Troop Negotiations

Part four of my Mass Effect story as usual I claim no ownership of any characters/locations all I claim is the events which came from my own twisted mind.

The war against the Reapers was in full swing and each day Jesse Shepard would receive news of new battle fronts opening up all over the know galaxy as he looked for a way to win against the Ancient sentient Machines who were out to wipe out all advanced life in the galaxy. We have received your request for more of our ground forces for your war against the Reaper threat but we are on the fence please come to my office on the Citadel to discuss possible bargains that we could agree on to bring our entire army to your war.
