Evan smiled softly as he took a sip of his tea watching Red Savarin and his friends move about in there backyard. His wife came outside their house and watched them as they looked around with wide eyes and wonder.

She smiled softly as she adjusted her glasses and added "so how are they enjoying the backyard?"

Evan sighed as he added "but I've spent all day playing with them, especially Red. Ever since I gave him that serum he's a been clingy, but that is why I love him so. He used to be a bitter depressed boy..."

Being a hunter was a tiresome job but it could get better or worse, he was at the lowest point of his life when he found his father figure who by a sad twist of fate fell out of the sky. Watching him destroy sky pirates with ki blasts with an amused and disgusted look on his face always as he killed dozens upon dozens of them without remorse, he was very dark.

Bitter, jaded, sorrow filled and angry, and yet he wanted to change to become a better person. It made him confused knowing that somehow effected his emotions but he could see that the darkness was slowly going away. He would have reacted with his rather nastier side if he didn't like him however.

Evan hated showing his darker half around him and instead acted like a real father to him and Chocolat much to his own delight and pleasure. They have never had a real parent to them and yet he acted like one, comforting him, rocking him and kindly lecturing him. Apart from all of these he could easily sense that all he had for him was love and was never lying to him.

Beluga scowled saying "please don't remind us, he never likes talking about it and for a good reason, after all he feels so angry afterwards."

Red shook his head weakly and added "he has a near zealous amount of hatred regarding the subject. After all who could blame him for what his daughter has suffered in the past?"

Elh watched him pale slightly before falling onto one knee and asked "are you alright Red?"

Red shook his head and answered "not really, I think I am going to sit down next to them. Your more the welcome to join me Elh."

Elh merely smiled as she watched him go walking to one of the chairs sitting around the small table.

Evan watched him sit on a chair in front of him as he took his tea and gave it a sip. He smield saying "it sure does take a lot of you, a bit more time and you might collapse!"

He joked to the blue eyed caninu who chuckled smiling brightly as he answered "maybe. Elh really can be a bit of a hassle when it comes to fun but that is why I like her. However I don't like my privacy interrupted that much but I can tolerate it."

Evan smirked before gently releasing his daughter who bounded off his lap smiling brightly.

Evan smiled as she spoke kindly "I'm going to bring out a plate of cookies would you like some Red?"

Red chuckled as he added "sure, by the way can you get me a glass of lemonade? I'm sorry I could get some on my own but I'm exhausted."

She swished her tail side to side before adding "that's alright, I like being helpful to my parents friends."

She hummed as she skipped inside while he watched her go. He shook his head slowly and asked "is she always that nice?"

Evan shrugged his shoulders and explained "that depends on if you're honest with her, I've taught her how to read the slightest of twitches in body language. If you're not honest with her she can get annoyed and aggravated. I should know she kneed me full strength on my family jewels for it."

His daughter returned with a large plate and a pitcher of lemonade as she placed it on the table along with some glasses. Red smiled softly saying "thank you!"

Kris smiled as she sat down in between her parents and added "your welcome Red."

He took his glass of lemonade and took a sip feeling the cold liquid go down his throat as he sighed in bliss. He eyed his boyfriend and asked "tell me why have sex nearly every-day?"

Evan smiled at him and answered "to answer that Red dear it is because it helps soothe the grief we all feel. However it is also because it's fun."

Evan chuckled saying "true but there fit for war only and you do have more wild natural species. If you continue walking over the hills you will reach wolf territory anyways."

Red raised an eyebrow and asked "you know there is something about wolf society that makes me think, what would happen if another male mounts another?"

I would however suggest not angering him as he is not tame, you can't tame a xenomorph but you can live with them. Vector snorted shaking his head as he yawned while stretching himself. For a xenomorph he was quite gentle as long as you don't step on his tail or get him aggravated as he curled up into a black ball.

Red smirked as he sipped his lemonade again before asking "is your daughter's breast natural?"

Evan swallowed as he answered "there are two places Limbo and an area called the Abyss and not the bottom of the ocean. Limbo is a highly unforgiving place according to Catholics, as it's supposedly capable of torturing even the most die hearted people into killing themselves. The abyss however is Azathoths territory."

