Circus Werewolf
Bright sunlight was shining on the young man's face as he sat up to find himself in the middle of the forest with no clothes on his body and he could feel soreness from his muscles.
Thomas grunted, rubbing at his face. It had happened again. He'd gone wolf and run out into the middle of the forest, completely naked, almost completely letting animal instinct take over. He looked around for any sign of his clothes--no luck--and pushed himself to his feet, brushing himself off. With one sniff of the air, he smelled a stream somewhere off to his left; and got a whiff of himself, which got his nose wrinkling. With another sniff, he tracked his path through the forest; he'd just need to follow it, and he should be back at the farmhouse before the sun got too much higher in the sky. Thomas nodded. First, he jumped in the stream to take a quick bath. Then, after shaking himself dry, he started making his way back towards home.
Luckily, no one was awake yet and Thomas' bedroom window was open and on the ground floor.
He hopped in, quickly making his way over to his dresser to pull on some clothes. Once he was decent, he made his way out to check around the house for any damage he might've caused while turned.
However, nothing was broken except he noticed a hole in the roof of the chicken coop out back.
With a heavy sigh, he went out to count the chickens. The last thing he needed to worry about was his wolf side making off with one of the hens his family relied on.
Of course, he found out that their rooster was missing and found its mangled body over to the side.
He grimaced. That wasn't good. After a moment of trying to figure out what to do, he let out a heavy sigh and moved to collect the body. There wasn't enough left of it to try and butcher it for meat, so he'd have to dispose of it. And then he'd have to head to the market, and hope he'd be able to get another one there.
Then he heard a man calling out, "Thomas? You out here?" The young human knew it was the sound of his adoptive father, Richard Wheeler, calling for him. Thomas had been orphaned at infancy and the old man and his wife had been taking care of him and loved him like their own son. And later, he had a little sister to take care of. They were all human, but they knew perfectly well what Thomas was.
Thomas flinched, biting his lip, and at last called out, "Yeah, Pa! I'm out here!" May as well face the music.
Mrs. Wheeler was making pancakes at the stove and the moment Thomas stepped inside, a little 10-year old girl ran up to hug the big human boy. "Morning, Tommy," she said smiling up at him.
"Hey, morning, Lucy!" Thomas smiled, the tension in his shoulders relaxing a little as he hugged the girl in return. "How'd you sleep?" He ruffled her hair gently, then looked over to give his adoptive mother a smile as well. "Morning, mom. Smells good!"
"Breakfast will be ready in a minute. Lucy, why don't you help Tommy set the table?" said Mrs. Wheeler. "Okay, Mama," she said and she pulled Thomas along to the cabinet giggling. "So, where did you go last night?" she asked.
"Oh, uh..." The young man chuckled, reaching up to get the plates out of the cabinet. "You know, here and there.”
Mrs. Wheeler looked to Thomas and then said, "Uh, Lucy, why don't you get your father and tell him breakfast will be ready?" she asked. Lucy then ran off to find her father in the living room, but Mrs Wheeler stayed and placed a hand on Thomas' shoulder. "I know trying to keep your wild side under control isn't easy, but you mustn't be ashamed of who you are," she said, "And we'll always be here for you, Thomas. But I gotta ask... How many chickens did you munch on this time?”
Thomas flinched, looking down to the ground. "Just the rooster. I can head into town and see if there's any at the market after breakfast." He let out a quiet sigh. "I'm sorry, Ma..."
"That's alright," said Mrs. Wheeler as she gave her son a hug, "So, have you found anyone who's won your heart yet?" Mrs. Wheeler was known for being the family matchmaker, and after Thomas admitted that he liked men more than women, she had a hard time figuring out which man would be perfect for her son.
The young man's cheeks flared with a blush. "N-not yet, Ma. I'm still looking, but..." But things were hard when you had another side you couldn't control. He'd thought that Jeremy might be the one, but after Thomas had shown him that other side... Thomas grunted, pushing that thought away, and gave his mother a slightly-strained smile. "Well, you never know. People come and go through town, and I might just meet someone knew at the market today."
Then Lucy ran in with Mr. Wheeler. She had an excited look on her face. "Mama! Mama! Did you see the newspaper? There's a circus coming to town! Can we go? Please?" she asked giving her innocent pleading face.
Thomas blinked. "The circus...?" He'd heard of it, but had never even thought of seeing something like that himself. And, well, he had been planning to head into town anyway; if they all went to the circus together, then all the better. He looked to their mother, waiting for her answer.
"Well... I suppose it wouldn't hurt," said Mrs. Wheeler. "And we get to see some lions... Roar!" growled Mr. Wheeler playfully as he tickled Lucy and Thomas, "Or maybe elephants." He then made a trumpeting sound with his arm making the whole family laugh.
Thomas smiled, looking to his adoptive father, mother, and little sister. They'd been there for him all his life, as long as he could remember. They hadn't thrown him out when they'd learned he was a werewolf. They were his family, and he loved them with all his heart. "Should we head on out after breakfast, then?"
"Absolutely," said Mrs. Wheeler as she served the food out to the family.
Meanwhile, the mayor was in his office and was going over some paperwork when the receptionist spoke up on the intercom. "Sir, the sheriff's here at your request," she said. "Bring him in," he answered back. The mayor was tall and in his 50's. He had a hint of gray in his hair and he had a clean shaven face except for a handle bar mustache and pointed beard.
The sheriff--a tall man with a craggy face, a thick beard on his cheeks and curls of chest hair poking out of the top of his shirt--made his way in. After giving the mayor a deep and respectful nod, he lifted one salt-and-pepper brow. "You called for me, sir?"
"I did," said the mayor as he stood up, "Take a look out there and tell me what you see." He looked out the window to see the circus pitching up the big top for the show about to take place that night.
The sheriff looked. He gazed out the window for a long time, watching the tents going up and the laborers milling around, getting things set up. "The... circus, sir?"
"A propaganda for misfortune, sheriff," said the mayor, "From new arrivals, there comes change and it threatens the natural order and our laws and we mustn't let that happen. And the circus is teaming with misfits and other such creatures. Whose to say they won't be promoting werewolves? They must be stopped. For many years, I've been taking care of the werewolves one by one. And yet, through all my success, they've managed to somehow thrive." He turned to sheriff. "I asked you because I want you to keep an extra close watch on them and make sure they don't do anything that is illegal."
The sheriff's face remained carefully blank as he gave the mayor another nod. "Of course, sir. I'll make sure to keep an eye on them. They won't be a danger to you, that I can assure you.”
"Good," said the mayor, "Which reminds me, I have to go to the opening show this evening. Tell me, have you ever attended a circus? Because this would be quite an education for you.”
Back in town, the Wheelers were in the market looking to buy a new rooster.
Thomas walked hand-in-hand with Lucy, keeping her close while pointing out and chatting about the sights with his younger sister as they made their way down the lane.
It was then they heard band music playing and everyone got off the street as they saw a man on horseback leading a marching band and many other people who were advertising the circus. There were even some elephants pulling the cages of big cats on floats and on that float was a young man with red hair and a slim, muscular build. The clowns were going back and forth inviting many people to join the fun.
Thomas edged away from one of the clowns as they approached, though Lucy seemed like she couldn't get enough of their antics. The young man watched the big cats letting out showy roar; then his attention was caught by the red-haired man.
Suddenly, one of the clowns hooked his arm around Thomas' arm and swung him round and around until the boy landed on the float with the lions. "Hey!" yelped the red-haired boy when he saw Thomas land next to him, "Are you alright?"
"Mf... Yeah, I'll live." Thomas rubbed at his shoulder, shakily standing up. "Uh, hi...!"
"You're not hurt are you?" asked the boy as he helped Thomas onto his feet, "Well, you look okay. Sorry about the clowns. They can get a little carried away sometimes."
"Yeah, no worries. Thank you." Thomas gave the other young man a smile, feeling a small pulse of heat in his cheeks at being close to him. He was quick to look away; down at the watching crowds laughing and cheering as the floats passed. "Uh, I should probably get back down…"
"By the way, are you coming to the circus tonight?" he asked before Thomas went any further.
The young man stopped in his tracks, blinking; caught off guard by the question. "Uh, yes. I am." He rubbed the back of his neck, chuckling. "Little sister's really excited about it, so... I'll definitely be there."
"Great," said the boy, "By the way, you can get in free. Just tell them Nathan invited you. I'm Nathan, by the way."
"Thomas." The young man smiled to Nathan, giving him a nod. "Nice to meet you."
"I hope to see you and your family tonight, Thomas," said Nathan as the parade continued on. Thomas was in a daze until he heard the word "night".
He blinked. He froze up. He took a deep, calming breath, trying not to freak out. He's already 'wolfed-out' the night before. And he was pretty sure it wasn't a full moon. As long as he kept himself under control, everything would be fine.
Then Lucy came up. "You okay, Tommy?" she asked looking up at her big brother.
"Mm!" Thomas jerked himself out of his reverie, and gave Lucy a--slightly-strained--smile. "Yeah! I'm alright." He looked around. "Where's mom and dad?"
"They just got back from getting a new rooster. What happened to Rocky?" she asked. Thomas knew his sister would like to give the animals names and Rocky was the name of the recently eaten rooster.
The young man did his best not to flinch or grimace; he didn't want to lie to Lucy, but at the same time telling the truth would probably break the poor girl's heart. "I think Rocky ended up finding some friends in the forest, and went to go live with them. I'm sure he's happy where he is... and in the meantime, we get another rooster to take care of the chickens."
"Okay," said Lucy smiling, "I think I'll name him... Red." And when evening came, the family was busy getting ready to head out to the fairgrounds. "So, is everyone ready for some fun?" called Mr. Wheeler.
"Yup!" Thomas grinned, still holding Lucy's hand as he lifted it up. "We're definitely ready!" A faint heat rose to his cheeks at the thought of seeing that red-headed boy--seeing Nathan--once more.
"I'll bet I know who you're thinking of," said Mrs. Wheeler, "That young lion tamer, right?" The family soon got into the truck and were on their way to the circus.
The young man's blush deepened. "N-no..." But it was obvious that Thomas wasn't telling the truth. He cleared his throat, trying to ignore the knowing looks Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler were exchanging.
The couple winked to each other and when they made it to the circus, they told the ticket man that Nathan invited them and they got to enter free of charge. Meanwhile, Nathan was brushing a lion's mane. "Well, Samson, it's opening night," he said to the big lion, who was the leader of the big cats, "You ready for this?"
"Ready, Nathan. And so's everyone else." The big cat purred at the attention from the human, pressing up against the strokes of the brush. "Are you ready?"
"Well... Can I tell you something? I'm a little bit worried about Thomas," said Nathan, "You know, the boy who was tossed onto our float this morning during the parade?" "Hmmph," scoffed a Prissy Elephant, "I thought he looked rather suspicious. I thought could I smell chicken blood on him." "Well, girls, have I got a trunk full of dirt," said a Catty Elephant, "I heard that this town has a werewolf infestation problem." The other elephants gasped in shock. "I just hope one doesn't show up to eat us up," stammered a Giddy elephant nervously.
Samson rolled his eyes. "Alright, that's enough out of the peanut gallery." He gave the gossiping elephants a glare, and then turned to look to Nathan. "You think he might be trouble?"
"Trouble?" called a small voice in Nathan's pocket and out popped a mouse, "Did someone say they were in trouble?" "Well, not yet, Timothy, but we'll be sure to let you know," said Nathan. The mouse shrugged his shoulders and looked at the elephants as he hopped down and helped himself to one of the peanuts nearby. "A guy can't eat in peace," he muttered, "Gab, gab, gab. Always gossiping."
Samson turned to nuzzle Nathan's hand. "I saw the way you were talking to him earlier." He glanced the elephants' way, making sure they were distracted, then lowered his voice. "You're interested.”
Nathan blushed. "Is it that obvious?" he asked blushing. "Yeah!" piped up Timothy, "I was watching the whole thing with Samson, and he seemed to like you too." The little mouse looked out from under the tent and then came back in. "In fact, he's here right now," said Timothy. "Really?" asked Nathan excitedly but then composed himself, "Uh, Samson, could you excuse me for just a few minutes?" Then he picked up the mouse. "I need you to direct me to him," he added.
Meanwhile, Thomas and his family were making their way into the bigtop, the young man looking just as captivated as Lucy as he peered around. The crowds were getting him a little anxious, but having his mother, father, and sister close by was helping; as was the prospect of seeing Nathan again. He took another look, hoping to catch a hint of red hair.
"Thomas!" called a voice and there was Nathan coming up, "Hi. I'm glad you made it. I got you and your family front row seats."
"Thanks." Thomas smiled, feeling his cheeks heat up. He was quick to clear his throat, looking to his parents and Lucy. "Mom, Dad, Lucy, this is Nathan."
"Pleased to meet you," said Nathan shaking the parents hands first and knelt down before Lucy, "Welcome to the circus. I'll bet you're really excited." "I sure am," said Lucy smiling, "Will we be seeing elephants?" "Of course," said Nathan, "In fact, they're part of the opening act... And so am I. The show's about to begin. I better get back and get ready. Enjoy the show!" With that, he dashed off to back stage. Mrs. Wheeler smiled and leaned closer. "He seems nice," she said softly, "I can tell you like him."
The young man blushed once more, ducking his head as he smiled. "Is it that obvious?"
