I was working on story that got pretty personal to me due to life events, though I won't go into details here. That story is my way of expressing certain fears I had at the time molding it into that story in a different supernatural situation but with similar emotions. That story will be completed and posted soon after some extra tweaking.

Until then; I decided to lighten up the mood slightly with delving into the circumstances for our titular cursed character Elise experiencing the loss of control and embrace of her new feral animal side becoming a Werewolf for the first time...completely. Might write a extra story before this event that tells of her struggle with her sanity while succumbing to primal urges before the first full moon.

This is part one of two (or three). Part two posting shortly.

The unbearable awareness of sticky humidity and peculiar tightness underneath her clothes, abnormally abrasive and overly warm despite the cool night air, gnawed away at Elise’s fracturing psyche almost as much as the alien primal exhilaration arousing a unthinkable need to act and behave like an animal, almost like the dogs from the park this past week yet much more wild. The urgency to yield to canine instincts she never thought she had were waning on taught human sensibility and etiquette; hazy animal desires drawing her deeper into the lesser known outskirts of the forest, staggering feet hurrying on their own accord with each step pushing harder forward wishing to burst into an excited run.

What’s happening to me? Elise dimly questioned, the earnestness for an answer to her abnormal deep longing to slip away into such beastly temptations progressively diminishing as the bilious churning of wild anticipation ignited a blistering fire within her entire being; trembling clutched fingers raking at her sweat moistened dress clinging irritably to her heated strawberry flush skin. Why am I getting so hot? My clothes…I can’t stand wearing them anymore; it feels awkward and wrong. My body aches so much; I feel like I need to be lower to the ground, to be on all fours. My head…it feels like someone is trying to tear open my skull; my face is throbbing, pulsating with pressure like my hands and feet…like every part of my body!

_ _ The inhuman animal yearnings were unlike the innocent impulses Elise had become aware of since recovering from her latest tormenting illness, no doubt brought on due to a possible infection from the feral dog that had attacked and bitten her almost a month to this day. She had dealt with being sick before, more often than any person could stand; most of her teen years were spent bedridden occasionally requiring multiple hospital visits to help mend. This fever; however, had quickly become excruciating to the point of devious torture, shamefully once or twice considering seeking a way out from the pain that would end it, and her life, permanently.

Miraculously; the fever passed within less than a week and quite suddenly, and it somehow had made Elise stronger and vivacious than ever. Though her frame retained its slender petite figure and size, toned muscles adding to her renewed athletic physique were quite noticeable. It was difficult to explain to Elise’s parents and friends how she had become physically fit in such a short amount of time, but; luckily, they all simply approved her newfound health, complementing further Elise’s radiance and beauty as if it was the first time being awestricken by her appearance. She remembered how stunned and bashful her best male friend Joel became, chuckling amusingly whenever she caught his attempts at hiding his apparent enchantment.

Such a mysterious gift soon revealed its unusual side-effects as the month went on, developing a desirable habit to work out her new athletic body escaping onto the streets for brisk jogs and long runs, finding she could sprint for a long time without needing a break; savoring the odd primal pleasure experienced from them. Elise’s appetite had changed as well developing a weird ravenous craving for meat, the smell of freshly cooked steak and pork not nearly as delectable then when left raw and hot. It should have bothered Elise when she tore violently into a microwaved slab of tenderloin a few nights ago, the meat hot enough yet still dripping raw blood to satisfy her animal craving, instead feeling disappointed that the taste of her meal was left unsweetened without the thrill of the hunt.

Elise was uncertain if she was simply becoming being affected by the onset of a new illness, wishing to brush off her erratic behavior and urges as some sort of PTSD from being attacked by that vicious dog. She had returned to the park where the stretch of land intersected with the woodland boundaries of town once since then, manmade hiking trails circling around parts of the forest for fans of the outdoors her favorite place to slip away from irritable people and the claustrophobia of the daunting city life. Nerves kept Elise from entering the forest, conflicted by the fear of being attacked again though also from a maddening longing to return, as if the wild was calling. Being so close to the woods again instilled a second unforgettable wave of animal desires, thoughts clouded with images of running on all fours freely only in her fur and tail; howling proudly to a majestic full moon.

