Rise of Dawn
#1 of Dusk falls
This is just a beginning teaser, there will be more,it will be a rather large story, i hope to have about ten segments, before i finish. So, if you like dragons, read this.
The luna scale invasion came fast, and the sol scale tribe was unprepared. When the city was struck, everyone panicked. It was a peaceful tribe, that didn't have a reason to attack any others, and the first thing they did when they were attacked, was try to hide there eggs, the battle was short, and every single dragon in the tribe died, and so was thought every single egg as well, but one survived, later to be found by A copper scale dragon, who was sent before anyone knew of the war, and was the first to see what had happened. He dug around, looking for survivors, any sign of life, but found nothing,. He was about to give up, when he saw a faint glow, glow means eggs, and that was important to him, but he knew something was off, sol scales eggs glowed pure gold, and the glow he saw, was a blue, in fact, so blue, it almost hurt his sharp eyes. He took the egg, nevertheless, back to his village, where it hatched, yet sadly, some shunned the dragonet, and he was forced to leave it in the forest, where he would never see it again.
(127 years later)...
"Dawn, are you sure you want to leave?" His father asked sadly. "Do i really have a choice?" Dawn said. His father turned away, walked back to there home, and came back out with a set of dragon armor. " i don't think ill need that." He pointed out. "I think you will, so take it." And Dawn replied, "Oh fine..." After that he left, as he was un-welcome in the village, do to being framed for something he didn't do. He lifted off, and flew in a random direction, never to look back again.

I flew toward a valley, that reminded me of the forest i grew up in, though I was blue, i had grown up in the forest and survived, even with the most noticeable scales in the world. The valley, looked like a tiny forest, but it was surrounded on all sides, by mountains, it looked kind of like a bowl. I landed curled up on the ground, and fell asleep. Though, when i woke up, it was not day, and it was to the noise of wingbeats, and the clanking rustle of dragon armor, he quickly got up, and started moving to a small more sheltered spot and waited for the dragon to fly by, but it didn't, it landed, and sniffed around the area, it was a silver scale, they could smell another dragon from miles away. I held my breath, i found that silver scales tend to be a bit bloodthirsty, and i didn't want to get in a fight with one, especially one with armor, the dragon walked toward where i was hiding, sniffed so hard at my sent that it took leaves off of the bush I was hiding behind, and he sneezed so hard it scared the birds out of trees for a mile all around. He had found me. He reached his front talon through the bush and tried to grab me, but i dodged and he tore the whole bush out of the ground, exposing me, and my radiant, now in danger blue scales, but he not looked surprised when he saw me, i found it odd he didn't call for others, they always travel in groups, but this one seemed to be alone. He pulled me up, and said "Hey" and i was dum-struck, he had just sniffed half a bush up his nose, to say "hey"??? I just stood, and gaped dumbly at what he had just done.
After that day, we got along well, and we started out, looking for adventure, in hopes, of a good time
