Teth?ula breathed deeply and clenched his hands into fists. His heart was beating a mile a minute and his body was shaking, his eyes clenched shut. Around him, all was silent. He was alone in a wooden hut, told to get himself ready. He had to calm himself. Everything would be alright.

Teth?ula opened his eyes. He stood in front of a mirror, naked as the day he was born. The mirror showed a thirteen-year-old parrot with a mix of violet and blue feathers, a small white beak, and green eyes. The hut was otherwise empty. Teth?ula waited until his body stopped shaking, then walked outside.

The hut was in the middle of a small clearing of a forest. There were no people around and only the sounds of nature came to Teth?ula?s ears. He looked around the clearing, getting his bearings. He was blindfolded and led to the hut. His tribe was waiting for him to find his way back to them, using only his wits and skills. He had three days to do it. If he did not make it back in time, they would come looking for him. Success would mean Teth?ula was considered a man and could pick a mate.

Children of the tribe played games to teach them to track, find their way back home, and survive on their own. Despite this, many children failed their first attempt. There were some that never found their way home, no matter how long the adults looked. Teth?ula pushed those thoughts to the back of his head, doubts would not help him right now. He spotted a trailer that looked to have been made by people traveling to this spot many times and followed it.

Teth?ula followed the trail for over two hours. He stopped in the shade of a large tree. The day was hot, and it made him thirsty. There might be water nearby, the animals he heard would need somewhere safe to drink. His eyes closed, and he listened for the sounds of running water.

?Over here.? Teth?ula?s eyes shot open and he looked around. The voice was soft, echoing through the trees. It did not sound like anyone from his tribe and he could place neither the age nor the gender of the speaker.

?W-Who?s there!?? Teth?ula?s voice cracked at the second word.

?I will lead you to what you seek.?

This time, the voice came in clear enough for Teth?ula to tell where it came from. ?N-Not until you t-tell me who you are!?

There was silence in response. Teth?ula leaned his head in the direction of the voice. He heard only the sounds of the forest. He knew should move on, but curiosity got the better of him. Teth?ula turned from the path and went towards where he heard the voice.

Teth?ula walked in that direction for several minutes before he came upon a small stream. There was no sign of whoever talked to him. Thirst caused him to set aside his fear and He knelt by the water. He dipped his beak into the water and drank large gulps.

?You were very thirsty.? Teth?ula froze, the voice came from right beside him. The ground was littered with leaves and twigs, he should have heard someone approaching. A hand caressed his back and he shivered.

?Do not be afraid, you can look at me.?

Teth?ula turned his head, he had to know. What he saw surprised him. There was another naked parrot and they looked to be his age. The parrot?s feathers were a mix of red, green, yellow, and pink; its beak was orange and it watched him through blue eyes. Teth?ula thought they looked beautiful, he would not have been able to pry his gaze away if he wanted to.

?See? I?m not scary.? The parrot smiled, its voice was musical to Teth?ula?s ears.

?Y-You?re really pretty.?

The parrot giggled. ?Thank you! You are really pretty too!? Teth?ula felt his face turn red. He opened his mouth to speak but could not find the words.

?I can help you find your way home.? The parrot wrapped its hands around one of Teth?ula?s and pulled him to his feet.

?You can?? Teth?ula?s voice sounded miles away to his own ears.

?Yes, but can I ask a favor in return??

?I will give you anything.?

The parrot let out an amused chuckle and kissed Teth?ula on the cheek. ?Such a sweety.?

The kiss sent a shiver along Teth?ula?s body. ?What kind of favor do you want??

?I want company for one night. It is so lonely out here.? The parrot?s hands glided over Teth?ula?s chest, ruffling the feathers.

?I?I need to get home.?

?I will take you there, but please. I never have company.? The parrot?s voice sounded sad and alone to Teth?ula?s ears.

?Well?I guess one night isn?t bad.?

?Yay! Come with me!? The parrot took hold of Teth?ula?s hand and pulled him deeper into the forest.

Teth?ula had no idea how long they walked, his thoughts were only about the parrot. He felt like he was falling in love. They stopped inside of a cave. Teth?ula was surprised to find that he could easily see within the cave, even though there was no obvious light-source on the inside.

?What?s your name?? Something was nagging at Teth?ula?s mind.

?Dar?cien.?

The name prodded at Teth?ula?s brain. He?d heard it before. What was it? Why did it nag at him so much? Then it hit him.

?Dar?cien? Like the forest spirit??

Legends said Dar?cien was a boy that got lost during his trial and was never found. He cried and begged the gods to save him. Instead of leading home the god?s punished Dar?cien?s failure. He was turned into a forest spirit and never allowed to return to his family.

?You got it!? Dar?cien turned and kissed Teth?ula on the cheek.

?I thought you were?? The words would not come to Teth?ula. He knew the legend, but he had trouble thinking clearly.

?A legend?? Dar?cien giggled loudly, the sound echoed off the cave walls. ?I am a legend and I am real. I am also yours.?

?M-Mine??

?Mate with me, Teth?ula.?

?I?m j-just a boy I?m c-can?t mate with anyone yet.? How did Dar?cien know his name? Teth?ula did not recall giving it. Maybe the spirit watched him before the trail started?

?Those things don?t matter out here. I?m so lonely. Please, grant me this request. I miss having friends.? Teth?ula thought that Dar?cien might cry.

?O-Okay.? Teth?ula was not sure if he agreed out of pity for the spirit or because he was mesmerized by his appearance.

Dar?cien led Teth?ula to the back of the cave. There was a small bed there, just big enough for two children. Teth?ula laid his back on the bed, a voice in his head telling him that is what Dar?cien wanted.

Dar?cien placed himself on top of Teth?ula. Their cloacas touching. He rolled his hips slowly, low moans coming from his beak. He smiled at the boy below him, watching his face twist in pleasure. Dar?cien?s cock poked out from the walls of his cloaca and pressed against Teth?ula?s.

?O-Oooh!? Teth?ula moaned loudly while Dar?cien?s rod penetrated him. He fingered his cloaca a few times in the past, but this was different. Being filled by someone?s cock was amazing. His own member twitched and grew to meet Dar?cien?s.

?A-Aaah! Teth?ula!? Dar?cien did not waste any time holding back. He slammed his hips against Teth?ula over and over.

Teth?ula wrapped his arms around Dar?cien and lost himself in the pleasure. His mind went blank, all he could do was rock his hips against the other boy and scream how good it felt. All concept of time was lost to him. They came at the same time and he hollered at Dar?cien not to stop. Dar?cien did not need the encouragement. After a long time, Teth?ula fell asleep.

?Wake up, child.? Something shook Teth?ula. He groaned and opened his eyes to find adults of his tribe looking down at him.

?H-Huh??

?It has been four days. You did not return.?

Teth?ula did not understand at first. How could it be four days? He only slept here a single night. Or, had he? He vaguely remembered waking up and wanting Dar?cien to do more. Dar?cien? He looked around, finding only himself and the adults there with him.

?Let?s go. Your family is worried about you.?

Teth?ula shakily got his feet, he was exhausted. It took him several moments to realize that he was dry, there was no cum on, or in, him. One of the adults tugged on his arm and he followed them in a daze. Was it all a dream?

?I?ll see you next time, pretty bird.? Teth?ula heard a voice echo in his head. He smiled and couldn?t wait. Failing a second time wouldn?t be so bad.
