The 3 Bored Cats
The 3 Bored Cats
3 little cats looked out a glass door at the rain that continued to pour and pour all 3 were sad, for there was nothing to do the name of the first cat the leader of the crew his name was Steven he thought to himself the he'd not be leaven the second cat his name was Jack common sense is sometimes what he'd lack the 3rd one was the only female feline everyone called her pestimist Sunshine
Steven was yellow and was all down and mellow Jack was red and was laying almost dead And Sunshine was black, laying by on old dusty knick knack All that was there was an old wooden clock And an old lady who knitted a quilt in a chair she would rock The woman was singing an old melody tune The cats looked at the clock it was 2 hours past noon They then knew the day would be over soon
A small little mouse came scurrying along The woman glanced over and stopped her old song She screamed and she yelped for someone to help The mouse ran away the woman starred at the cats and began to say Go catch that nasty vermin, get rid of it now Jack the cat then raised his right brow And asked, just exactly how Sunshine then said catching a mouse this is definitely knew The cats had no idea of what to do Because for them catching a mouse theyve never done Steven said well think catching a mouse it might be fun The old lady was running around still having a fit Steven then said well we got claws, we got teeth, and most importantly wit Jack then said do we even know what a mouse does But Sunshine being optimistic as she often was Said lets just give a try it not like were going to die They first searched the kitchen, the old had went back to her knitten In the house they looked all around for nowhere the mouse could be found
They continued the search all through the house But there still remained no sign of the mouse Soon after a while the mouse came back out The old lady then made a loud shout The mouse then ran under a couch chair Steven ran under and gave the mouse a big scare So there it began the cat and mouse chase It lasted a while with the mouse running place to place Soon enough the mouse was dead By the time they had caught him it was time for bed.
