Nakai sat cross legged on the deer skin rug, which his mind idly thought as he rested his paws on his furred knees, was ironic. A Whitetail of the Blacktail Tribe, Nakai had prayed to the spirits after he claimed the life of the stag, who gave of his life, so Nakai could help feed his tribe.
Nothing of the deer had been wasted, the pelt doubled as a cloak over Nakai's furred shoulders, the meat had been shared amongst his people, the bones were used as tools and other purposes, tendons were wrapped around spear and arrow shafts and the skull was mounted in pride of place on their spirit totem.
Nakai sat, peaceful as the pre-dawn light that shone over the distant mountains, staining the dark sky with streaks of reds and oranges and greys. He had sat and prayed all night to the spirits, his once raging fire having burned to glowing coals and ashes, as he gave thanks for the sacrifice of the animals, so he and his kind could live. They took only that which they needed - migrating when the herds migrated - living in peace and natural harmony with both the real world, and that of the spirits which guided and guarded them.
When the first light of the new dawn rose above the mountains, Nakai closed his eyes and whispered a prayer to the dawn, before he reached down before him and picked up his flute - it decorated with scraps of deer hide and birds feathers - before his dark brown eyes closed and he began to play.
His flute was hand crafted by his own paws, the holes he had made n it were for his long, dexterous fingers, and the music which flowed as he breathed into it, was calming, peaceful and at tune with himself and the natural world around him. For over an hour, his melody floated on the morning breezes, wind sighing through branches and leaves a counterpoint to his song.

He was alone, out in the wilds, only his wits, his spear and a bow and quiver of arrows his companions. He had come seeking the guidance of the great spirit itself, through music and mediation, he hoped the spirit would be pleased and grant this young buck the visions that would shape and guide his life from today, until the end of his days.
Finished his song, he placed the flute down cross ways on the deer skin rug, his mind at peace and his breathing slow and steady, as he inhaled the scents of the fresh morning, his soul restful. He was dressed merely in a deer skin loincloth that covered him from lower belly to upper thighs, a bright black cloven hoof print on his left chest - symbolising his tribal allegiance to those who knew the signs and symbols of the Anthromorph tribes.
As he meditated, his mind and his body as one, he let himself be moved by the Spirits he felt around him. They were old friends - those who had passed to the Great Clearing and those who had always been. After two hours, he felt completely at ease, before he slowly opened his eyes, to see a Whitetail Doe standing nearby. Her eyes wide and expressionate, one ear flicked as she stood there, watching him and chewing on a leaf she had plucked from a nearby bush.
"Greetings little sister," He spoke quietly, as he gave a nod to the Doe, who merely blinked and continued chewing the leaf.
As she swallowed, he watched her pale fur ripple, before she nodded once to him, then tentatively stepped closer, one cloven hoof after another, until she was close enough to scent him, and he her. Her head stretched out, neck extending, as she inhaled this strange stags scent, him returning her courteous greeting by gently touching his nose to hers and sharing breath with her.
With a soft bleat, the doe's tail flagged twice, before she cautiously nuzzled his cheek and took another step closer, licking his shoulder and nuzzling it. He smiled, before he gently caressed her neckline, the fine fur trailing through his hooflets as he caressed her shoulder with the back of his fingers. Content, the Doe sensed no danger from this stag as she flagged her tail more and bleated quietly - her voice like the kiss of a spring breeze against his ear, as he smiled and leaned his upper body back, gazing into her dark, soulful eyes.
"Give me a sign little sister, so I may understand your hearts desire, for you are one of the Earth Mother's children. For to harm one such as you, would be to invite her wrath upon me. I wish you only peace and happiness child, for if the Earth Mother so wills it, so shall I obey."
Nuzzling his throat, the Doe pushed forwards, then with a shove of her head, she knocked him down onto his back ,his knees pressed against her pale belly. He laughed quietly, before he smiled up at her as she bleated and moved forwards again, her forelegs over his shoulders and her head looking down her muzzle at him, ears flicked forwards and gazing at him with a look of complete trust in him.
"I understand Earth Mother, so you will shall be done!" He spoke, looking up at the skies, before he caressed the doe's cheeks again, feeling her lean into the affection and flag her tail.
"You are young little one, I sense your need, in my heart, my soul and my nose. I will grant you that which you wish, for it is the will of the Great Mother that I do this, in her name, shall our bond be done."
He gently pushed her back, despite her cautious bleats and insistent nuzzles, before he tenderly placed both paws on her forelegs and bent them. After a moments doubt, she shivered and carefully knelt down on the deer skin rig, her hind legs following. He lay with her, her back to his stomach and chest, as he caressed her sides and neck, feeling her tail flagging against his loincloth.
"As I consummate this bond, I do so in the name of the Great Mother, who birthed us all and guides our hearts and spirits, may the spirits of the ancestors watch over this Doe, grant her life and happiness, if it is their will."
He rose, placing his paws on her back, before he lay behind her and trailed his furred fingers along her wedge-like tail. Obediently, the Doe lifted her tail, exposing the pale fur of her rump - the slit of her sex and the tight puckered anus - the white of the underside of her tail as pure as a fresh snowfall. He moved himself down, until his nose rubbed against her labial folds, before he inhaled her scent - his instincts telling him she was receptive and willing to consummate their bond - which pleased him immensely.
