Better Than I Imagined

Continuation of Kai's modern-day story, following up on Delia's semi-recruitment of her at Code Nyte; this time she's headed to what could only be described as a date/interview. In a much more upscale part of the city than she's used to. Where she's meeting someone else from Gaminghouse. Who happens to be one of her most fantasized about species to have as a partner. What sort of life was the husky trying to drag the fox-bun into, really?

===============================

Chapter 2 of my Gaminghouse project! This series is turning out a lot more smut focused (and fun to write) than I imagined. It's a different sort of challenge than my other series, but it feels a lot more casual. On a note on some of my tags: I do like light versions of some of them and, in particular, 'breeding' is more 'themed dirty-talk' in this particular chapter, but I imagine that could put some people off, so hence why it's mentioned. Same with Dom/Sub and Bondage.

Dammit, I was nervous! And here I was, a fox/bunny hybrid picking out an outfit for what I could only describe as part job interview, part date. Finding the right outfit that was a mix of professional, but alluring, with my wardrobe? Hard… I really disliked dresses and skirts, so those were out. And most of my shorts barely reached mid-thigh, so way too… casually slutty (at least, imo) for something that was supposed to be a good first professional impression. Even if the circumstances that led to this were that those who were recommending me had already seen me in my fur and one of them pumping me full of lion cum (and they had been adamant that they were two… mostly separate things; that succubus of a husky was eager to see her lion mate on top of me again already). And yes, Delia had upgraded to succubus from devil: our messages were full of innuendo and pics of her, both alone and with Alrac. Not that I was complaining; it was refreshing to have a pair of friends so interested like that.

So… I was down to pants, most of which were admittedly not the most form hugging. Don’t get me wrong, had the figure to pull it off, though the anatomy was a different story. Herm-tailored clothing was expensive and women’s pants weren’t exactly roomy for any extras. I did have a few tailored pairs for formal occasions, of course, but they were way too formal and business-like for a date. I finally settled on some low riding, faded forest green denim capris. They clung to my hip bones, but were designed to come to just beneath my tail. They just barely hid my underwear, sure, but they were snug enough I wasn’t too worried. From there, though, it got easier to finish getting dressed. I mean, it was just my top and I settled on the slightly-low cut yellow sleeveless top. I debated about an over-shirt or even a blazer, but, well… it’s warm out!

I pulled my messenger/laptop bag over my shoulder and headed out, a literal bounce to my step with each fall of my bunny footpaws. Despite the butterflies in my stomach. Beyond Delia doing her damnedest to set my expectations with my date while simultaneously flirting and sexting me for the past half-a-week… I was kinda eager to meet a fellow Spellslinger player… and a dragon at that! Dragons, gryphons, phoenixes… all those ‘mythical’ species were around as anthros as well, of course, but they were pretty rare and, well, most were elitist. Or in porn, which while hot to watch… not entirely sure I wanted a potential long-term mate from that particular pool.

As for Spellslinger, it was a moderately popular MMORPG, but it’s target audience was fairly niche. It was a mix of a third person shooter, rpg, and looter-shooter. Players were dropped into hub-towns and sent out on missions through tile-set generated fields, gathering resources, spells, and weapons to tackle raids and dungeons. Each “world” had a trope and element theme, too, and a ton of lore hidden throughout; my guild was one of the smaller, but more renown ones, for lore and information. Granted, lore wasn’t my particular interest: gameplay info was my deal. I wanted to learn all the mechanics I wanted to find the weirdest, most fun ways to play. It’d felt like most guilds were too casual to get that, or were too hardcore to let their members try anything new in dungeons. The Loremasters (and yes, even our guild-master said that was lame, but we worked hard to make it mean something) were happy to answer my questions and didn’t mind when we wiped because an idea I’d had didn’t work out. Or at least took longer: if I wasn’t testing it, I did my best as an offensive support to make sure we didn’t outright fail.

I was reviewing my strats and some theory crafting about what I’d read of the new expansion’s details; it helped distract me from my nerves. So much so I almost missed the metro stop I was supposed to get off at. The doors nearly caught my fox tail as I darted from the train-car with a loud squeak before I went up stairs. Saradie was a metropolis of sorts… but one thing is that it was built for foot-traffic, not cars, which meant it was fairly compact for such a large population. And I lived in… well, it wasn’t the worst part of the city, but I wouldn’t even call it the middle-class section: there were more apartments than houses, though the height ordinances kept it from looking too dystopian, at least. This part of the city, though? Much more upscale. Don’t get me wrong, I’d done my research, and where this dragon, Zav, had wanted to go was definitely more of a diner/cafe mix and their dress-code on line said casual, but now I was seriously questioning if their definition of casual was the same as mine. After checking my phone to double check the directions, I put it away.

Not too much later, I found myself outside Ginger Plaza Gardens… My ears angled back and I let out a nervous whine that made the nearby employee look at me; she was some sort of avian morph. “Everything alright, Miss?”

“Y-yeah, uh… I’m meeting someone here, but… can I even go in?” I asked: this place looked way more upscale than the website had let on, and it’d already looked… cozy upscale. This was elegant, cozy upscale. Like… food would would be pricey but small portion sizes kind of upscale. “Like… dress code wise.”

“Yes Ma’am, your outfit is quite alright. And whom are you meeting?” Oh gods, even the staff spoke all properly.

“Uh, a dragon named Zav?”

“Oh! Right this way~” The avian trilled. “I had wondered why he’d requested an upstairs booth; he normally sits outside.” I was led inside… which was only slightly less intimidating. It felt more like being in an airport than a cafe. There seemed to be a balcony overlooking a park; I guessed that’s where my date normally sat. It was quite crowded, though. The rest of the floor was pretty typical of a cafe, booth seating made of light colored wood with plenty of potted greenery to break up the monotone of wood with slightly darker cushions. She did lead me up some stairs (which I noticed were made of textured glass… man, I really felt out of place). I could feel my tail flicking around nervously, my hands gripping at my bag strap pretty tightly.