Sheana felt a cold draft wash over them while she could have sworn they heard cold heartless laughter. This laughter echoed across the entire area a mixture of souls screaming in agony and insanity.

Red felt his fur stand on end as he whispered "did you hear that?"

He watched him in concern seeing pure raw horror on his face as his right hand began to shake. Evan swallowed hard as he schooled his face and continued "anyways the abyss is Azathoths territory, originally he was created by H.P Lovecraft to describe the works of horrific black magic as being it's patron. While black magic can be destructive any magic linked to him makes your soul fall away until it's gone and he uses it as a puppet. You can't go to hell, Limbo or heaven as you're fated to walk into his open arms and no one survives meeting him. Anyways H.P Lovecraft described him as a shapeless being of an ancient primordial and unimaginable evil of the rawest of black magic. The kind that can create nightmares for years for even the darkest of mages..."

Red felt his fur crawl as the laughter echoed higher and it began to twist into mocking laughter and the sound of trumpets and pipers echoed through the evening sky.

Evan shuddered and continued "I don't like talking about this; Azathoth isn't an easy subject as he isn't sleeping, look he has created a universe by dreaming he can take that away if he awakes. Not only that but he is linked to unimaginable horrors. The reason why he tempts others to use his magic is so that they will try to find his throne in the heart of the abyss. A mere throne, capable of making men gods and a true monster if sat upon and no one has succeeded yet..."

The laughter stopped making Red shiver and asked "jeez that is just messed up so magic can be bad?"

Evan grimaced and explained "it depends on the intent and the effects. For example dark magic or battle magic as it's called is only that way because it uses negative emotions. It begins to effect the mind and it feels like a rush so which is why most people purify themselves. When your older the dark magic doesn't affect you as your own magic has stabilized however black magic. Black magic is destructive and twisted even worse than necromancy and it's capable of making you go insane and stay that way. However that is only for some seriously nasty magic when you're enraged..."

Red looked deep in thought and asked "Elh knows magic, however she does it for protection and only uses it when she needs to."

Evan smiled softly and added "that is interesting however despite the dangers of Azathoth I actually am fascinated by him, I'm just more careful around his magic. While magic is indeed magic any magic that uses him as a patron is considered to be a last resort. I am not joking it's capable of twisting you and making you become insane, it's not evil it just depends on the actions."

He looked at Elh again seeing her panting before adding "I am glad she does it for protection, and not for ill means. Magic can be abused however it also makes people lazy if they think that they don't need to move about when casting a spell."

Red shook his head snorting as his eyes scrunched up before asking "what kind of idiots would think that?"

Evan smirked and answered "probably people with whole trees shoved up there asses branches leaves and all why?"

Sheana and Kris both snorted and burst out laughing as Red rolled his blue eyes. He took another cookie and took another swig of his lemonade and asked "so you like to have fun with your daughter I can understand but what about your son?"

Evan frowned as he finished his tea and explained "when he is older and only if he wants me to. I don't allow minors to be interested and I simply refuse to do it unless there legally past the age limit."

Evan growled as he continued "I haven't heard about his porn and yet he called me asking me about it once and I hung up but he keeps on trying to manipulate me into reading it ever since he called me and won't stop by non stop calls. I wouldn't be surprised of the greedy egomaniacal bastard would fuck his own mother and write about that as well!"

Sheana winced at the rather nastier side of her husband showed itself once again, his disgust for any name and catboy relating to that author on the site he usually writes on has created afeud with him. He will never forgive that writer for what he has done and wants nothing more than to see him in an agonizing very slow death by an accident it's all he wants really.

He eyed one of his sonic knifes and scowled darkly as he thought "I will find that author, and I am going to kill him for this!" A spark was lit as the dark fires of hatred flared once more imagening them twisting inside the author along with flames as cold laughter echoed about once more.

Later Red shivered as he sat on the living room couch eyeing his boyfriend who was glaring outside. He looked at Kris and asked "why is your father so angry all of the sudden?"