That day; not so long ago either, was the first time Elise surrendered to the secret animal side eager to be released, fleeing back into the forest without fear of running into the foreboding creature. It felt fantastic to run as always, panting much like an excited dog as she followed the hiker’s path. Sprinting as far as her legs could carry her; Elise eventually stopped to catch her breath and recover her energy, dropping to her hands and knees wishing to stretch out her body like this, finding it almost natural to be in this position.

I feel like I did then…only without the mind-numbing ache Elise recalled vaguely, her memories up this point difficult to remember being wracked with pain. Elise remembered detecting the presence of other feral or wandering dogs nearby, eventually seeking the elatedly tame mutts out and interacting with them; playing, chasing and wrestling with them until they suddenly turned weary and shy leaving her alone. She remembered taking a bath at some point before the rest of her memories became clear again, hanging out with Joel and immensely enjoying his company. It was due to his observation that alerted Elise to her heightened canine behavior even in public, timidly pointing out the strangeness of her barking and whining sounding her emotions; sheepishly noting how her rump wiggled excitedly as if wagging her tail, or the bizarre act of affection whenever she nuzzled and licked Joel.

Why? Why do I feel this way? Why do I want to be a dog? A dog…no, that doesn’t sound right. I feel like…something else.

Elise; incredibly embarrassed by her urges and behaviors, tried as best as she could to suppress them from taking over again, having to remind herself often she is a human woman and not a wild bitch. But these instincts were growing more powerful overtime, shuddering constantly in anticipation when the urges grew worse. Something primal and restless was surfacing from within, and it started to affect her body aching little by little for something to happen; to change, until this very night.

It was impossible for Elise to ignore the insane pining to escape back to the forest like before, ultimately sneaking out from her house racing as fast as she could to the park. Wild eyes often became entranced by the sight of the full moon gazing down upon her, this drive to bathe under its pale light once more guiding her current shuffling pace to the nearest grove where its rays showered openly through the forest’s canopy.

This is a dream. I’ve fallen ill again to that horrible fever. I…I want to let it take me; embrace the idea that I’m a dog…an animal. Why do I want this? What’s wrong with me?

Elise lurched dizzily towards the closest tree hugging the wide girth of its massive trunk desperately to regain her balance, lightheaded from the bizarre primal urges attacking her mind and the increased arousing thrill that sang its gospel throughout her sweltering body leaving her in labored breathing; her heart pounding rapidly against her chest. Trying to flex and stretch her limbs and muscles to help relieve the building knots of tension only seemed to make the animalistic sensations worse, terrified at the feeling of slowly submitting to such inhuman cravings driving Elise mad; letting loose the monstrous yearnings growing inside rise closer to the surface.

Oh no…this isn’t right. But…it feels so good; the pain is only justifying how much I want this. I feel like I’m…I’m being set…free. But I don’t understand. Why do I want to be an animal so much? I’m human; I’m not a do…d…

The unblemished sounds of sickly crunches of bone and strained stretching flesh and muscle brought Elise’s attention to her tree grasping hands first before the throbbing ache of their impossible remolding, whimpering as hot teary eyes gawked in frightful astonishment of her hands elongating; the fingers engorging into familiar paw-like digits. Her similarly aching mouth hung open wide in disbelief while her fingernails cracked and torn loose from the tips, dark bloodstained thick claws growing out in their place.

Oh my god! Elise screamed, unable to say them verbally as distinct canine whining and heavy breathing took up her strength mustarding what little energy she still had to swing her back against the tree. Dread; unlike anything Elise has ever felt, dulled any sensation of optimism and hope still left, instinctively gazing up past the thick leaves shielding the night sky as the earlier longing to glimpse the full moon’s company stoked the primal urges begging her to concede; zealously kneading her new claws over the rough bark of the tree sensing the ghastly eagerness to dig such atrocious instruments into something meaty.

