The reptiles at the petting zoo never got the respect they deserved from the rest of the animals. They worked just as hard to entertain the guests as any of the other employees. There were a few guests that came to visit them every week but not as many as some of the fluffier animals.

Alex the Crocodile lays at the edge of the pond with Roy the Alligator. With annoyance Alex says, "I know we aren't fluffy like the rest of the animals, but we still have things to offer the guests, right?" Roy replies, "Besides laying here educating the tour groups about the differences between crocs and gators, we don't have much going for us around here." Alex slithers his croc body back towards the water with annoyance and says, "At least it's fun scaring the guests by popping out of the water." Roy follows after.

Godzilla, the Marine Iguana, watches the guests walk by. They are oblivious to his brightly colored blue and red body laying on a rock beside the pond. Beside him Seth the Anaconda lays in a pile. Zilla says, "I'm brightly colored and it's like I'm invisible. No wonder Shelly is always letting the felines ride around on top of her shell to get attention." Seth hisses back, "Want me to curl around a guest and force them to pay attention to you?" Zilla says, "I'm pretty sure Swanson wouldn't like us kidnapping the guests."

The anaconda hisses out a laugh and says, "Watch this." Seth slithers his long snake body down from the sunbathing rock. He approaches a family and says to the father figure, "I'm giving out free hugs. Hold still for me, would you?" The man says "Uhh..." and before he can do anything, Seth starts coiling his way up the man's body. The man grabs Seth's body in his arms as the snake wraps around his chest and shoulders. Zilla snickers from his rock. Seth gives a few gentle squeezes and says to the wife and kids, "Everyone needs a good hug every now and then."

The family laughs and takes pictures of the father being coiled by the large snake. Seth says, "Let's play 'the floor is lava!' Everyone hold your arms up in a line and make a path for me to crawl to my friend Zilla over there." The family lines up and Seth snakes his way over and around their bodies as he makes his way back to his favorite rock. The kids notice Zilla the Marine Iguana and pet him after the game is over. The snake waves the tip of his tail goodbye as they continue down the path to see the rest of the petting zoo.

Zilla asks, "How do you make it look so easy?" Seth answers, "I dunno, people come here to be entertained. They are way more open to getting touched and groped by a strange animal than a normal person on the street would." With a sly look Seth says, "Didn't you see the way I gave the wife's tits an extra squeeze? She didn't even notice!" Zilla and Seth laugh together.

In the middle of the pond, Alex the Croc and Roy the Gator poke their eyes out of the water and watch Kyle the Brown Rabbit walk up to the edge of the water. He makes eye contact with the duo and then points a paw down the path at the family walking over. Roy says, "It's my turn." He submerges and makes a bee line to Kyle.

The family walks behind Kyle and the rabbit splashes the water to signal the waiting gator. With a quick wave of his body Roy pops out of the water with exaggerated motions. The family jumps in fear and Roy gently grabs Kyle in his mouth. Kyle overacts his part and says, "Oh no, the Croc has me in his jaws! Someone help me!" The family stares unmoving in horror. Roy gives Kyle a few shakes as he looks over at the family. Kyle yells, "NOOOoooooOOOOoooo!" while waiting on someone to take the bait to save him.

Finally the kids get the hint and yell, "Let him go!" Roy raises his head up and Kyle pretends to wedge open the jaws with his legs and back. Roy tickles the rabbit with his tongue. Kyle says, "Hold his mouth open so i can jump out." The brave children pull at the bottom of the jaw as Roy opens it for them. Kyle hops to freedom and Roy slithers backwards into the water to rejoin Alex. The humans who saw the scene crowd around Kyle.

Roy says, "That jerk called me a croc again. It's like he doesn't even pay attention when we explain the difference to him." Alex says, "To be fair to him, it's probably hard to tell from the inside of our mouths." They both let out chuckles.