Kris sighed and muttered "he's probably thinking of that other catboy, you see daddy firmly believes he was manipulated by a shout on somebodies shout box. I can understand why because his commentary I swear to god it's like he didn't know he was alienating him and yet he asked him anyway, I am sure that he can get other views elsewhere instead of being a dick. Red gave him a stern look and added "I will, why bring this up?"

Evan sighed as he walked over and sat down next to his daughter as she moved into his lap. He merely added "it's something I might go overboard with but, I want to find that book author and kill him..."

Red flinched saying "yeah you are way overprotective."

Evan sighed as he leaned backwards spreading out his arms. He merely grimaced saying "I don't want to be like this but that book author just reminds me of a writer I dislike. It may have been because of miscommunication but he did not have the right to act like an attention whore. It's not an insult it's just a meaning where even the more polite of people can be worse than rude assholes."

Red simply shook his head as he added "I know what you mean!"

He widened his eyes however as Elh and Beluga entered the room and sat down next to him making him smile softly. He gently wrapped an arm around her and added "hey sorry if I left you two all alone."

Elh chuckled softly as she replied "it's okay, your boyfriend is pretty steamed though."

Red huffed as she teased him before lightly kissing her nose making her flush red. Evan snickered seeing this and added "I was but not right now, I'm just disgruntled a bit of being reminded of something. An incident that happened around 8 months ago is still so very strong and I can't stop remembering it."

Elh sighed before eyeing Red and answered "I know that feeling, I can't exactly forget what Bruno attempted to do by using Red as a sacrifice." She finished bitterly as Red gently nuzzled her as he pulled her closer.

Red sighed and asked "Evan why do you have sex really?" making him blush up a storm.

Evan was about to answer when Kris leaned against him making him wrap an arm around his daughters waist as he spoke "I have sex not because I want to or the fun but well for love most of the time. Red smiled softly as Elh snuggled closer into his hug and Evan asked "aw how cute, shouldn't you three head back by now?"

Red widened his eyes as he replied "your right, we should head back!" quickly rousing Elh as they stood up and left going out the backyard door to head back through the quantum gateway.

Evan watched him go as he wrapped his arms around his daughter's waist and gave her a deep kiss seeing that she wanted him to. She moaned softly and kissed back before breaking the kiss and whispered "please daddy do to come back to us eventually should anything happen."

He smiled softly before saying "I will, I love you my dear."

Evan grimaced as he replied "Kris Red was literally swarming with suicidal thoughts and when he is alone he sometimes breaks down and cries. Whenever he sleeps his horrible memories keep on showing themselves on a particular one where some of his friends say that he is a monster; or another one where he nearly killed Elh. It is simply nearly always too much for him to bear."

Evan smiled sadly and added "I know but that is why I have this..."

He materialized a small black tablet making her frown as she took it. She stared at it and broke out into a sweat seeing a triple lock code black security code before raising her head and asked slowly "Evan what is this?"

He chuckled giving a cold smile and answered "you really think I spend all my nighttime activities doing vigilante duties and not do anything? What you have there is my little black tablet. I've been storing evidence, information, photos, pictures, and facts from every single corrupted and very slippery people in power even those that are deemed untouchable. I just need a wee bit more information before dropping this off as a gift to the Common Wealths Global news network."

He shook hiding a maniacal giggle even as he gave her a glass grow grin even as she stared at him in numb shock.

He continued "if they don't lay off then the entire Common Wealth will watch this on the News, and not just this city and world I mean all 10 galaxies, basically I am going to troll them so hard they will be shattered."

She eyed the tablet again as she replied "all that information, I forgot that you really are ruthless and cunning."

He frowned as he answered "I started making it after the train incident, and Durandal was more then happy to help me as well as Ion. For two differently made AI's they sure do have a serious vendetta against these guys."

Sheana winced saying "that is horrifying and yet disturbing, I thought AI's couldn't hate others?"

Evan gave her a stare and added "that is sadly very, very wrong. Each AI have their own personality depending on who they were based off of and while Ion is more calm and helpful Durandal is a bitter and angry AI. In fact do you know what he likes to do to people on the web? He likes to troll them it's hilarious!"

