Nick has never been stargazing before, and with a free weekend ahead of them, Judy takes her lover beyond the city lights of Zootopia to see the true majesty of the night's sky for the very first time.

When Nick got back from work on Friday afternoon, he found a bag packed with his and Judy's clothes waiting just inside the front door of their apartment. Before the fox could even call out to query the bag's presence though, his girlfriend's ears, followed by the rest of her head poked out from the bedroom, and she grinned knowingly as Nick raised a single, curiously amused eyebrow.

"Get changed into something outdoorsy, Nick. We're going camping for the weekend."

Less than an hour later the two of them were on the road out of Zootopia in Judy's parents' truck, with Nick just sitting beside the woman he adored and thinking about how much effort she must have gone to in order to arrange all this on such short notice. Not only getting the train out to Bunnyburrow to borrow the truck and drive it back in time to pick him up. Not only borrowing a tent and various other camping supplies that now sat in the bed of the truck's rear, but also having packed his stuff too so that all the fox had to focus on was the trip itself. He opened his muzzle, and was about to tell Judy how much he loved her when she giggled softly from the driver's seat, and glanced over to him in the rear view mirror for an instant before returning her gaze fully to the road.

"They say the next couple of nights are meant to be super clear. Barely a cloud in the sky, and we're just a couple of days away from a new moon, too."

She was so excited, and her enthusiasm was, as always, infectious. Nick's tail wagged against the back of the seat, and he sighed in contentment as he reached over and stroked Judy's cheek fondly, resisting the urge to lean over and kiss her so she wouldn't be distracted by the temptation to return it.

"You're too much, Carrots. Checking all that stuff, planning out all of this, all just because I said I've never been stargazing?"

Judy smiled and leaned her face into his touch, but when she spoke up again a few moments later, her voice was more earnest and sincere.

"Because you said you'd never had the chance when you were growing up, Nick. Because you said you spent your whole childhood in Zootopia, never really even thinking about the sky because of all the city lights. But you're not a kid any more, and more importantly, you're living with a bunny who probably spent two or three nights a week from late spring to the middle of fall every year camped out somewhere around the farm or elsewhere in Bunnyburrow as I got older. A bunny who loved to spend hours and hours looking at the stars until she was practically falling asleep outside her tent. So, even though we can't change what you missed out on when you were younger, there's absolutely no reason you should go a single night more without having seen the stars in all their glory."

When she fell silent, Judy's hands were squeezing the steering wheel slightly, just enough for Nick to be able to see the extra tension in her arms. He chuckled, and scratched behind her nearest ear fondly.

"Thanks, Carrots. I doubt I ever would have thought to do it on my own, even though I guess I could have at basically any point in my adult life. But... I'm glad I didn't. Because, it means now my first time stargazing gets to be with you."

The rabbit giggled.

"Oh, Nick. That's so sweet."

Her eyes darted across to the rear view mirror once more, meeting with Nick's own lovingly twinkling hues in the reflection.

"Now, be a good fox for me, and close your eyes till we get there."

Nick blinked.

"What? But, we're still more than an hour away from Bun-"

He began, even as he obediently closed his eyes anyway, eyebrows raising regardless as Judy teasingly cut him off.

"Yeah, and it's already getting dark. I don't want your first time stargazing with me being you staring up through a windshield with the glare of street lamps and headlights flashing past every ten seconds. So keep them shut till we get to where we're going, and I promise you Nick, it'll be worth it."

The fox didn't argue. He just chuckled, shrugged and leaned back in his seat with his eyes remaining closed. For a while afterwards, he and Judy continued to talk about some of Judy's childhood camping experiences. Not just stargazing but foraging for wild herbs, playing hide and go seek in woodlands and crop fields, all sorts of country fun that a young Nick could never have imagined getting to do. The more Judy told him though, the more Nick considered how much he would have enjoyed the opportunity to try such things, and at some point, just as the fox was beginning to daydream about his younger self meeting a plucky young Judy to teach him all the fun things to do in Bunnyburrow, his head bowed forward, and just like that Nick was asleep.

By the time he woke up, the truck had stopped, the engine was off, and it was almost completely dark. For a moment Nick was disoriented and confused as to where he was, and where, more importantly, Judy was. Another second later though a pair of ears popped up beside his side of the truck's window, followed by Judy's eyes and eagerly wiggling nose in the evening gloom as she giddily peered in at him.

"Perfect timing, sleepyhead. I've put up the tent! So, c'mon!"

Nick's eyes widened, his consciousness now having returned sufficiently enough to realise that he must have been snoozing there for quite some time after they'd arrived for his girlfriend to have gotten so much done. Before he could even open his muzzle to apologise though, the truck's door was open, Judy was leaning over him to unfasten his seatbelt, and with a gleeful giggle she was grabbing him by the hands and pulling him out of the truck. Out into the cool but not unpleasantly cold spring air, and...

"O-oh..."

The fox gasped as he casually glanced around to try and get his bearings. Seeing the truck parked at a slight angle. Feeling the beginnings of a gentle, grass covered hilly slope beneath his footpaws, and then... then he saw it.

