The love of a Dragoness part 2

Listing to what Nightshade had said, Sin training kick into gear. Getting to his feet while picking up the sword from the ground. While with his other hand going for his gun.

Cynder the closer one to him was hissing, as her fangs were dripping poison from them. When Rose stood by her Mum, as both were ready to strike. As Nightshade stood in front of them all as a group of 20 Apes walked into view.

From what had being going on since waking up in this strange word with real life Dragons who talked. Now there were Apes carrying all different kinds of swords as well crossbow and clubs. While they wore medieval style knight armour. What next Unicorns and Phoenix ?

As well as the smell god did the Apes wash in a trash heap or something, the smell was horrible. Sin guess this was the leader of these Apes who was stepping forwarded to them, as he carry a large crossbow in his paws. As his yellow teeth showed as he smirk with malius with them.

" Ah what a catch Guardian Nightshade ,Guardian Ivory and of cause you hatchings . Witch one is the traitor of the Dark army." The Ape snared mockery to the Dragoness, as he turn to look at Cynder with pure hate.

" Ghaul the son of Gaul, what are you doing here? The Dark army lost any once who was loyal to Malefor have been hunted down and killed. So your either stupid or dumb to attack us." Nightshade replied as she snared with hatred.

Sin could feel the air change suddenly to a much colder temperature, as he guesses from he had been told by Nightshade. Was using her element to affect the air at the moment. Cynder slump hearing about her past, but tried to hid this but Sin had noticed it.

Ghaul gave no response to what Nightshade had said to him more gave her a more shit-eating grin.

" Like you precious daughter! The " Terror of skys" Hmmm? How many of your kind did she kill children, eggs all for our precious lord. But you protect her, and hide her from the crimes she committed .But don't worry she will die slowly for betraying Malefor and it will be glorious." Ghaul said while laughing like a mad Ape, as he swung his weapon around.

As his Apes army joined in the leader laughter, as Nightshade and Ivory snared with rage. Nightshade was thinking of muti of ways of killing the Apes. Sin turn to see Cynder who was on near on bust of crying, at what Ghaul had said. Sure it was true even if she was corrupted by Malefor ,she still did those horrible things to her kind.

Rose went to move over to Cynder knowing the pain she was going threw. Knowing how much Cynder still blame herself for her past life. Rose was also shocked to see the Human hand touching Cynder body in a reassuring tone. Getting Cynder to stop moping to look at him with Surprise, to see the Human eyes burning with rage at the Ape leader.

Sin hearing what the Ape had just said, as well from Cynder had said about her past made him angry. He knew yes Cynder had made done these things, but agents her free will. An from what he had been told by the other Dragons on how she had tried to right those mistakes, to have a scum to mock her he wont stand for it, Sin hated bullies.

" Ok you wannabe chimp, from what I been told of this world since I been here. Miss Cynder has more guts and courage in her little claw then you joke flea army back their combine. It doesn't surprise me like your precious leader who failed, like a coward at his attempt to rule this world. I have more respect to someone who rights the wrongs of their path, to make them a better person. Then the cowards who fallow other cowards." Sin yelled with rage to the Ape leader.

While still brushing Cynder side as, she was shocked at what she had just heard, as were the Dragons and Apes. As she look at him with aww this creature had defended her honour, he had only known her for few hours. An saw what a only few did, after the defeat of Malefor. She smiled softly as she didn't realise she had move over to Sin and more into his grasp. As he turn to smile at her in a reassuring way, before she felt her mother tail wrap around her as Rose and Ivory stood next to her in support.

Ghaul snared with rage at what this unknown creature, had dare he speak to him like that. He would enjoy slicing this creature throat open.

Nightshade turn to smirk, seeing the Ape leader, rage as she nod her head a thank you to Sin of defending her daughter honour. She smiled remembering the story her grandparents told her as a hatching, on how Humans and Dragon protect each other. As she thought like then and now nothing had change.

" How dare you speak to me like that and why do you defend these Dragons. Traitor you are Ape like us." He snared with hatred.

Sin just snared, as the hand holding the sword staring to feel very warm and tingly as his rage built up. Before mocking bowing to the Ape, raging Ghaul more.

" Im a Human Ape! We may share some genes, but unlike your kind we evolve to bring justice and respectful and deadly unlike the flea market you lot are." Sin said while mock him futher.

When he said Human something click in the Ghaul head like he had heard of that thing before, but he couldn't remember were. But his rage was clouding his mind, as he turns to his army screaming in some type of Ape tongue. As Sin and Dragons watched the enemy aim the weapons at them.

" How dare you insult out kind you will be slayd like the Dragons and we will eat you meat." He said while snaring with rage.