She rolled her eyes as she muttered "I knew you shouldn't have connected him to the internet."

He shrugged his shoulders and added "but Sheana I can't carry their data chips all the time. Still that datapad will only open for anyone that matches our finger prints, I already had your father place his own on it so why not you and this is just a failsafe."

She gave it back to him as he atomized it before saying "now then lets finish cooking dinner alright?" making her smile as they worked together in the kitchen.

Shepherd Republic Asmodeaus

Red stirred in his sleep feeling himself growl and sigh. His eyes snapped open as he slowly at up his body shaking as he looked down with grief in his eyes.

The poor caninu just can't seem to sleep haunted by his nightmares and memories that should have faded away when he was given the serum. He had gone to bed early after supper alone in order to stop these growing whispers in his head, the whispers of growing suicidal thoughts.

A slight sound of footteps were heard as he raised his head and smiled brightly seeing his boyfriend enter the cabin from the gateway and slowly sat down next to his bed.

Evan covered his mouth to suppress a soft burp from the delicious pot roast he had and gently placed his right hand under his chin.

Red sighed happily feeling his touch and asked "what's wrong?"

Evan sighed as he leaned forwards and asked "how are you holding up, I know you can mask your pain very well."

Red flinched before slumping as he spoke bitterly "not very well truthfully. I'm starting to think maybe the knife is better against my hand."

Evan shook his head and answered "Red tell me have you heard the music box?"

Red raised an eyebrow and added "music box?"

Evan sighed and added "whenever I feel alone, saddened or disappointed or in the mood to scare someone and very angry it plays. Right now I feel disappointed"

Red gulped eyeing his left clenched hand of which the nails were digging into his fur hard enough to leak blood as he heard the sound of a twinkling music box. He could easily see his cold smile and his eyes swirl with the shades of darkness from the arctic blizzard within. Evan cleared his throat and spoke slowly "suicide nor cutting is the answer Red, when you begin cutting it is very hard to stop because it is addictive. I nearly had my second boss resorting to it and I don't want you to do it either."

He removed his hand from his cheek and wrapped it around his waist instead making Red shed a tear before answering "I know it's just I-I just want them to stop!"

Evan sighed before smiling softly as he answered "are you sure you want them to stop?"

Red sighed as he spoke hoarsely "I try and try to get them to stop by thinking happy thoughts but they won't just stop!"

Evan flinched as his eyes widened and whispered "oh no not another one!"

Red trembled and spoke softly "what do you mean another one?!"

Lightning crackled outside the air ship and Evan swallowed and added "it appears that dead bastard Baion might have done something I have seen once before; he placed a kill switch inside your mind..."

Red froze as all color and blood drained from his face turning his normally white and yellow caninu fur the color of chalk. He spoke loudly "say WHAT?!"

Chocolat and Elh jumped from there positions on the Bridge as Red stormed out of the room in only his boxers and shouted "THAT! THAT DAMN FURBALL IF HE WASN'T DEAD I WOULD HAVE MUTILIATED HIM INTO OBLIVION!"

Chocolat flinched before seeing that his boyfriend walked over to him and added "Red calm yourself I can probably help you get rid of it."

Beluga watched him wearily and asked "get rid of what?"

Evan sighed and rubbed his forehead and muttered "it appears that crazy hybrid that went up with Tartaros decided to have a nasty last laugh. I just discovered by sheer accident that Red has kill switch in his mind regarding his rather depressed attitude and repeating the same nightmares over and over again."

This caused silence as Elh covered her mouth as she shed a tear making Chocolat growl in anger. She was steamed judging by the smoke and the large tic mark on her forehead as she replied "that's twice that bastard has nearly killed Red but this time it was too far why place a bloody kill switch in the first place!?"

Evan gave her a bitter smile and answered "oh so you don't fully understand do you? Baion created his own hybrids and helped make one for the sole purpose of disposable subordinates when he was done with them."

This caused them all flinch especially with his voice filled with pure vitriol and Evan sighed and answered "I can help you break it, but I need your help. It's your will that I am going to need because this is going to hurt. My daughter had one before I helped her locate it and she broke it and then had her wail on me like crazy to help soothe the sheer mental pain she felt."