The sky.

The wide, open sky all around them. Dark, with no trace of the setting sun remaining, and yet... ablaze with light, too. A kind of light that Nick had seen in books and movies and TV, and that in theory he had seen in the city too, still able to see the stars at night, just not with anything near the clarity and beauty that Judy had described from her countryside childhood. Now though, Nick knew that even his lover's vivid, intimate descriptions of her experiences admiring the stars had been limited by the range of mammalian speech. Her words had been so full of praise and wonderment for the night sky that Nick had almost worried the real thing couldn't possibly live up to her embellishment, hence his eagerness to frame what he was looking forward to about tonight being his ability to share it all with her. The reality however was completely the opposite. Judy had tried, she really had, and Nick was so grateful to her for attempting to convey her passion and delight in order to enthuse and prepare him. But, she hadn't come anywhere close to describing even a fraction of what Nick was seeing now. What he was feeling now.

"Oh. That's... huh. Wow."

Nick swallowed as he felt one of Judy's hands linger in his own, squeezing his larger paw tightly as his voice became slightly more monotone. His girlfriend wasn't the slightest bit convinced by his apparent lack of emotion though, indeed she kept hold of his paw as she stepped even closer to him, the two of them standing side by side, her smaller body leaning up against his as Nick just stood there and felt tears welling up in his eyes. Tears he didn't want to fall not because he was ashamed to cry, but because he didn't want his vision blurred, not when he had only just discovered what it was that he had been missing for all those years.

The sky. The stars. The whole universe spread out on a gleaming carpet high, high above him was just...

No.

No. He didn't want to try and describe it, not even to himself within his own head. It would be pointless. This wasn't something that could be quantified with words, recalled and regurgitated at a later date. It was... a feeling. It was an experience.

It was the closest thing Nick had felt in years to the same surge of emotion that accompanied thinking of Judy, of looking at the rabbit and realising that she really was a part of his life. That they really did love each other.

The whole infinity of the universe was floating, twinkling eternally above him, and it almost... not quite, but almost meant as much to him as the rabbit who had brought him here to witness it.

Nick's eyes turned away from the stars. Still glistening with tears, a few shining, star-lit streaks running down his fluffy cheeks, the fox looked down at the rabbit standing beside him. She giggled and nodded upward.

"Dumb fox. I'm not going anywhere. Don't look at me. Look at the stars."

But, Nick didn't look up. Instead he turned towards Judy, and gently pulled her hand in his so that she turned to face him too. He dropped to his knees, bringing them more or less level, and his tongue swept fondly across the bunny's already beaming, giggling muzzle.

"I love you, Nick."

She murmured adoringly as despite her playful chiding she pulled her hand from Nick's own so that both her arms could loop around his neck. His hands encircled her lean torso too, and another moment later they were kissing. Fondly at first, full of warmth and affection, but then a little deeper, Judy's eyes widening as she felt Nick's tongue dancing not just against the tip of her own, but probing a little way beyond her soft, moist lips. She gasped and felt her ears twitch, her nose wiggling happily as the fox's paws slipped down her back and cupped her buttocks through her jeans, and then, another moment later, Judy was squeaking happily as Nick hoisted her off the ground while pulling himself back to his feet. He cradled her around her backside and lifted Judy up against him, and just like that he turned on the spot, peered over her shoulder for a moment to find where their tent had been set up on a flatter patch of ground a little way further up the gentle hill, and swiftly starting smooching Judy all over again even as he carried her away from the truck and towards where they were going to spend the night.

"Ohh..."

The fox didn't carry Judy directly to the tent though, instead walking past it a few metres, to the beginning of the next slope, and dropping back to his knees there, laying down the rabbit upon a patch of lush grass dotted with the occasional spring wildflower. He leaned forward and kissed her where she lay, deep, indulgent kisses as his hands began to unfasten the buttons of her shirt, no trace of a bra beneath, his cool nose soon snuffling into Judy's fluffy fur and against the barely noticeable mounds of her breasts. She gasped and moaned, but as his hands finished unfastening her shirt, leaving it hanging off her arms and shoulders with its front peeled wide open, Judy gave another curious whimper as she felt the fox's paws immediately start to move towards her jeans.

"Nick... but, t-the stars..."

The fox growled gently, and kissed Judy's flat belly while his fingers unfastened the buttons of her pants.

"You said the sky would be clear all weekend. That means we have all tonight, and all tomorrow night at least. I... Carrots. Judy. They're incredible. I've never seen anything like it, and... I just need to... Carrots, I can't explain it but, before I can look again? I need you to know how grateful I am to you for bringing me here."

Judy beamed and blushed.

"Oh, Nick. I know. I..."

The fox shook his head sharply, causing Judy's voice to trail off as he whined and began to more hurriedly peel down her pants and underwear all at once.

"No, Carrots. You don't. Because, I can't explain it. Not with words. I can't even try. So please... let me do what I know I can do. Let me thank you how you deserve to be thanked for this."