Mrs. Wheeler smiled and nodded as they found their spots on the very first row. Next coming was the mayor and sheriff as they were given a private box to view the show.
At last, the lights dimmed, save for a spotlight that shone down into the center ring. The ringmaster stepped into the circle of light, waving to the audience as they cheered and applauded. "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Welcome to the greatest show on the planet! Tonight, you'll witness feats of strength and agility, wonderful sights, and beasts the likes of which few have seen before! For our first act, give it up for Nathan!" He stepped aside as a group of elephants paraded out, their trumpeting filling the air as Nathan appeared in the ring.
Nathan was being held up by the trunks of the elephants and they paraded around while still holding him above the center. The mayor looked on and said to the sheriff, "Look at that disgusting display." Nathan smirked as he tapped the trunks and one elephant held him in front and flung him into the air as he did a back flip and was caught by an elephant from behind.
The sheriff watched the way Nathan's body moved, very interested. "Yes, sir...!" At the same time, Thomas was watching as well. He blushed and smiled; Nathan was amazing, and athletic, and deserved every bit of applause he got as the elephant show wrapped up.
Then a cage was brought out as Nathan appeared inside it, but he had no whip or stool in his hand as he whistled and several big cats came out. He gave commands and hand signals telling them what to do and everyone began applauding at how well trained the lions and tigers were.
Thomas continued to watch, wide eyed, at the way Nathan seemed able to command the lions and tigers with ease. But at the same time, it didn't seem like commands; it almost seemed like he and the big cats had an understanding with each other, and that they were following the human's directions because they wanted to.
At last, they act finished and Nathan bowed to the crowd. Then a clown car came rolling out with a big pack of clowns who looked like a tourist family who were lost and they had a policeman's hat and were looking around for a volunteer. Thomas had the misfortune of being pulled on stage and they placed the policeman's hat on him and held up a map to his face, which was upside down.
"Uh... uhm...!" The young man was wide-eyed, looking from the clown family out to the audience. All those people looking at him. Staring at him. Watching him. And the sheriff was there, and the mayor, they could see him. He tried to shake his head, tried to back away, but the 'father' of the clowns was laughing as he tugged on Thomas' arm. The 'son' was pulling at his leg, making exaggerated faces. The 'mother' was switching between 'berating' him and making crying noises for the baby doll 'she' held in 'her' arms. "S-stop..."
It was too much. Way too much. He could feel his head pounding and his stomach roiling. "L-let go of me... Get AWAY!"
He felt it. That surge through him. That animal side coming out as fur spread over his skin, and his bones cracked and stretched, and his jaw filled with razor-sharp teeth. He lost control, and transformed.
The clowns, seeing the transformation made a run for it. The crowd gasped and someone called, "GET A NET!" Before Thomas could do anything, a net was tossed over him and he was bound to the ground.
"No!" Thomas yelled, trying to get away, but it was no use. He began to hyperventilate; his worst fears were coming true.
The sheriff looked to the mayor. "Sir, surely we can't let this go on." He was quick to continue when the mayor raised an eyebrow at him. "I, uh, it would be best for me to take that werewolf into custody, so that the citizens won't be hurt."
The towns people yelled at Thomas and began throwing their drinks at him and eventually found sticks and stones to throw at him.
"In a moment, sheriff," said the mayor, "An example needs to be made here."
Just then everyone stopped as they saw Nathan dressed in a casual blue jeans and teal vest with a white snowflake necklace around his neck. He knelt before the werewolf with a handkerchief held out. "Don't be afraid," he said softly, "I'm sorry. This wasn't supposed to happen." He gently wiped the wolf's face clean.
"You! Circus boy! Get away at once!" demanded the mayor. "Yes, your honor," said Nathan, "Just as soon as I free this poor creature." "I forbid it!" yelled the mayor, but Nathan ignored him as he lifted the net off of Thomas freeing the wolf. "How dare you defy me!" growled the mayor.
Thomas continued to keep his ears and tail tucked, pressing in close against Nathan. He looked from the young man to the mayor and then back again. "Wuh..." It was hard to speak in his wolf form, and his voice came out as a low growl. "Why...?"
"You mistreat this poor werewolf the same as you mistreat my friends and family," snapped Nathan directing his attention to the mayor, "You speak of justice yet you're cruel to those in need of help." "Silence!" yelled the mayor. "Justice!" exclaimed Nathan as he helped the wolf onto his feet and whispered, "Follow Samson the lion to the forest. I'll handle them. Timothy..." He looked down at the mouse who poked his head out. "Say no more," said the mouse as he jumped from Nathan's shirt pocket to the top of the wolf's head. "Okay, contact!" said Timothy.
"Mark my words, boy, you will pay for this insolence," snapped the mayor. "Then it seems we're one clown short," said Nathan, "The only clown I see is you!" He picked up a cream pie and with the greatest of accuracy threw it at the mayor's face making the man splutter. He growled and looked to the sheriff. "Sheriff! Arrest him!" he snarled.
The sheriff looked reluctant, but drew his sidearm. "Alright, boy. Come with me." He stepped forward, only giving Thomas a glance as the werewolf rushed off behind one of the lions.
But then Nathan whistled and another lion and tiger pounced at the sheriff making him back away. Then Nathan bowed before he blew the sheriff a kiss but also blew some blue powder surrounding the boy and when it cleared, he and the cats were gone.
The sheriff began to search for Nathan, questioning anyone he could seize about where the young man had gone, but nobody knew.
"Find him, Sheriff," snarled the mayor, "I want him alive!"
Meanwhile, Timothy was riding on top of the wolf's head holding on for dear life as Samson the lion was running along side Thomas. When they stopped, Timothy crawled up and panted. "I... I think we lost them," called the mouse as he walked down onto the wolf's snout, "You're lucky you had us there, otherwise your goose would be cooked."
"Yeah..." The wolf looked from Samson to Timothy and then back again. "Thank you both. And... if you could thank Nathan for me, too..." His ears pressed against his head. "The sheriff and the mayor are probably gonna try to go after him, all because of me..."
"Oh don't you worry," said Timothy, "Us animals and the rest of the circus will protect him. And we can also protect you too if you like. Ain't that right, Samson?"
"That's right." Samson nodded his head, and gave Thomas a warm smile. "We've got to stick together, right?"
"Well, I don't think I can go home after what happened. Now that the village knows I'm... this... Mom and Dad and Lucy probably won't be safe with me around."
"That's not true," said Timothy, "They're your family, aren't they? And they've kept you this safe, haven't they?"
"Yeah." The wolf nodded. "But you don't know the mayor like we know him. If he hears that they're still protecting me, then..."
"Then we'll protect them. And you." Samson nodded to the wolf, bumping his hip against Thomas' own. "As a matter of fact, why don't you stay at the circus?"
"Yeah," said Timothy, "Maybe we can put together an act like a... A dancing wolf or something?"
"Hm..." Thomas furrowed his brow and sat on his haunches. His ears and tail flicked. "I... maybe." He shrugged as best as he could in that form. "I mean, the only other option I have is to hide in the woods and wait for the sheriff to hunt me down, so..."
"So that works out, then!" Samson gave the wolf an encouraging smile. "You and your family will both be safe. We'll make sure of it."
"And maybe you and Nathan can get together," said Timothy, "You should've seen him earlier. He was thinking the world of you."
"H-he... he was...?" The wolf blinked as his ears and snout grew warm.
"Yup." Samson nodded. "Trust us, we know these things. And from the looks of things, you feel the same way, huh?" He grinned, tail flicking.
"Y-yeah..." Thomas nodded. "Is it that obvious?"
"Yeah," said Timothy, "Even your tail's wagging from the very mention of Nathan."
Thomas looked behind himself. Indeed, his tail was wagging away.
"Samson, you get back to Nathan," said Timothy, "I'll take care of Thomas."
Meanwhile, Nathan was hiding back stage waiting for the crowd to die down. He came out back hoping to see Samson coming back soon.
He heard someone approaching behind him. A human someone. A hand reached out towards his shoulder.
But Nathan was quick as he yanked the human's arm forward and reached for their side where he found a gun. Then he flung the person in front of him and found the sheriff. "You!" he snarled as he held him at gun point.
"Hey, easy, easy now..." The sheriff held up his hands, pushing himself away. "Careful where you point that thing, you might put someone's eye out..."
"Oh really? Let's find out?" said Nathan as he stepped closer to the sheriff.
"Alright, just calm down. Give me a chance to apologize..."
"For what?" asked Nathan raising a brow at him.
The sheriff's leg kicked upward, hitting Nathan's wrist and knocking the gun to the air. He rolled to his feet, catching the firearm with deft reflexes, and gave Nathan a cheeky grin. "That, for instance."
Nathan flinched holding his hand and rubbing it. "Why you sneaky, son of-"
"Ah ah. Language, young man." The sheriff gave Nathan a stern glare.
"Are you always this chivalrous or am I just lucky?" asked Nathan as he walked over to the side and then grabbed a pitchfork.
"Hey, hey. Let's not be so hasty." The sheriff backed away, holstering his weapon; just in time for Samson to rush out of the forest and pounce on him. "Guh! Nice kitty..."
"Well, he doesn't take kindly to officers who want to harm me," said Nathan as he walked up next to Samson aiming the pitchfork at the sheriff.
"Ngh... Well, good thing there are none of those around then, huh?" He gave Nathan his most charming smile. "I'm Felix. It means, heh, lucky. And, you are...?"
Samson glanced over to Nathan, raising an eyebrow.
"This is an interrogation?" asked Nathan feeling unimpressed with the sheriff.
"It's called an introduction."
"You're not arresting me?" asked Nathan lowering the pitchfork.
"Nope." He shook his head.
Samson growled, keeping an eye on Sheriff Felix, but stepped away to let the older man get back to his feet.
Nathan stroked Samson's mane. "So, if you're not here to arrest me, what do you want?" he asked.
"Well, I'd settle for your name." The sheriff stood at ease, giving the younger man a softer, friendly smile.
Nathan smiled back seeing that this sheriff was actually a good man at heart. "Nathan," he replied.
"A very good name." The sheriff nodded and let out a chuckle. "Much better than 'Felix'."
Nathan smiled. "So, how come you didn't attack Thomas? Don't think I didn't notice that," he said, "You're not at all like the mayor."
"He might be in charge, but he doesn't have as much control as he likes to think." Felix let out a snort, his expression darkening for a moment. "As for why, well..." He looked away. "Thomas is a good kid. And his family's well-liked in the village. Just because he's a werewolf... I don't think that should change things."
The elephants nearby were eaves dropping and they smirked. "Well, that ain't what we heard," said Catty not knowing if the Sheriff understood them or not. "Well, I think it was a little risky going out there and facing that beast on your own," said Prissy, "Of course, I shouldn't tell you this but those clowns weren't real clowns." Nathan lifted his head. "What do you mean?" he asked and he looked to Felix. "Well, I really shouldn't say this but-" "Oh let me tell him. I was closer." "No, let me. I heard about-" "Stop!" said the matriarch elephant, "I'll tell him. Well, it just so happens that the real clowns were bribed to take the night off and the ones who took their place were werewolf hunters paid off by the mayor himself who was here earlier to give them their payment." "Wait, the mayor of this city? The one I stood up against?" asked Nathan. "The very same," said the matriarch elephant, "Who do you think he was anyway?"
"Is that so." The sheriff's brows furrowed, and his lips twisted in a snarl. "That's very, very interesting..."
"Wait, you can understand them?" Samson blinked, glancing Felix's way. The sheriff looked to the lion in return, and nodded.
"Wait... How do you know what they said?" asked Nathan confused, "More importantly, Samson, where's Thomas at?"
"My little secret." The sheriff smirked.
Samson grunted. "We were able to get him out of the woods and away from town. Timothy's taking care of him.”
"Can you take me to him?" asked Nathan, "I'm worried about him." But then looked at Felix. "What does this town have against people who are different anyway?"
Felix sighed. "It's... a long, long story. Let's just say the mayor is the main problem and leave it at that."
"Will you help me get past him?" asked Nathan when the tent flap opened and there stood the mayor with a couple of deputies. "Good work, Sheriff," said the mayor, "Now, arrest him."
"Sir." The sheriff turned, putting a hand on his gun. "Well, the problem is, I don't exactly have an arrest warrant. So I can't exactly just grab him up..."
"Well then drag him to town and then we can-" "Mayor!" boomed a voice as a tall, muscular man in a top hat and glittering tuxedo came up, "You will not lay a hand on my nephew!" Then he looked to Nathan. "Don't worry," he said, "The mayor learned years ago to not harm anyone outside the city limits." The mayor snarled and walked away but then hid waiting for the ringmaster to escort the sheriff and his deputies out.
But as soon as they were gone, Nathan gasped and groaned as he felt someone grab him from behind and hold him in a vice grip. "You think you've outwitted me?" whispered the mayor, "But I'm a patient man. And young people don't always stay put forever." He paused and breathed in the boy's scent. "What are you doing?" grunted Nathan. "I was just imagining a rope around that handsome, beautiful neck of yours," whispered the mayor, but Nathan yanked himself away. "I knew what you were imagining," he snapped. The mayor scowled but scoffed. "No matter," he said, "But set one foot into town, and you're mine." With that, he left.
Meanwhile, Thomas was following Timothy back into the camp. He had changed back into his human form, and was groaning slightly. Transforming like that always left him nursing a headache the morning after.