Red shivered before gritting his teeth and shouted "I DON'T CARE I WANT IT GONE NOW!"

Evan bowed before slowly walking closer as black lightning crackled across his hands. Red stiffened as Evan added "forgive me but embrace eternity!"

He then slammed his hands onto his face and made him look into his eyes as Red snapped his head back in a silent scream of agony as a black mental missile pierced deep within his mind.

Red closed his blue eyes and gritted his teeth feeling some kind of block slowly being shredded as Evan started to smash through it. Within his boyfriends eyes he gazed at a black obsidian block that is being cracked with each mental wail he was giving it. He knew that he had to smash through it fast as each time he did so the pain would skyrocket. Too much and Reds heart will stop and if he passes out now the suicidal thoughts created by the kill switch will become permanent.

As it cracked harder he spoke mentally "hold on just a bit more longer Red it's nearly gone!"

Red trembled as his body spasmed from pain as he nearly howled im agony before a great pressure was felt as his boyfriend finally shattered the block making the whispers and nightmares finally stop.

Evan removed his mental probe and his hands as Red quickly embraced him and sobbed in pain. He embraced the young Caninu and spoke softly "easy Red Easy, I wish there was a better way to get rid of a kill switch but sadly no. I would never hurt you again like that never I am so sorry..."

As he raised him slightly so he can rest his head on his left shoulder allowing him to cry. Chocolat watched with sorrow imagining the sheer pain her brother had felt and Evan eyed her saying "he wants you also to comfort him, I'm not a selfish nor clingy man it's just I sometimes forget about my other relationships..."

He freed an arm and beckoned them to come closer making Elh race over as she gave Red a hug wrapping her arms around his back. Red sniffled softly before feeling Elhs embrace making him smile softly and whispered "thank you Elh, and thank you Evan but most importantly thank you Chocolat."

Chocolat smiled softly as Evan gently scratched the back of his head enjoying feeling the semi nude caninus fur against his clothes."

Beluga sighed as he asked "another traumatic event done, are you sure that your safe to be around?"

Evan growled softly at the jibe and answered "hey don't blame me, I fix issues and other problems not create more. All though I do like to show people the more darker side of life but that is to solidify the natural hate of such abominations that were practiced in the past to make sure it doesn't happen again with cold indifference."

Beluga winced as he heard this with spite hidden within his voice not at him just at everything.

Evan gently nuzzled Red before gently releasing him as he landed with a soft thud. He watched him blush saying "I'm not a fan of being only in my white boxers on the bridge but I will make this an occasion seeing that I am not feeling shy around Elh right now."

As soon as Red was getting ready for bed he gazed at his boyfriend and asked "tell me would that kill switch really effect me so badly?"

Red shook feeling his heart clench even as he felt his right hand rub his chest delicately. He closed his eyes as he started to silently sob in broken anguish even as he felt him slide into the bed with him and embrace him tightly.

Evan shed a tear feeling him sit up and hug him in a very tight squeeze as Red burst out sobbing as his large mental control over his emotions shattered as he started to weep heavily judging by his shaking body. He started to cry as well for the poor boy as he slowly and cautiously started to rock him.

Evan gently kissed his cheek and whispered "you have friends, family, loved ones, so please don't end it all."

Red sobbed as he whispered "I would never contemplate suicide but I swear I feel so sad. Please sleep with me..."

Evan nuzzled him as he added "I will although it would help more if Elh would also sleep with us. She wants you to be confident and very friendly like you used to be."

He then flipped onto his back so that Red could sleep on his chest even as he pulled Chocolat closer to her big brother. As the last of the tears fell he can easily sense that his aura was turning into a soft yellow for happiness and pink for love as he gently scratched along his back and ears before closing his eyes letting him sleep as well.

The next morning Red stirred awake and noticed that Evan was elsewhere and yet he felt very unsettled.

As he got dressed and placed his cap back on as well as placing his bone in his mouth he exited the cabin and headed onto the bridge.

He noticed that Chocolat and Elh were staring outside and he did also look out the door and gazed upon his still sitting form and felt a dark red aura surrounding him.

