Chapter II
Conception
A heavy sigh left Edgar's chest as he pedaled his way back to work. His mind was once again cluttered, his heart was still beating away rapidly in his chest, and his legs were getting rather tired from the long ride back. The rabbit finally came to a halt outside of the restaurant, but he blinked as he read the lit sign above the double doors.
"Mr. Cao's Chinese Din r," the e' had burned out.
He locked up his bike on the rack while he pulled out the receipt for the delivery he recently completed, and that put him in a good mood as he remembered it. His tail gave a little flutter as he walked into the din r. The resident dragon Matty quickly greeted the rabbit.
"Welcome back Edgar, how was it? It took you a while, did you get lost?" The drake inquired as the bunny walked through the mostly empty restaurant, the dinner rush must have been small or it hadn't come yet.
"No I didn't get lost, it was just a long ride, not that I minded though," Edgar smirked to himself, feeling giddy and smug as he went to the cash register and pulled out the receipt along with the money he had been paid for his delivery.
"Wow, that's a huge tip!" The dragon mused and eased his front paws onto the counter, watching as the money was put in and the rabbit took his change.
"Yeah no kidding, they must -really- like our food, it was a really nice home too and...oh crap..." Edgar paused while his paws fumbled around his hips, but he couldn't find his wallet. He tried to think back to the last time he had it, but his memory was rather fuzzy and he couldn't concentrate. "Crap crap crap...." He sighed and shook his head.
"What's wrong?" Matty asked, looking fairly concerned now.
"I can't find my wallet, I know I had it before I left, but I can't remember much after that..." the rabbit sighed again and closed the cash register after stuffing his tip into his pocket.
"Really? Did you take it out for any reason?"
"I don't know...I don't think so...wait, I did take it out on that last delivery, I handed out a business card, maybe I left it there...I'm gonna have to go back there and check there before things get too busy..."
"Actually, you have another delivery, Anton and Eustace are both out and Mitchell hasn't showed up yet," Matty noted a little sadly, but he went and retrieved the receipt with the address and order on it. "Oh, actually this delivery isn't too far from your last one. I know Mr. Cao wouldn't mind if you took...six or so minutes and checked back there before coming back to work."
"Really? I mean, things aren't too busy now...but I promise I'll hurry up and get back," Edgar nodded while he was handed the receipt.
"It's no problem, I'll be sure to let Mr. Tseng know for you, go on and head out, the food should be done now," the dragon wagged his tail cheerfully.
"Thanks Matty, be back soon," the rabbit gave the dragon a pat on the head before he went past the kitchen and got the three boxes stacked atop one another. He placed them in a bag and headed back out to his bike, it didn't take him long until he was back on the road. Though to be safe he stuck to the sidewalk whenever he could.
The delivery was pretty straightforward, just some hungry fellows in a townhouse, lousy tippers but now Edgar was only two minutes from his real destination. He couldn't help but smile as he traveled, his mind didn't feel as blank as before, and what negativity he had felt like it had just dissolved away into the air. After locking up his bike, he dusted off his paws and took a deep breath while he walked up those stairs to the third floor. Once he found the right door, 322, he paused before he raised his paw to knock on it.
His brow quirked as he noticed the door wasn't completely closed, it was cracked open noticeably which struck Edgar as odd, but he shrugged and knocked anyway, no sense in being rude and just barging in. He waited a moment before knocking again. His ears flicked, trying to listen for any footfalls, or slithering, but he didn't hear anything. He started to wonder if no one was home...but the light in the main room was still on, and the door had been left open.
"I really shouldn't go in..." Edgar muttered to himself, though his actions contradicted his statement as he creaked the door open slowly and peeked his head further inside. No one was around as far as he could tell. He closed the door behind him and made his way to the kitchen, spotting his wallet right where he had left it on the counter. The remains from his delivery had no doubt already been thrown away, but Turcel or Amar must have figured the bunny would have come back for his wallet eventually.
"Thank god," he sighed to himself and slipped his wallet back into his pocket, mission accomplished.
Just as he was going to leave however, he heard something and froze in his steps. Someone was home after all.