And finally, I got my first look at the dragon I was meeting (Delia had stubbornly refused to send me any pictures and he apparently didn’t like being photographed, so even finding a staff photo was hard). He was getting up from the booth they’d seated him in and all I could do was… well, stare for a moment (and, well, compare him to Alrac). Though the first thing that made me relax was seeing what he was wearing: a simple outfit of dusky-purple button down and a pair of black jeans. Like me, he seemed to go around without shoes (I mean, in the winter when it snowed, sure, but elsewise? Most places had cleaning mats at their entrances anyways).

Alrac was built, apparently a careful regimen he followed for working out to work out his more primal urges: where I hopped and ran, he and a group would mock hunt (weirdly, male and female lion anthros were both hunters as opposed to their wild counterparts). Zav… wasn’t as bulky, but if I had to guess, he was probably about the same weight: he was thinner and more compact, muscle-wise. He was even taller than the lion, though thankfully not by too much. His scales were a sapphire blue and more like overlapping plates than a lizard’s. At least along most of his form; I could see that along his front were white scales that seemed to have black tips where they came pointed. His horns were typical, going out from a little behind his brow, though they were a darker, richer blue than even his scales. He even had ridges along his eyebrows: I really hoped his seafoam green eyes liked what he was seeing in me. Oh! And instead of spikes that some dragons had, he had fins along the middle of his head and where humans would have ears (and yes, humans do still exist, though they are a little rare around these parts). And unlike some dragons, his wings actually looked large enough to let him fly.

“I’d ask if you’re Kai, but, well, that’s pretty obvious, if you don’t mind me saying.” His voice was gentle, deep, but with his coloring and the fins… I couldn’t help but compare them it sounded like waves on the beach at night: there was a certain… energy behind it, too. I shook my head, though, both to clear it of the fantasy of us making out and to say I didn’t mind.

“Not at all, and you’re Zav? Glad to finally meet. Delia had been… annoyingly tight-lipped about any sort of details.” I said with a slight sigh. He offered to let me sit first, and I slid into the booth. The table was pretty large, so I went ahead and pulled out my laptop to join his.

“She’s been oddly tight-lipped as well. At least beyond her usual ‘oh, yeah, we also had a lot of fun together!’ stuff. And that’s some serious hardware.” He said as he sat down; my laptop was one thing I had invested in. Just as much as my desktop. And wait… that’s all Delia had told him? I figured the husky would tell him right away about me being a herm considering this was doubling as a date. I fired off a quick text to thank her for setting it up and to get clarity on that before setting my phone on the table.

“Yeah, well, with the expansion coming out… I figured if maintenance ended early somehow, it might turn into a play session or something.” I said. A… slight lie. Mostly about maintenance ending early. I was going in hopeful that I was having a late night. His own laptop was much slimmer, though I knew it was just about as loaded as mine was in terms of power. I recognized the model, at least. He’d had it set up as well, though turned it now that I was here. There seemed to be a word document open. “And sorry, I know it’s a little rude, but I did just text Delia to ask her something.” I said about my phone.

“Hmm, not a bad idea. But let’s save that for later… I can get a little… obsessive about games’ lore.” He said with a slight blush… at least I think it was a blush: his scales slightly darker and his voice got quieter. “Comes from being a writer, I guess. But… let’s get the business stuff out of the way, first. And, just to be clear, short of a serious mismatch, anything after that would have no bearing on whether or not I’ll sponsor you for Gaminghouse.” He didn’t seem to mind the phone, either. “That’ll be mostly talent and portfolio work. Even if I don’t know much about coding.” I tilted my head a bit, brow furrowing a bit. “Part of our policy, and I know some basics, promise.”

I launched into my portfolio after placing an order with the avian who had, kindly, been waiting for it. Some berry-juice (I’m berry crazy, alright? Blame two different species’ taste-buds) and a chicken-salad sandwich. Zav had apparently been waiting as well, though he got coffee and roast beef. And he did seem to follow what I showed him and let him demo easily enough, and did know more than I expected given some of his questions. Though it was mostly about syntax and my naming conventions… which were odd, I’ll admit. They could be a mix of French and English terms (My dad’s family was French, hence the actual last name of D’aureville; I have a passing knowledge of the language).

He did also grill me about my streaming style and set-up a bit; apparently that was something else they were considering: getting some of their developers to stream and talk with their fans about the upcoming progress and work they were doing. Sure, it was risky, business-wise, but at the same time… rarely was anything unique in the game industry for long. At least by his explanation. And between their strict documentation requirements (which, okay, that’s intimidating, and he even remarked that my own code-notes and technical docs were… sparse, and that was being generous) and their backers having some serious lawyers, they weren’t too worried.

“And who is backing all this?” I had to ask when I did get the chance to ask my own questions. By then, too, our food had arrived and mostly been consumed (and thankfully, the fancy vibe didn’t quite match the food; portions were even generous, and tasty~); we were both picking at the fries that had come with our sandwiches at this point. “Delia mentioned you’re effectively the landlord.” And as I mentioned the husky, I remembered to check my phone.

Nope~! Figured it’d be kinda rude for him to hear from me.

I did make sure nobody else had a problem with herms, though

So you’re good!” Was her response. As was a shot of her muzzle and bared chest covered, presumably, in Alrac’s cum with an encouraging smile and thumbs up.

“Yeah, I guess that’s true. I used some windfall from some series I’ve written to buy out a small part of an abandoned apartment project in the area and refurbished it into, well, this after a couple of my friends approached me.” I raised my eyebrow; he just shrugged. “They knew I was a huge gamer and figured I’d invest. That I’m the ‘head of narrative’ design is because they know I’m behind the Unicorn Knights and the Eldritch Network series.” Okay, those were huge; Unicorn Knights wasn’t my taste: way too much old-timey chivalry and politics… and, well, a bit too much overly-stereotypical male on male romance. Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with guys being together (and it could be kinda hot, I guess?), but I did like to imagine myself as the characters and what they might be doing behind closed doors. And when I imagined myself as a male? Well… I’m really not into anal play, so male-on-male? Not as much fun as other pairings to me. Eldritch Network, though? Magical murder mysteries in a cyberpunk world? I had the whole series, in hardback, even in the age of digital ownership.