“N-no…Please no!” She finally cried between heavy shallow breaths and moans, gradually starting to comprehend her nightmarish situation as the rest of her body began to ache and contort in similar fashion from her deformed hands, the horrible popping of her bones resonating from a swelling chest and lengthening arched spine behind drilling the unwanted epiphany into her consciousness. “It’s…not true. It can’t be…real. That would mean…that thing…really was a...a…”

Fragile pieces of faint memories began to swim in her fevered state of mind, recalling the night the creature that crossed Elise’s path only one month ago that had turned her already melancholy life upside down. If not for her habitual and naïve sense of safety to hide away within the town’s woodlands, Elise would have never fallen victim to the bite of what she thought had been by a wily stray dog.

Part of her consciousness struggling against the beastly influence began to blame herself for not relying more on her loving parents; on the companionship of her friends, especially the unyielding loyalty of her closest male friend Joel. But the curse of her self-loathing from lingering depression waiting to return and ruin her confidence and self-worth easily crippled Elise as always.

Why…why can’t this bullshit leave me alone? I just wanted to find my place in this world; have some kind of happy accomplishment. Why is that so hard? Why am I marked to be the universe’s punching bag?

Those feelings of worthlessness that drove Elise to disappear into the forest that night had been a combination of unwelcoming random moments of clumsiness or poor timing, breaking equipment that constantly denied doing its proper function when it was supposed to. She felt as if everything and everyone were against her performing her assigned job, receiving little support or guidance from her coworkers; feeling as if she was just a pest. The icing on the cake; though, was layered thickly due to being haunted by on-going harassment from one of her fellow employees, subjected to perverse taunts verbal and physical in unsociably erroneous ways. Despite her repeated objections, Elise continued to be hounded by this incestuous vermin believing he could get away with treating her like some kind of trophy; like a whore.

Elise knew she had to do something about the prick, contemplating telling her grievances in search of direction. But the inflexible depression made her believe that nothing better would come of seeking help. If Elise told her parents she assumed the only guidance they could offer is reporting the coworker and urge their daughter to seek new employment, fearing it would only exasperate the problem; new jobs already hard to come by in this day of age. Telling her girlfriends may garner authentic support and concern, but they wouldn’t know how to make the problem completely go away; advice and hugs not exactly what she needs to make her sadness end. Talking to her boss would be inexcusable not only because most of Elise’s co-workers seemed to not care about what goes on but turning to another empowered party would only validate her worthlessness to take care of herself.

And asking Joel…his unrelenting stubbornness to rectify the situation causing Elise’s strife would most likely see him rush straight to the asshole and kick his ass, but as favorable to witness Joel would surely get arrested and fined; possibly sent to jail for what would feel to be a just assault. Elise wouldn’t forgive herself if her best friend’s life was tarnished.

Nature was her sanctuary, a solace reprieve from the world she was forced to dredge through; her escape from self-destructing life that wished nothing more than to chip away at her soul little by little every year. Elise had come to despise the deplorable nature of people, the corruption of a broken government too busy or neglectful to help its citizens, and the greed needed to sustain oneself to make a modest living among them. She was only thankful to have inspiring parents and friends to remind her that not all people are like this, but her feelings towards sustaining her life were only hindered further being caught in a bizarre spiraling descent into depression caused by the universe’s unsettling heinous pleasure in setting along her path a series of unfortunate events ever since she was born.

Nothing felt ever fair nor worth living every time some cosmic omnipotent jerk sprung unforeseen traps in the form of physically damaging accidents to her body and wallet, illness other than the past tormenting fever constantly plaguing her health, and the reoccurrences of bullies and cruel people lashing upon her their unruly fancies cementing the notion that she was practically nothing in the grand scheme of the world; the idyllic warmth of life’s stage light never meant for her.

The love and devotion of Elise’s family and friends seeking to revitalize and re-strengthen her resolve to carry on were welcomed, but never fully enough to mend her spirit as the spite of her depression usually found its way back into her life, whispering alluring promises of blissful relief if she was to simply put an end to her suffering. Strangely; thankfully, Joel’s love for her helped repress those whispers the most. Even if he occasionally stumbled his words trying to find the right things to say to Elise, it is Joel’s actions of always being by her side when she needed to remember kindness and support immediately; the immense care for her existence conveyed from his passionate hugs that helped remind Elise she wasn’t alone, that life mattered.

