Another kobold TF, this one with a bit more adjustment than the last! I’ve got a lot of ideas I need to work on here, this is a deep well of potential that I haven’t explored enough! It's a bit on the short side but this idea really didn't feel like it needed to linger.

On a somewhat dingy bed at an inn in town, an amber-furred gryphon was laying back, reading a book by lamplight. Every now and then he could hear some noise from two floors below, where the tavern patrons were having a raucous time. Perhaps a bit too raucous, but that was going to happen when alcohol and free spirits were combined. It didn’t take an alchemist to figure out THAT concoction.

Kanar had no intention of joining them tonight. He and his human partner Drei had just gotten back from a cavern expedition, which had been about as uneventful as it got with caverns but still left him feeling mildly cramped and sore. Perhaps on a good night, he might have ignored his body’s protests and joined in, but not with the pond water these barkeepers called beer. He wouldn’t even get buzzed off that dreck. How they had nothing strong enough for a gryphon, Kanar had no clue - surely he couldn’t have been the first one they’d ever seen. But it was what it was, and he could at least catch up on some light reading. After all, he’d gathered a few interesting volumes over the course of his travels with Drei, and rarely did he have a chance to actually peruse their contents.

He was glancing up at the door every now and then, watching for Drei. The human was enjoying the party below, or at least Kanar presumed he was enjoying it. Humans didn’t have any trouble getting drunk off of anything, it seemed. He was a bit worried, Drei had a habit of being a bit of a prankster, and Kanar was usually the one who held him in check when he’d imbibed...though, he couldn’t deny he’d let the human have some fun purely for the entertainment value when he himself was blitzed enough. Life without ANY pranks just seemed bland. But it was a lot safer doing the pranking when you had an eight-foot catbird creature to hide behind.

Still, Drei would likely come back if he was facing any heat. He knew his partner well, they’d been traveling together for three years now. Kanar was the muscle, Drei was...well, calling him the ‘brains’ would have been giving him too much credit and Kanar too little, but he was clever and quick-thinking and more than made up for the fact that the gryphon had to protect him from time to time. He wasn’t exactly a powerhouse, though, and if things got heated he retreated. Wisely, though it was a pain at times, given that Kanar wasn’t exactly built for retreat himself, but he still would have rather had Drei at his back than not. Besides, sometimes he came through with useful help even if he wasn’t in the thick of things.

He wasn’t sure how long he’d been reading, but eventually he heard quiet footsteps coming. Quieter than he would have expected for Drei, so initially he paid it no mind - after all, there were other patrons in other rooms, no doubt. But then the door opened, causing him to look over...and be momentarily very confused. Because what walked in was not a human at all, but a scaly reptilian that stood a bit over half as tall as his partner. He might have thought it was a mistake...except, it was carrying very familiar clothes. Clothes that had an unmistakable scent on them, though it was harder to tell with that other odd scent he couldn’t quite place. “...Drei?”

The scaly creature looked over at him, an annoyed and tired expression on his face. “Hey, Kanar. So you are still up.”

It sure didn’t sound like Drei, but then it wouldn’t. “Uh...you...do realize you’re a kobold, right?”

Drei grunted, thumping the clump of his clothes onto the floor near his bag. “Some wizards just can’t take a joke.”

“Hoo boy. What did you do this time?”

“Not even anything bad. Look, it was just...there was a group sitting around a table, and they were getting pretty drunk. I wasn’t there yet, I think they came in before we did. Anyway, they were loud and annoying to more people, and the wizard was carelessly bouncing around that fireball...really, wizards should never get drunk, you know?”

“Agreed. So I suppose you did something about it.”

Drei grunted. “It wasn’t anything big. That fireball was just such a good target...all I did was flick a peanut into it, making it go up. I mean, it’s not like the wizard dude was hurt or anything, he just was nice and sooty. And everyone...well, at least a good few people were laughing over it. He was pretty much the only one that was pissed off. And before I knew it, he turned and...well…”

“Turned you into a kobold.” Kanar grinned a bit in spite of himself; it was a fairly harmless revenge, to be sure. “I warned you about messing with wizards. I’ll bet people found that amusing, too.”

“Well, I heard laughs, though I was a bit too disoriented to tell if it was louder than what I got. Stupid wizard...I didn’t do anything to hurt him, why’d he have to react so excessively?”