“Wait, those are written by two different authors, though. And are completely different… particularly in some tastes.” He just blushed again.

“I really don’t like standing out, so I use fake names to publish with. My full name is not exactly an easy, household name either.” Most dragons’ names weren’t; I never did understand that tradition. I did know they rarely gave out their full names for some reason. “And Unicorn Knights was something I’d started writing for my sister when she was younger; the pairings were her ideas when I was approached about publishing them after some rewriting and fleshing out.” I nodded while I listened, tail flicking a bit. “Kinda surprised you knew that? Most don’t know both series enough to know their authors.”

“There was that Unicorn Knights mobile game that was floating around for a bit; one of my freelance contracts. As for EN… kinda have the whole series.” I blushed. “In hardback… and on pre-order.” He blushed a bit more as well, but nodded, it seemed, in thanks.

“As for who else is backing… one of our designers and one of our artists. We do have a few others who invest a bit, but we’re also not a public company, so it’s fairly informal in that regard.” Zav said. I did frown a little at that; that didn’t sound… great. “It’s family who are tech-illiterate and just assume we’re losing money, but they are insistently supportive. With our last few games, we’re… honestly a bit more ahead than I would’ve ever guessed.”

“Yeah, Alhermain Chronicles was pretty good; was on digital storefronts’ top charts for months.” It was a strategy tactics game that I had sunk way more hours into than I was going to admit to one of developers (even if more than a few streams showed my total playtime when I did stream it). He nodded and leaned back.

“Well, I definitely have no problem sponsoring you; your code’s… fairly easy to read, but I am concerned about your documentation.” As he’d hinted, so I wasn’t surprised. “And streaming experience is huge. Delia has some, but…”

“Yeah, not sure she’s too suited to it. Probably wind up with a banned account if our messages the last few days are anything to go by.” I chuckled.

“How did that happen? I mean, don’t get me wrong, you’re lovely… but I would imagine someone so smart would have a mate of her own.” Zav said. I sighed a bit, ears flicking and tail twitching in nervousness as my mind raced on how, exactly, to answer that question. I already knew we were… mostly alone; there was a couple not too far away that I caught the occasional snippets of conversation from, but my hearing was pretty good.

“I’m… very careful about who I… enjoy myself with. Really, I started dancing with Delia and she sorta just… pulled me along from there.” I said. He looked at me with concern and I sighed. “Being a herm is… difficult when you think of yourself as both rather than one with a bit of extra. Yet, still… effectively straight.” Zav blinked for a moment; my breath was held in nervousness. I barely had any air to squeak out when I felt his tail curl around my ankle under the table with a reassuring squeeze.

“I can only sorta imagine; some biographies were… graphic. And crude. One was almost harrowing, honestly.” He admitted.

“Meizi’s?” I asked; she was famous because of her, well, persecution. And being the subject of experiments. The poor corgi had grown up in an era where herms were even more vilified than they were nowadays. And she was a lot like me, too, from what I’d read of her diaries. At least in her thoughts on being a herm, though… maybe slightly more traditionally romantic. She’d struggled, a lot, about which side of herself she wanted to ignore in favor of one mate.

“Yeah. Gods, what she went through…”

“Thankfully, the worst that happens nowadays is that you basically get yelled at for not wearing a shirt advertising it. Or acting like Nocha or Annujan.” A bat and lioness, respectively, that were the cock-sure stereotypes, or at least their characters were in the porn industry. I’d never met either of them.

“That’s good at least.” He did seem genuinely relieved to hear that. Don’t get me wrong, getting yelled at so often was scary, and occasionally I thought I was going to get hit, but it’d never gone that far. “And you said ‘straight’…”

“Yeah, I know that’s confusing… I meant I prefer males for my female side and females for my male.” I shrugged.

“Strictly?”

“I mean, it really boils down to me not wanting to get directly beneath anyone’s tail, or them beneath mine except in very specific fantasies.” I said. His wings shifted a little, but I took the tail he slipped around my ankle as a good sign. “But… enough about that or I will lose focus. Unless you’d rather take me home now~?” I stuck my tongue out. His wings jerked in surprise and that definitely got the large, handsome dragon to blush.

“T-Tempting, really. I definitely find myself more curious than I expected.” He said; that did make me blush. I could feel the heat on my cheeks… among other things. Folds tingled, sheath twitched and felt heated, my breasts felt a little tighter… my tail twitched a bit in uncomfortable agitation. “B-but I’m not really made for anything quick and one-off.”

“… You do not know how hard it was to accept how cautious Delia was about her and Alrac not coming home with me.” I said with a huff. “Our texts have helped, but even now I still wanna wake up between them. Just to have the company, really. Could certainly be convinced to have a dragon join the mix.” He smirked a bit and tugged on my leg a little playfully, which only made me squeak. “Speaking of those two, though… what were you doing about their incoming cub-pups?”

“Ugh, that’s… difficult. Honestly, I’d rather just make a daycare center on-site.” That made me blink and raise an eyebrow. “Well, it’d be unreasonable to ask people who joined Gaminghouse to put their lives on hold just to be developers. And unfair to not provide childcare in some form. Plus, our designer/business manager suggested it as a supplemental income type thing. There’s really not enough childcare in this district. Alrac and Delia aren’t the only two who’ve gone through Omni on our team either; or environmental artists have as well.” I, and from what I knew, dragons didn’t need to (though it did make it even easier for them), so that made sense. And don’t for a moment think that thought didn’t cross my mind: my heat was effectively right around the corner and my mind already had hints of my typical fantasies. They had been with Alrac, but I’m pretty certain Zav would be a prominent player if it kept going this well.

“And you?”

“I mean, yeah, someday. Gotta be careful with that, though…” He sighed. Dragons did have some… strange traits that made them almost hunted as mates. A longer, healthier life the more you mated with one was a big one, particularly if you wound up pregnant by one. For a while that had been thought of as superstition, but part of the Omni project had confirmed it. “Not that you seem to be… a hunter.”

“Wait, really, they’re called that?”