"Wow! Talk about a bad hair day," said Timothy and looked down gulping, "Uh... Thomas... Don't look now, but I think you lost your clothes again." "There you are," said a voice and Nathan came up, "I was afraid something happened to you."
"Agh!" Thomas was quick to cover himself, blushing as he gave Nathan a sheepish smile. "Uh, hi, Nathan. Sorry about..." He glanced downward. "It happens a lot when I, uh... wolf out..."
"Well, I have a few spare clothes you can borrow," said Nathan, "Anyway, I want to apologize for last night. The clowns that pulled you on the stage weren't ours. I'm so sorry."
"It's not your fault." Thomas relaxed, though not quite enough to let his hands drop from over his crotch. He gave Nathan a nod of gratitude. "Yeah, some clothes would be... really appreciated. And Timothy and Samson convinced me to try and join up with the circus, so... Would that be alright...?"
"We'd be happy to have you," said Nathan, "And your family too if you’d like to join. Come on. Wardrobe's this way." After getting Thomas dressed, Nathan led him to breakfast. They made it to an eating area where most of the staff was cooking breakfast. The cook was juggling some eggs and making sure a few of them landed in the skillet. One clown tried to juggle some eggs but they just landed on his face making everyone laugh. "Don't worry," said Nathan to Thomas, "We're all family here."
"Family..." Thomas smiled, though it seemed a little sad. "That's good." He nodded, following Nathan over to get something to eat. He was shy, not really interacting with the other members of the circus, but they all seemed to welcome him with broad smiles and cheery greetings.
"Better hold up your plate," whispered Nathan, "Pierre's about to serve pancakes." Nathan held his up and no sooner had he did then a pancake flew up in the air and landed on his plate.
Thomas quickly held his plate up, reflexively; similarly catching the pancake that headed his way.
Another clown held up his plate up to his face smiling when a pancake landed on his face making everyone laugh again. "Oh, that gets me every time," chuckled Nathan.
Thomas laughed as well, feeling more and more at ease. He was eager to dig in, munching on the pancakes and eggs.
When everyone was done eating, they soon gathered up the plates and were seeing how many they could stack in one pile without breaking. Everyone applauded as they finally gathered the last of the plates and one by one, they were spun around and washed. "Well, time to get back to our duties," said Nathan, "We all clean up from last night and then do training once everything's clean. Care to lend a hand, Thomas?"
"Uh, sure!" Thomas blinked. "Just tell me what to do."
"Well, since the clowns are on litter duty, how about you help me with the animals?" asked Nathan and Timothy jumped from Thomas' head and onto Nathan's shoulder. "Phew! What a ride I had. I'll be picking wolf hairs from my outfit for a week," said the mouse. "Timothy, behave," said Nathan in a light scolding manner.
"Imagine having to deal with it all the time." Thomas rolled his eyes and let out a quiet sigh, even as the corners of his mouth perked up. Then he nodded to Nathan. "Sure, Sounds good to me."
Nathan smiled and led the way to the animal pen where all the horses, elephants, big cats and all manner of creatures you could find in a circus were present. "Well, look who's here," said one of the elephants looking at Thomas, "The Big Bad Wolf himself." They all chuckled at the name not caring if Thomas heard it or felt hurt. But Timothy poked his head out and jumped down. "I'll do something about this," he huffed as he marched up to the elephants making them scream in fright and run to stand on some nearby platforms to keep off the ground while Timothy was making scary faces at them.
Thomas sighed. He was used to it; but he was taken aback when Timothy actually jumped down to stand up for him. He looked from the mouse to Nathan and back again.
"Never underestimate the little guy," whispered Nathan. Timothy turned to leave the elephants, but just as they were slowly coming down, the mouse turned around and yelled, "BOO!" The elephants screamed again and went back up on the platforms. Timothy chuckled, "Still afraid of a mouse."
"I..." Thomas shifted from foot to foot, rubbing the back of his head. "...Thank you for that, Timothy."
"No problem," said Timothy chuckling still, "You stick with me and I can be your personal body guard."
The young werewolf nodded, giving the mouse a smile.
"You'll have to excuse the elephants," whispered Nathan, "They like to talk about the latest gossip."
"I, uh, noticed." Thomas nodded. "So, uh... How is it that you can understand them? I'm pretty sure you're not a werewolf, or I would've smelled it on you."
"Well, to know that, I'll have to tell you my whole life story," said Nathan as he brought Thomas to some hay bails, "My family has always been part of the circus. I'm an only child since my mom died in childbirth. My dad raised me and taught me everything he knew on how to care for the animals. Including how to talk with them. It wasn't until I was 16 that I got to star with him on the lion tamer act. But when I hit 21, his health began failing and he's with Mom now. But my uncle, the Ringmaster is my dad's brother and he stepped in to take care of me the rest of the way."
"Huh." Thomas blinked, following behind Nathan. "I didn't know talking to animals was something you could just... learn."
"Well, it's not a very common gift," said Nathan, "I guess I was born with that ability. And what about you? How did you become who you are today?"
Thomas shrugged. "I've always been like this, ever since before my parents... Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler... adopted me."
"I didn't know you were adopted," said Nathan, "And did you ever have any relationships outside your family? Boyfriend? Girlfriend?"
"Well..." The young man let out a slightly strained chuckled. "Kind of hard to find someone who's alright with... you know." He mimed snarling, lifting and waving his hands like they were claws.
"So... You had someone once?" asked Nathan, "Wish I had that chance. When you travel from place to place, you don't get many chances to meet someone special."
"I can imagine. Still, it must be nice to travel the world, going from place to place... Not just stuck in some poor, provincial town."
Nathan chuckled. "Indeed," said Nathan, "But seriously, did you ever have one relationship?"
"One. But..." Thomas looked down to the ground, biting his lip. "He broke it off after I told him about being a werewolf. Haven't had much luck since..."
"Well, I don't know about that," said Nathan blushing, "You were a pretty cute wolf last night."
The werewolf blushed as well. "W-was I...?" He stepped a little closer to Nathan.
Nathan nodded "Tail and all," he said, "You should never be ashamed to hide who you are. It means that there's more to you than meets the eye."
The young man smiled. If he had his tail, he knew full well it would've been wagging up a storm.
"So... you think I can come over for dinner?" he asked Thomas, "With you and your family I mean."
"I'm apparently gonna be staying here, remember?" Thomas chuckled. "And... I'd love to bring my family, sure. I'm just really scared that the sheriff might try to go after them..."
"I met the sheriff already and he wasn't at all like the mayor. If anything, I'd say his pro-werewolf," he said, "But for some strange reason he can talk to animals too. I don't know how. He never told me."
"Huh." Thomas blinked. "I guess it's more common that I thought..."
"Well, I guess we'll never know," said Nathan shrugging. But the elephants were gossiping again. "Did you hear that?" asked Prissy, "Our Nathan dating a werewolf? And the mayor breathing down his neck? What's this world coming to?" "Well, it's more complicated than you think dearie. You won't believe what I heard about the mayor's history." "Really?" asked Prissy arching an eyebrow, "And how much worse can that mayor be?" "The fact that he's Thomas' grandfather," said Catty making the other elephants gasp, "True story. They say that the mayor's daughter was seeing some werewolf and they had Thomas. Seeing that the child would bring only shame, he had his own daughter executed but they could never find the father. My guess is that he rescued Thomas and then dropped him on someone's door step." "Well, that's fatherly love for you," said Prissy, "I mean the nerve of some people. Can you imagine?”
Meanwhile, Thomas followed behind Nathan, meeting the other workers at the circus and learning about the prep work needed for the night's shows.
"So, Thomas, how did you like your 'behind-the-scenes tour?" asked Nathan when all was ready for that night.
"It was neat!" Thomas grinned, shifting from foot to foot in excitement. "You guys really go all out to give people a good show, don't you?"
"Well, it keeps food on the table at least," said Nathan blushing.
"I can imagine." Thomas chuckled, rubbing the back of his head. "Uh... speaking of... How'd you like me to repay the hospitality. I could take you back home and we could have some dinner with my family..."
"Thomas... Are... Are you asking me out on a date?" asked Nathan and smiled, "I would love to."
"Uh-" Now it was Thomas' turn to blush. "Y-yeah, I... I guess I am..." He continued shifting from foot to foot, but the smile on his face was warm and joyful when Nathan gave his answer. "A-alright, then! We can leave whenever you want to, I guess."
"Is... Is your place in town? The mayor said he'd arrest me the minute I set foot there," said Nathan nervously, "And I don't think anyone would approve if I arrived there on elephant."
"Nah, it's a little ways outside of town. And I can call dad to come pick us up after the show. So you won't even need to worry about the mayor or his goons seeing you."
"Thank you," said Nathan hugging Thomas as he saw the crowds pouring in. "I better get dressed," he said as he headed for the dressing room, "I'll see you later!"
"Y-yeah!" Thomas stiffened--in more ways than one--but still leaned into the hug. Then he waved to Nathan as the other young man trotted off. "I'll... see you later...!"
And this show was much better than the opening night. Even the sheriff was there but the mayor was not present at this time. After the show, Nathan was back in his casual clothes and he smiled as he saw Thomas waiting for him. "I'm back," he called coming up, "So, where's your dad at?"
"He should be here, soon." Thomas looked around at the crowd, and saw Mr. Wheeler waving at him and Nathan from near the road. "There he is, come on!" Without thinking, he took Nathan's hand to lead the other young man over.
Nathan yelped but laughed as he followed Thomas to the Wheeler's truck, unaware that they were being followed by a figure in the night.
"Hey there, boys!" Mr. Wheeler grinned as the pair climbed into the truck. "How'd the show go tonight?" "It was great, dad. Nathan was amazing!"
"Thanks," said Nathan blushing, "I guess I felt glad knowing that you were there and safe, Thomas."
Thomas smiled, giving Nathan's hand a squeeze. Mr. Wheeler, looked over to the two boys, smiling as well, then started up the truck and drove off. None of the three noticed the shadow following behind them, loping through the deep shadows between the trees. Mr. Wheeler took the road that led around town. Though it took a little longer than it would have had he driven straight through, they finally arrived at the Wheeler farmstead safe and sound.
Nathan looked at the farmhouse and smiled. It was small, quiet and less people around. "You guys live here?" he asked looking to Thomas, "It's so peaceful here... I like it."
"Yup. Home sweet home." Mr. Wheeler turned the truck off, nodding to the pair as he unbuckled his seatbelt. "Come on inside, Ma should be just about done with dinner." Thomas nodded, then he and Nathan hopped down from the truck and followed the older man inside.
"What's for dinner?" asked Nathan as they walked up to the house. "Chicken," replied Mr. Wheeler looking at Thomas but then chuckled, "We're having steak."
Thomas laughed sheepishly, looking down to his shifting feet. Indeed, when they entered the house, they could smell the aroma of steak filling the main room. "Wash up, boys!" Mrs. Wheeler called from the kitchen. "Me and Lucy are putting it on the table!"
"Does she mean our hands or..." whispered Nathan to Thomas quietly.
"Yeah." Thomas nodded. "Come on, bathroom's this way." He gestured for Nathan to follow.
"Thanks," said Nathan as he followed Thomas to the bathroom and they both washed their hands together. "You're family's really great," he said to Thomas when he dried his hands.
"They are, yeah." Thomas smiled as he dried his hands off, too. "I'm really glad to have them." He was silent for a moment, and then cleared his throat. "Well! Better go sit down, don't want the food to get cold, hehe."
Nathan smiled and nodded. And after a good meal and a lot of chat, Mrs. Wheeler said she was going to tuck in Lucy and Mr. Wheeler suggested that it would be a lovely time for a walk outside giving his son a wink.
"Y-yeah..." Thomas couldn't help blushing, quickly looking over to Nathan. “Uh, the night sky's really pretty out here, since there aren't any lights from the town. Shall we...?"
"Let's," said Nathan as he held Thomas' hand, "And you have lots of freedom to be both wolf and human out here."
"Uh, yes..." Thomas let out another sheepish chuckle as he led Nathan outside. Down the path. Into a clearing a short ways away from the house, where they could see the night sky. "You... You're really alright with... that?"
"Of course I am," said Nathan, "I don't judge others by how they look or what they are. I look at who they are and what's in their heart."
The young man blushed harder, looking down at the ground. "And, uh... what do you see... out of curiosity...?"
Nathan smiled as he cupped Thomas' face. "I see a shy, kind soul who likes to run free in the forest and has a loving family to support him all the way... And with a lion tamer who loves him very much," he said as he gave a light kiss on Thomas' lips.
"Mm..." Thomas moaned softly into the kiss, not pushing forward or pulling away. He did, however, give Nathan a small, warm smile. "Nathan, I..."
"Yes?" asked Nathan as he stepped closer and looked up into Thomas' eyes. It was almost like both their feelings and desires were on full display on each other's eyes. In Nathan, there was the feeling of compassion, friendship, caring, and most importantly, love for Thomas.
In Thomas', there was joy, comfort, peace, and love for the beautiful young man before him. Instead of continuing with words, he moved forward into another slow, gentle kiss with Nathan.
Nathan moaned in the kiss tilting his head as he slowly wrapped his arms around Thomas' neck feeling the kiss grow more heated as their tongues rubbed each other and the crotches bulging.
