The Sun and The Mote

A human meets his god.
Once upon a time, people would pray in temples. The humans would pray to gods they believed controlled the elements of their world. They saw them as massive anthropomorphic creatures that watched over them. Every day, priests and their followers would pray for their kindness and guidance.
Our story starts with a human man who followed the god of the sun. While they all believed in their pantheon of gods. Some chose to pay more attention to some gods over others for many reasons. This man had a large amount of favoritism for the God of the Sun. Something about the image of him captivated his very soul.
The God of the Sun was depicted as a Lion with a mane that flowed with rays of light. A kind, fatherly soul that watched over all like the sun itself. The concept brought him great comfort. He would spend his free time praying at the temple. And when he couldn't, he would pray at a small homemade shrine instead.
This would go on for many years until one day he would receive a call. As he was praying, the world seemed to shift, and he was slowly floating in the air. He was confused and panicked. He tried to call out, but no one seemed to hear him or respond, like he was some kind of ghost. A portal opened up above him as he floated up. The opening taking him and his gentle float got more intense, as if being pushed by a current.
This goes on for a few minutes before he comes out on a different floor. Like the temple, but it feels even more luxurious. He looks around and sees that one of the biggest differences is that this temple is impossibly huge. He takes a step before a loud, rumbling voice rings out.
"Ah, is that my little guest? Let help you over." The room suddenly feels like it snaps together as a very long distance is crossed in a moment and the human is in front of a throne.
"There we go." His voice booms out as the human covers his ears.
"Oh right." He snaps his fingers. "There, that should be better." The human can hear him clearly without it being overwhelming now.
The human looks up and sees a giant lion man. The smallest toe of his sandaled paw could crush the temple he was at without even noticing it. The human was overwhelmed as he looked up and could see a blur of a face staring down at him.
The lion brings down a finger, and a flash of light bursts out of the tip, coating the human for an instant. The human looks confused, but his vision seems to be stronger now, and he can see the lion in all his glory. He smiles down warmly.
"That should help. Now you can see me in my full glory." The lion leans back and lets the human just take this all in. He falls to his knees and starts to pray.
"Enough of that for now." The lion lifts his hand, showing him to stop. The human gets up and looks at him. "That isn't why I called you here this time. I wish to see one of my most devoted followers in person."
The human finally spoke up. "M-me, really?"
The lion chuckled softly at the response. "Yes, you. I felt like giving you a little treat for all these years of service. Some alone time with me."
"God, I don't think I'm worthy of that."
"Please, you don't have to call me that. Not like it's my name or anything."
"Oh, sorry. What should I call you then?"
"How about Sun? Simple to the point, and not like you can really pronounce my real name anyway."
"So what now?" The human asked, unsure what to do.
"Well, how about I answer some of your prayers? I know you became quite smitten with me, and I did dress the part."
"What do you mean, Sun?"
"Well, I don't want to alarm you, but if you never saw me before, how did you know what I looked like?"
"I don't understand what you mean."
"Think of this as a dream come true. After hearing some of the things you wished for, I thought it would be nice to play the role you wanted me to be."
"Does that mean you don't normally look like that?"
"Nope! But what counts is that you want me to. Everything here is just to help your mind wrap around what is happening. Giving you context to a godly entity you couldn't understand otherwise."
"So, what does it all mean?"
The lion smiles before responding. "That means I'm the real deal as far as it matters. Everything you wanted and more. And after hearing all your prayers, I think you have been wanting this for a while, huh?" He lets out a laugh.
The human blushes and nods his head.
"Good, let's get this godly tour on the road then. I shouldn't keep you for too much longer." Sun stands up to his full height. A towering god with golden fur and a mane that shimmers lightly. With a snap of his fingers, all of their clothes are gone in an instant. "Now that we are free of all those impediments, it's time to start with the foundation."
Sun lifts his paw, a landmass that covers the human's field of view. The foot slowly comes down and smothers the human. "Now is the time to worship to your heart's content."
The human starts to lick and rub at the foot, eager to show Sun his devotion to him. Embraced by the comforting warmth of his paw, he worked as fast as he could. He wanted to get as much of Sun as his body would allow. Sun would gently roll the human, feeling the tiny speck on his sole.
"Going to have to cut this part short. Got more to see, and such little time." Sun moves his paw and grabs the human, taking him back to his throne as he sits, dropping him next to his cock. "Here we have my font of power, a testament to my greatness, and a must-see on any devotee's tour."

The human snaps to attention as he is back in the temple. It seems like this was the moment he left to see Sun. The human can't help what he had was a dream, but it felt so real. He didn't really know what to make of it.
He headed home, and everything seemed normal, but as soon as he got home, a necklace with a gem on it was hanging on the inside. As he touched the gem, it reminded him of Sun. He started to wish to see him again, and the gem glowed.
As soon as the light dimmed, he was back where he met Sun.
"Miss me already?" Sun lets out a knowing laugh.