"Hello?" Edgar asked to no one in particular, so he didn't get an answer. The rabbit scratched the back of his head and took of his hat with a nervous mutter. His large ears flicked, whatever the sound was it was getting slightly louder, but soon it went completely quiet once again. It sounded like it was coming from the bedroom.
Great...just great.
There was this nagging feeling in the back of his mind telling him to just leave, he had no reason to stick around, and he certainly didn't have any right to continue to invade the snake's home. His curiosity and those damn ears led him closer and closer until he was standing before the door to the master bedroom. That door was also cracked open, as if coaxing the rabbit to peek into the dimly light room with a very odd sound coming from it.
Edgar knew he shouldn't have gone inside. He just knew it. Every inch of his body was telling him to just turn around and leave, it wasn't too late to just go without being found out. Something pulled him closer, like an invisible rope reeling him in. He was helpless to fight it, and he didn't want to struggle deep down. His paw pressed to the oak door and he took in a deep breath before he pushed it open nice and slowly. There were only a few candles lighting the otherwise dark room, giving it a rather eerie feel, though the scent was alluring and somehow calming; his feet started to lead him inside to get a better view. Edgar's body felt so much lighter with every half step he took, everything just felt relaxing, even with the sight that was before him.
The room was dark, but Edgar could see clear as day soon. There was Amar, resting atop his bed with Turcel held tightly in his lower snake half, however not all of the burly hawk was being held in those thick coils, his upper half was being devoured whole. Edgar paused and stared at the sight, trying to analyze what was happening. Maybe he was just imagining things? Maybe it was the lighting...whatever it was, he couldn't explain it to himself. Amar however didn't seem to mind that his meal had been interrupted by the rabbit, he took another firm swallow, claiming Turcel's chest and arms while doing so. His scaled neck and chest had a well-defined bulge, a wriggling bulge that was getting larger the further those wet lips worked over those smooth feathers.
Edgar stayed silent as he watched, unable to look away, and it was getting harder to stand as well. His knees buckled, his heart raced, and he gave a little whine...but he just kept on watching. He saw Turcel's legs give the occasional twitch or wriggle as the snake's powerful coils kept him from any exerting any serious movement, but he didn't think that the hawk was actually trying to stop his descent into the ravenous predator's gullet. That was the odd part about it all. The sounds he could hear that weren't wet swallows came from the bird, they were muffled but they were almost music to his ears. He was moaning, or trying to while folds of slick muscles squeezed and squished around him. The rabbit tried to imagine why Turcel was making those noises; it sounded like he was lost in pleasure, and from the sizeable and rather flaccid penis the hawk was sporting and the thick white gunk in his groin explained the strong, masculine scent in the air. Before Amar's mouth glomped over the bird's hips with a hungry hiss, there was another moan.
A little whimper left the bunny's mouth, but his feet just wouldn't move, and his eyes couldn't help but stare. The bulge that was in the naga's chest had finally entered the stomach as far as Edgar could tell. That big hawk was starting to curl up in the snake's mid section, his humanoid portion. Those black scales stretched further and further into a nice domed shape. The wet gulps made the rabbit's ears twitch and his pants tent...he didn't realize it, or the moisture that came with it. His body felt numb, well, one portion was rather stiff, the rest of him was quickly feeling like jello as euphoria washed over him, bringing him to his knees. Edgar's ears went limp and he sighed before as the final swallow claimed Turcel's scaled feet. The yellow digits flexed before they disappeared from sight; they disappeared for good.
It was hard to grasp what had happened at first, but now that the friendly bird who went to the restaurant and ordered in so often was gone. He was just food now, food for that big snake who was licking over his finger tips and stroking the ample, wriggling bulge in his stomach. He let out a satisfied sigh while his eyes open, and those bright golden pupils locked on Edgar pitiful, needy expression that was on his face. The naga gave a light hiss, breaking the rabbit from his dazed state while he rubbed his face and tried to sit up.
"Mmm...I take it you enjoyed that. Didn't you my little bunny boy?" Amar asked with a wry grin, his tongue slipped over his still moist lips while he began to move from his bed and forward to confused rabbit.