He swallowed saying "he's angered isn't he?"

Chocolat sighed and explained "he's been like this the whole morning it's like as though a flip was switched from yesterdays events."

Red sighed and added "I guess that is a problem for him being well a hyper empathic, while he can't directly feel emotions it takes a while for it to take root and form this. When he isn't happy or with friends it is like he is always angry."

Beluga sighed as he shook his head and muttered "he's a troubled soul alright but I guess he is just doing this so he doesn't harm your feelings. You do realize that his words can make you feel worse as though you don't realize that he is severely trolling you!"

Elh raised an eyebrow and asked "Red?"

Red chuckled sheepishly and added "um he might have gotten that word from Evan apparently trolling is something very annoying or mean, even cruel on the web by deliberate actions. However he doesn't act like a troll he's just a very angry man right now."

He watched the aura go away somewhat as he stood up and headed inside a flame of dark anger was still smoldering within his eyes however.

As he gazed upon Red it faded somewhat and muttered "this is why I hate being hyper empathic it makes my reactions worse because instead of feeling nice and good it is the opposite in some cases."

He shed a tear and added "I explained my situation to my parents from hiding these feelings and they are very understanding it's just I don't like this, I used to be happy go lucky but I use that as a font when I actually feel happy."

Red sighed and asked "what is the worst thing to happen to a soldier if they go through a war?"

Evan shuddered and answered "it's not torture, nor is it being captured, it's getting used to it. If you accept it then chances are you will eventually do everything that makes war so dangerous. In sports there are rules and regulations but in wars there are none it's a brutal and dark free for all. I've been apathetic to my job but I will harm a civilian, a few times a soldier might hesitate after accidently gunning a few down but a few weeks or months later they will not give a dam about who stands in their way civilian or not."

Elh cringed while Red paled drastically at the price and grim reality of war. He merely added "that's disgusting!"

Evan laughed bitterly and answered "but it's also true! World War 2 was the worst when the Americans were fighting the Japanese. During this time they discovered how to create the first atomic weapons called the Atomic bombs and a logicistic report showed that using them to drop on Japans major cities can make the war stop from reaching the deaths of hundreds of millions."

Chocolat and Red froze in horror and Evan shook his head and answered "it was a choice not taken lightly and the army and airforce did not like it one bit. It was either drop them or let it continue on much worse destruction. The aftermath was horrific and I will not explain why, then nuclear weapons were made as a last resort only."

Beluga shuddered as he muttered "all of this because of one simple question, barbaric!"

Evan sighed and added "yeah humanity is its own worst enemy however they not too similar to us. While there isn't any real war there are still scuffles from sky pirates."

Red sighed and muttered "the sky pirates have been increasing in activity ever since Tartaros was destroyed. On the other hand they tend to avoid us the most."

He chuckled softly making Evan grin and added "ah yes your rather famous reputation for smashing things or getting them done hmm?"

He joked making him blush and elbow him and added "oh do shut up!"

Red complied and gave him a deep kiss on the lips before breaking off as he replied "you, you're a tease!"

Evan chuckled as he wrapped an arm around him saying "true but by all means I am just doing it so you won't have nightmares from me answering about your last question." before removing said arm as Red flushed red briefly.

Elh chuckled covering her mouth as she replied "you know I would have felt jealous if you did hog him."

Evan sighed and rubbed his forehead and answered "Skynet, Skynet was originally a program but it advanced it's-self to be self-aware and extremely intelligent. The thing is the idiots who made him started panicking because of his capabilities and decided to say "screw this he's history" and tried to turn him off. Yeah right attempting to destroy the most militaristic AI ever in charge of all the toys is an extremely stupid move and pissed it off so much that humanity must be wiped out in the terminator reality. A highly unforgiving Ai made from pure logic mostly instigated from the humans there, back home the Common Wealths military made him but instead of panicking like idiots they decided to be cautious and courteous as to not do the same thing."

They all blanched and Red shook his head and muttered "good god, they seem like the humans who decided to destroy our earth."