“Oh yeah. It’s part of why I’m so private. My first couple of partners got pulled way down that rabbit hole and it just felt like I was being used.” He sighed. “I rarely join with my housemates, even. Maybe Delia and Thal, but those are more romps and not really…”

“Thal?” That was another name on their staff that I hadn’t been able to track a photo down for, which made me suspect she was a mythic as well.

“She’s a designer and another dragoness. She’s even more closed off, though. Hell, she attends most in-house meetings virtually.” He sighed. I nodded, tail flicking a bit. “And, of course, if we did become a thing-”

“I would only invite them to join in~” I chirred out. He blushed and fidgeted a bit, which only made me giggle. “In all seriousness, I’m not… too possessive. Plus, well… I do want female partners of my own.”

“What about you on the kids front?”

“I mean,” I wiggled my ears a bit and rubbed my bunny foot against his tail. He chuckled. “Like, a lot. If Delia had been in heat…” I shuddered at the thought; I’m honestly not sure I could say I would’ve been able to hold back, as pent-up as I was. “Though, I am… more hesitant to actually go through with it either way. I’m not oblivious to the whole ‘kids change lives’ thing. And the responsibility of them.”

“Yeah, that is something to consider.” He sounded… oddly familiar with what I meant and I could only raise an eyebrow.

“Am I gonna have to steer clear of you next week?” I teased.

“H-hey now, I can control myself… I think. I mean, I do around the other housemates. Around you, though~” I squeaked, his tail teasing up my leg a bit.

“O-okay, seriously, different topic. Dammit~” I laughed and growled at the same time; he chuckled and spread open his wing beside him. It took me a moment to understand the invitation, and then another to decide, but I did slip out of my seat and slid in next to him. That large wing gently hugged me to his form. This close… I couldn’t exactly ignore his scent, though I was surprised. He didn’t smell as strongly of ocean as I thought he might given what he looked like. My thigh brushed against his, but to distract myself, I nabbed his laptop and started rifling through, despite his protests.

“What? Just wanting to see what other games you’re into~” I leaned against him a little and that seemed to make him quiet down. Not entirely sure why, but I did feel his clawed fingers rest in the curve of my waist and his arm behind my back. “Let’s see… mostly RPGs, it looks like. Lots of story heavy ones, though I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. A lot of action ones, too… Ugh, never could get a good paw on Dusk Souls.” I grumbled, spying that series in his list of recently played games.

“Oh, god, I’m awful at those, too, but they’ve got some of the best story implementation and lore…” He sighed. “I’m convinced most people are ‘bad’ at those type of games, though.”

“At least Primal Hunter is more forgiving.” I hummed, tail flicking a bit. I did nod to the waitress who refilled my drink and Zav’s water.

“Is it? Not much story in the mainline games.”

“Oh yeah, and the hitboxes feel a lot smoother, too.” I chirred, drinking a bit of juice. “Not a whole lot of mechanical complexity, though.”

“Thal’s mentioned that before, too.” He muttered. I did note a number of more… adult games on the dragon’s computer, too. And I had a few of the same, which only made my mind reel a bit (mostly imagining acting out some of the scenes in said games). “S-so, anything besides the lore that you’re looking forward to in the next expansion?”

“Hmm… well, a guildmate does always come up with the weirdest builds. But it’s fun to watch, so curious what they’ll do.” I blinked at that. A kindred spirit? Definitely something to… wait… no. Spellslinger’s a world-wide game, even with country-based servers… there’s no way Zav’s in my guild, right? I don’t remember any dragon males in our guild, but he was super cautious and I could only imagine how many ‘hunters’ whispered dragon characters. My own was a bunny (and the number of times I’ve had to block (and light them on fire for comedic effect) is stupidly high), for reference; I would’ve gone as myself, but the game didn’t have hybrid options. Yet. The expansion was supposed to add that in, but given how much work it was to break down models and make them modular… I wasn’t holding my breath for it to be done well.

“Huh, I was looking forward to the same, really. Superfrost seems really interesting.” I sighed, resting my head against his shoulder. I blinked when I noticed the time, though, in the bottom right of his screen. “Oh, whoa, it’s gotten late. Kinda surprised they’ve not kicked us out.”

“Eh, they’re open late. But you’re right… did you want to head home? Maintenance should still be a couple of hours, though…”

“Yeah, not really enough time to get into another game.” I sighed. “Particularly by the time I get home. I’d probably wind up just feeling… lonely.” I felt his narrow, scaled nose rubbing along my ears before he blinked.

“S-Sorry, I know those can be… sensitive.”

“Yeah, but for me, it’s only when I’m already worked up… which I’ve done a decent job of keeping under control, I think.” I said. There had been faint sparks of pleasure from his nuzzle.

“Oh?”

“How good is your sense of smell?” I honestly wasn’t sure, so was curious if he smelled any on me.

“I mean, Delia and Alrac both seem to have better senses. I think having the whole fire-breath thing kinda ruins it for dragons.” I blinked and looked up. “I mean, I can smell, but nothing detailed. You smell like a forest, for instance. And only that.” That made sense; my fur-wash was forest scented. “And I can smell the housemates’ seasons, faintly. Still does a number on me.” He grumbled and I giggled.

“I get it, anytime a neighbor goes into season I’m about to climb the walls. Almost as bad as when I’m in it myself… And if we keep this up, you’ll probably be able to smell more than just a forest.” I huffed.

“Hmm… Delia did mention your heat would be soon-ish.”

“Not in it now, but, well… still sorta riding the closeness and intimacy with Alrac. And, well, I’ve not found a reason so far to dislike you~” He curled his wing around me a bit more.

“Same, so… if you want, we could at least head back and hang-out.” He offered. “I mean, pretty good chance you’ll be living there soon anyways.”

“Just hang-out~?” I purposely, playfully, dropped my voice and let that purring-chittering sound slip in.