That was all Edgar needed and he backpedaled, only to stumble and hit his head off the frame of the door. The heavy thunk' was followed by a big flump' as the bunny fell to the floor, groaning weakly. His vision went slightly blurry and his head hurt so much, but he just had to get up. He quickly recovered and scrambled to his feet only to dash down the thankfully short hallway, jump over the couch in the living room, and almost dive out the door after opening. He made damn sure to close it behind him, panting rapidly all the while.
"Oh...oh...oh shit..." Edgar managed to force himself to speak, but he figured the serpent was going to come after him so he ran, he ran fast. His sneaker clad feet practically glided down the three sets of stairs and he grabbed his bike. A series of whimpers left him as he tried to remember the combination to his lock...and after nearly a full minute of paranoia and failure to recall what the number three looked like, the bunny literally threw off his lock and got on his bike.
Edgar made it back to the restaurant in record time, but he was out of breath and he was out of his mind. The entire trip was a complete flash, all he could think about was what he saw. It couldn't be unseen it now...
"Heya Edgar, what's up?"
"Ahh!" The bunny flipped out and fell over, hitting his head once again, but this time it was on concrete.
"Oh shit! Ed! Ed you ok?" A rather worried ringtail lemur asked. His usual greeting excited an unusual reaction; he bent down and tried to help the rabbit up.
"Damn it...don't call me Ed..." Was all that was mumbled at first, followed by a wince as that new sore spot was graced by the bunny's paw.
"Oh, sorry I forgot...I didn't mean to scare you like that, are you going to be ok?"
"I'll be fine...Mitchell...I...oh god..." Edgar was shaking, he couldn't sit still and the pain in the back of his head wasn't important anymore.
"Dude...come on, let me help you up," the ringtail muttered and plucked up the rabbit as if he didn't weigh anything. It wasn't a surprise since Mitchell was fairly well built in comparison; many wouldn't have guessed if he was a schoolmate of the seemingly clumsy bunny.
"You sure you're going to be alright? You're not bleeding, but still that was a really bad fall..." Mitchell continued as he let Edgar lean against him while opening the door to help his co-worker inside.
"Y-Yeah I'm sure, I just...need..." the rabbit trailed off as he was lead through the front doors, dragging his feet all the way as lemur aided. "To use the restroom..." it was a weak excuse, but he needed some time to sit down and think, there was a lot on his mind.
"Oh, well no problem, if you need anything be sure let me know, I'll go get you some ice," Mitchell added before opening the men room's door.
"Yeah...thanks," the rabbit muttered and rubbed the back of his head before he stepped into the restroom, nearly bumping into an older human who was washing his hands at the sink.
"Heh, you look like you've been through a lot, had a long day?" The customer asked.
"Something like that..." Edgar noted and opened the closest stall door. He plopped down on the toilet seat and sighed, but he heard the door closing, at least he was alone now.
Everything was so quiet; he could barely even hear the constant humming of the overhead lights. He didn't have to use the bathroom; he just had to...do something. He pondered if there was a manual of some sorts existed for this sort of thing. It crossed his mind occasionally when he wondered if he would ever walk in on two people having sex, but he figured that this was probably the single most disturbing thing he had ever seen. Disturbing, and erotic, the latter was easily proved by the fact that Edgar had wet his pants. He didn't urinate, but he left a rather sticky, and still moist mess.
The embarrassed rabbit grumbled while he reached down into his pants and started to clean himself. He was grateful that the gunk hadn't dried, but he got what he could on his paw and left the stall to wash it off.
"What happened..." the bunny asked his reflection while the water drowned out his voice.
He didn't get an answer, just as he figured.
"Oh man..." Edgar whimpered. He was so confused, so...he didn't know how to describe it. Just weird.
"Everything alright?"
"Gah!" Edgar flailed and flung his paws at whoever snuck up on him.'
"Edgar!" Anton grabbed those paws with ease and growled under his breath. The badger wasn't amused.
"Wh-What?..." The rabbit whimpered, sincerely terrified as he looked up.
"What's going on? This isn't like you at all bud," Anton grumbled and let go of the rabbit, though he looked more concerned than angry. It wasn't that Edgar could have really hurt him. He was just worried.
