Lotus smiled. "Be thankful they're going to let you use the bathroom."

The house came into view. They pulled up to an extravagant manor, theater lights shining its walls. There were servants waiting out front.

Maggie stared. "What's wrong? Don't be shy." Kiba tugged at his collar. Maggie dropped the frown and giggled. "Oh. Your master has one of those on you." Maggie swung around Kiba's front. She smiled. "You're Lotus' new one, aren't you?" She stroked a hand down Kiba's furry chest and hummed. "I can see why she took you home from the pound." Maggie nodded, "Yes. I heard about him. Sadly, I never had the pleasure before Xara devoured the poor mortal."

Kiba gulped. He hoped Lotus wouldn't devour him!