“Okay, out!” He huffed, though he did use his other claw to tilt my head up and drew me into a kiss. Which made me squeak, but my tail did sway happily. My eyes slipped closed as he pulled me closer to him, my body pressing against his a bit. My ears even angled back as well as they could. I mean, we just met, can’t call it love, but hell if I didn’t want to find out~

We got our laptops and, after he paid (despite my protests, really!), and I made a quick stop in the bathroom, we started walking with his wing around me and my hand in his. Trying to, well, not get too worked up, we talked about different things. Zav was smart, like… a wide-amount of knowledge, likely from doing a lot of different research for writing. And I even got him to go into a few deep dives about different games’ lore, despite him trying to keep that side of him under wraps. Much to my chagrin, he even got me talking about some game builds I’d gotten into, both in Spellslingers and in other games.

I almost walked past the place he was leading me to: I had thought it was a gated community, really. As I jogged back, well, I was suddenly reminded what district we were in. “Seriously, this whole place?” I groaned, leaning against him. Honestly, it reminded me of a mini-hotel set-up. There was a double floored-building facing the entrance, and typical of this part of town, there was… a lot of glass and sleek lines made of wood. It’s how I could see the buildings past what I could only describe as a pool/garden area (where I saw a number of others, including who I could assume was Delia and Alrac judging by color of fur). And those seemed little bigger than tiny-homes, and if I had to guess, there were about four of them with two levels each. “Damn, Delia undersold this place… though she’s right, you can’t really call it a mansion.” That was next door, though every light was out. Zav just let out an embarrassed snort. “So how many live here?”

“Twelve.” He said after a moment. “Thirteen with you. And then however many cubs Delia has.” He answered, opening the gate. “This way; looks like they’re having a cookout. Unless you wanna stop and say hi?” I shook my head: besides wanting to pounce the dragon, meeting so many so casually would be… frustrating right now. He led me down a side path around the main building. “There’s four rooms upstairs in there and then the… I guess condos? In the back.” As we got closer, I realized ‘tiny-homes’ might have been misjudging them. I think this particular style was called shotgun housing? Fairly narrow, but they were long. And they weren’t trailers, either: when we got closer, I could tell they were definitely well-built. They were also half-glass on one side before becoming more solid wood with windows. As Zav opened the door and turned on the lights, I heard a knowing, playful howl. I really was gonna throttle that husky after I hugged her; I even felt my phone vibrate a few moments later.

Unsurprisingly… there were a lot of books. And gaming consoles. But they were all tucked way fairly neatly. I’d also swear everything that could be a bookshelf was. “Just how often do you go through all these?” I asked him.

“… A lot.” He admitted. “Truthfully, writing for the games doesn’t take a whole lot of time each day. Even working on EN… I’ve got a lot of time on my talons. Even more so given I don’t go to cons.” He took my bag from me, about to leave it by the couch, before he seemed to think better of it and just carried it for me.

“Sheesh, even the dining room and kitchen aren’t spared.” I joked, my hand rubbing against his wing from behind now. Granted, there were less books here. And at least the ones in the kitchen seemed to be cookbooks. “I’m almost scared to see the bathroom, and your room.”

“Well, this is my spare room,” He said, motioning with his wing: it was, essentially, a library. Which wasn’t a surprise. “But as for my room…” He led me into a… surprisingly bare room. Really, there were a couple of nightstands on either side of a sizable bed that had some books on them, but beyond that… there was his desktop that was just as under-stated as his laptop, though he did have three monitors. And there was a TV on a dresser opposite his bed. “And bathroom’s through there, and no books. Humidity and all.” He chuckled; he set both of our bags by the foot of the bed. “But make yourself at home,” He said, giving me another kiss before excusing himself to said bathroom. I pulled out my phone from my bag to check Delia’s message.

Going well~?” And an innocent enough sticker of a chibi husky with a halo and wings. And an apology message sent from Alrac from her phone, who insisted on me at least silencing my phone until the morning if I wanted space. I did precisely that before turning the TV on and navigating through the smart-menu to find some background noise as he came back out. I picked out some action movie that’d been buried in his ‘recently watched’ list but kept the volume low as he checked some stuff on his computer. I smirked a bit to myself, pulling my top off, happy to let my fur breathe a bit.

“So, just what were… you… thinking…?” He asked, turning to see me sitting leaned back on his bed a bit, topless. I giggled and let my tail flick a bit.

“Well, I do have a couple of questions and definitely some stuff I wanna find out about a handsome dragon~” I chirred, purposely curling my tail to beckon him over. “If he doesn’t mind, of course.”

“Oh? Like what?” He asked, sitting beside me. I rolled my eyes and moved to straddle his lap, my arms sliding around his shoulders. He looked almost… scared, unsure of where to touch, but the moment his talon rested on my waist, I chirred encouragingly, tail brushing along his leg.

“Well, I’ve kinda already let on about my biggest kinks, so wanna hear what gets you going, Zav.” I said, fingers trailing along his fin a bit. He huffed.

“Going right for it, huh?” I nodded. “Well, feeling desired, if that counts. And, well, I definitely don’t mind the idea of breeding, either.” I felt a little shiver run down my back and felt myself smile. “Uh… I guess just general body worship, though feet and legs are good… for me to admire on my partner.” I tilted my head, blushing a little more. “But for anything else, you’re gonna have to work for it~” He growled playfully, nuzzling into my neck with a nibble.

“Hmm, and what about Delia in a few months?” I wondered, shivering a bit at the warmth running through me.

“… huh? Oh!” He chuckled. “Well, I’m definitely imagining you in a similar state at the moment, Kai. Don’t make me imagine you both together like that.” He growled, turning to put me on my back on the bed and bringing his muzzle against mine. This time, slender, powerful, warm dragon tongue dove into my muzzle with a rumbling purr: mine greeted his with my eyes closing. I slid my hands down his chest, fingers working on the buttons of his shirt and then rubbing against his scaled, powerful chest beneath. His talons dragging against my skin through my fur was only making me feel goosebumps and shudder: it wasn’t long before my sheath was straining and my folds were drooling, my whole body eager to get a taste of the dragon above me. By the time his talons brushed over the swell of my breasts, my nipples felt like they’d cut diamonds.

He broke the kiss and I could see his nostrils flare before he looked at me while I helped ease his shirt off, and with getting his wings free of it, too. I nodded to his questioning look and he smiled, licking my nose before he dipped his head down and that long, slender muscle started to explore my breasts. “N-not too small, I hope?”