"N-Nothing's going on...I'm just...having a bad day..." At least that wasn't a complete lie.
"I'm not believing that, but hey here's an ice pac, Mitch said you hit your head," the large fellow placed the frozen, blue container wrapped in a towel on the counter.
"Thanks..." the rabbit shook his head before he applied it to the sore spots on the back of his head, twice in one day must have been a new personal record.
"If you need to talk, you know where to find someone, but come on if there's something I can help with..."
"Thanks...really, I appreciate it but I just need some time. I guess I...oh I don't even know how to explain it," Edgar noted sadly, but he had said enough to appease Anton.
"Well alright...though come on, I think Mr. Tseng wants to see you."
"Ok, what about?" The rabbit mrphed and started to head towards the door.
"I dunno, something about a phone call," Anton, being the helpful fellow he was got the door for the odd little lagomorph.
"Phone call? Weird..." Edgar nodded as thanks for the door, but he quickly found the elderly tiger behind the cash register, holding that ice pac to the sore spot on the back of his skull. He paused and fished out the receipt and the payment from his delivery, not bothering to do the math to get his meager tip.
"Ahh, there you are, heard you took a nasty fall outside. You don't look so stable at the moment, maybe you should just take your break now," Mr. Tseng recommended thoughtfully.
"I'll be fine...oh, Anton told me something about a phone call?" The rabbit asked while he placed down the ice pac, his head didn't really hurt anymore.
"Oh that's right, I took a note for you right here, it said...let me see..." the tiger hmmed and retrieved a note card from his pocket and read it out loud. "Please tell Edgar he left his hat in my living room as well as his cellular phone. A Mr. Amar Crushar left you this message, sound familiar?"
Oh damn.
"A-A-Amar? He...he called here, looking for me?!" The rabbit sounded surprised rather than worried.
"I take it that you know him..." the feline stroked his thin beard before he let out a sigh.
"Listen, everyone knows you've been having an off day. I figure something must be going on at home or at school, but I asked Mr. Cao about it and he said you could have the rest of the evening off. You could even have the next day or so off too. You're a great worker, but if something's troubling you we don't think it'd be fit to make you work so hard, especially after you hit your head outside." Mr. Tseng offered a smile after he finished, his tail was slowly flicking.
"I...I don't know..." Edgar didn't seem to know much of anything now, but it was an airtight excuse. His head didn't hurt, but his body felt like it was missing something, something important. He hadn't eaten since lunch, and he needed to sit down somewhere that wasn't a toilet.
"I guess...I just need to work some things out. I'm really sorry, I don't want to cause problems or anything..." the bunny sounded rather ashamed as he spoke, his ears went limp but the tiger shook his head and pat the young male on the shoulder.
"That's being unfair to you. We know you're a hard worker, though you don't have to come in everyday. It's a joy to have you around, but really, think of yourself, get something to eat, and just take the rest of the night or a day or two off. And that's an order," the feline nodded assertively.
"Ok...ok I'll just relax a little then, sorry I-" Edgar was cut off mid-apology.
"No need to apologize so much Edgar, now go ahead and clock out, sit down, and I'll have them cook up something for you," Mr. Tseng smiled again and went to the kitchen; he heard the bunny thank him before he was out of range.
The rabbit placed his paws in his face for a moment before he slunk away to the backroom. He found his card and clocked out; it was only 7:37pm. He was clocking out fairly early. A large paw suddenly fell on his shoulder, and he jumped before realizing it was just his boss.
"Oh...Mr. Cao, sorry I've just been really...I don't know, jumpy I guess. Sorry, I didn't hear you coming..." Edgar tried to think back if he -ever- heard that large panda approaching, or speak for that matter.
The bear shook his head and held a finger to his lips before he smiled and grabbed the rabbit's backpack from his locker and noticed the broken straps. He tapped his chin and hefted up the heavy holder of books and winked at the bunny. Mr. Cao made his way back to his office and closed the door. Edgar was confused greatly, but he felt a little better now. He wondered why everyone he worked with was so nice and understanding while his school was just the opposite. He figured he could get his bag after he ate, so he went to the dining room and sat down in one of the far corners. There was only a moment of rest before Matty poked his snout into the bunny's business.