"Mmf... Mmmnnn..." Thomas wrapped his arms around Nathan in return, feeling his blood pumping. It felt like he could wolf out at any moment; but not yet. He wanted to spend more time with Nathan in his human form.
The boy knelt down and led Thomas downwards so they could lay down together and felt each other. "You know... This... This would be my first time with anybody," said Nathan softly, "But... I want to have it with you Thomas. And if you do become a wolf, I'd still want you because I know it's you under all that fur."
"Oh, Nathan..." Thomas smiled. "This'll be my first time, too. But... I'm so, so happy it'll be with someone like you." Another kiss. "I... think I can stay in control. Unless you... want me to turn."
"It's your choice," said Nathan softly as he caressed Thomas' face, "From now on, we have all the time in the world... Together forever... My love."
Those words. Thomas let out a long, low, shuddering breath, letting his eyes slip shut. He could feel it coming; his heart was racing, his nape was tingling, and his limbs were twitching with unbridled energy. "A-alright. I'd better..." He started panting as he pulled his shirt off, setting it aside. "Are you okay with...?" He hesitated, trembling, just as he was about to pop the fly of his pants.
"Yes, I am," said Nathan as he cupped Thomas' face and a soft smile and watched the farm boy strip in front of him. "Well, I can see that all those years on the farm really paid off," said the lion tamer smiling as he also stripped off his clothes to get comfortable.
"Mm... And you look amazing..." Thomas blushed as he looked at Nathan's naked body, his erection pulsing and twitching at the sight. He folded his clothes up, making sure they were out of the way, and took a deep breath. "H-here it goes..." With that, he let the changes take over. Felt the surge of power through him as his body transformed. Huffed and growled as the fur grew, and his ears twitched, and his tail flicked behind him.
The werewolf looked to Nathan, peering at the human's face. "So...?"
"You look so beautiful," said Nathan kissing Thomas on his lips but chuckled softly, "Oh, how cute! Your tail's wagging."
Indeed, the human's words had sent Thomas' tail wagging in a joyous frenzy. He grinned a wolfish grin, dipping down to lick Nathan's cheek and neck. "Nathan... Mmm..." He nuzzled the human, and began to sniff and snuffle at him; then began to sniff more enthusiastically, exploring the other young man's scent.
Nathan giggled at the sniffing on his bare body. "Hey!" he chuckled, "That tickles!" He ruffled Thomas' head and began to scratch behind the wolf's ear which made one of Thomas' legs thump rapidly.
"Mmmm... Good..." The werewolf panted and yipped, rolling over onto his belly while continuing to wag his tail; of course, baring his much larger, much more bestial-shaped erection.
The human smiled and then gave the wolf a few belly rubs as well and then massaged the sheath between Thomas' legs.
"Mmf... Are you... okay with that, too...?" The werewolf looked down at Nathan's hand on his sheath. "I know it's... really different, so..."
"It's okay," said Nathan softly, "To be honest... I... I always wanted to try this with Samson but I never had enough privacy for it."
"Yeah...?" Thomas' ears flicked, and his tail continued wagging. "Mm... Samson... is a pretty handsome guy, yeah." The werewolf smiled, bucking his hips. "G-go on then. I'm all yours..."
"Yes... Samson is our alpha lion," said Nathan as he saw the tip of Thomas' cock poke out and he leaned down to lick it and soon the rest of it came out and he began sucking long and deep.
"Mmf... Nathan..." The werewolf growled in pleasure, his clawed hands moving up to settle on the back of Nathan's head. He bucked, slowly and carefully, feeding his throbbing erection into the young man's eagerly-suckling mouth.
Nathan kept on sucking long and hard till he tasted something salty and dripping around the sides of his mouth. He tapped the wolf's chest to let his head up real quick.
Thomas let go at once, looking down. "E-everything okay?"
"Yeah," panted Nathan, "I think I just swallowed your first load." He wiped some of the cum off his face but then reached back to finger his hole moaning softly. "Thomas? Could... Could you loosen me up... Please?" he asked as he turned his rear to the wolf's face.
"Nnng... yes..." Thomas panted, rolling over and moving to grip Nathan's rear end. Spreading his cheeks wide. Pushing his snout into the opened cleft to give that pucker a slow, deep sniff. "Ohhhh, yesss..." He growled in arousal, sniffing and snuffling in feral desperation, and then began licking and slurping over Nathan's taint and hole.
Nathan moaned as he felt his insides loosen and he stroked Thomas' cock hoping it could get hard again and slowly but surely, it did.
Eating Nathan out seemed to be helping a lot. The werewolf delved his tongue into that back passage again and again, loosening it up as he lapped at the musky inner walls. He finally, reluctantly, pulled away. "Can I mount you, Nathan?" He growled in arousal.
The human moaned as he felt his hole opened up again and then nodded as he lay on his back with his legs spread apart. "Just be gentle with me at first... Please," he said as he felt strong, furry arms wrap around him and he moaned as he felt the wolf's cock slide inside him and he kissed Thomas deeply.
"Of course." Thomas moaned, and huffed, and growled long and low in pleasure as his thick shaft sank into the human's tight, wet back passage. Deeper. Deeper. Pulling out, working through the clamping ring a few times, and then pushing in deeper. Going slow and careful, giving Nathan time to adjust, until his knot finally pressed against that straining ring.
Nathan gasped and whimpered as he felt his insides stretch open but pain turned to pleasure as he held onto the werewolf and nestled his face into the soft chest fur.
"Mmmngh... Nathan..." The werewolf panted, and nuzzled into Nathan's neck, and licked at the human's cheeks and lips and shoulders. He began to rock in and out, still slow and careful, not wanting to hurt the other young man; and yet, wanted to start humping in earnest, to breed that hole full of his seed.
"Oh, Thomas... I love you so much," whimpered Nathan kissing the wolf, "Hump me faster... I want your knot in me."
"Mmmngh... Alright... If you're sure..." The werewolf began to go faster. Harder. His clawed hands gripping Nathan's hips as he started slamming his own against Nathan's rump. He panted, tongue lolling out, as his thick erection pushed into the human again and again. His knot started to inflate as it kissed the young man's anal ring again and again. His balls roiled as they swung back and forth between his thighs again and again.
Nathan panted and whimpered clinging to Thomas just as tightly and he could feel his own cock throbbing and leaking pre. He could feel himself growing close already.
"I-I'm... I'm close... Wanna... Mmmngh!" Another growl. "Wanna fill you up, Nathan. Wanna... m-mark you as my... m-my... Mmm!"
"Do it!" begged Nathan whimpering and clinging to Thomas, "Do it, please! Tie your knot in me!"
Thomas pushed--slammed--forward into Nathan, throwing his head back and howling. His knot popped through Nathan's pucker, inflating to lock him inside the human as his erection erupted. Shot after shot of thick, sticky werewolf cum flooded Nathan's back passage, filling and then quickly overfilling it.
Nathan moaned as the flow of wolf cum made him erupt in between them and he kissed Thomas deeply. "I love you, Thomas," he said kissing the werewolf, but then froze as they heard a twig snap.
Thomas flinched, instinctively trying to pull his knot free from the clinging ring of Nathan's ass, but only made them both moan and blush at a surge of almost painful pleasure. "Wh-who..." He forced his muzzle into a snarl, glaring at the spot where the sound had come from as his ears pointed towards it. "Who's there...?!"
Footsteps approaching. A large, hulking figure stepping out of the shadows. Another werewolf, his deep black fur streaked and peppered here and there with grey; and the angry red of a canine cocktip poking out of the plump sheath between his firm thighs.
"Relax. I'm not here to hurt you." The older werewolf held his hands up in a sign of peace. Nathan recognized that voice, even distorted by the transformation; and as the wind shifted, Thomas sniffed the air and let out a quiet yelp of surprise.
"The... The Sheriff...?!"
"I thought there was something unusual about you," said Nathan, "That would explain how you can understand the animals and why you wanted to help Thomas... But why show yourself now?"
"Because Thomas needs my protection, now that the town knows what he is." Sheriff Felix padded closer, closer, until he could squat down next to the knotted pair. Thomas ducked his ears, tail, and head in embarrassment, but the older werewolf didn't seem concerned at all about Thomas' and Nathan's compromising position; behind a few sniffs of the air, and a few glances downward to where they were connected. "And... because it's way past time for me to take responsibility for his wellbeing."
"Responsibility?" The younger werewolf's stomach did a backflip as he stared at the older one. He sniffed the air as well; leaned forward a bit to sniff at Felix. "What are you...?" Why did he smell, somehow, familiar?
Felix looked back at the younger werewolf. "Thomas... I'm so sorry. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to help you more. I'm sorry I had to abandon you. But... I'm so proud that you've grown up into such a fine young man... Son."
A heavy breath huffed out. "Son? I'm... your son...?"
"Wow!" said Nathan in astonishment, "Didn't see that coming. But how did Thomas end up with the Wheelers?" He was interested to hear the truth about how Thomas' parents met.
"Well, it's a long story. And... not a very happy one." Felix took in a deep breath, and let it out in a sigh. "You boys'll probably wanna make yourselves comfortable." Another glance downward, and a smirk. "Comfortable as you can get like that."
Thomas grunted, and blushed. He shifted atop Nathan, trying to make sure the human was comfortable.
Nathan snuggled into Thomas' arms and looked over to the sheriff.
"So..." The older werewolf's ears and tail flicked. "Your mother was one of the kindest, sweetest, most beautiful women I'd ever met. Even when she learned I was a werewolf, that didn't matter at all to her." He chuckled, nodding to Nathan. "Nathan here actually reminds me of her quite a bit, if what he was saying earlier is any indication."
"You were... w-watching...?" Thomas groaned, even as he snuggled the human and gently bucked his hips against Nathan's rump.
Felix answered with a wide, wolfish, shameless grin. "Yup. Saw everything." He laughed softly, then cleared his throat, then sighed. "Anyway... we got together, and you'd better believe she and I loved each other fully and completely. Problem was, her father was the head of the local werewolf hunters, and he wasn't happy at all when he discovered her and me together."
"The head of..." Thomas' brow furrowed. "Wait, you mean the mayor was...?!"
"Yup." Felix nodded. "Your maternal grandfather." The older werewolf waited a moment to let that revelation sink in before continuing. "She helped me escape, but was locked up instead. The mayor was furious, called her a species traitor..." He growled at the memory. "I was able to see her one last time, to smuggle our child out of her cell. To smuggle you out. But after that…"
"What happened to her?" asked Nathan worriedly as he caressed Thomas' cheek seeing a hint of tears in them.
"I..." Felix looked away.
"Please." Thomas took in a deep breath. "...Dad..."
He let it out. "Please tell me." "He had her burnt at the stake."
Thomas shut his eyes tight, shuddering and clinging to Nathan. The older werewolf shifted closer, reaching out. Hesitating. Setting a hand on Thomas' shoulder.
"I'm sorry, Thomas. I'm so sorry."
"Dad..." Thomas, looked over to the older werewolf, and leaned over against him. When Felix wrapped a gentle arm around his son, the younger werewolf let out a soft whimper. "What..." He swallowed hard. "What happened after that?"
"I took you to one of my best friends. Someone I trusted with my life, and with yours. Who I knew would raise you like his own son, and give you the life you deserved."
"Da-... uh... Mr. Wheeler?"
"That's right."
"So that's why you sent him to the Wheelers," said Nathan, "You were afraid that the mayor would be curious as to why you would have a son if you kept Thomas. So to protect him and yourself, you had him grow up outside of his grandfather's clutches." Then Nathan punched the ground hard. "If I ever see that mayor again, I'll give him a good punch in the nose!" he said furiously and then looked between the two wolves and blushed. "Sorry," he chuckled sheepishly, "Got carried away."
"Heh, no worries. Believe me, a punch to the nose is the very least of what I've been wanting to give him for years." Felix chuckled as well.
"Isn't there any way we can get back at him? Or at least stop him from hurting anyone else?"
"Believe me, Thomas, I've been trying. But he's got the town wrapped around his little finger, and if my secret got out, that'd be it for me." The older werewolf sighed, stroking up and down his son's back. Thomas couldn't stop his tail from wagging a little bit as he leaned against Sheriff Felix; against his father."
"So then... what now?" Thomas looked to Felix, cocking his head.
"Now, I'm going to be the father I should've been all these years, and do everything I damn well can to make sure you stay safe and happy, son."
Thomas breathed in. He breathed out. He looked to the older werewolf with a small, shy smile. "Sounds like you already have been doing that, dad. Just... now you can do it in person."
Nathan smiled and sighed. "I wish my father was still alive," he said looking down at the ground, "But at least you have yours again."
Thomas hugged Nathan tight, nuzzling him. "If there's only one thing I've ever learned from being adopted, it's that family isn't just about blood. I love Mr. Wheeler, Mrs. Wheeler, and Lucy like my family. And I saw today how the entire circus considers you theirs."
"And hey..." Felix chuckled, ruffling Nathan's hair with a massive, paw-like hand. "Technically, you do have a father now. I mean, you and Thomas have mated so... You're part of our family now, too." He let out a playful sigh. "Such a shame... and I thought you and me had something last night."
"Well, despite the age difference, you were kind of cute," said Nathan, "But werewolves travel in packs, right? So, why don't you and the Wheelers join the circus?"
"I wish it was that simple." Felix sighed. "For the Wheelers, it probably would be, though I don't imagine they'd want to just up and leave their homestead. And for me, there'd definitely be questions asked if the town Sheriff up and left to join the circus."