Funny how she recalls desperately wishing for one of Joel’s hugs that night as much as she does now this moment, the peace and serenity of the wilderness doing little to combat the intense grief of such a horrible day at work; at life. Perhaps if she had gone to Joel in the first place, Elise wouldn’t have been caught surprised by the rustling of flora and trotting steps echoing around her open hiding spot off the main path, the not-so-distant huffs and growls of what she thought came from a wild dog emanating behind the bushes near her. Perhaps Elise would have been spared this newest curse coursing throughout her frail being, never needing to experience her terrible fate from the monster that burst through the foliage lunging directly at her knocking Elise down to the earth on her stomach; crying out at the sudden sharp sting of pain entering through her shoulder from the beast’s ravenous bite.

How could I’ve been so stupid?

A flash of agony crippled Elise where she rested flinging her head back high brushing onto the trunk of the massive tree, gritting her teeth fiercely in mixed expression of defiance towards her ultimate fate and aggressive elation her inner beast conveyed as her voice began to utter strings of developing animal growls between insufferable groans.

S-stop… Elise’s conscious thoughts distressingly cried as tears trickled down her cheeks; the overwhelming desire to succumb to her monstrous alter ego gradually began to weaken her willpower. I can’t take much more of this. I can’t…I need…to feel like me. Need my paws, my fangs and claws, my fur, my tail. Feel so naked without my real form; need to change, need to be…

For a brief moment; Elise forgot about the pain and terror of her humanity slipping away oddly content with the discomforting sensation of her thickening neck lengthening slightly; enjoying the feeling of her shoulder blades folding inward as her rib cage bloomed and expand, barreling outward. Her canines wiggled and grew longer; her teeth sorely reshaping into vicious shearing tools fit for a beastly predator, feeling deadly fangs hungry to sink into delicious meaty blood dripping game she would soon hunt and catch on strong eager paws.

So excited…I’m ready to hunt…ready to chase. So hungry. Need to taste meat, hot raw meat; need to tear and maul…need to kill. It’s my nature…I’m a carnivore, an apex predator. It’s what w…w…we do; it’s in our instincts to hunt.

The flush of searing pulsating pain pressing externally over Elise’s face was met with monstrous euphoria. Lips pulled back exhibiting her canine fangs before her jaw hung wide open, a salivating tongue lolling from her mouth panting excitedly until her browning leathery nose and mouth began to push out forming a short animal muzzle. Yelps bellowed between wild spurts of snarling from the intense sensation of her muzzle forming, letting out a stifled roar as Elise fought to reclaim her composure, lowering her head and shaking it violently to rid herself of the inhuman urges compelling her desires.

Dear god, no! Elise sobbed mentally, covering the sides of her head in shame; running thickening padded paw fingers over her proto muzzle and the visible growth of canine styled ears sliding closer to the top of her head as they would for what she was transforming into. Her sobs manifested for real as Elise’s fears were coming true, the inhospitable stabbing of her prevailing depression returning sensing no escape from her fate.

Please; make it stop. I’m in a nightmare; this can’t be real. I don’t want to hurt anybody; I don’t want to become a monster. Don’t let this happen; please God, I’m begging you! I don’t want to kill, I don’t…don’t…

_ _ Elise’s mind felt like it had been set on fire, losing concentration again on her own pleading thoughts as the urges of the beast taking over howled to be slated, restlessly seeking freedom from its current imprisonment. Her deformed mouth shut tight once more snarling in frustration, this animal form of expression enticing Elise more and more to submit and embrace the beast’s ways.

She stumbled away from the reprieve of her tree as tear filled eyes; feral fixtures of burning amber yellow stripping what vestige of humanity once instilled, refocused on the scattered pale shines breaking through the thinning roof of the forest, pining for the immersion of inviting moonlight.