"Hihi, can I get you anything? Your food should be done in a few minutes and...*sniff*...*sniffsniff* heheh, Edgar, what happened?" The dragon asked with a grin, his tail swished and his front paws were placed on the side of the table.
"N-Nothing happened...why? Do you smell something?" The rabbit blinked as his head tilted to the left.
"Oh, -nothing- happened?" Matty snickered, his scales darkened around his cheeks while he kept that smug grin. "Cause it smells like you had some -fun-," the dragon winked.
"I don't get what you mean..." Edgar was honestly confused at this.
"You totally cre-"
Suddenly the rabbit remembered and he grasped his paws around the dragon's muzzle.
"H-Hey! It was an accident I swear! I didn't do -anything- it just kinda...happened!" Edgar's brown cheek fur had grown much darker due to how much he was blushing. He silently cursed that strong sense of smell the dragon had.
The large lizard made a few muffled noises, most of them were giggles trying to escape, but he pulled free and shook his head.
"Heheh, alright...naughty rabbit," the dragon smirked and winked, but he was given a light tap to the head.
"Gruh...I swear I didn't do -anything- and nothing happened...I just...ugh, I don't want to think about it," Edgar lied through his teeth saying that. It was the only thing to happen in ages, it was the only thing he wanted to think about.
"Ok ok, heh, how about I get you something to drink then?" The playful, yet helpful drake asked.
"Sure...anything will be fine, thanks," the rabbit grumbled and Matty zipped off.
Edgar enjoyed his dinner quietly, and everyone for the most part gave him plenty of space and time to himself. As he was eating he couldn't help but think about Turcel. The hawk was nothing more than food now, right? Or maybe he was seeing things the wrong way, or perhaps when he hit is head one of the few times...it didn't hurt though, there wasn't even a bump there. It was a hard time believing that what he saw even happened. That snake, Amar, had eaten Turcel...and he looked so damn smug and contented afterwards.
Edgar felt confused for why he left so suddenly. The way the naga spoke to him was so calm and tender, yet at the same time assertive. He only ran because...well he had no idea, but that wasn't the biggest question he was worried about. His phone was left in that apartment, that wasn't a great loss. Why couldn't he stop thinking about that cobra happily devouring the bird? And why the hell did he get off on it?
There wasn't any answer. There wasn't even a real question to simplify things.
However that snake -did- know where Edgar worked, after all he called for him shortly before he arrived. Such an odd gesture that was, wasn't he worried that the rabbit would tell someone? Maybe he was just going crazy.
Whatever it was, he knew where he was going. He had to go see that snake again. After all, his hat was there. He finished saying goodbye to his co-workers; Edgar got on his bike and took a deep breath before he pedaled his way back to the apartment room 322. The ride was long, and the bunny only looked forward; he had to hit this thing head on. Once he got to the familiar bike rack he didn't bother to lock up, he wasn't going to be here long and the neighborhood looked nice anyway.
"I can do this..." Edgar muttered to himself, unsure of what he was going to do exactly. There wasn't much time to think because before long he was standing before the door, which was now closed. He sighed and knocked on the door...it was then he realized that his instincts had been literally -SCREAMING- at him to not do what he was doing. It was already too late for him, the door had opened, and the cobra's form soon filled the frame, and a grin filled his lips.
"Hello again, I sssee you got the messssage, why not come insssside and get comfortable?" Amar asked, being sure to add in those hisses on purpose. After all it made the rabbit standing before him quake noticeably...but he came inside anyway.
"I'm just here to get my stuff...but thanks, I guess I can come in...just for a second," Edgar kept his gaze down, he didn't dare look at the magnificent...er, dangerous creature standing...or was it slouching? He did manage to get a peek at the naga's upper portion, and it wasn't bulged. His robe was on as well. Those were both quite positive.
"Take off your shoes, sit down on the couch and just let yourself relax," the serpent commanded.
Being the good bunny he was, he took off his shoes as well as his socks. Truth be told he was grateful to be rid of those pesky sneakers, his feet were rather tired after such a long day.