"Oh," said Nathan and looked to his mate, "What about you, Thomas? What will you do?"
"I think I should join the circus, at least. It'd be safer for the Wheelers that way, and dad can focus on things in town without worrying about me." Thomas rumbled, nuzzling the human. "And I don't want to leave my mate behind."
"Hey, don't get it wrong, son. I always have been worried about you, and I always will be." He wrapped his other arm around the younger werewolf, pulling Thomas--and by extension, Nathan--into a warm, firm, gentle hug of his own. "I know you've probably got a lot of questions, Thomas. About life, about our family, about being a werewolf... and I want to be here for you. For you and your mate." He nodded to Nathan with a smile.
"Mmf..." Thomas sniffed. He flicked his reddened ears. He tried to give Felix an unamused stare. "And you're sure it's not just 'cuz you have the hots for Nathan, too?"
"Well, not entirely." Another shameless laugh and grin. "Hey, can you blame me? You scored a really fine young man, son."
Nathan hugged both Thomas and Felix in the hug and moaned as he felt Thomas's knot finally shrink out at last making the human moan and his legs wobble. "But I'm afraid we have one problem about leaving town," he said, "The mayor told me that if I set foot in town, he'd have me arrested. And the circus train is in town. How can we get there unnoticed and tomorrow is the last night for our performance. He's sure to search me out. And I'm worried that he might have the hots for me too... Even if he is a sick, old buzzard."
"We can go through the forest. I know these woods like the back of my hand. Thomas can carry you, and I can lead the way." Felix looked downward when Nathan and Thomas separated, watching the younger werewolf's softened--but not flaccid--cock bob and bounce in the air as a gush of werewolf cum spurted from the human's loosened hole. "Though you two might wanna clean up a little before we leave." He gave the pair a grin.
"Mmngh..." Thomas' ears tucked against his skull, burning hotter as he was exposed to both his mate and his father. "And, uh... I should probably tell Mom and Dad... Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler... about all of this.”
Nathan chuckled as he hugged Thomas and kissed his cheek. "Indeed," he said.
Meanwhile in his office, the mayor was working late and he looked out the window at the full moon shining over his town and the circus. "Why can't I get that boy out of my head?" he grumbled as he thought of how Nathan stood up against him and how handsome he was when doing his act, "I must have him somehow... But how?”
There was a knock on the door and, once the mayor grunted out a 'Come in,' it swung open. "Sir..." It was one of the Sheriff's men, who stood at attention while addressing the other man. "We've been monitoring the circus, but have seen no trace of that Nathan boy. He's gone."
"What?" asked the mayor, "But how, I... Never mind. Get out, you idiot!" He turned back to look out the window. "I'll find him," he snarled, "I'll find him if I have to burn the entire town to do it!"
Meanwhile back with Nathan and the wolves, they were in the stream bathing with each other and cuddling close.
Nathan was sandwiched between the wolf pair, who were taking turns nuzzling him and snuffling at each other. Thomas was a little shy with his ministrations, keeping his gaze averted as his nose rubbed at Felix's neck and shoulders, while the older werewolf was gentle and reassuring about it.
"What's wrong, son?" Felix chuckled. "No need to be shy. It's just us men here."
"Well, it's, uh..." The younger werewolf let out a sheepish laugh. "It's kinda... embarrassing..."
"Why embarrassing?" asked Nathan, "I think it's cute to see a father and his son bond in more ways than one."
"Uh... W-well..." The younger werewolf's ears flicked with nervous anxiety. "You know I'm uh... attracted to guys, right, dad...?"
"Really?" Felix gave Thomas a deadpan stare. "I hadn't noticed." He leaned forward, nuzzling his snout against the younger wolf's. "If you're worried that I have a problem with it, don't be. You have my full approval to love, be attracted to, and mate with whoever you like."
"Good to know..." Thomas let out another nervous laugh, pressing in a little closer against both Nathan and Felix. "It's just, uh, kinda weird. For a while, I, uh... Kinda had a crush on various men in the village. Including, uh... You, dad." He glanced from the older wolf to Nathan and back again. "But now that I know you're my dad, well, uh... I dunno..."
Felix reached down, taking Thomas' hand to give it a reassuring squeeze. "Do you think it'll be a problem...?"
"Go for it," whispered Nathan to Thomas, "After all, you've been reunited tonight. Let him show you how much he loves you."
"A-are you sure...?" Thomas looked to Nathan, still seeming nervous; and yet, behind him, his tail had started wagging. "I mean, you and I are mates, and, uh... I mean... you know..."
Felix let out a soft chuckle. He gently picked Nathan up--as easy as though the human weighed nothing--and set the young man down on his other side. Wrapping one arm around Nathan's shoulders to let him keep cuddling against his side. Wrapping the other around Thomas to pull him in close as well. "I told you, son. You have my full approval to love, be attracted to, and mate with whoever you like. Including me." He gave his son's burning snout a gentle lick. "The feeling is mutual, after all..."
"D-dad..." Thomas let out a low moan. His cock pushed out of his sheath. And Felix spread his firm thighs, letting both younger men to see his own bestial shaft rising up to half-erection as well.
"You and me are each other's pack now, Thomas. And pack members share everything with each other." He smiled, when he saw the younger werewolf looking at his package, rocked his hips a little in encouragement, and let out a soft moan when Thomas reached down to cup his ballsack. "I love you, son."
"I..." Thomas let out a soft, low growl of arousal. "I love you too, dad."
Nathan knelt down to cup Felix and Thomas' balls and he watched as the two werewolves make out with each other and he started sucking on Felix's emerging cock and switched over to Thomas and went back and forth.
"Mmmgh..." Thomas whimpered as his tongue entwined with his dad's, the pair of werewolves rubbing each other's bodies. Their backs, and sides, and chests, and bellies, and thighs. Felix's large, firm, gentle hand rubbed atop Nathan's head, while the younger wolf cupped his father's cheek. "About that... sh-sharing between the pack... Does that include mates...?"
"If the mate is alright with it, of course." Felix chuckled, looking down to Nathan. "What do you say, boy? You alright with Thomas and me sharing you?" He licked his lips as he watched the human bobbing on his son's cock. "And... you alright sharing Thomas with me?"
"What can I say?" panted Nathan with a grin, "You two are so hot this way. How can I refuse?"
"That's the spirit!" Felix grinned, and gently rubbed his leaking erection against Nathan's cheek. "How about we make if official, then?"
“Meaning...?" Thomas rubbed his snout into the older wolf's chest. Nuzzling and snuffling. Taking in the older wolf's--his father's--scent.
"Meaning us three are gonna mate with each other, of course." Felix nuzzled and licked the crown of Thomas' head. "Unless Nate here would rather watch how a werewolf Daddy mates his son?"
"Well, I would like to watch first and then join now that you mention it," said Nathan smirking as he gave Felix a deep kiss.
Felix kissed the human back, slow and deep. "Mmm... Well, don't you worry. Daddy Wolf has plenty of love to go around." He chuckled, and then turned to face Thomas. Nuzzled into his neck, and snuffled down to the younger wolf's chest in return. Pressed and rubbed and ground their erections together.
"Mg..." Thomas panted. "Dad..." He whined. "Fuck..." He kneaded the older wolf's shoulders, whimpered and blushed when Felix took a deep sniff of each of his armpits, and eagerly pushed into the kiss the older wolf moved up to give him afterwards. "Is this, uh... Normal? For werewolves? Dads and sons... uh..."
"Having sex?" Felix smirked, and licked Thomas's snout. "Mating each other? Being mates?"
"Y-yeah..." A deep, shuddering breath in as Thomas nuzzled into the thick fur under his father's arms. The thick fur coating his chest. The thick fur on his neck.
"Yeah, it is. I told you, we're a pack, and packs share everything." "Did you and...?" Thomas hesitated, looking up into his father's eyes.
"Did you and... your dad...?"
A warm, loving smile. "All the time." "Mmmf... did... did mom know...?"
Felix laughed, looked over to Nathan, and tipped the human a wink. "Well, let's just say Nathan here reminds me very much of her..."
Nathan smiled as he sat over to the side and stroked himself as he watched the two werewolves mate each other and he could see that Felix was aiming to top his son.
Felix laid the younger werewolf down on his back on the river bank. Kissing him slow and deep. Moving down to nuzzle, snuffle, and lick at his chest, then his belly, then his crotch. The older werewolf sniffed all up and down his son's erection, pressing his nose against the pulsing shaft and then down against the full, virile, fuzzy ballsack below. Then, as Thomas whimpered, spreading and lifting his legs, he took a deep sniff of his son's pert, puckered, virginal hole. "You smell amazing, son."
"Mmf... Thanks..." Thomas wagged his tail and smiled. "So do you."
"Heh, when I'm done, I'll let'cha get more acquainted with my scent. But for now..." He lapped and slurped at Thomas' hole, delving his thick tongue inside, wetting and stretching the passage out. Then he moved up into another musky kiss with his son while pressing the tip of his erection against that rim. Pushing, then prodding, then finally slipping into the younger wolf. "Mmmf... Thomas...!"
"Fuck, dad...!"
Nathan stroked himself even more and felt himself getting close, but he held it off as best he could. The scene before him was too hard to look away from.
"Mmmmm..." Felix hilted inside his son, and immediately began to rock in and out. In and out. In, grinding his own fat, hefty ballsack on the younger wolf's rump, and then out. "So good..." "Y-yeah..." Thomas clung to his father, letting himself be rocked by the older wolf's strong, powerful, eager thrusting. His erection bobbing and bouncing on his stomach. His tail brushing against Felix's inner thighs as it wagged. "Always..." He whined. "Always wondered what it'd be like to... d-do this with you..."
"To have old Sheriff Felix taking your virginity?"
"Y-yeah..."
Felix grinned, and licked Thomas' snout. "What if I told you... mmf... I'd been thinking about the same thing watching you grow up all these years? Thinking about mating with you... Taking your virginity, and taking you into my pack. Properly... and completely?" "Mmmgh!" The younger wolf whimpered, and his erection jumped and spurted pre onto his belly. "I'd say... I'm so glad we're doing this now." Another deep kiss as their rocking grew more frantic. "Love you, Dad..."
Nathan moaned as he played with his nipples while stroking himself. "You two are super hot together!" he said, "It's both steamy and romantic at the same time."
"Mm, Nathan..." Thomas smiled, looking over to the human as he grew closer and closer. "You... really like this, huh? Me and Dad?"
"Just look at him, he loves it." Felix smirked, nuzzling his son while looking at the human as well. "If you wanna make it more steamy and romantic... How about getting over here and joining in?"
"I... I do," panted Nathan as he slipped over and kissed Felix and Thomas in a threeway kiss.
The three moaned and panted, the two werewolves entwining their thick tongues with each other's and the human's. Both Thomas and Felix touched and rubbed all over Nathan's chest, his stomach, his sides, his ass, the latter pounding into the former all the while. Finally, Felix gasped, and threw his head back, and howled as he came inside of his son.
Nathan kissed Felix and then gave his cock to Felix to suck on while his hole was being rimmed by Thomas.
The two werewolves eagerly tended to the human from both sides. Thomas' thick tongue slurped and swirled all around and into Nathan's own musky hole, while Felix eagerly bobbed and suckled on the human's erection. Lapping up and down the shaft, and over the ballsack. Taking it deep into his muzzle, all the way to the hilt so he could sniff the human's pubes.
"Mmg... Fuck..." Thomas took a deep sniff of Nathan's taint, then ground his nose on the human's saliva-slickened hole. "Hey, Nathan...?" He licked up and down the young man's cleft. "You, uh...?" He gulped, and nuzzled Nathan's rump. "Out of curiosity, you ever... think about or... do... anything like this yourself...?"
"All... The time," moaned Nathan, "But tonight... It's like... A dream come true." He moaned and humped Felix's head and came deep into the wolf's mouth.
"Mmgh..." Felix's eyes fluttered as he swallowed the human's cum, gulping it down without letting a single drop spill out. He continued to suckle on Nathan's softening shaft for a long moment, then pulled off to grin up at the young man. "Well then... How about we keep things going?" He reached up to rub Nathan's stomach. "Since Thomas mated you, you're part of the pack, too. So how about you let Daddy mate you while he has a turn mating me? That sound good... son?"
"I think that sounds wonderful... But I think we might want to wait till your knot shrinks down," said Nathan, "By the looks of it, you two are stuck."
"Right." Felix let out a laugh, glanced down at where his knot was still buried inside of Thomas, and gave it a tug; both werewolves huffed and panted and groaned in pleasure at the movement. "Mmmf... Tomorrow morning, then?"
"Sounds good to me, dad." Thomas smiled as the older wolf pulled their human mate down to join them in a sated cuddle pile.
But the next morning, Felix heard his phone buzz from his trousers nearby and looked at his phone. The werewolves were human again.
"Mng..." He blinked his bleary eyes, and then stiffened. Took in a sharp, deep breath. Let it out slowly, and set his phone down to gently shake the other two awake. "Wake up, boys."
"Mngh..." Thomas sighed. He shifted and snuffled into Nathan's shoulder. He finally stirred, looking around for a moment; realizing what state he, Nathan, and his father were in, and blushing. "Uh, what...? What's up?"
"I need to go into town. The mayor is calling a meeting of all law enforcement." Felix looked from Nathan to Thomas and back again. "You two should get over to the circus, just to be safe."