Evan sighed and answered "look there not to blame it's just we always have this kind of fear of the unknown or something more. You used to have nightmares about your old hybrid form am I not correct?"

Red grimaced and added "I would never forgive myself if I even attempted to harm her. However by all means aren't your children worried for you being here so long?"

As the morning passed Chocolat steered the Asmodeaus to the closest town on the floating island as Red rushed off to get his Dahak. Evan had followed him and watched him get on his mech and reply "your more eager to get back to work aren't you?"

Red smiled brightly with his eyes closed and answered "of course, being a paladin hunter isn't easy but I shouldn't be neglecting Chocolat nor our home. I hope we can get some more rings I'm nearly dry again."

As he launched his Dahak off the aircraft making a whooping noise even as Evan chuckled and added "that boy..."

Red landed with a loud crash holding onto the controls tightly before sweat dropping seeing a silver blur land right next to him without making a sound. He shook his head knowing that his boyfriend was very paranoid even though he had placed his weapons in the gun rack next to his back yard porch.

He however eyed the two knives that were in there holsters and asked "what exactly is a sonic knife?"

Evan winced as he felt the pain in his augmented legs and answered "a sonic knife is like a K bar knife, however it has a miniaturized generator attached the hilt that makes the blade vibrate. The vibrations constantly make the blade sharp and it will always sharpen itself."

He removed one of the knifes and showed him the small micro generator in the hilt and continued "the generator will only turn on if you grip it around the handles."

To show this he kicked a nearby rock the size of his waist and gripped the handle before slicing through it like butter. Red gulped as he continued "it's a deadly piece of equipment however I don't like to use these so much unless I get enraged."

Red sighed and added "come on maybe the Job vendor has something for us to do."

Evan looked around and answered "You know the capital city of the Shepherd republic is quite peaceful compared to back home. However that is mainly because our military is still trying to build up because of the last war. The area of space the planet resides in used to be the biggest military hot spot until the war. We need a faster way of manufacturing ships fast or else pirates and other nasties will hit."

Red grimaced saying "is that why your city looks pretty bad because of the corruption?"

Evan sighed and answered "yes the common wealth is militaristic and democratic society however the main reason why it's so entrenched is because of the Illuminate. While we can be friendly and kind to our neighbors we are very unforgiving to others who seek to poison us from within. That is why the Illuminate has been trying to hide so much because they were responsible for such grief and pain. The main cap however was that they were also responsible for developing some kind of virus that targeted all technology and threatened to use it to send the common wealth back to the dark ages of technology while keeping their own intact."

Red turned bright red in sheer anger as he replied "why the hell would this Illuminate do that?"

Evan sighed and answered "they want to make everyone follow there path in technical growth and control the government and use them as puppets and figureheads. Basically they want to be in absolute power, they wouldn't have been discovered if it wasn't for Adam Jenson."

Red was literally steaming as he grinded his teeth together before huffing saying "there despicable!"

Evan sighed and answered "that is sadly correct, still I am amazed at how peaceful and green everything here is. It makes me a tad envious but then again it's not really that bad considering I have you as a boyfriend."

She finished as she picked up a small brown package and Evan eyed it cautiously seeing that his bydo side was sniffing around it.

Red eyed him seeing a small orange stream of particles wrapping around it and asked "um Evan what is that?"

Evan eyed him and answered "sometimes the bydo core in my chest uses it's own data streams. The Bydo can control and take over machinery and this is somekind of machinery and well it's ticking. Red this is an explosive."

Red paled before his teeth cracked his bone as he answered "Igor, Igor oh you have got to be kidding me that Kurvaz commander is still kicking? Shit he is still after me for sure but to use an explosive?"

Evan shook his head and let is senses go wild as they carrassed it before snorting as he replied "it's a nuke..."

Red balked as he replied "what?! Can we get rid of it?"

Evan eyed it before saying "it needs to be very far away before we can let it detonate however that is also a problem, it's to simple."

Red eyed him as he asked "it's a trap isn't it?"

Evan looked troubled as he continued "yes but what kind of trap? A trap for you mabe me or everyone on the Asmodeaus? I could probably detonate somewhere safe but knowing him there has to be a dead mans switch."

