As with most deer, she has antlers, which start out as short umber nubs, but branch off and become lighter in colour as the year passes. She has an almost black nose along with an average pink tongue. She has black pierced ears with gray fur inside of them. Penelope's fur is a light gray and becomes darker as is becomes farther from her torso, and is speckled with gray spots. She has two sets of breasts, the top-most being DD cup breasts and the smaller pair being C cup breasts. Penelope is also chubby, which shows off her curves perfectly with the rest of her body. She has humanoid hands, with five fingers and nails on each hand. She has a set of wide hips and a jiggly bum. She has a tail, with fur that matches her own, but ends with black fur in some places. At the end of her tail sprouts a living appendage, who she has raised a pet and named Ripper. Ripper has bright pink eyes with blank cross-shaped irises, a long green and yellow tongue, along with dull canary-coloured teeth. Penelope has male and female genitals. She has a canine penis, complete with a knot. Her puppy-pecker is thirteen inches long and three inches wide, with a pair of fuzzy testicles underneath. Below her male endowment is her feminine equivalent, a canine vagina that in deep and dark gray in colour. As for her long legs, they end in dark gray two-toed hooves. She often has piercings on her ears or on her antlers. Penelope has three tattoos. Two of them are solid black hearts on her upper right breast and on her left inner thigh. Her third tattoo is of an arrow pointed down, on the base of her tail. Penelope is vision-impaired, but uses both contact lenses and prescribed glasses. She wears and owns a multitude of outfits. Penelope speaks English and has a Cockney accent.

She was respectfully raised in a modest family and moved to the planet of Caursae in order to further her education, in which she did as she had her first and only romantic relationship in which she bore two daughters. From there, she finished her education and became an official Spacecraft Engineer. After nine years with her children, a war breaks out within the Butterfly Galaxy in which she and her husband are kidnapped by members of the Xayan Military. She is still currently alive.

Born a human and raised on Earth, he led a solitary life, the only child of two harsh pastors. He left home as soon as possible and became a Deer-morph in his early 20s after moving to the planet of Caursae. After finding his true love, they immediately started a romantic relationship, which led to them having and raising their two daughters for nine years, until a war breaks out within the Butterfly Galaxy in which he and his wife are kidnapped by members of the Xayan Military. He is still currently alive.

She is the younger of two children, making her be more dependent of her sister than she is of her.

Penelope lives in a flat above an oddities shop in Whitechapel with her friends Catt, Courtney, and Anastasia. Her bedroom is shared, with two sets of bunks along with two dressers, a large bookshelf, a coffee table and one full-length mirror. The walls are a neutral blue and are covered in various posters and artwork. They all have their own personal laptops, Penelope's being covered with doodles of bones. Her most cherished items in here is her favourite book, A Study in Scarlet, her damaged birth certificate, and a drawing of her by Catt during their first date.

When finding out that her sister would be leaving their Orphanage and that they would be seperated, Penelope attempted to follow her sister, but ended up lost in the wilderness for several months until she found her sister's new orphanage. Afterwards, she took up several small jobs and rented an apartment for her and her sister to live in. Seven years later, Penelope was given a chance to live with Catt Wilson, which she took happily as Catt seems to want to have a romantic relationship with her.

Penelope had no control over being transported with her sister to Earth, as well as being placed into Higgin's Orphanage after their parents did not male it to Earth.

They would describe her as cheerful and energetic, as well as wanting to please others.

Penelope's most eye-catching attribute is her living tail, which she has named Ripper and treats as a pet. He has common features as a brain, eyes, mouth, stomach, heart, and spine. He can only speak in a form of code however, which only Penelope can understand.

Penelope hides the fact that she does not know the true fate of her parents, but believes that they are either in a state that they cannot contact her, or that they are dead.

Penelope doesn't wear shoes and is rather light-footed, but does have trouble if she runs for more than ten minutes, as she tends to get headaches and become unbalanced.
