Jade. Chapter three: saved
Jade gets some much need help.
Jade chapter 3: saved
She looked at the figure and tried to back away, her heart pounding even more than before. The figure stepped into one of the few rays of light. It was an all black cat with some kind of pattern around his right eye. She backed up as she spotted all the weapons he had on him. She started shaking. He sniffed the air picking up the thick scent of blood that rolled off her.
His eyes spotted the cuts on her and he realized that she was frightened. He slowly lowered and unhooked the straps and pulled out his handguns. "Don't be alarmed. I'm not here to hurt you. See." His voice was calming. He threw his weapons to the side, making them clatter onto the ground. He took the shotgun from his back and threw that too. He put his hands up and his scared palms to her. "I'm completely unarmed."
She didn't move at first the slowly stepped closer. She was covered in bloody mud and holding her side. "Help..... me." She was shaking. "please." She stepped closer until she was a few feet away.
He smiled as he stepped forward and gently picked her up. "You're lucky you found this place. This is a witch coven with one of the best docs I've seen. My name is Scar. I'm co-leader of the demonic department and leader of the four horsemen of the apocalypse" He teleported off and they appeared in a clinic. He looked around and found the head doctor, Cassie. "Hey Cassie, we got a problem. She hurt pretty bad and is losing a lot of blood."
Cassie looked at her. "Set her on the table and get Ava." She said and started digging through her cabinets. She grabbed painkillers, an IV kit and sedatives. Jade watched her.
"You got it." He teleported away after gently setting her on the table. He came back 30 seconds later with a female leopard. "This is her Ava."
Ava looked at her and gasped. "You poor thing." Not surprisingly she was a bit jumpy. "Its okay we just need to clean you up so we can treat you better." She started cleaning her up once she relaxed. Ava cleaned her fur enough giving a clean spot for Cassie to put the IV in place. Cassie gave the new feline the painkillers and sedatives. Once she was out we started hosing her down. Muddy and bloody water poured on to the floor. We got all the wounds cleaned and exposed. Ava looked her. "My god." She was covered in wounds. "I've seen War come back from a battle looking better than this." Cassie sighed and started casting spells. We winced as her rib snapped back into place and her nose fixed. Hours later we had her healed enough to move her. Cassie casted a few long lasting healing spells then wrapped her wound to keep them clean. "Scar help us carry her to a room."Cassie demanded as she changed her IV bag.
He nodded and gently picked her up. "I got her." He purred. Ava smiled and Cassie lead the way. She took her to a quiet room to rest and recover in. She got the covers pulled back and Scar laid her in bed. Cassie tucked her in and turn off the light. "I'll keep an eye on her and let you guess know when she wakes up."
Ava smiled and pushed her mate out the room
