A Mission Of Duo
As the calm day continued, the gates off the Hurendogi clan main house opened, then stepped in a tall and clothed reptile, he was dressed in black silks and steel armor, weapons hiden all throughout his armor, including a sword, a few light-weight axes. As the figure then kneeled he spoke "My lord, you asked for me."
and then infront of the figure, in a chair, as if a throne sat a tall, old reptile, he was dressed in white robes, his head hid by a viel and sun hat, all you could see were his bright yellow eyes, the wrinkles around his eyes telling of his age.
"Ah, yes lilthian, we have a mission for you, One of our closest allies have been taken prisoner of a rival tribe, and have demanded that their prisoners kingdom, the kingdom of the sun who have a secret alliance with us, pay in their treasure and then give up their throne.
you are to go to Malivelo castle and save one of our allies from executionand then kill the head of the peoples in charge of the execution."
Lilthian looked up at the clan's leader "B-But sir, don't you think the special units should do this?" the elder spoke "No, true they excel in the job of rescueing but not killing, besides you are the most powerful out of all of us. if I had to put my trust into someone it would be you lilthian and you will be my succesor. Now lilthian time is to precious to waste here, go now.."
and in a flash, lilthian was gone.
In the distance, a lone castle stood, all around it stood many upon many bulky armored soldiers, as a shadow appeared near the trees and many bushes surronding the castle, lilthian looked around and smirked "They may be powerful but with that much armor, they will be slower then a turtle." as lilthian was able to slip in the castle, directly avoiding mostly any of the guards and soldiers, his silk and armor perfect to blend in with the shadows.
he stalked around and then quickly hide behind a wall once he saw one of those white armored wrecking balls coming his way. he quickly took out his katana. 24 inches of steel. Lilthian took a step back, going deep into the shadows and waited. As the guard walked by, Lilthian saw his chance and then stepped in and lunged his sword, getting it right in the perfect spot, since the guards were wearing body armor and then a helmet they left a slight line and lilithian was able to stab right between that thin line, as he exited his sword, crimson blood covered it and the guard fell to his knees.
Then lilthian put away his sword and continued, once he reached the cell, he spotted two guards and what were they guarding? they were guarding the person he was told to rescue. He took out two razor sharp and barbed kai and stepped into the light. As the guards saw lilthian, They charged and attacked. As one swung his blade, Lilthian ducked and then stabbed the kai upwards watching as the barbed tip cut through skin and flesh and went through the guards arm. This one wasen't wearing any arm armor.
Then as lilthian saw the other guard swing. Lilthian grabbed the guard whom he stabbed and threw him in the way of the blade. As he saw the blade cut through the guard, lilthian ran and gripped the hilt of his katana and rebounded off of the falling guard and then when he was close enough, unleashed his blade and made a clean swipe, taking the remaining guard'd head clean off.
As lilthian landed, he concealed his sword and went to the door. Wasting no time, with a swift kick, the blow knocked the door down and in the corner stood a old tiger, cuffed, he wore robes of that of the Malivelo. Lilthian then spoke "Sir, I am lilthian of the Hurendogi clan and I am here to rescue you and kill the one who captured you." the old men nodded and then bowed as he spoke.
"P-please, uncuff me so I may go. I have heard of you and a warrior of your stature should of killed many of the armored guards so I am a lucky man, the leader and person you captured me is located done the next hall. I promise you, the reward for your actions will be great."
Then as Lilthian cut loose the chains that held him. Lilthian saw the old tiger run off. Lilthian had killed most of the guards, there weren't many. Lilthian then had another goal set forth, to kill themman incharge.
Lilthian continued to use stealth to his advantage as he always did. Finally he came up to where the old tiger said the brains behind this entire thing was. As he walked past a corridor, he went to the shadows and took out a container of what looked like dust, a few pieces of glass, a piece of paper that would ignite the match when rubbed against it and a long piece of string, he put the glass and 'dirt' on both ends of the walls and then planted then matches in the dirt and the paper near the matches. as the dirt stuck to the wall like glue, he attached the string to the middle of the paper and making it a trap so when somone walked and pulled the string, it would cause the paper to rub against the matches and ignite a flame which would quickly reach down to the dirt which was acually very flammable and an explosive, so if the blast didn't kill them, the wieght of the falling bricks would.
Lilthian then slowly entered the room and took out his sword. he saw noone but a male there, he was human, brown skin, baled and markings all over him. As lilthian got into position to kill, the man got up. Lilthian then let his guard down.
The man who was the leader, swung his finst even though he was across the room away, lilthian saw what he did and blocked the projectiles, thin sharp poisoned needles, as lilthian charged drawing out his katana, the male grapped a helberb and swung it, as lilthian doged. He spun and swung his blade. The man deflected it and then clashed and swung the spear down, Lilthian met the impact with his sword and held it to make sure the blade of the enemy didn't hit him. then Lilthian did something risking, he spun letting go of his spear and slammed his finst into the rib of the male. The male stepped back and saw as Lilthian went for a second strike.
The male blocked and raised his leg, as Lilthian doged he threw his own attacked, blocking and attacking and then blocking that attack. It went on for awhile but then as the male swung a fist, Lilthian side-stepped him and yanked the males arms forcing him closer to the reptile.
lilthian then was able to get behind the man and take down part of his mask, revealing his fangs filled with deadly posion, as the male turned and swung, lilthian ducked and got right back behind him. He then finished it, As the male was confused, lilthian and pounced and wraps his arms around the male, trapping the male's arms. Lilthian then wrapped his large tail around the male as well, now his prey. Lilthian snuke in and then sank his large fangs in the neck of the male and injected his posion.
The male yelled in pain and then a huge explosion was heard, the trap must of been triggered, as Lilthian dettached from the enemy, he saw a window and saw as the male died. The males skin turned fragile, his skin turned purple and then he began to bleed from the inside out and die. Lilthian then leaped and jumped through the window and ran back into the shadowed forest, leaving his mark.