"Sure, but you mind if we wash up in the river first?" asked Nathan.
"Yeah, we all probably should." Felix made a show of sniffing the air, grinning.
Thomas blushed, nodded, and helped Nathan up, the older man helping the two younger ones up in turn.
"Will you be alright?" asked Nathan noticing another text from the mayor telling the sheriff to come over immediately.
"I will be." The older man was quick about stepping into the river, splashing water under his arms and over his crotch.
Nathan and Thomas soon followed washing themselves.
Later, the sheriff was there to greet the mayor as he arrived in his limousine.
"Sir." He gave the mayor a nod, and then fell into step behind the older man as they made their way into the mayor's office. "What's this all about, if you don't mind me asking?"
"The lion tamer has escaped," said the mayor, "I want you to find him and bring him in. And if there are any circus people in town, bring them to me for questioning."
Felix kept a blank face, nodding. "Very well, sir." If he could direct the search, then maybe he'd be able to keep the mayor and the others off of Thomas' scent.
Later, they found some clowns grocery shopping at a supermarket and the guards had them handcuffed. "I'll offer you $1000 if you tell me where the lion tamer Nathan is," said the mayor but the clowns remained silent. The mayor snarled as he turned to his men. "Lock them up!" he yelled. And later, they found the acrobats at the train station checking the time tables and had them arrested as well. And when the mayor offered them $5000 reward, they still wouldn't betray their friend. "Take them away!" growled the mayor.
Finally, the mayor arrived at the Wheeler farm where Thomas and Nathan had arrived and hid themselves in the bushes. Several townspeople were nearby with worried whispers. "The Wheelers have never hurt anyone." "The mayor's gone mad."
"We found some mangled chickens out behind your farmhouse along with traces of wolf hair," said the mayor to Mr. Wheeler, "Have you been harboring werewolves?"
"No sir." Mr. Wheeler, shook his head, standing well in front of Lucy and his wife; shielding them with his body. "Animals come out of the forest every now and then and take a chicken, and I imagine some of them may be wolves, sir. But we haven't harbored any, sir."
"I'm placing you and your family under house arrest until I get to the bottom of this," said the mayor, "If what you say is true and you are innocent, you have nothing to fear." He turned to leave and then the guards barricaded the doors and the mayor locked the front door and turn to the sheriff. "Burn it," he growled.
"What...?!" The sheriff's eyes flew wide open, and he stared at the mayor. "Sir, I really don't think that's-"
"Until it smolders," said the mayor, "These people are species traitors and must be made examples of." He received a burning torch from one of the werewolf hunters and then handed it to the sheriff.
"...No." The Sheriff's eyes narrowed into a glare. "With all due respect, sir, they are innocent until proven guilty. House arrest while we investigate is far enough, I won't murder citizens of the town."
"But you were given a direct order, you insolent coward," snarled the mayor as he snatched the torch back from the sheriff and the hunters held the sheriff back as the mayor threw the lit torch on the roof and the entire house burst into flames almost in an instant as more hunters threw torches through the windows. Just then they heard a howl and something big dashed into the house.
Felix watched, struggling against the hold of the werewolf hunters. The flames rose higher and higher, black smoke billowing. Then there was an ear-splitting howl from within the house, and a window burst outward. A smoldering form came leaping out. And when it landed, everyone present saw what it was. A werewolf snarling and growling, glaring hatefully at the mayor, Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler under each arm while Lucy clung to his neck.
Just as the Wheelers ran to the side and Lucy gave one more hug to the wolf, one of the hunters brought down a silver club upon the wolf's head. "So, it really is my grandson back from the dead," said the mayor arching an eyebrow, "It occurred to me that in your human form, you look just like your species traitor mother," he said. Then he turned to the sheriff and ripped the badge off his uniform. "And you are under arrest for insubordination," said the mayor, "Such a pity. You threw away a promising career."
The sheriff let out a growl, continuing to struggle against the hold of the hunters. Thomas groaned, staggering and trying to right himself, even as more hunters started throwing themselves at him to bring him down. Things were looking grim for both the exposed werewolf and the undercover one.
But then Nathan saw the mayor. He picked up a rock and threw it at the mayor hitting him in the back of the head making him yell. "OW!" The yell distracted the hunters long enough for Thomas to make a run for it. "Open fire!" yelled the mayor. Thomas was running across a bridge when one silver bullet shot into his chest. Nathan gasped in horror as he watched Thomas fall over the edge of the bridge and into the water. The hunters were about to fire again but the mayor stopped them. "Don't waist your bullets," he said, "Let the monster rot in its watery grave. Find the boy! If we have to burn the town to the ground, then so be it. And put the sheriff in a cell!" Nathan waited till they were gone and dove in after his mate. He came back up as Thomas was now in human form but was losing blood.
"Nnngh... N-Nate..." Thomas clutched at his wound, trying to stop the blood. "The Wheelers, did they get away...? And... what happened to dad...?"
"They did," said Nathan, "Felix's been arrested and your family's heading for the circus. But listen, you're losing blood and you have a bullet in your shoulder."
"Nnngh..." Thomas grunted and groaned. "Need to... stop the bleeding. First aid kit…"
"Where?" asked Nathan feeling worried as he removed his shirt to stop the bleeding. Luckily, the bullet wasn't buried deep. Using a sharp stick, Nathan was able to scoop it out.
"Nnngh!" Thomas gritted his teeth against the pain. "Sheriff's office... Has some. Only place we can get to... easily..."
"It won't be easy," said Nathan as he helped rest Thomas on the shore, "I was afraid I lost you forever that time."
"I couldn't let them hurt my family..." Thomas gave Nathan a small, pained smile, the two still keeping pressure on his shoulder.
"But at least they're safe... I was afraid you'd die with them," said Nathan as he finished patching up Thomas but felt tears welling up in his eyes as he looked over his werewolf lover.
"But I didn't." Thomas' smile became warmer and more reassuring as he reached up, brushing the human's tears away.
"I love you, Thomas," said Nathan cupping the other boy's cheek and kissed him deeply before helping him up. By the time they reached town, they gasped. About half the buildings in town were on fire!
"The mayor's gone insane." Thomas growled, watching the flames. However, he could also see that many of the citizens were helping each other to escape the blaze.
They both rushed to the sheriff's office and luckily, there was no one around. But Felix was locked up in a cell.
"Dad!"
"Boys!" Felix jumped up and rushed over to the bars, looking from Nathan to Thomas and back again. "Thomas, I thought you..."
"I'm alright, Dad. But I need a first aid kit..."
"Should be one in my desk." Felix nodded towards the right. "If you could get the keys to let me out, too, that'd be appreciated."
"Yeah, of course."
"Hold it!" gasped Nathan looking out the window, "The mayor's coming!" He looked around and saw a broom closet, "Quick!"
Thomas nodded, picking Nathan up and dashing over to the closet. The door of it closed, just as the one leading into the station flew open.
The mayor walked in slowly towards the sheriff's cell and pulled up a chair. "Comfortable?" he asked, "And you'll be pleased to know that your deputy is the new sheriff now and his obedience has proven to be more valuable and efficient."
"Oh, wonderful." The sheriff’s voice was flat as he glared at the mayor. "Give him my best regards."
"And it occurred to me that the boy known as Thomas is about the same age my grandson would've been if he and his mother were alive. But then again, she already had her child back then, didn't she?" said the mayor as he came in with a silver whip, "I know you helped that brat escape! And now all this town is burning because of you!" He began beating the sheriff repeatedly till he was covered in blood. "Think of all the harm you caused everyone by being so soft! Think of my daughter!" He panted but then cleared his throat as he left the cell and locked the door. "Well, no matter," said the mayor, "That lion tamer will be out of everyone's lives soon enough and I will free the people from his evil spell. His innocents will torment you no longer." He turned to leave but before he left, he looked back at the wounded sheriff, "The circus has disappeared too, but I know where they're hiding. And tomorrow at dawn, I attack with a thousand hunters." He smirked as he left the sheriff's office.
Felix gasped and groaned, lying on the ground in pain. Thomas, meanwhile, looked to Nathan. "Get the first-aid kit, and help dad. I'll..." He grunted. "I'll be alright for a little longer."
Nathan got out of the closet, found the keys and released the sheriff. "I know where the circus is hiding," he said, "But we have to move fast if we want to beat the mayor there."
"Mmmf... Yeah." Felix nodded. "I'm done sitting on the sidelines. I made an oath to protect this town, and I'm going to do it." He snarled. "And I'm going to make sure that bastard of a mayor can never hurt anyone else again."
"Easy," said Nathan setting Felix in a chair to tend to his wounds, "You're lucky these cuts are minor." He looked to the sheriff and kissed him deeply. "Thank you," he whispered.
"Mmn..." Felix gave the human a smile. "You boys are my pack. My sons, and my mates. Of course I'll do everything I can to protect and help you."
"Dad..." Thomas made his way over as well, kneeling down next to the older man. He laid his head on Felix's shoulder, and let out a sigh when he got a gentle nuzzle in return.
Once both men were patched up, Nathan led the way through the forest and removed a bush to reveal a small tunnel. "When we first got here, we found this place and planned to use it as a hideout in case things grew sour just like now," explained Nathan as he led the way.
"Guess you guys really were prepared for anything." Felix whistled, impressed. "I know this forest like the back of my hand, and even I didn't know this was here."
"Heh, guess your nose is getting a little old, huh?" Thomas gave his father a playful smile, and Felix ruffled the younger man's hair in return.
"Not so old that I can't hold my own against a certain whelp."
"We're here," said Nathan as they were met with lights and everyone at the circus, including the animals with an extra large cavern entrance, was there. "Tommy!" cried Lucy as she ran up to her brother giving him a hug.
"Lucy!" Thomas hugged his adopted little sister close and tight. "Are mom and dad okay?"
"We're fine." Mr. Wheeler made his way over, along with Mrs. Wheeler. They too hugged Thomas, being careful of his wounds. Then he looked to Felix, and nodded. "...Looking a little worse for wear there, Sheriff."
"Eh, I'll live." Felix waved a hand. Then he looked over the group and sighed. "I'm sorry. This is all my fault. I thought I could keep the mayor under control at least, stop him from going off the deep end, but..."
"What matters is that we're here together," said Nathan, "Thomas finally met his biological father." He nodded to Felix letting him know it was safe to show his wolf side among the circus.
Felix nodded as well, grunted, took a deep breath, and transformed. Mr. Wheeler looked completely unsurprised, even though a lot of others in the circus were gasping and staring.
"So you finally came forward about things?" He looked from Felix to Thomas and back again.
"I did, yeah." Felix set a hand on Thomas' shoulder, and the younger werewolf's tail began to wag.
"And I guess if it weren't for the circus, Thomas never would've found his real father," said Lucy smiling.
"Nor would I," said the mayor as he appeared at the animal's entrance and several hunters poured in pointing their silver rifles at the circus and surrounded the werewolves. "After all these years of being missing, my prodigal grandson has come home at last," said the mayor grinning deviously and looked to , "Poor Ringmaster, you must've known that this time would come." "What are you talking about?" snarled Nathan. "Why the fact that the circus will no longer be in service and we finally have the money that it stole from everyone. Plus the sheriff led me right to you, my boy." "You're a liar!" snapped Nathan, "We earned that money!" "And it seems I found the boy's father after all thanks to your big reveal. One missed werewolf on account, but I'll remedy that," said the mayor and looked to all of the circus staff and entertainers, "There will be a little bonfire later this evening and you're all invited to attend." Then he turned to his men and ordered, "Lock them up.”
The circus folk, Thomas and Felix, everyone resisted as they were rounded up by the hunters.
The mayor came up to Thomas. "Dear boy," he said, "I can see that you have yet to exorcise the demon within you. But don't worry. If your lion tamer friend agrees to be mine, I might think of sparing you. If not... You'll both will receive judgment." That evening, there was a stake with Nathan tied to it and the mayor was reading charges pressed against him, but the citizens were protesting. "He hasn't done anything wrong!" "Let him go!" But the wolf hunters were keeping everyone back. "The time has come, lion tamer," said the mayor as he was handed a torch, "You stand before the brink of the abyss. Yet even now it is not too late." He leaned in closer into Nathan's face. "I can save you from the fires of this world and the next," he whispered, "Choose me... Or the fire." But Nathan growled and spat in the mayor's face. The mayor knew there was no changing his mind. Meanwhile, Samson, Felix, and all the other circus animals were trying to break their bonds. "Come on, Thomas," said Timothy noticing Thomas was just sitting there and the mouse was trying to get him out, "Snap out of it!"
"What's the point? The mayor's already won."
"You can't say that, Thomas!" Felix growled at the younger werewolf. "That's your mate down there! You can't let that monster kill him!"
"Like you let him kill mom?" Thomas glowered at the older werewolf, who froze in shock.
"But you can't let your grandfather get away with this again," said the mouse, "You're a werewolf. You can't always hide from your problems. Nathan believed in you. He even risked his own life to save yours." Suddenly, the mayor was announcing the sentence. "For our safety, for our town and for all of their salvation, it is my duty as mayor and leader of the werewolf hunters to send this unholy demon back to where he belongs," he said as he lit the firewood surrounding Nathan.
"Thomas..." Felix looked to his son, still hurt, but determined. "Don't make the same mistake I did. Fight...!"