"I'd rather not stay too long..." Edgar noted as he placed his large shoes next to the door and padded over to the couch; of course he sat down. "I don't want to impose..."
"Oh, of course not, my sweet little bunny is always welcomed here," Amar smiled and he adjusted his robe and slithered to the couch only to place his arms down on the back of it, but he still gave plenty of room to his little guest.
"Now then, you're here for your belongings?"
"Y-Yeah...I must have left it last time I...uhrm, was here," the rabbit was curling his paws into his hoodie.
"I thought I said you could let yourself relax, take off that, here give it to me and I'll hang it up in the closet for you, how does that sound?" The snake asked while he plopped the light blue hat into the rabbit's lap along with his cell phone.
"It is a bit stuffy in here I suppose..." Edgar paused and slipped off his hoodie, the snake had a good point after all and took it off to the closet. "Thanks for calling, I didn't know where I left these," the rabbit's useless filler however was paid close attention to.
"Ahh, such a hard worker you must be. Have the night off I take it?" Amar asked before closing the closet door and making his way back to the couch to get more comfortable with his bunny boy.'
"Yeah I have the night off...I should get home though," Edgar said under his breath.
"Don't you want to stay here instead?" The serpent asked while he ran a scaled hand between the rabbit's ears, coaxing a churr from the mammal.
"I...I...wait, I, huh? What?" The bunny rubbed his head against that hand, loving the surprisingly gentle touch gracing his silky, brown fur.
"Oh it's quite simple," Amar smirked; it was time to inform his guest of what had occurred. And just as he said, it was quite simple. "You like me."
"I like you? Well...I guess, since I laid my eyes on you I couldn't..." Edgar paused; he blinked a few times while a familiar pain in the back of his head returned. "Oww..."
Amar settled himself on the couch next to the rabbit now and stroked over the poor lad's head. It had a rough day. The pain started to fade away while it was rubbed out, though Edgar felt so very confused...what the hell was he doing?
"I saw the way you looked into my eyes. You know that urban legend about how snakes can hypnotize those who catch their gaze?" The reptile smirked while he started to rub along the rabbit's neck.
"Well yeah, I think everyone has...h-hey, you hypnotized me? Is that why I can't stop thinking about you?!"
"No I didn't," Amar stated bluntly. "Though I'm flattered you were thinking of me," he winked at the rabbit.
Edgar blushed heavily, he walked right into that one, but all of this was very new to him. "Then what's going on?" he asked, hoping for a real answer.
"I already told you: you like me. You must like me a lot; I saw how you nearly lost your breath when I entered the room for the first time. I must say you practically stole mine as well," the cobra noted.
"This is...I don't understand," Edgar almost whined at this point, but he did scoot closer to the snake's torso and looked up to him like a lost child.
"Infatuation...or perhaps love at first sight, usually the same thing. I'm not sure, but usually I have to go out of my way to lure my prey to me. This is a nice change of pace when dealing with someone who has developed a bit of a boy crush," Amar chuckled as he slipped his arms around the rabbit and held him in an affectionate manner.
Edgar closed his eyes as soon as his face was pressed against that incredibly soft robe, though his body gave a noticeable tense.
"Is something wrong?" The snake inquired.
"You're...you're going to eat me...aren't you?" The rabbit almost whimpered asking that.
"Why yes, most likely," Amar chuckled, but he gave a benevolent smile while his golden eyes fell upon Edgar's gaze once more.
"B-But...but why? I mean, I...I really like you, why are you going to do this to me?" A little whine left the bunny, but he lost himself looking into those wonderful pupils once again.
"Becausssse everything has to eat," the snake smirked and leaned down to nuzzle at the bunny's cheek. "You're a rabbit, I am a snake. I shouldn't have to tell you how things work. You wouldn't want me to go hungry now would you?" Amar gave another chuckle.
Edgar's heart skipped a beat while his body gave a shudder. As if it wasn't already too much, now he didn't even know what to say. He was just food to the first guy had fallen for, or well, the -second- guy he had fallen for, it was the first guy he felt like he might have had sincere feelings for him in return. However he was just a rabbit in the grasp of a hungry snake, nothing more or less. He was going to disappear from the world, he was going to vanish...he was going to end up like Turcel.