“Technically he didn’t hurt you either.”

“Yeah, but this is a super big change! Not something that can just be washed off. I mean, I know it’ll wear off eventually but it’s a whole lot more risky. Excessive!”

“You know with the koboldized voice that ranting sounds even funnier, right?”

“Of course I know. You know I always fell down laughing at yammering kobolds.” Drei rubbed his head. “I just need to sleep, and hope that this wears off overnight. Ugh, I’m gonna have a hangover, I feel like three times as drunk as I did before the change.”

Kanar nodded. “You are a lot smaller, so that makes sense. You didn’t drink any magic booze, did you? Magic can foul up those spells wearing off.”

“I know that, and no, I didn’t.” Drei pushed himself up on the bed, and as he did Kanar got an unintentional glance at his groin area. Something else was off there...and in a sudden moment of surprise, Kanar realized what the other weird scent was. His face flushed a bit, and he was glad his feathers covered it.

“Uh, Drei...you, uh...you do realize you have a pussy, right?”

Drei groaned as he flopped back onto the bed. “Some wizards REALLY can’t take a joke.”

———

It was hard to sleep. Drei knew it would be hard to sleep. That didn’t make it any less annoying.

Transformation magic wasn’t anything new to him. He and Kanar were adventurers in the broad sense of the word - they weren’t exactly seeking out the great evils of the world, but there were plenty of places to explore that were tamer than that. But you could scarcely go to any of those places and not encounter traps of some sort...Drei was reasonably good at disarming them, but no one was perfect, and he’d tripped a few accidentally. Some of them were transformation traps, binding him into a different body for a while...usually something fairly useless, unfortunately. He’d spent time as a mouse, a frog, a goblin, and a hedgehog, none of which had been much fun...the one time he’d turned into a crow had been all right, if only because flying had been kinda cool, and there was the time he’d been turned into a minotaur, which he’d briefly been tempted to try to keep it that way before sense won out in the end. But usually, it was bad news, with the only upside being that it wore off in anywhere from a few hours to a couple days.

At least, that was how those spells usually worked. But there was a hitch - other types of magic could foul up the changeback and leave you stuck that way for good. Not attack or healing/support magic, generally, but other sorts of magic that could come from specific potions or creatures or objects. And it made one somewhat paranoid that they would come across something that would stick them in that body that they weren’t supposed to have. Now Drei had that weighing on him, robbing him of precious sleep.

Well, that and the fucking TAIL. How did anyone sleep with these? Well, Kanar did, but Kanar’s tail wasn’t as obtrusive. Kobold tails were longer and thicker, he really didn’t know how to put it in a comfortable place. Sleeping on his front wasn’t comfortable, he didn’t really like sleeping on his sides either, but on his back he just kept squirming, trying to get the tail to cooperate. It didn’t help that it tended to push his hips up, making him feel like he was presenting - made all the worse by the lewd feeling of wetness there. He’d been mildly aroused ever since getting back to the room, not really sure why but guessing that the gender-warping magic had something to do with it. He just kept trying, keeping his eyes shut and trying to shift into whatever position he could get the most comfort in - eventually, he was going to get so tired that he just drifted off, he was sure of it…

He was fairly certain that he had in fact started to sleep when he was rocked awake by the bed jumping under him, while his arms were slammed down onto the thin mattress. His eyes snapped open, and immediately his vision was filled with fur and feathers. Swallowing, he looked up a bit...Kanar’s eyes were laser-focused, but devoid of their usual grace and comfort. In fact, they looked more like a predator’s eyes than he was used to...Drei at first thought he might still be asleep, but there was no way, he had to be awake, just not himself. His heart was pounding, what was going on? Kanar wasn’t like this, he was the calm and collected one…

And then he felt it, something hot, huge, and wet sliding against his legs. Drei’s eyes widened as he saw it, the gryphon’s cock drooling on him, the barbs scratching against his scales. He had DEFINITELY never seen Kanar like this, they always addressed their needs separately and with little discussion...was this how Kanar was when he was horny? Or was it the magic that was causing it, was something in the spell designed to entice him and control him? And that suddenly REALLY triggered the panic - magic. Transformation reversion could be inhibited by magic, and gryphons were chock-full of magic, in every part of them!