Then ordering his army to attack, quickly the Dragoness took to the sky, as Sin rolled to side to miss the arrows flying at them. Sin then took off his back pack before pulling out 2 throwing knifes that once more had SAS on them as well a drawing of a Lion on one and a Dragon on the other.

" Sin we will be able to fight ok on our on, take you Sister to safety we be able to hold them off." Ivory said to him, worried that he would get hurt. As it look like he didn't have much to protected him.

" It ok Lady Ivory, like I told you I was in a army. I know how to fight, plus with this will protect me. I will keep eye on Zira till she come too." Sin replied to her with a smile.

Before showing her the handgun to the Dragoness, who only look at it with confusement how would that help him? But they sighed as they moved in air once again from the attacks.

" Cynder keep eye on Sin , help him if he need help." Nightshade told her daughter.

Cynder nod her head in reply, as the 2 Guardians flew of with great speed at the Apes. As Rose flew at a more slower pace to them to help them out.

Nightshade eyes change to grey, as she let out a draconic roar, as Sin watch her body turn into shadows. As she dived into the Ape army confusing them before she reappear. Swinging her tail blade and stabbing right threw one Ape gut.

As it let out a piecing scream of agony, as it cough out blood from it mouth before dropping down dead. While she pulled her tail out showing no care for the Ape life, more how dare it got it blood on her scales

Before she move on to more of her prey ,as the Apes started to panic .With a lot only having crossbow so at point blank range they were sitting prey for the Dragoness.

Both Rose and Ivory spat blast of poison down one to two Apes as they scream in pure pain. As there fur started to melt as well their bones too from the lethal poison, as it slowly ate away at them. Ivory and Rose then strike the Apes in their necks with the spike tails, as well injecting a more lethal poison. Soon the two Apes drop down dead, as they both nod their heads before flying over to help Nightshade.

Both Sin and Cynder had so fare killed 2 more Apes that had charge at them. Cynder smirk at how stupid the Apes were. As she used her fear breath on them both, as Sin watched in amazement as what it did. Seeing the Apes yell and scream in terror as they were holding their heads in pain.

As this happening Cynder went straight to one biting at it jugular before ripping it out, as it blood poor out caking her muzzle in blood .As the rest of the blood rain down to the grass. She then ran her claws against it stomach and pretty much ripping it stomach wide open. Basically degutting the Ape as it organs drop out in a bloody gory mess. With that the corpse drop to ground near by it body parts.

If Sin was not a trained solider and that it was drilled in to by his commanding offices that it was killed or be killed attitude he would be more in fear and shock at what he had seen. An he had seen just as much more gory scene from his war days. So it didn't bother him to much, as he then stab the other Ape killing it as well before puling the sword out. As Ape drop dead, before turning to see Cynder as her muzzle was still dripping blood as she smiled at him with a wicked grin.

" Sorry Sin sometimes I get carry away when killing Apes, what they did to me hurts to much and they deserve to surfer." Cynder said with pure hate, as she look down at the 2 dead Apes on the ground.

" It ok I understand wait Cynder watch OUT! " Sin said calmly to her before yelling confusing her.

As she turn to look she gasp in fear seeing Ape holding a enhance red sword, charging right at her. She knew what the Ape held, a Dragon slayer sword. Design by dark mages to help slices threw any Dragon scales with ease and take their souls as well.

She knew she was in trouble, as she then felt Sin push her out harms way. She then watched Sin swung his sword at the Ape one. An to the shock of each of them, their was blast of light .As Sin sword absorb the magic of Ape sword. Before blast it back at the Ape sword smashing the Ape sword and sending the Ape flying a few feet away.

Sin just look at Cynder in shock, as she slowly got over at her near death experience. Before too giving Sin the same look she had no clue on what the hell had just happen. They then heard the Ape groaned before getting back up shaken.

Only for both Sin and Cynder to hear a powerful roar, as a blur shot by tackling the Ape to ground. As it yelled in fear, as Sin look in surprised to see Zira awake and digging her claws in the Ape body slashing madly. As it yell in pure pain before she crushed in neck by biting down on it neck severing the spine.

She then let go while panting deeply, as she glared at the Ape with distaste.

" That what you get for trying to hurt my brother " Zira yelled to dead Ape. As it blood started to soak the grass around it.

She turn to look at Sin before staring at Cynder,to see if she was a threat or not .But she also look at Sin face confused, as it had just been gobsmack.

" You can speak English now." Sin yelled in shocked to her.

Zira turn to look in confusement at what her brother had just said. But before she could respond Cynder came into view to look at the both of them.

" We are still in a battle at the moment talk latter." Cynder replied a bit hash.

Zira was going to give a cocky reply back to the Dragon, when they saw the remaining 12 Apes trying to trap the others.