Thomas screwed his eyes shut tight. Nathan was in trouble. It was all his fault. The town was burning because of him.
No. It was the mayor. His grandfather. He was the unholy demon.
The younger werewolf snarled, straining his bonds, and then howled as he broke through the supports that his chains were wrapped around.
Nathan was coughing from the smoke while the mayor gave a sadistic grin but gasped when he heard a howl. Nathan heard the howl but he soon lost consciousness.
"Go, son!"
"Get Nathan, Thomas!"
A dark form burst through the crowd and leapt up onto the platform, knocking the mayor back. Thomas snarled at the hunters, and then used a paw to swipe the burning hay at the base of the stake in their direction. Then he tore off the ropes binding Nathan, picked the human up to cradle him, and leapt down to bound off to safety.
The mayor growled as he got back up to see the wolf carrying Nathan up to the top of city hall. "Commander!" he yelled to one of the hunters, "Surround the building!" Felix nodded to Timothy as he took the key and unlocked the door to his cage. Then he got on top to address the people. "Everyone!" he called, "The mayor has persecuted many people, both human and werewolf alike. And now, he's trying to destroy his own grandson and an innocent young man who's shown us the light! Will we allow it?"
"No!"
The citizens rose up against the hunters using anything they could find--anything they could make into a makeshift weapon--to beat them back and away from the town hall, Thomas, and Nathan. Felix joined in the fray, turning into his wolf form, fighting alongside the people of the town against the hunters' tyranny.
They even freed the circus people as well. Nathan was still unconscious as he was laid upon the bed, but Thomas heard the hunters trying to seize control of city hall. Luckily, there was a lot of building material on the roof top and he managed to send a large beam down making the hunters scatter. It came smashing down upon the mayor's own car. The mayor growled angrily. "Come back, you cowards!" he yelled as he picked up a silver sword and directed a few others, "You men, pick up that beam. Break down the door."
"Yes sir!" They moved to do as the mayor said, even as the townsfolk, the circus folk and the animals, and Felix continued to fight against the mayor's forces.
"They sure are tough," said Timothy worriedly looking up at Thomas. But then there was the sound of elephants trumpeting and the big cats were roaring and chasing the hunters around as the clowns tried tickling, throwing cream pies and shooting water pistols at them.
"I think they can hold their own." He looked down to Nathan, gently brushing some soot off the human's face.
But Nathan didn't answer. The mayor growled and urged the hunters with the beam to ram the door harder.
Finally, the door was broken off its hinges.
They were about to make their way inside when the elephants sounded and stampeded towards them scaring the hunters off, but the mayor made his way inside and hurried up the stairs.
Meanwhile, Nathan was laying still for a long time. "Thomas... Nathan's not moving," said Timothy removing his hat sadly.
"Nathan..." Thomas shook his head. It couldn't be. "No... please..." He gently shook the human, and patted his cheek, but there was still no reaction. The werewolf began to whimper as he clutched Nathan's hand in his own.
Timothy lowered his head sadly and closed the door to the room to give them some privacy.
"Nathan... Please. Please wake up..." Thomas nuzzled his human mate. "I love you... Please don't leave me..."
Then the door creaked softly open as the mayor walked in. He slowly walked up to Thomas and placed an almost comforting hand on the boy's shoulder.
Thomas whimpered. "Dad...?" He sniffled, and then froze. That scent...
"I'm sorry, Thomas," said the mayor solemnly, "Horrible as my duty was, I hope you can forgive me." He could see Thomas was still crying over Nathan. "I know the pain of loss hurts," said the mayor as he slowly raised a silver dagger over Thomas, "But now the time has come to end your suffering... forever." He had the dagger raised and was bringing it down when Thomas stopped him. The mayor tried to overpower the boy with his own size and strength but was thrown against the wall with the werewolf looming over him. "Now, listen to me, Thomas," stammered the mayor holding his hands up.
"No, you listen!" Thomas snarled, grabbing the mayor. "All my life, you and your hunters had me convinced I was some kind of evil monster, but now I see the only monster here is you!"
"Thomas?" groaned Nathan weakly. The mayor snarled, "He lives!" He then pulled out a silver sword hoping to finish the job.
"Stay away from him!" Thomas roared and bull-rushed the mayor, knocking him away. Then he grabbed onto Nathan, picking him up, and rushed out of the room.
Nathan tried to hold onto Thomas as best he could, but he was still weak from earlier.
The mayor chased them onto the balcony outside and then he looked over the edge to see Thomas holding onto the edge with Nathan clinging to the werewolf. "Leaving so soon?" asked the mayor as he tried to bring his silver sword down upon the werewolf.
Thomas barely swung himself out of the way. "Hang on...!" He nuzzled Nathan, and then swung himself off of the edge of the balcony towards the roof of town hall.
Nathan was holding on for dear life as the Mayor followed them and striking every chance he got and some nearly grazed Thomas' knuckles.
Finally, Thomas managed to clamber up onto an outcropping, helping Nathan up onto solid ground.
The mayor saw they were crawling back over the banister and he brought his sword down upon them, but Nathan was pushed to safety while the sword scratched Thomas' arm. "I should've known you'd risk your life to save that circus wretch... Just as your own mother died trying to save you," said the mayor, "Now, I'm going to do what should have been done all those years ago!" He flung his coat over Thomas' head and used it to yank the werewolf off the edge, but by doing so, Thomas held on to the banister and pulled on the coat making the mayor fall over the edge and hold onto the coat. Nathan rushed up to hold onto Thomas' arm knowing that it was hurt and couldn't handle the weight.
Thomas groaned, looking from Nathan down to the mayor. He should let go. The mayor deserved it. And yet he hesitated, ears pressed flat against his skull as he whined.
The mayor looked to the side and swung to a stone drain pipe and grabbed on. "Hold on!" grunted Nathan as he kept his grip on the werewolf with both hands. But the mayor climbed up onto the drain pipe laughing wickedly as he held his sword in hand. "And he shall smite the wicked and plunge them into the fiery pit!" he declared as he held his sword ready to strike. But the drain pipe gave way and the mayor fell down to his death.
Thomas and Nathan looked away. Finally, Thomas was able to find a bit of footing, and with Nathan's help pulled himself up onto the roof. His arms wrapped tight around Nathan as they listened to the townsfolk rounding up the remains of the routed werewolf hunters below.
"Thomas," said Nathan hugging his mate and then looked at the old bullet wound, "You're all healed." He then looked up at his mate and kissed him deeply.
"Mmmn..." Thomas moaned into the kiss, his tail wagging. "Mmf... I guess it's just werewolf healing factor." He chuckled, and then picked Nathan up into a bridal carry. "Come on, let's get down from here and make sure everyone else is safe."
"Yes,” said Nathan and they looked down to see Felix in his wolf form beside Remus the Ringmaster, "It looks like the town is pro-werewolf now."
"Looks like it." He leapt to the balcony, and then the two made their way down and out of the town hall. They were greeted there by everyone, the townspeople and circus folks cheering for them.
The Wheelers were there talking with the ringmaster and Lucy ran over to hug her brother happy to see him alive and well.
Thomas hugged her in return, picking her up and carrying her as he and Nathan made their way over.
"Thomas!" Mr. Wheeler beamed as he nodded to the young werewolf. "We were just talking with the ringmaster here."
"Yeah?" Thomas looked between the two older men.
"Since the farmstead's pretty much burnt... And we don't really have that many ties to the town, anyway..." Mr. Wheeler chuckled. "We were thinking of joining up."
"Isn't it wonderful, Tommy? And the clowns say that I can play the part of a doll... I chose Raggedy Ann," she giggled as she held up her Raggedy Ann doll.
"Yeah, that's wonderful." Thomas smiled, looking at his adoptive family warmly and lovingly.
Then someone cleared there throat from behind, and the group turned to see Felix--still in his wolf form--moving over as well. "Room for one more?" He chuckled sheepishly. "Think it's about time I retired as Sheriff, and, well..."
"Dad..." Thomas ducked his head and tucked his tail between his legs. He'd said such an awful thing to the older wolf before. "I'm... I'm sor-"
Felix pulled Thomas into a hug. "I'm glad you're alright, Thomas." He stroked the younger werewolf's back with a soft smile. "You'll always be my son, and we'll always be a pack. Yeah?"
Thomas sniffled, whimpered, and smiled as his tail began to wag. "Yeah."
Nathan smiled seeing the sight and he hugged his Uncle Remus. "I'm so glad you're alright," he said hugging Nathan, "And as a special treat... We'll perform one more night here." The towns people began to cheer with glee.
"Well, we'd better get to it, then, if we're gonna be getting the acts prepped." Mr. Wheeler chuckled, patting Lucy atop the head. "We've gotta make you a pretty rag dolly, right?"
"Right," giggled Lucy skipping merrily along with the crew and cast. Nathan smiled followed the lions and other animals while Remus stayed with Felix to talk before giving Thomas a small ring box with a note that said, "For you to give to Nathan later." Remus gave Thomas a wink knowing it was bound to be more than just boyfriends at the moment.
Thomas nodded in gratitude to Remus with a warm smile.
And after getting the show set up, the opening act was of a toy box and Lucy came out dressed like Raggedy Ann and she sang "Rag Dolly" to which everyone applauded and gave a standing ovation.
The Wheelers and Thomas looked on from backstage, beaming with pride as they applauded Lucy as well.
Nathan soon appeared next to her dressed up in a Raggedy Andy costume and began singing "Candy Hearts and Paper Flowers" with Lucy.
Again, the pair were met with thunderous applause and cheering.
Then a camel was led out for Lucy to ride on. But it was really two clowns dressed up as a camel with wrinkled knees.
The crowd laughed and cheered at the show, having the time of their lives.
After Nathan performed his lion tamer act, he was surprised to see Thomas walking up on stage.
Thomas was in his werewolf form, and in a fancy--though somewhat form-fitting suit. The lights dimmed, leaving just a spotlight on the two of them, and the werewolf held out a hand with a smile as the band began to play a slow song. "May I have this dance?"
Nathan blushed as he accepted Thomas' hand and they both danced under a spotlight.
The crowd grew quiet, watching in awe as the pair danced with one another. Thomas twirled and spun Nathan, surprisingly coordinated on the paws he had for feet. His gaze locked on his mate's blushing face. It came to an end when the werewolf held the human in a low dip, the music tapering off and the crowd bursting into thunderous applause.
Nathan smiled and kissed his mate lovingly. "So... When did you learn to dance like that?" he whispered softly.
"Uh, just this evening, actually." Thomas' tail wagged at the kiss, and he gave his mate a sheepish smile. "Had to learn pretty quick..." He glanced over to the sidelines, where Felix was grinning and giving the pair an approving thumbs-up.
Remus smiled and nodded to Thomas to let him know now was the time. "You know, you're kind of cute when you're not in uniform," whispered the ringmaster to Felix.
Felix blinked, and then blushed, giving Remus a softer smile. "Thanks. You're not so bad yourself in yours." He looked the ringmaster up and down appreciatively.
Meanwhile, Thomas helped Nathan up, and then shifted into his human form. Then he smiled, dropped down onto one knee, and took hold of his mate's hand. "Nathan... Though we only met recently, you've become the main attraction of my life. And I don't know what I would do if I were to lose the light you provide. So..." He pulled a small box out of his suit pocket, opened it up, and held it up to show Nathan the ring inside. "Nathan... Will you marry me?"
Nathan was confused but then covered his mouth in shock as he saw Thomas kneel down on his knee. He began crying the moment he saw the ring and nodded. "Yes," he whimpered, "Yes, I will." The moment the ring was on, the people gave a standing ovation for the couple.
Thomas stood, and pulled Nathan into a tight hug and a deep kiss. The other performers nodded to one another, and then began showering the pair with rose petals as they, too, clapped and cheered.
Even the animals felt glad to see the union. "Ah, this is a proud day for all of us," said the Matriarch Elephant and the other elephants nodded in agreement. Timothy was on top of Samson's head and giving his own cheers and whistles.
When Thomas and Nathan moved out of the ring and back into the backstage area, Samson stepped forward to give both of them a nuzzle. "Congrats, you two."
"Thanks, Samson," said Nathan kneeling down to hug the big, feral lion.
The lion purred as he gave the human another nuzzle. Felix, Remus, and the Wheelers made their way over, congratulating the happy couple as well.
Nathan smiled and Thomas hugged his family and Lucy as well as Felix. Nathan hugged his uncle, who hugged him back.
Mr. Wheeler chuckled when he caught sight of Lucy yawning. “Think we've all had a really big day. Come on, let's get you to bed.” He knelt down, letting the young girl climb up to ride his shoulders, and nodded to Thomas and Nathan; giving the werewolf a wink. "We'll let you boys have some time alone together."
"Alright. Thanks, dad." Thomas smiled, and watched the Wheelers make their way off. Then he turned to Felix, rubbing the back of his head. "Is it alright if I still call them... you know..."
"It is alright." Felix nodded, giving his son a warm smile. "They did raise you all this time."
"And perhaps you guys would like to join me and Thomas?" asked Nathan looking to Felix and his uncle, who was blushing and cuddling up to Felix. "Well, I wouldn't mind," said the ringmaster.
The two werewolves looked to each other, and then Remus and Nathan. "You, uh..." Thomas blushed as well. "Have you two... done stuff together?"