That reminded him...
What he finally noticed was the large bulge resting just past the halfway point of the naga's snake portion; there was the missing' hawk. Amar looked to the large lump just as it gave a slight squirm and a very soft, yet still audible noise came from it.
"Oh god..." Edgar was breathless. It had been quite some time since the hawk was devoured...but it looked, and sounded like he was possibly still alive inside of the belly of the predator.
"Heh, my sweet, silly, little bunny boy," Amar chuckled as he gave a soft squeeze to the shaken rabbit in his arms. "You seem so worried...why is this?"
The question nearly made Edgar's head explode.
"Wh-Why am I worried? You've gotta be joking!" The rabbit whimpered, but he didn't try to escape the embrace he was in; it felt too good and he didn't have the energy. "This is insane."
"I'll be giving you just what you want and deserve."
Blink.
"What...what do you mean? I haven't even finished high school, I'm probably not even done with puberty probably...why...why would I want to be killed?" The bunny asked sounding more confused than anything else.
"I can see into you Bunny, I know what you want. All I have to do is look into those sweet little eyes of yours," the naga hissed while he started to ease up on the grip he had on his soon to be prey. "You want to be with me."
Edgar gave a reluctant sigh, he did want to be with this snake...even now, and he didn't have a clue why. Other than physical attraction, that dominant demeanor, his voice that was as smooth as silk, and his regal yet friendly personality there wasn't anything else Amar had going for him that the rabbit found alluring.
"I don't want to be eaten..." He whispered in response.
Just as the rabbit said that, he was groped rather firmly and let out a surprised yelp. He blushed profusely and finally realized that he was aroused. -Very- aroused.
"H-Hey...please I..." Edgar just whimpered, he didn't know what else to do. It was the oddest sensation. Here he was sitting on a couch with a naga that blatantly told him his potential dinner plans.
"I don't understand..." that was all the poor, confused rabbit could say.
"You don't have to understand..." Amar hissed while he leaned in close, his lips were only an inch or two from touching the bunny's. "You just have to give yourself up to me...and I will give you what you need."
Edgar looked into those wonderful eyes again. His cock was hard, his pants were bulged, his body felt so warm and at peace. All he had to give himself up to this snake, and this new, insatiable feeling would never go away.
"I..." the rabbit stopped and closed his eyes as was given a sweet kiss on the lips. He kept his eyes closed as he was given the soft gesture, but he knew that those lips were going to spread, the mouth was going to widen, and Amar was going to swallow him alive.
He was wrong however; it was only wishful thinking.
The snake freed him from his grasp completely while he stroked underneath that cute, fuzzy chin. Edgar tilted his head back with a soft sigh, but he sat there and enjoyed the touch. He felt just so content, but a wet belch broke the silence. His ears perked and his eyes looked up just a half dozen familiar looking feathers soaked in saliva landed on his head.
"Ahh, much better...now then, what were you going to say?" Amar asked while he plucked off the remnants of his last meal.
"I...I need some time to think..." Edgar noted with a pang of worry in his voice, but the naga looked rather understanding and gave him a firm hug.
"Take all the time you need, but I know that you'll be back tomorrow," the snake noted cheerfully.
"Huh?...How do you know that?" The rabbit mrphed, "I could just leave and never come back you know..."
"Oh you could, but you won't, I know you'll be back tomorrow," Amar sounded very sure of himself.
"That's...that's impossible, there's no way you could know that, you can't see the future...can you?" The rabbit felt a little nervous asking that question, but he knew that this reptile was doing -something- to him, he just wasn't sure what.
"No I can't, but I know that you will look for any reason to come back to my lair. You did so today after all, right when I was in the middle of eating at that," the snake chuckled and laid back on the couch. His hands rested behind his head while the golden earrings that adorned his hood showed a perfect reflection of the bunny sitting across from him.
"Of course that was why I left the door open, I knew you were going to come back at the perfect time and you'd get a little preview of your fate," Amar continued with a smug grin.
"You...but I can't, how..." Edgar sighed; he knew he was defeated. "Maybe...but what if I say no?...What would you do about that? Would you still eat me?"