" Bro you still got your gun of yours." Zira asked Sin, as he and her ran to help as Cynder retook flight.

Sin nods his head, as he pulled out the gun in his left arm as the sword was in his right. Cynder turn to look at the item again, this "Gun" thing how was that going help them?

" Cynder you might want to hold your ears, since this is very loud." Sin told her.

Cynder just shrug as she moved a head of them, as Zira and Sin gave chase.

Ghaul grunted in anger, this plan was not going to plan, he had nearly lost half his army because these stupid Dragoness and that creature. He then saw one his Apes hiding in a tree unaware by Nightshade. An was about to fire his arrows into the Dragoness neck, he glee for joy. But Cynder also so the threat for her mum who was too busy slashing one Ape with her shadow claws gutting another Ape.

" Mum there a Ape behind you look out!" Cynder yelled to her mum, she was to fare to back help her.

Nightshade hearing her daughter cry turn around to see Ape grinning at her and about to fire. She had no chance to use her shadow moves to get out way in time.

As the Ape was about to fire!

"BANG BANG." As a loud sound blasted out and it hurt like hell to both the Dragons and Apes

As Cynder felt and saw 2 items blast past her with amazing speed, as she then watched Ape screeched in pain before dropping out the tree dead. As blood flew from it head and chest from the unknown things. Taking both the Dragons and Apes in shocked at what had just happen.

She turns to look at Sin, as he was holding his gun thing as she saw smoke coming out the hole of it. She could also see Zira holding her paws to her ears groaning. Did he just do that with that gun thing?

"BANG BANG"

As Cynder watched with amazement and fear, as small thing fire these small things. As it race with amazing speed into another Ape. As blood sprayed from the wounds it had made on the Ape ,as it also drop dead. What ever was this strange weapon, it was very deadly, as Cynder look at it with fear. But deep down she knew Sin would never use it on them, and it did say her Mum neck.

Ghaul was in shock and in fear, he knew this was losing battle and what ever that weapon was way to powerful for them at moment to defend agents. He let out cries in Apes tongue, telling them to retreat into the Forrest. As he yelled it wasn't over before going of with his army.

Both Rose, Nightshade and Ivory panted deeply, as they were covered in blood from the Apes. They had a few cuts on their bodies, apart from that they were fine. But what ever that weapon Sin used had shocked them, but they would worried about this latter.

They then flew back to were Cynder and Sin was too see the one Sin called Zira, was up as well and to see all 3 covered with blood. Ivory went straight to Sin, much to Nightshade amusement and started to baby him. Licking over his face as he yelp in surprise, as she listen to her ask if he was ok. An try to see if he was injured like any mother would do to their hatchlings.

Sin mange to pull her way telling he was ok with a smile, he like this Ivory some reason she remind him of his mum. Only for him to sigh sadly remembering what had happen to his real mum.

Ivory and Cynder saw him looking sad with worry but he told them he was ok. But they didn't believe it one bit, but they let it be as they watched Rose and Nightshade land.

The once green field was now caked in blood and guts from the battle as well the smell of the dead body's. Nightshade knew they needed to get back to Warfang soon.

" I think we need to get back to Warfang as soon as possible. Sin Ivory will take you on her back . While I will take your Sister Zira. it will be much quick to get back that way. Plus we need to rest and get clean before talking to the other guardians.." Nightshade said to the other Dragons, Human and Lioness.

Zira turn to look at her not sure if she could trust them, but saw Sin look ,as to say they were friends. She gave a nod as did Sin, causing the adult Dragons to smile.

Both Guardians lay down on their stomach, Sin went to grab his bag packing the items back in before climbing Ivory back. As Zira climbed on to Nightshade back. Soon the 4 Dragoness took off into sky leaving the battlefield behind.

Sin inner child was screaming in pure happiness, at what was happening he was flying on a Dragon. But his body was too tied to enjoy it after talking with Ivory and Cynder for a while he soon fell a sleep. Zira stated wild awake thou watching everything.

" Your thinking of adopting them arent you lady Ivory." Cynder asked the Poison Guardian.

"Hmmm I might be Cynder if he accepts me as his new mum. I know I can't replace her. But I can see his hurt, and don't why but Im drawn to protecting him like he was my own real hatchling But I can see you bonding a friendship with him too." Ivory said to her.

Cynder blush a bit before straitening her wings as she kept her glide as they flew.

"He has seen the true me, not what of my past and what he said to Ghaul only a hand full have protected me like that before." Cynder replied back to her as she looks at the sleeping Human.

Ivory said nothing but nod her head in agreement, she could feel the bond the 2 had just started, but also something els she could feel coming from Cynder for the Human. As she smirk knowing it was small but knew what it was, as she then she heard Nightshade call out they had arrived at Warfang