Drei knew this completely and fully...and yet, he couldn’t speak. Something was holding his tongue, refusing to let him protest, try to get Kanar’s attention to snap him out of it. His body was twitching, especially his groin as he felt that enormous cock slide against it...it felt GOOD, too good, weighing his breaths down with soft cries and moans that sounded very much unlike him. Why wasn’t he saying anything? He was still in his right mind, even if it was somewhat clouded with lust, surely he could open his mouth to speak and put an end to this before it led too far...but he couldn’t, his mouth failed to say the easy words that his mind tried to command of them, his squirming only put him more and more into an inviting pose. The cock that was threatening him was enormous, would have been enormous at Drei’s usual size but was doubly so as a kobold, yet he could feel his body heating up, WANTING that thing to pierce him, ignorant of the consequences - or even welcoming them!

And then Kanar shifted down, and Drei realized it was coming, a moment before it came - that huge gryphon dick speared his pussy, SLAMMED in all the way to the knot, heedless of the tightness that should have put up more resistance. And what came out of the turned kobold was not a cry of agony but a squeal of ecstasy. The fact that the gigantic dick was making his body bulge was irrelevant, the fact that the barbs clawed at his distended innards was immaterial, that sensation was absolutely divine, making him shudder with a mild climax right away. His body went limp, fully and completely offering him to the beast above him, no matter what part of his mind still protested.

Kanar gave him everything he had, showing no quarter despite the fact that Drei was only a fraction of his size. He kept the kobold pinned to the bed, bearing more weight down on him as he pounded away, distorting that body below him quite distinctly with his ample endowment. Nothing Drei was doing was anything more than encouraging - whatever influence the gryphon was under was allowed to persist uncontested. Certainly, that tail swiping and rubbing at his balls was helping to spur him on, and even as Drei felt it he was powerless to stop it.

Stopping anything would have been hard at this point, even if he was aware of the consequences. His body was lit up with constant, electric pleasure that coursed through him like sexual pleasure never had in his life, every few thrusts triggering another mini-climax that slowly build higher each time. No wonder kobolds were such sluts if this was how good it felt for them! He could feel gushes of precum mingling with his own fluids, salving his raked-raw cunt from the scratching of those barbs before they came back and sent another flare through him. And he could swear he could feel the radiant waves of magic coming through with every thrust...even if Kanar did stop now, it might already be too late.

And he was soon feeling something else - that thick knot pounding against his pussy lips, starting to demand entrance. If he wasn’t already condemned, getting knotted and filled would surely be the deciding factor...but lust was starting to overwhelm the part of him that remained cognizant of the consequences, the heat building in his body was exciting him and overtaking his mind. His cries were getting louder, less restrained, and he was pushing into Kanar with what little movement he had. That racing in his heart wasn’t fear, it was excitement, desire.

It’s...so good...I...I need it…

His resistance crumbled as his body grew hotter, clenched down on that gargantuan invader, somehow making it tighter. He wanted, no, CRAVED the gryphon’s seed, needed more than anything to be knotted and filled and swelling like he was carrying more eggs than a grocer. His tongue was lolling out of his open mouth now, making his cries even less coherent as Kanar stepped up the pace. His overwhelmed brain was being flooded with unfamiliar thoughts, servitude and obedience to the powerful beast that was claiming him, intensifying with each pulse of magic energy pounding through his body from that invading cock, his twisted body greedily sucking it in in traitorous fashion.

Finally he could hold out no longer. “Kn-not me, Kanar! Fill me with your seed, make me yours! Aaaagh!” Drei’s eyes rolled back as his surrender triggered the most powerful orgasm he’d ever felt, rocking through him ruthlessly with potent waves of pleasure that wracked him over and over. And in the midst of those throes of bliss, a loud yell erupted from Kanar as he sated the kobold’s voiced desire, slamming in and forcing his knot into that far-too-small yet entirely welcoming twat, letting it wrap around him fiercely and pulsing his potently magical seed deep into that reptilian body. Drei could do little bit thrash around on that knot as he was flooded, his body rapidly swelling out as the magic flowed freely through him, ingraining everything that had been battering him and sweeping what remained of the fragmented protests under the haze of uninhibited euphoria. His gaze was blank and content, heaving with labored breaths as the thickness in his gut stretched out obscenely, plugged up perfectly by that gryphon knot that couldn’t move at all in his tight body.