Red grimaced and asked "dead mans switch?"

Evan sighed taking the package as the job vendor moved far away from it and answered "sometimes explosives have this electrical signal tied to someones heartbeat. I don't like this at all..."

He looked around and added "we need to leave now, don't argue just do it now I really don't like this."

Red slowly nodded as they ran out to where the ship was docking and Evan looked over his shoulder and frowned seeing a guy with binoculars speaking into a radio.

Chocolat eyed them both as they arrived onto the bridge while Red stored his Dahak and asked "whats wrong?"

Evan eyed her and whispered "sh try to keep your voice down. Apparently one of the Kurvaz commanders didn't exactly stay down after Red dropped that stone pillar on him at Basset. They fucker decided to give us a drop to escort this package somewhere, it's a fucking nuke..."

Chocolat gasped as Elh and Beluga eyed it wearily before asking "but it's illegal to do such a job!?"

Red eyed the innocent brown package before asking "I can't get rid of it normally, if I were to throw it away we will get swarmed by pirates and his own band of men. Unless that is what your planning on doing..."

Evan closed his eyes as the Asmodeaus undocked and answered "I will have to eventually but I need to check this out first."

Evan in the meantime was busy firing ki blasts using his left hand causing many explosions on the pirate fleet as he shouted "there very coordinated to coordinated I think their trying to tire us out, unfortunately for us their succeeding."

Red was starting to pant as he broke out into sweat as he replied "why are they doing this?"

Evan removed one last pirate ship before falling to his knees as his arm felt like it was going to explode. He gritted his teeth in agony while thinking "To much energy, it's blocking my zordiarc channels."

His thoughts slowly turned darker before a dawning horror was beginning to set as a red pirate vessel slowly rose up from beneath the clouds. Red eyed it while cursing saying "blasted sky pirat- what the?"

They eyed it slowly seeing the blue aura within and Evan felt a cold understanding click in his head. They both felt cold as Elh replied over the comm "Red... I can feel nono within that ship, pure liquid nono upon contact will bring dire consequences."

Evan eyed it slowly before looking back at the nuclear device with dread as Red asked "we might not survive this outcome will we?"

Evan closed his eyes giving him a lifeless look even as he heard it beep as the timer started to tick down. This whole thing, it was nothing but a death trap from the start and they didn't realize it."

Evan slowly gave a large psionic push pushing the ship far away and threw the nuclear device so that it iy=t lodged itsef in it's hull

Red and Evan each gave a pain filled smile as Evan whispered "it's been a honor to be with you, remember no matter what happens I will always love you."

Red lowered his head as in the distance the nuke exploded and then came the blast wave filled with odd colored liquid as they slowly headed for the cabin door. Red looked to their side and his eyes widened seeing a stray glob of nono heading towards them. He closed his eyes and shed a tear as he shoved his soulmate inside and took it head on. making Evan eye him in shock before it turned to horror as the nono covered his body that was heading for him.

Red expected pain and agony but what he didn't expect was the coldness it felt so cold. He opened his eyes and gazed at his hands and feet as they slowly began to cover into stone.

Was his heart beat as it began to slowly slow down as it began to spread and cover his clothes, first his boots, then his pants and shirt. His cap was already covered in Nono as it hardened.

He couldn't move his arms anymore as he gazed at his sister and Elh who stared at him in horror. He swallowed slowly as his legs began to harden before he slowly felt his body began to petrify into stone.

Evan fell onto his knees as he whispered "why?"

Red swallowed hard once again feeling his waist and lower body began to petrify and explained "I did it because I had no choice, we would have gotten blasted with the same stuff. I'm so sorry Elh but..."

He felt his lungs starting to petrify as he finished "I love you." And his vision blackened even as he gave them a saddened look as even his bone was turned into stone as his body was eventually turned into it leaving him in what would be eternal darkness.

Elh burst into tears as she hugged Beluga sobbing as Evan shed a tear before shaking as he gave him a deeply saddened look feeling his heart shatter as he slowly covered his face and sobbed heavily feeling the loss of his soulmate as he embraced him slowly in his grief.