“Hell no, Kai, you’re so cute and beautiful~” He purred, flicking his tongue against my nipple and making me squeak and moan. I felt flushed enough, I wasn’t sure I could blush even more. “Besides, will just make your milk coming in that much more dramatic~” He teased with a wink. Okay, dammit, that sent a really strong shiver along my spine: I didn’t have a being pregnant fetish, did I? Gods, I hoped not… but the thought of this dreamboat of a dragon loving along my life-heavy form? I whimpered and whined. Even further when he nuzzled down against my belly and bellybutton, tongue diving into that little dip and making me giggle and kick.

His talons worked my pants open and then down, though unlike Alrac, he left my underwear on for now. Even so, I squeaked and shivered when I felt his nose against my foxhood, only a thin layer of fabric seperating my warm flesh from his scales. He lingered, nuzzling against my bulging underwear before moving on and rubbing against my inner thighs. I bit my lower lips, legs pulling up onto the bed more, which would only make my arousals’ scents that much stronger. I could hear him purring as his muzzle worked further along my legs and I let out a squeak when I felt his nose against my pawpads.

Now… I wouldn’t say I had a foot fetish, but my pawpads were just as sensitive as my ears when I got worked up. So I wasn’t going to argue as I felt Zav’s tongue tease out against my pads, though I did have to fight the urge to kick against the tingling, teasing waves of pleasures that came out of the tongue-pad massage. By the time he switched feet, I had both my hands on my palmfuls of breasts, squeezing and writhing against his bed with pants and groans. And, somehow, him suckling on my toes made my back arch as pleasure shot from said toes to my head.

“Get up here~” I nearly barked out. All this did was make me wade deeper into an ocean of pleasure, but there was no rising wave. “I think it’s time I get one of my other questions answered.”

“And what’s that?” He asked, kissing up my body again, though this time he pulled my underwear off and gave both my soaked folds and my drooling length each a kiss before continuing on.

“What you’ve got to work with~” I nearly growled, pouncing upwards: the dragon let me pin him on his back. “Though, I do feel I should ask… anyone upstairs?”

“Thal, but these are soundproofed quite a bit. And she plays music pretty loudly, usually.” I did, faintly, hear bass… though that could’ve been my pulse in my ears. Or my heavy, excited breathing. “Why, get loud?”

“Oh, I can, but you’ll have to earn it~” I said before scooting back, finally working his pants open and pulling them, and his boxers, off in one fell swoop. Dragon musk hit me before I even took in what I was seeing, making me shiver with closed eyes: that faint, gentle ocean scent was considerably stronger, warmer, and almost tropical. “Almost wonder if you taste like coconut at this point~” He blushed when I finally looked at the dragon in the nude, though, obviously, my eyes were drawn to the blue spire poking from white scales (though don’t think I didn’t notice the… sizable orbs he had, either). Ridges ran along the underside, just like I’d hoped, and seemed to mirror his plates along his front. Though they ended just a bit before the base: he was also longer than Alrac, though he was tapered and with a slight wave-curve to him towards the tip.

“So?” He asked quietly.

“… Imma need some training if you’re gonna hilt me, but fuck do I want that training~” I chirred, pulling my hips forward so that first my own furred orbs rubbed against him before my drooling folds did. Those ridges hit against my clit and made me yelp and squeeze against him while pressing down. His hands came up to my hips to steady me as I leaned forward with my hands against his chest. After grinding a few moments, I rolled my hips and lifted them before pushing back, thankful that my aim was true and I managed to get his pointed tip to dive into my drooling, dragon-cock hungry cunt. “Dammit, I should’ve asked… how comfortable would you be with me…” I tensed, squeezing down on him, but more prominently, I made my length bounce and twitch. I could tell he was watching, a bit of curiosity and a whole lot of desire and lust in those eyes.

“I’ve got a shower, don’t I?” He chuckled. “Paint me~” He rumbled out, hips bucking up to push deeper into me and making me squeal and my back arch. I threatened to do as he said, a spurt of pre shooting out of my length and landing on his stomach while my walls clenched down on him. “Should warn you, I cum a lot.” He purred, his head rising up to nuzzle nose to nose. I shuddered at the thought and nodded, my hips starting to roll in small circles, stirring myself up with that hot dragonflesh pushing deeper and deeper inside of me. My toes curled and I cooed out with each roll of my hips, head tilting back as Zav nuzzled along my jaw and into my neck with little, but powerful nips that only made me shudder more and made the waves my hips caused start to crest. I let out an encouraging bark and that was all he needed for his powerful muzzle to bite on my throat and send that final shock I needed through my system as my adrenaline spiked. I pushed myself down as far as I could get, too, before letting out a bark when my walls clamped down on him.

I heard him grunt and felt him buck as my body continued to convulse. Needless to say, my length shot out rope after rope of my own seed against my date. His claws were gentle, massaging my hips and rolling them for me along his length even as I continued to milk and grip down on him. He let go of my neck and brought his muzzle up to kiss me before slightly shifting his weight. I nodded into the kiss and he pinned me on my back again. I did wince and let out a whine when my orbs caught between us for a moment before he pushed my hips up more into a mating press position. His arms moved to slide his hands along my thighs and then caught behind my knees. “Good girl~” He purred into the kiss, easing my knees closer to my head and further apart, though he did pause his hips for a moment. I just chirred, head resting back: I’d gotten one release, and my body wanted more, but I still wasn’t too used to well… anything, admittedly, so I definitely wasn’t going to ride him.

“S-so biting?” I managed to moan out. He nodded, rubbing his nose against mine. Thank the gods I’d gotten scruff, then… I would have those ridges along my clit at some point. Which meant my back would be to the hunk of a dragon.