Judy watched as her jeans and panties were tossed off to one side, and she whimpered softly, biting her bottom lip as she felt Nick's hands immediately hone in on her thighs. He gripped them firmly yet tenderly, and peeled them apart. He spread his lover's legs wide, and with one final, breathy whisper...

"I love you so fucking much, Judy."

...his lips were on her, and his tongue was inside her.

Nick had eaten Judy out before, of course. Many, many times. Truth be told the rabbit was almost certain that her boyfriend pleasured her orally at least twice as frequently as she did so for him, and yet despite it being a relatively common occurrence in their love life, in their years together Judy wasn't sure she could ever think of a night quite like that one. A night where her boyfriend wasn't just eating her out because he wanted to watch, to hear, to feel her cum. A night where he wasn't eating her out because Judy was especially horny, and because they both knew her bunny libido would require multiple orgasms to feel satisfied by the time Nick's knotted shaft unloaded deep, deep inside her pussy. No. On this night, Nick was eating her out not to satisfy any sort of physical need from either one of them, but because, just as the fox had admitted openly, he had something to say. Something to prove that no words, and no other material gesture could possibly express.

He was trying to show Judy just how much being shown the night's sky in all its glory for the very first time meant to him, and that joy, that overabundance of wonder and passion and raw, giddy exuberance could seemingly be expressed in only one clear, easy to define way.

Judy stared up at the starlit sky herself as she came. And came. And came. She screamed. She grabbed at Nick's ears and cheeks. She clamped her legs around his head, drummed her feet against his upper back, arched her back and splayed her toes out towards the heavens as juices splashed yet again across the fox's panting, growling, relentlessly working maw. She watched the tiny sliver of the moon slowly begin to pass across the sky as her clitoris throbbed between the fox's lips one moment, while her pussy convulsed and spasmed around his tongue the next. She wailed like a banshee as Nick flicked his tongue's tip rapidly back and forth against her g-spot, his toothy maw open and all but devouring her entire midsection in his attempt at doing so, and as easily an hour passed by, perhaps two or even three, the fox just did not stop.

When Judy awoke, it was still dark. Despite her body being wholly bare though, she wasn't cold. She was wrapped up against another warm body, as bare as her own, almost lying astride him, one leg and one arm slung across Nick's torso as she spooned one side of the fox.

"H-how long ago did I..."

Judy murmured, her face already reddening anew with delight at the very knowledge that Nick had genuinely kept her cumming until she passed out. The fox chuckled, but he didn't turn his head down towards her. He just kept staring upward, head propped slightly up by his own balled up shirt, as the hand not already curled around Judy's back and rubbing in slow, gentle circles reached over and scratched between her ears.

"I'm not sure. A while. Maybe... half an hour? An hour?"

Judy squirmed and giggled. She kissed the side of Nick's chest, then glanced down, and murmured happily as she saw his cock lying exposed and erect beyond his sheath, twitching every now and then as its tip rested against the lower portion of his flat belly, the fur there ever so slightly matted with a small amount of pre-cum.

"Have you cum?"

She murmured, not possessing a clear enough memory of Nick's marathon bout of oral to know for sure whether he had masturbated as he feasted on her. When Nick shook his head though, still not taking his eyes off the abundantly star-filled sky, Judy's smile only widened.

"Do you want to?"

He let slip a longing growl, and just like that, without any further discussion or even the slightest suggestion that Judy might be too tender or tired despite her unplanned nap, the rabbit scooted and scrambled her way up onto him. She sat upright for a moment, holding his shaft by its base to keep it vertical while she lowered her pussy down onto it with a strained squeak of glee, only to sink forward and press her face into his chest as she felt him throb and strain within her. She wrapped her arms around the sides of his body as Nick instinctively encircled her smaller body with his own arms, and as Judy just lay there, not looking up, just drinking in the scent of her fox as he admired the stars she had so longed for him to see, she started to rock her hips. To twitch and hump and ride him as they lay there together. To make him feel as good, albeit just the once for now, as he had made her feel time and time again already. And to let him know, without any words beyond the occasional involuntary cry of his name, that she felt it too.

That the things Nick had done for her over the course of their time together, before and since becoming a couple, meant so much more to her than words could ever say. That just thinking about everything he had done for her made her heart race and her head spin, and that there were absolutely no words, no coherent exclamations of love which could possibly do justice to the potency of those feelings.

She loved Nick. She loved her sweet, starstruck fox. And even as he gasped, grunted, too overcome by combined pleasure and emotion to tell Judy about the shooting star he saw streaking across the sky just a moment prior, the rabbit felt her pussy engulf his swiftly swelling knot, and began to coax rope after rope of hot, thick cum from deep within his balls. To share with him just a fragmentary glimpse of the pure, potent ecstasy that was their love for one another given true, wordless form, and to feel that love flooding her as she wailed into his fur, and saw stars streaking before her own closed eyes as Nick's pulsing knot and straining, spurting cock drove her own body right back to the heights of ecstasy along with him.