Tenderly, he parted her folds with his nose, sliding it up and drawing deep of the sweet scent of her - before he used his long, supple tongue to lick each labial fold in turn - the pheromones working on his body and mind swiftly. As she bleated and lifted her tail even higher - he began to pleasure her with his tongue - finding the nub of flesh that was her clitoris, his tongue flickered and caressed it like a feather. Panting, the Doe squirmed and trembled, then she squealed in surprise as his right paw slipped between her legs and feathered across her four teats.
For an age he pleased her with his fingers on her udder and teats, his tongue swirling over and around and deep into her depths, as the doe grunted and squirmed in pleasure she had never experienced in her young life. At last, the Doe barked and quivered - the stag smiling as he brought her to an orgasm - her instincts making her folds clench down on his tongue with their strong grasp.
Her warmth dripping inside and out, he lapped at the sweet juices that stained his muzzle, pleased with himself and silently giving thanks to the young doe who had offered herself to him and shared this precious gift. She was truly receptive now - he could smell her heightened arousal and her longing and need. His own desires had been pushed aside, for pleasuring the Doe was what he knew was right - until she willingly gave herself to him, before he took her most precious gift - that of her virginity.
Once she was pleased by his tongue and tender caressing of her tears, she bleated and trembled as he moved back up her rump, his fingers trailing through her soft fur and his tongue following, leaving a glistening trail of saliva in its wake. She was ready, he was certain of it - her pheromones indicating the height of her mating cycle, and he smiled, as he carefully moved - his loin cloth sliding aside as his penile head brushed ever so delicately against her quivering labia.
"This will hurt at first, young one - I can not lie to you, you are a maiden, about to become a doe in every way - I will be gentle, but it will hurt you, for this, I am sorry."
He positioned himself, then placed his paws on her back - before he closed his eyes and breathed in and out a few times - then with one quick lunge, he claimed her maidenhood as the doe bucked and cried out in fright and pain. Carefully, he dismounted, then lay with her, holding her in his paws as she wept and trembled, her tail slowly rising again as she lifted her head and looked back at him - her eyes shimmering with tears - but the trust she showed - told him he could proceed.
Carefully, he pushed his hips forwards - the bulbous tip parting her labial folds, as it slid easily into the vaginal canal of the young Doe. He moved forwards, gently and with considerable care, as he began to mate with her. She turned her head back to look at him, one of his paws caressing her cheek, whilst the other lifted her hind leg up and caressed and massaged her teats and udder. With a grunt, he pushed forwards, driving all nine inches of his penis inside her, her labia now pressed firmly against his sheath as he sighed in pleasure, feeling the bond between buck and doe fulfilled.
Her warmth spread its delightful pleasure throughout his body, and he was certain - his own member deep within her, was bringing her pleasure as well as he continued his gentle caress and massaging.
For nearly an hour, they lay bonded together, as Nakai's breathing slowly intensified, his fingers splaying over her neck before he gripped her tight and grunted - his semen spurting in strong squirts deep inside the doe's waiting cervix.
"My gift to you, little one - " He gasped, as he smiled at her and caressed her chin with the palm of his paw. "May the Earth Mother bless you child, for this gift which you gave to me."
Blinking her eyes, the Doe barked and squeezed her vaginal muscles, making Nakai's penis flicker - before he grunted and thrust again - giving more of his seed until he lay panting and exhausted, his paws fluttering over her neck with a quivering touch.
They lay together, him deep inside her, for the next four hours - consummating their bond and breeding three more times, before at last, Nakai could give her nothing more - she had taken from him everything he could give her - and in return - she had shared her body, her heart and her mind with this strange, two legged stag. With a soft bleat and a twitching of her muscles, she began to squirm and he reluctantly dismounted, feeling a gush of his semen spattering her fur and his groin, spattering onto the skin rug on which they lay.
He rolled onto his back, gazing up at the sky, as the doe rose on quivering cloven hooves, then shook herself from ears to tail, before kneeling down and licking his cheeks and forehead in affection and trust.
"Thank you little one," Nakai whispered, as he caressed her cheek and returned her nuzzles and licks. "For your precious gift to me - may mine take seed within you, and give you that which your heart desires."
With a final lick, the doe shook herself off again, then with the barest of tail flickers - she dissapeared into the woodlands, leaving him alone with his thoughts, his penis drooling a little semen onto his thigh as it slowly wilted and returned to its confining sheath.
Nakai heard the breeze through the trees, and he gave up his silent prayer to the Great Mother, a prayer from the heart, filled with love and respect. The Great Mother had chosen one of her children, to share this, the most precious gift - with him. He thanked her for the gift her child had bestowed upon him - and his desires for his gift to her.
A distant rumble of thunder rolled across the heavens, and Nakai smiled and nodded, before he weakly stood up and nodded, before rolling up the deer skin rug and picking up his flute.
He knew in his heart, this wouldn't be the first time this doe would return to him - her scent was strong on him, and he was sure his own was strong on her. Their mating had been more than putting her with fawn - it had been a bond, one built from love, trust and compassion - a bond their two spirits now held, for she went with part of his, as he went with part of hers - never to be forgotten, so long as they both lived.