“Among other things… might need to come up with a safeword at some point.” He rumbled out. “After I’ve put my kits in you~” I whined and wiggled: as spread as I felt right now, I could just imagine it. And he didn’t make it hard to imagine a moment later, drawing his hips back as he managed to kiss me. Though he kept his tongue out of the way: a smart play given the next thrust carried his length deep into me. I felt the slight wave towards his tip push into my prostrate and g-spot, though thankfully not at the same time, before he hit up against my cervix. Sparks of pleasure mixed with pain as I hissed into the kiss, tail frizzing out and thrashing against the bed. Even so, my legs wrapped around his hips. “Hmm… definitely gonna need a safeword if I’m to start training my bunny’s body tonight~”

“Dammit, Zav… uh…” My mind was a fog of pleasure, and what pain did get through from feeling him that deep was… well… look, I’d swear I wasn’t a masochist, either! Even if it didn’t feel that intense. A buck of his hips made me whimper. “Superfrost for now, I’ll come up with something later.” I groaned before kissing him again. My hands slid around his neck again, running along the spines of his fins. He nodded into the kiss and started his ‘breeding’ of me in earnest, my whole body tensing up and I cried out with what felt like every other thrust into my body.

Zav seemed to be trying to fight between being gentle and rough. He didn’t push himself against my cervix with every thrust, thankfully, and it gave me time to prepare to take the next hit against that second, much firmer, harder barrier. And he wasn’t as blunt as Alrac, so that was making it easier to handle. “D-dammit, how much more can you even fit in me?” I groaned, back arching a bit as I came a second time under the dragon’s thrusting hips.

“N-not sure, I-” He grunted and I squeaked: his whole length throbbed and swelled before I felt a large spurt of his pre against my cervix. “I won’t be able to knot you… yet.” He growled against my muzzle. Oh hells, he had a knot, too? My tail practically wagged at the thought and I really started to try and relax in rhythm with the dragon’s thrusts. Instead of focusing on using my walls to milk him as he bounced his hips off of me, his wings slowly flaring out, I started to breathe almost like in meditation. Which was kinda difficult with him knocking the breath out of me with each thrust.

Suddenly, a yelp tore through me: his tapered tip had found my cervix’s entrance and probed even deeper into me. He stopped for a moment, that deep inside of me, while my toes flexed and I shuddered. I cracked open my eyes, met with him looking at me in concern. I licked at his scaled nose with a small, weaker smile. “K-Keep going, hun. It doesn’t hurt too bad.” Okay, that was a bit of a lie: I wasn’t sure I’d be walking anytime soon after we were done. Not that I was planning on it. He nodded and started back up, my hands sliding down to rest on his chest as he rocked. I went back to breathing to try and relax, though, after a bit, and a few spurts directly into my cervix, I had to yelp out the safeword. Zav’s hips immediately drew back until he hit against the back of my prostrated and I let out another yelp… and yet more ropes of my own seed painted my belly fur. I could only imagine the mess of femcum the dragon’s groin was.

“Ugh, sorry Zav,” I groaned, my head resting back and he nuzzled against my neck with loving nibbles.

“Don’t be; I’m sure we’ll get there one day~” He chuckled. “Though… think you can handle one last hit there? I’m so close…” His voice was tense. I hummed and thought for a moment: I was glad to hear he was close; my back was definitely starting to feel this position, though.

“Uh… got a towel?” He tilted his head a bit, letting out a low whine. “Not to stop, you big dolt, fuck no. I want that dragon seed deep inside me, doing it’s best to make our kits~” I growled playfully. “But I do wanna lie on my belly, should help me take more of you, too.” I kissed his nose. He nodded, kissed me, and pulled himself free, helping me ease my form to lay back down on the bed properly. He went and got a towel as I caught my breath, looking at the comforter I was laying on. I should really look into spunk-proof comforters or something if I kept this up. First Alrac and now Zav… never thought I’d have more male partners than female. After he laid out the towel (and I got a few licks along that long dragon cock), I twisted and rolled, cum-painted belly down and tail flagged up, facing towards the TV and his computer. He slipped behind me and slid back inside of me.

Oh right, those ridges, fuck! I let out a loud bark and groaned, those harder plates of flesh hitting against my clit as they slid in and my hips arched up to meet him. He nuzzled at me in concern but I shook my head. “I’m fine, hun… ridges on clit.” My body was milking him, cock throbbing as yet more seed shot out into my fur, and this time, a towel. And my whole body was humming. He growled in amusement and my tail swatted at his rear. “F-fuck me full already.”

“Alright, alright~” He rumbled out, those his hips betrayed how eager he was, driving into me over and over for what felt like a solid minute, ramping up the pace each time. He pressed his muzzle against my neck, my head against his as he rutted me silly. I heard him starting to snarl and focused on relaxing again: it paid off, too. This time, I felt that tip slip deeper into my cervix than it had been before it was too much and I barked out. He drowned that out with a roar before I felt him twitching and throbbing inside of me. And then his potent seed shot into me, pushing the rest of the way past my cervix and right into my womb. That was a weird feeling, more intense than feeling Alrac’s seeping into me. These were jets shooting into me, each one making my hips buck and twitch. At least until the dragon pinned them down to keep me from dislodging that cock from it’s nestled position. All I could do was coo and pant encouragingly, though after a few moments I blinked.

He… wasn’t slowing down, it felt like. And all I could do was squirm as more seed filled me and my eyes started to flutter. It wasn’t until I felt an odd stretching sensation (past bloated, even) that my newfound lover was done seeding me. I felt something nuzzling at me, pushing against me even. “-ai? Kai?”

“Wha-what?”

“You alright?” Zav was asking. I nodded with a faint blush.

“Y-yeah, y-yeah… well, not entirely, not sure I’ll be walking until late morning.” I chirred out. Zav rumbled with concern and my tail just swatted against him. “Calm down, hun. Def~fin~in~itely~ not angry or upset~” I cooed out that last bit; somehow I was feeling a little drunk? Ugh, I hated alcohol, so this was weird. “T-though, I might need your help showering before we log-in.”

“Silly bunny-fox~” He kissed the back of my head. He did carefully pull himself free of my well used, soaked-through cunt before wrapping me up in his wings, cum-soaked towel and all. He carried me, into the bathroom. Which was… well, really roomy; I think Zav had a weird sense of space given his wingspan. He helped me stand on shakey legs after throwing the towel into a washing machine; guess it did make sense to have those in here given the layout of the house. That was when I caught sight of myself in the mirror.