Felix was far more forward. He chuckled, dipping down to kiss Remus' temple; then he gave the shell of the human's ear a brief, gentle nibble as his hand moved down to rest just above the ringmaster's rump. "You attracted to your nephew the way I'm attracted to my son?"
"Well, I've never acted on it," said Remus, "But he and his father used to do it loads of times... He would always leave me a moaning mess whenever he topped me."
"Mmm... He and his father... You and your brother..." Felix chuckled. "Sounds like you'd be a perfect fit for our pack." He looked over to Thomas and Nathan. "What do you say, boys?"
Thomas grinned, still blushing; both Nathan and Remus could see, and Felix could smell, the pulsing bulge in his pants. "I'd say that sounds really, really good."
"I would love it if my brother were to join but... I'm afraid he passed away a long time ago," said Remus sadly, "Health issues."
"Well, then..." Felix held out his free arm, and Thomas moved over into it with Nathan. The two werewolf's nuzzled each other, while the ringmaster and his nephew were brought together between them. Chest to chest. Stomach to stomach. Face to face. Felix laughed softly. "How about you start acting on it, and give Nathan here enough love for the both of you?"
Remus smiled and gave Nathan a deep kiss hugging the young man before him.
Felix let out another soft chuckle. "How about we take this somewhere more private, boys?"
Thomas gulped, nodded, and smiled. "Y-yeah."
"We can sleep in my private car," said Remus, "And don't worry, the roustabouts can handle loading the train. Plus, I already made arrangements for the Wheelers to have their own private car added to the train too."
"Sounds good to me." Felix patted the ringmaster's ass. "Lead the way."
Remus led them to the train station where the circus train was sitting in a siding out of the way and there was a new passenger car near the back.
They made their way into the ringmaster's car, Felix pulling Thomas into his arms--and a deep kiss--as soon as the door closed behind them.
Remus pulled a lever on the wall, and all the windows in the car were covered with curtains at once that were closed by a mechanism that ran throughout the sides of the car. Then he locked the door and kissed Nathan deeply.
Thomas and Felix ground against one another, hands rubbing and tugging at each other's clothes. Cupping and squeezing each other's hips and rears. Stroking up and down each other's backs and biceps. When the kiss finally parted, they were both panting and flushed. "You wanna do wolf out together, son?"
Thomas shook his head, blushing. "As, uh... h-hot... as you are in your wolf form... I want to get to know the human you, too, dad." He smiled, and began to undo the buttons of his father's shirt. Pulling it off. Baring the older man's toned upper body.
Nathan found himself being carried in his uncle's arms and laid to rest on a big bed that was huge enough for all four males.
The two werewolves continued to undress each other, kissing in between. When both Felix and Thomas were naked, they made their way over to join Nathan and Remus on the bed.
Nathan moaned as he felt Remus kiss down his body and start to suck on his nephew's cock. He looked over to the side to see Felix and Thomas coming over to them.
Thomas moved to sit next to his mate, petting and stroking Nathan's cheek while offering his cock to the other young man. Felix, meanwhile, moved behind Remus to start playing with the other older man's rump. Rubbing and squeezing his asscheeks. Spreading them open. Dipping down to sniff up and down the ringmaster's cleft, from taint to taut, flexing pucker.
The young man began sucking on Thomas' cock while Remus moaned when he felt Felix explore his body and his rear hole twitched and his cock throbbed from the bigger man's touch.
"Nnn... Nathan..." Thomas sighed, slowly rocking and thrusting into his mate's mouth. He looked from Nathan to Remus, blushing and panting.
Felix, meanwhile, began to lick Remus' hole. Then to lap all over and around it, and swirl his tongue against that flexing rim. Then push, and push, until he could delve inside to start eating the other older man out in earnest.
Remus moaned as he looked back at Felix as his cock throbbed every second the bigger man rimmed him and kept his mouth on his nephew's cock.
"Mmmngh... Haaah..." Felix pulled back, meeting Remus' gaze with a grin. He reached down to grasp and stroke his thick erection. "You want it? Want me burying my bone in you?" He chuckled at his own joke, making Thomas groan.
"Mmf... Maybe... I could fuck you while you fuck Remus here, dad?" Thomas looked down to his mate. "And Remus can fuck Nate here, too. Make it a real family mating session…"
Remus nodded at Felix and then crawled above Nathan kissing him deeply as he slid his cock into the young man's hole.
Felix moved in behind Remus, wrapping his muscular arms around the other man in a firm, gentle embrace. Grinding his hips on Remus' rump, his cock into the ringmaster's cleft. Then he pushed, and pushed, and popped his thick cockhead through the other man's taut anal ring, sliding his erection deep into his new packmate.
Thomas, meanwhile, buried his face in his father's own ass. Snuffling, and sniffing, and breathing in the older werewolf's musk, then lapping and slurping at his hole; both to taste it, and to get it prepped for a mating session of their own. When he was satisfied, he pushed his cock into Felix in turn, the older man rocking backward to meet his son's thrusting.
Nathan moaned as he felt Remus go in and out of him while Felix was pumping the ringmaster. "Oh, I've always wanted to do this with you," moaned Remus, "I love you, Nathan." The young lion tamer kissed his uncle lovingly. "I love you too, Uncle Remus," he panted.
"Mmmf... How's it feel, Thomas?" Felix leaned back a bit, craning his neck to share a kiss with his son. Slow and deep and intimate. Cocking his head to let the younger werewolf nuzzle and kiss his neck. "How's it feel to mate your daddy?"
"Amazing." Thomas groaned, and huffed, and panted as he worked himself up into a steady rhythm.
"Mmf... feels real good for me, too." Felix rocked back and forth. Back and forth. Back onto his son's cock, letting it hilt inside him as Thomas' balls ground against his backsack, and then slammed forward to drive his own erection deep into Remus in turn. "Love you, boy."
"Love you, too, dad..."
Remus leaned back into Felix hoping for a kiss from the former sheriff. "You know... I think I might make you more than just security... How do you feel about being my boyfriend?" he asked as he moaned from the humping front and back.
Felix gave the ringmaster a deep, tongue-wrangling kiss, cupping the other man's cheek. "That sounds good to me. We are packmates already... may as well make ourselves officially mates, too." He smiled, tipping a wink.
"Wait... You mean.... Are you asking me to..." stammered Remus when he felt Felix reach for something.
Felix grinned as he held up what Thomas had handed off while they were switching positions: a ring box.
Remus whimpered and Nathan smiled. "Looks like a double wedding to me," he said as Remus nodded his head and kissed Felix deeply.
Thomas smiled, warm and loving, and then gave his own mate a wide grin. "Love you so much, Nathan."
"I love you too, Thomas," said Nathan and moaned as he felt Remus give him a few more thrusts before he felt cum flow inside him.
Remus' orgasm set off a chain reaction. The rhythmic squeezing and clenching of his tight back passage sent Felix over the edge, making him hilt and howl out as he came as well. Then Thomas came, slamming home inside his father while clinging to the older man's back, filling him with a load of his own.
All four males lay on the bed panting until Nathan said, "Felix? Will you join me in the shower?"
Felix smiled, giving Nathan a kiss on the cheek. "Sure, can do." He looked over to Thomas, and tipped the younger werewolf a wink. "Can you keep Remus here company while we're showering, Thomas?"
"Can do." The younger werewolf blushed, giving the older werewolf a broad smile of his own.
They walked inside the bathroom and Nathan kissed the human Felix deeply. "How about you mate me in wolf form?" he asked, "After all, it is night time."
"Mm, you wanna little taste of the daddy dog, huh?" Felix chuckled, kissing Nathan in return. "That sounds good to me." He stepped forward, taking the younger man into his arms, and then closed his eyes to concentrate. Groaning and huffing and flexing. Letting Nathan feel the changes rippling through his body as he grew and changed into his hulking wolf form.
When the transformation was complete, Nathan wrapped his arms around Felix's waist and smiled as he rested his head on the wolf's chest. "I love you, Wolf Daddy," he said softly.
"Mmm..." The wolf's chest rumbled as his big, paw-like hands stroked Nathan's back, then dropped down to gently grope the human's rump. "I love you, too, my little human son-in-law."
Nathan smiled as he started the shower and began kissing the old wolf on his lips lovingly. "I want you to breed and knot me, Wolf Daddy," he said softly hugging the big wolf.
"And I wanna breed and knot you, too." As they stepped into the water together, Felix stayed pressed up against the human. Pulling the human against his side, and rubbing Nathan's hips and belly and thighs. "I want to share you with Thomas and Remus, and have you share them with me. I want all four of us packmates to be one big, happy family of mate-mates." He snuffled against Nathan's temple, then gave the human a loving lick on the cheek.
"I think you mean a 'family of lovers', but close enough," said Nathan smiling as he returned the kiss on Felix's lips.
"Heh, same thing, just in pack terms." The werewolf chuckled. "So... how do you want it, boy? Want me pinning you up against the shower wall, or picking you up and dropping you on my dick?”
"How about a combination of both?" asked Nathan smiling, "It means I get to keep you in my arms and me in yours."
Another chuckle, and a low, lustful rumble. "Sounds good to me. Up you go...!" He hefted Nathan upward, cradling the human in his arms while resting the young man's back on the shower wall.
"Did you mate Thomas' mother like this?" he asked softly but froze, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"
A gentle lick on the forehead. Felix nuzzled Nathan softly and gently. "It's alright." He nodded. "I did, yeah."
"Wolf Daddy, can you show me how you mated her?" asked Nathan looking up and cupping Felix's cheek.
The old wolf nodded. He dipped down into a slow, deep kiss with Nathan. And then, slowly and gently and carefully, he pushed his cock into the human, rocking it back and forth to work Nathan's passage open.
Nathan moaned as he clung to Felix for support and kept kissing Felix feeling love and passion and... Were those tears in Felix's eyes? The human slowly wrapped his arms around the wolf's neck letting Felix know he was there.
Felix rubbed his cheek against Nathan's holding him close and tight as he pushed in deeper. Deeper. Rocked in and then out, and then nearly hilted inside the human, his fat knot pressing against the young man's puckered rim.
"Oh! Yeah!" moaned Nathan feeling his cock throb all the while as he felt Felix hump his hole.
"Mmmf... Fuck..." Felix began to pant, keeping up a steady, powerful rhythm. "You feel so amazing... nnngh...!"
And for a moment, the wolf thought he could see the mayor's daughter in his eyes before returning to Nathan. "So do you," he moaned with his wolf daddy.
The old wolf's breath hitched in his throat, and he wrapped his arms all the tighter around Nathan. Clutching and cradling the human again his chest as he pumped his cock into the young man's tight back passage. He rumbled and snuffled against Nathan's temple, huffing and panting and whining in pleasure.
Nathan moaned holding onto the wolf kissing his lips and he could feel his cock leaking pre and climax coming up. "Breed me... Breed me please!" he whimpered looking up at Felix.
"Yes... oh, yes...!" Felix groaned, long and low, as his heavy balls smacked against Nathan's rump again and again. Grinding. Drawing up to empty themselves into the human. "Gonna breed you... Fill you up... Nathan...!" His knot started to inflate, catching on the rim of Nathan's hole, ready to lock him deep inside the younger man.
The young man whimpered and cried out as he felt it finally go in. He kissed Felix deeply as the knot inside him made him cum onto the werewolf's furry abs. They listened and could hear Thomas breeding Remus in the other room. "Sounds like our mates are having fun," said Nathan smiling, "I love you, Wolf Daddy."
"Yeah. One big happy, loving family..." The older wolf smiled, nuzzling and kissing the human as his cock steadily pumped his thick, virile load deep into Nathan's rear. "Love you too, boy."
A few years later, Remus was introducing a Christmas Special where Lucy was playing Raggedy Ann and Nathan as Raggedy Andy and Thomas as "The Big Bad Wolf" who in the end turns into a "Big Good Wolf".
The audience loved it cheering for all three of them at the end of the show as they waved to the crowd.
In the end, Nathan kissed Thomas lovingly and everyone was giving a rapturous applause.
They made their way back to the backstage area, where Felix and the Wheelers were waiting for them. "Good show out there, guys!" Mr. Wheeler grinned, picking Lucy up as she rushed over to him.
"And you were just a cute little Rag Dolly," said Nathan to Lucy, who giggled and blushed. "And Tommy played a wonderful Big Good Wolf," she said.
"Heh, I tried my best." The young werewolf smiled, his tail wagging. "I'm just really glad the audience liked it."
"You see? There are some places you can be free to be you," said Nathan hugging Thomas and he looked up at the wolf, "I love you." When they looked up, one of the clowns was lowering down some mistletoe over them. Lucy giggled and covered her eyes.
Thomas chuckled. pulled Nathan in close, and the pair shared a soft, loving kiss with one another. Felix and the Wheelers smiled, while some of the nearby circus workers whooped for the couple. Then one of the clowns howled, making both the younger and older werewolves howl as well.
Nathan kissed and chuckled watching Thomas and Felix howl. "Well, when in Rome," he said shrugging and howled along with his mate.
The Wheeler's shared a look with one another, chuckling. Lucy began to howl, too, and Remus joined in while wrapping an arm around Felix's waist. Soon everyone in the circus was joining in, howling and laughing in warm and joyful camaraderie.
After the howling was done, Nathan brought Thomas in for one more kiss. "I love you," he said softly.
"I love you, too, Nathan." Thomas smiled, nuzzling his mate. "Always will.”
The End