Wordlessly, Kanar lifted Drei up, still on his knot, and carried him over to his bed. The intensity in his eyes had faded, but his mind hadn’t really woken up yet, he was operating on blank instinct to return to where he was sleeping, carrying the panting and weary kobold with him to sleep off his knot. Drei was only dimly aware of all of this; once they were laying on the bed, he drifted off effortlessly, content to sleep in the inner and outer embrace of his new master.

As Kanar stepped back into the room late in the next afternoon, with a couple of bags in tow, he saw Drei wiping himself off from what had presumably been a bath, judging by the fresh soapy and watery scent in the room. “How’re you feeling?”

“How do you think?” grunted Drei in response. “Like a horny kobold.” He bit back the urge to add ‘master’ to the end of that - the word came so smoothly off his tongue that it unnerved him, and Kanar had said he found it awkward when not in the heat of the moment. When they were in the act, though...they’d scarcely woken up before Drei felt a powerful need, and Kanar had satisfied him with full awareness. And WOW, did that gryphon have a dominant streak in him when he was in the sack…

“Did you try some, uh, self-relief?”

“Yeah, and that just made me crave more. I think I’m starting to get a bit more in control of it, but it could take a bit before I can restrain myself properly.” The kobold sighed. “I don’t suppose you found the wizard who cast the spell?”

Kanar shook his head. “Sorry...I talked to the keeper and he said that they headed out early. Even if we hadn’t, uh, had a romp this morning, I think we would have missed him.”

“Perfect...so we don’t know what all he cast on me. Turning back the transformation is hard enough, but without knowing all the magic, it won’t even be possible...how the heck do I undo this now?”

“We’ll have to find a specialist to determine the spells, and find some way to untangle my magic from it all. There isn’t one around here, though, and I didn’t get any information on where we might find one. Someone did say we’d have to hunt down some rare spell components, though of course they couldn’t tell me what they were or where we could find them. Apparently, undoing spells like this is such a pain that most people don’t bother, and most magic experts won’t try because it’s dangerous.”

“Ugh...well, I don’t want to give up. There’s gotta be someone somewhere who can guide us...but I guess I’m going to have to get used to being a kobold either way, because it’s probably going to be a while if I do ever get back.” Drei rubbed his face. “Mmph...at least it’s something that walks on two legs and has hands.”

“And apparently has a ridiculously stretchy body,” cracked Kanar with a smirk.

“As you’ve made me extremely aware of in the last day.”

“I’d say that awareness is mutual, if I knew that a kobold could handle me I’d’ve indulged before. I guess all the rumors you hear about them are true.” Kanar placed down the packages on his bed and opened one of them up, revealing some kobold-sized clothes - some vests, slacks, and cloaks. “I found everything I could that wasn’t a loincloth, there were a few places that had some stuff in your size. No shoes, though - I don’t think there’s a kobold out there that wears any. Guess you’ll have to get used to going barefoot.”

“I doubted I’d have any luck with that. Least they don’t feel too sensitive.” Drei looked over the things that Kanar had laid out. “Well, it’s something...I’m gonna count myself lucky that this place had anything for me to wear. Wait, what’s with the other package?”

Kanar clucked his tongue and snickered. “Well, let’s just say I was...inspired.” He opened it up and lifted out one of the items within - a harness sized for a kobold, with belts for binding wrists, lifting a tail, and spreading legs. Drei’s eyes widened as he saw it, the purpose immediately and unquestionably evident to him...and the wetness between his legs ramped up quite a bit in intensity.

“Since you’re staying this way for a while, I figured making sure we had plenty of ways to have fun would be a good idea,” said Kanar with a devious smirk. “For instance, taking my sexy pet out to some of the brothels that cater to beastmen like me...completely trussed up, helpless to fight them and losing your mind in bliss...sounds like a good time, doesn’t it?”

“Ooh...yessss, master…” The clothes were an afterthought now...he could feel his master’s influence ramping up the lusty thoughts, and with his body already partway primed there was no chance of fighting it. Not that he was going to...if he was stuck like this for a while, he was at least going to enjoy what he could about it, and Kanar seemed intent on helping him as much as he could with that. Tonight was going to be a very fun night, and he probably had many more like it to look forward to...