“Whoa, you were not joking, Zav.” I turned a bit. My normally fairly flat belly had a slight swell to it and I could still feel a decent amount starting to leak out of me and into my fur. He blushed, but rubbed his talon against my stretched belly. “And this was only once! This much cum would probably claim my heat in one go~” I giggled.

“Already thinking about it?” He teased, helping me into the shower and against the bench running along the long side of the wall.

“I mean… yeah.” I blushed, though I groaned when I felt warm water cascade down on me. “Kinda hard not to… If we’d scheduled this any later, pretty sure your cock would’ve driven me into heat.” I licked my lips while looking at that blue flesh, I pulled him over by the hips and spent… probably more time than I should have cleaning off the mess we’d made, much to his delighted growls and delight of my tastebuds: he certainly didn’t taste bad (and it wasn’t coconuty… there was more of a soft citrus note to it, though~). He returned the favor by cleaning me of my own seed with a brush. Though, like Delia, he did sample it. I saw his eyes go wide and he blinked a bit, but when I looked at him, he just blushed. I giggled and drew him into a deep kiss.

“Let’s wait until your next heat cycle, then.” He finally said. I blinked and blushed, but nodded. We had just met, really. I think. I had a suspicion it wasn’t actually, but that’d be confirmed here soon enough. I’m a little surprised he hadn’t said anything. I mean, my character was just named “Foxtail” and I was a bunny in game. Shouldn’t be hard to put two and two together if he was in my guild. I still couldn’t figure out who he was, though, if he was in the guild at all. “Get you settled in. And trained~” He joked; I just let out an affirmative growl, though, which made him blush.

“What? If you’re going to breed me, I want to be able to handle all of you… and dammit I really wanted to at least feel your knot.” I sighed, rubbing my cum-bloated belly. He turned off the water and we waited for a bit: most anthros had drying fans built into their showers and Zav was no different. I was surprised how quiet they were, and powerful. I could feel the warm air getting into my fur. “Unless you were thinking other kinds of training?”

“… Maybe.” He blushed.

“Ooh, did Delia find me a kinky one~?”

“She wouldn’t know it.” Zav said even more quietly. I blushed but smiled, my tail coming up to pet against his groin, where his length had… mostly retreated, so I worked the fluffing appendage along those sizable orbs. He shivered a bit and his wings flared in surprise.

“Zav, please, don’t hold back.”

“Fine, fine… maybe some collar and… bondage play.” I squeaked, tail squeezing a bit against him. It wasn’t a particularly hard squeeze, my tail wasn’t prehensile after all.

“Hmm… pet or slave?” I asked quietly, my hand running along the dragon’s jaw.

“Pet, you’d definitely be my beloved pet.” He purred. And, to his credit, answered instantly. I kissed his nose, though, admittedly, my heart was pounding. And dammit, I was surprised when I felt my folds starting to drip again. I’d just came even more than I had with Alrac!

“If there’s anyone I’d want as a master, I bet it’d be you, Zav. Though… let me get back to you in a month on if we’ll actually go that route~” The dragon’s eyes went wide and he scooped me up into another kiss. I giggled into it as my arms wrapped around his neck, fingers interlocking just where his fine ended against his neck. “Now, help me get comfortable on the bed and my laptop plugged in.”

“Yes ma’am!” He saluted with his wing, which only made me roll my eyes and kiss his shoulder before he carried our dried forms back into the bedroom. I… gave in and checked my phone… to a whole lot of texts from Delia. Both of the naughty and the worrying kind; the husky hadn’t actually seen me slip in with Zav, apparently. I sent her a photo of a naked Zav sitting with his back to me at his computer before I put the phone near a wireless charger I spotted. I twitched my ears when I heard another phone chime.

“Sorry, she was really worried. As in willing to break down your door and demand what went wrong.” I told him when he looked at it. He sighed and shook his head a bit.

“Glad she didn’t,” I had to agree: I could not handle Delia ontop of the onslaught of feelings I felt for the dragon. I’d have to work that out in my own time… though I didn’t give myself a whole lot of time to do it. I did log-in, finally, after waking my laptop up and getting out a controller from my bag. To messages of my guildmates getting all concerned: I was two full hours late, it seemed. Dammit, time flew with him ontop of me. Was just glad I slept until after noon yesterday to compensate. It was only when I saw our guildmaster log on not long after I did I yelp.

“Dammit, you are LoreMouse, aren’t you?!” I huffed, throwing a pillow at him. He yelped himself in surprise. LoreMouse was a small, cute, bookish female mouse avatar. Hunk of a dragon was her player? That I wouldn’t have expected.

“Wait, so you are our Foxtail?” I wiggled my ears and flicked my tail for emphasis as he looked at me. Even our guildmates were making jokes about us being together irl given how close we logged in on time, though the longer we let the silence stretch, the more suspicious they became. “Delia said I should watch your streams, but that’s not something I usually do. I did look at a few of your coding ones. Why didn’t you say anything?”

“I couldn’t figure out who you were in-game!” I huffed. He left his chair to come over and give me another kiss, tail curling around my ankle. I pretended to be angry before giving in as he petted through my hair. “Well, good to finally meet such a cute mouse~” I chirred. He let out a low growl and nipped at my nose lightly.

“Do you want to walk tomorrow at all?” He huffed.

“I mean… maybe~” I stuck my tongue out. “Depends on how much you wanna check out the new lore skills.” I wasn’t joking, either: if he really wanted to go another round, I wouldn’t object… too much. “Though… not sure my belly’d be ready for more…” He did tap his talon against my stretched belly with a sigh.

“Ugh, fine… plus, denying such a horny bunfox should be as much a punishment as training would be, if not more.” He stuck his tongue out at me before he seemed to think for a moment. It took a few moments, and there was some lag on his end, but soon enough I was nestled up against him, his wing around my back, and we were both playing with controller in hand; he’d casted his game to the TV.

Really, it was late afternoon the next day before we both emerged from his house, only for me to be tackled by Delia. Alrac had at least managed to get her to promise to not ask for details… too often.