...Don’t…stop…stop fighting this. Need to be free and proud…like the wolf I am. Like the wolf…he is…

_ _ The image of Elise’s attacker reappeared in her memories recalling seeing the large beast facing her acknowledging what it had done, at first unable to identify the dark shaded creature revealed only by its prominent silhouette. But moonlight helped illuminate their surroundings, the feral dog Elise believed in now clearer in her mind…certainly never a dog. It was more than just a wolf as well, knowing now that this huge animal was a Werewolf; the wolf’s bite and curse validating the truth.

Were…wolf…

Elise’s thoughts dwell heavily on the image of the Werewolf suddenly eager to obsessively seal the image of the dark gray furred beast in her ravaged mind. What had once been an over encompassing dread of crossing paths with this monster again gradually became replaced with admiration, oddly growing enamored by the Werewolf’s attractive appearance and air. Whether there was mystery behind its strangely soul-filled returning gaze matter less to Elise, feeling instead of uncanny desire to meet it…him again; rousing needs only a male wolf could fulfill to a shewolf.

Fuck! I need to fu…to m…mate. Becoming wolf feels so good. Hungry shewolf…horny shewolf. Need male wolf. Need mate. Need mate. Need...itchy hot things off my body!

Inches from stepping into the pale rays of the full moon’s light; Elise brashly clawed at her dress and shorts furious to be rid of them, thrilling snarls declaring her delight as she ripped apart her shredded clothes including her undergarments, blushing feminine nudity basking under the moon’s veil revealing thin patches of black fur already spreading over her skin. Being blanketed by the moon’s brilliant curtain helped accelerate the spreading of her soft lupine fur; handpaws combing the thickened growth covering her shoulders and neck in sensual delight.

Fur…want MY fur! Elise growled, caressing the furry trail spreading between her breasts and underbelly; groping her rear as the fuzzy line growing down the spine of her back stirred a pressure at the base that soon formed a lengthening nub that curled and wagged, her fur surrounding it; slowly filling.

My tail. Not wolf without tail Elise agreed looking back to her lupine tail, panting happily to see and feel it come alive wagging excitedly in response to her emotions.

Feel so right. Need to stand like wolf; on my paws.

The wolfish humanoid creature that once resembled Elise uttered soft howls and growls slouching forward as she dropped down willingly onto the tips of her forepaws and balls of her feet. Her humanoid posture and legs made it difficult to stand proudly like a wolf, though the error eventually began to correct itself, Elise’s body embracing her animal side’s need to shorten her legs and elongate the arches of her feet; toes widening and rounding as sprouting hind claws tore off their nails, her big toes separating from the others becoming dewclaws.

Y-yes… Elise’s primal thoughts quivered, her beastly voice continuing to belt grunts and snarls of ecstasy in becoming a wolf; the damning need to complete her metamorphosis fueling the vexing desires to satisfy her animal lust to hunt and feed, as well as her need for slate her sexual excitement brought on by her inner beast’s elation for freedom.

Be wolf. Better being wolf. Feel right being wolf. Be wolf. Wo-ooo…wolf!

Feral amber yellow eyes shined intensely piercing wildly to the night sky, her humanity lost embracing the wolf merging within her mind and soul as she howled triumphantly in both defeat and euphoria. The exhilarating calm of her acceptance as a Werewolf lasted for merely seconds; baser instincts swiftly overwhelmed the wolfish Elise growing impatient with waiting for the rest of her body to finish her transformation. Her form was altered enough where she could run properly like the animal she is, eager to seek wonderful exhilaration in both hunting prey and satisfying her insatiable hunger or finding the male wolf that bit her; any male wolf to offer her body and revel in the pleasure of mating.

Run. Hunt. Chase. Feed. Mate. Be wolf. Wolf!

_ _ Lupine snout hovered in the air sniffing frantically for the scent of something musky, earthly, tasty. Something curiously interesting catch Elise’s nose, her incomplete wolfish body trembling in pure primal excitement; jerking forward until her paws bounced and pounded the soil of the earth hastily towards the source of the smell, ready to fulfill her desires as a newborn wolf.