Amar hissed at that question. "I know you won't say no, you'll be back here tomorrow, I'll clean you up, and then we'll have a nice little chat before you give yourself up to me."
There was no way the naga knew that was going to happen, there was just no way he could know. At least that was what the rabbit was telling himself...though now he was determined to not show up the next day, he didn't know if he could decline the offer. The more he thought about it, the more he wanted it and the more those bunny instincts of him told him to run for his dear life.
"...If you say so...but lets say I -do- say yes...what's going to happen, you're going to eat me after that?" Edgar pulled his knees to his chest and hugged his legs as he asked that.
"I'm not sure...I might just pull you close, hold you as my lover, gaze into your eyes and devour you on the spot," the serpent sighed dreamily as he thought about it before he continued.
"I might wait two hours, two days, or even two years, I do not know your life expectancy, it's really up to you in a way" Amar paused to let that sink in. "Understand that I don't make this offer to many others. Once you belong to me, you'll be my submissive so to speak. You will do as I say, and you will be with me forever," the snake couldn't help but smile at that last word.
"There is no going back, but your fate is going to be that of a typical meal. I will squeeze you, probably have my way with you, and then...gulp, you're all gone," Amar reminded the bunny who was listening intently. "You're all mine, you're going to be added to my body and you're going to love every second of it."
Edgar's eyes glistened and his cock gave a twitch before he made another mess in his pants, thankfully it was only clear pre cum. Two hours, days...years, he didn't know. If he said yes, he would be getting what he really wanted apparently. At least he thought it was what he wanted, he didn't have a clue, but now he was panting and blushing while he tried not to let on to the fact that he nearly climaxed just by listening to this predatory creature. Was his fate at his fingertips? Or had some unseen force predetermined it all?
"Does that sound fair? You get what you want; I get what I want. You say that you're mine, and I get to claim you for eternity," Amar leaned up now as his tongue flicked out and his lower half slid lazily along the carpet.
The rabbit looked down at the snake-like portion, spotting that large bulge that used to be a living, breathing, sentient being that was only food now. That was going to him...if he said yes. The naga looked very confident that he was going to give in...but how could he have truly known?
"I...I guess...may I leave? It's probably late and my parents are probably wondering where I am..." Edgar sounded rather disappointed that he said that, but he didn't know what time it was.
"Of course, you are my guest still, not my dinner nor my submissive...yet," Amar chuckled and stretched out his arms before he eased himself off from the couch and gestured for the rabbit to follow him. The snake slithered to the closet and pulled out the bunny's hoodie and tossed it to him.
"Thank you..." Edgar noted while he slipped on his warm layer of clothing, but he was sure to pick up his hat. There was no way he was going to leave that behind again. He was led to the door and Amar opened it for him while giving a slight nod with his head.
"I shall see you tomorrow Bunny, do travel carefully," the cobra said sincerely as his guest walked through the frame.
"Have a good night..." was all the rabbit said in response before he walked down the hallway. If his tail was longer, he figured it would have been tucked between his tails as if he was a defeated dog. He heard the door close with his skilled ears, but he merely sighed and pulled out his phone to check the time.
11:13pm...time must have flown by, somehow. It didn't feel that long, but he was so relaxed and comfortable it could have been. It would have normally put him in a bind to be out so late without at least calling, but at least he didn't have school tomorrow; he was suspended. There weren't any missed calls, his parents must have already been asleep, but he didn't care. Once he got to his bike, which thankfully wasn't stolen, he made the long trip back home under the veil of moonlight.
Edgar arrived at home and didn't bother to put his bike into the garage; he left it on the side of the house. He was just so damn tired after all that biking, and he had a lot to think about. After fumbling with his keys, he finally unlocked the front door, careful to be quiet before he flicked off his shoes and went downstairs to his room. His clothes were shed, save for his underwear before he climbed into his cold, lonely bed. The rabbit curled up slightly and closed his eyes with a sigh...such a long, tiring, confusing day...but he was already about ready to pass out. He could think of a way to say no to that snake when the time came later.
As sleep took over him he heard a familiar voice in his ears before he dozed off...
"Rest well Edgar, my sweet little bunny boy."
