yeah I'm ready to head home..." He whispered. "Listen about last night..." Tenke's words caught in his throat. He bit his lip as Anki turned his head for a second.

"It's okay Tenke, I understand if--"

"No I enjoyed myself...thoroughly. I'm just afraid if I'm going to quick..." He whispered "I love you, Anki. Everything about you but I'm..." Tenke rubbed his thighs slightly.

"Scared?" Anki glanced over again, seeing Tenke nod. "It's okay, Tenke. Everybody needs different amounts of time. If you're not ready, I understand. I want you to take your time and make sure you're ready." He just finished the sentence as he parked in Tenke's parking lot. "I'll be here for you, Even if you decide to go another way." He turned the car off and smiled, turning to Tenke.

Tenke looked up into the male's eyes. He saw a small bit of hurt on the surface of Anki's eyes, But past that was the caring that the wolf held for the folf. Tenke nodded. "Okay. Thank you Anki, I love you." He said again and slid over, hugging Anki around the middle tightly, pecking the wolf's cheek. "I'll see you later?"

"Of course. Have a good day, Foxie." Anki smiled as Tenke slid out of his car and looked through the window.

"I will, You too." He said and waved, a smile returning to his muzzle as he walked into his apartment, unable to help himself from swaying his hips and glancing back at the wolf before closing the door behind him.

He stood at the door as he heard the camaro start up and drive off. He walked through the living room and into his room to meet the sight of a sleeping feline in his bed, the clothes piled carefully to one side. Keerka had indeed tried on some of the clothing, and was currently wearing a deep purple bra and panties to match as he snuggled against Tenke's mountain lion. Tenke shook his head and reached down to gently pet the male's head, hearing purrs grow quickly, before turning to his closet and gathering a new set of his own clothes. He silently closed the door again and stepped into the bathroom.

The folf sighed heavily as the hot water blasted his fur, cleaning out his fur from the previous night's antics. He turned around to face away from the shower head after changing it to a massaging setting. He enjoyed the feeling of the water pounding away any stiffness his muscles had. He wished he could stay in the shower most of the day, but that thought was dismissed by a knocking at the door. "One minute!" He called out and quickly turned off the water. He reached out for a towel when the door creaked open. Tenke let out a sharp yelp of surprise and pulled his arm back in, shutting the smoked glass door and turned to face away from the door. "Keerka?" He asked.

"No, It's me." Ishtaar said and stepped in.

"Can't you wait?"

"It's not like I've seen you naked. But I just wanted to say something before I go to work." Ishtaar paused for a second.

"What is it?" Tenke lowered his ears and glanced over his shoulder to see the black wolf's silhouette.

"I see you came back just a little while ago. Did you go back to his place?" The wolf asked.

Tenke couldn't pick out any tone with the male's voice, he shrugged and shook his head shortly. "No. We were out all night." He told the wolf.

"I see, so why is his scent so strong in the air? You must have done something to get it this thick." He said, scrunching his nose.

"Why does it matter? It's none of your business what we did. Why are you being so cynical about him, it's not like you and I are dating." Tenke said, his heart beating out of rhythm as anger took hold of him. The folf turned around and barked at Ishtaar through the glass. "Why are you acting like this after only two days? I thought you were happy for me and him getting together?"

"Tenke, I've been giving it some thought and I've been talking, Anki's not all he's cracked up to be. Seilt has seen him hitting on several others. And he's a known horn-dog after the next piece of meat he can get."

Ishtaar's words cut through him like knives. He was holding back sobs at this point, tears rolling down his cheeks in waves. "Go, Ishtaar! He's not like that, he'd never do anything to hurt me!" Tenke's yips were sharp, hoping to drive off the wolf as fast as possible. Fortunately for Tenke it works and Ishtaar turns away, shaking his hands and head as to say whatever. Tenke's body shakes as he hears the door slam. Finally he breaks down and starts sobbing, his body leaned back and slid down the tiled wall.

He was sitting there in the tub for a good while before he heard another door open and shut, "Tenke?" came the young feline's voice.

Tenke sniffed sharply and rubbed his eyes of any tears. "O-Oh hey, Keerka, you're up. I-I didn't wake you did I?" He said softly seeing the boy's form on the other side of the glass shake his head side to side.

"No, you didn't. Is everything okay?" he said as he stepped a little bit closer but paused in front of the sink and stepped from paw to paw.

"Yeah- No...I don't know." He said shortly and made to stand up on his shaking legs. "Can you hand me a towel?" Tenke asked in a whisper. Keerka grabbed one off of the rack and stepped up to the door, cracking it enough to reach his arm in with the towel. "Thanks, little buddy." He smiled and tied it around his waist before stepping out. Keerka was now dressed in his boy clothes. "I-I'm not sure if you heard any of that... but Ishtaar's not going to be happy with me for a while." He said, trying to make the situation seem a bit better than it was, more for his own sake rather than Keerka's.

"Yeah? I-I didn't know or not if I was dreaming but I did hear someone yelling..." the panther said softly

"It probably was Ishtaar. He's saying things about Anki. Things I don't want to believe are true. For me it's too early to be even having those thoughts. I trust him. It really hurt to hear Ishtaar say those things, and I'm not sure if he's doing it now out of jealousy or what. Why do men have to be such jerks?"

Keerka shrugged "I honestly don't know. I've never gotten the chance to meet anyone besides my brother. Don't worry about it. As long as you trust Anki, I'm sure that's all you need." The panther kitten smiled, trying to cheer up the older canine.

"Heh, you're right, Keerka, I do trust him. He promised." Tenke smiled and pet him on the head and got up, grabbing his clothes. "So how'd you enjoy the clothes?" His smile widened and couldn't help but giggle as the feline's tail fluffed up and his cheeks burned bright red under his fur as they walked into the living room.