Down the path walks Scotty the Raptor. An 8 year old child rides on his back. The child's mother holds up her phone to take video. Scotty's grey scales with pink stripes shine in the sun. His pink feathered crest bobs with his head as he walks in his very bird like manner. Scotty is rattling off dinosaur facts to the child as he hangs on to Scotty's neck.

Scotty reaches Zilla and Seth then lowers himself to the ground to let the child off. Scotty says to the child "This is my favorite rock. I need to take a rest on it after all that running around." The child sadly says, "okay" and climbs off. The raptor climbs up on the large rock behind Seth and Zilla. With fascination at the blue and red colored iguana, the child touches his scales. Seth takes this time to coil around Scotty and share some body heat. After a few minutes the mother and child move on down the path.

Zilla says, "Thanks Scotty, You always lead the guests over to the reptiles." Scotty replies, "It's no big deal, I know how hard we have it. I won't forget my old friends just because I became an A-list star of the Zoo." Seth says, "Did you hear anything about getting us into the dinosaur program too?"

"I'm afraid it will still be a while before more predatory species are rolled out. How would you feel about being a herbivore dinosaur?" replies Scotty. Seth shakes his body around Scotty and says, "No way, I like the taste of meat too much to switch to eating salad." Zilla cuts in, "You swallow your food whole. What is there to taste?"

The three pause the conversation as a guest walks up to take pictures. They do a few poses until the guest walks off.

Scotty asks, "Want to go bother the mammals?" Seth hisses in joy. Zilla says, "I just got comfortable on the rock, go on without me." Scotty says, "Okay Seth, let's go." The raptor walks away with the anaconda snake wrapped around him like a sash.

Spotting their first victim, Scotty grabs Tyler the Tapir's butt and says, "Hey Tyler, I heard you like 'em thick and long so i got you the perfect present." Seth slithers his body intimately against Tyler's while looping himself over and under the tapir's body. Tyler makes pig like squeals as Seth hugs him. The other animals laugh at the prank. Seth uses his tail tip to tickle Tyler as he continues to squeal. Seth says, "Your turn to pass me on to the next victim."

Scotty sits down to watch Tyler stumble around to select the next animal in the game. Tyler walks over to Spotty the Leopard and Dash the Cheetah then asks Seth, "Want to go for a tag team?" The long snake wraps around the sitting Dash and then does Spotty. Half his body curls around each one. Spotty looks at Seth in bemusement and says, "Thanks, I needed a hug today."

Dash says, "Does this count as a group activity?" Spotty says, "We'll pencil it in as one." Seeing Sugar the White Wolf drunkenly walking towards the commotion, Dash says, "Let's play jump rope with Sugar!" Seth loosen coils around each of the felines as they walk side by side. They start running towards Sugar with a length of snake rope between them. Sugar looks up at the strange creature running towards him and squints his eyes.

With all his might Sugar jumps up in the air as the snake passes under him. The watching guests applaud. Sugar smiles and nods his head while saying, "I still got it."

Dash asks Spotty, "What we gonna do with Seth?" Seeing Park Director Swanson walking out of the main office with another well dressed man, they walk over and Spotty says, "Seth is giving out free hugs to increase morale at the zoo. You can have your turn Mr Swanson!" Dash runs a circle around Swanson to hook Seth around him. Seth coils around Swanson as the Human tries to push off the snake. The well dressed man laughs at Swanson's predicament as the felines run off. All the watching animals and guests laugh.

The well dressed man looks around at all the smiling guests and says, "This is why I put you in charge here! Consider that budget increase approved." Swanson stops his struggling and reaches out to accept a handshake. The man walks off as Seth uncoils himself.

Swanson pumps a fist and says, "Steak dinners for everyone tonight!" Bucky the White Tail Deer yells, "What about us herbivores?" Swanson shrugs his shoulders and yells back, "I dunno. Go down to the farmer's market and load up on some artisanal fruits?" The predator animals laugh.

Seth hisses a laugh and says, "Maybe this will get us reptiles some respect around here."
