For most people, Dungville is a quite, calm town near the border of the country. However not many know its drakest secrets: underground fighting rings, black market, supernatural happenings occuring and possibly a corrupted mayor. People who know about it are: usually a part of it, only care about themselves or just don't care. How was it with Finn's parents? No one knows, including Finn. It all happened 2 weeks ago. Finn, an orange fox with white muzzle, neck, belly and the tip of his tail, just came back from his old school when he witnessed something he will never forget. As he entered the living room he saw his father, a sand color fenneck laying dead in a puddle of blood on the carpet. His mother, a slightly redder than her son, variant of a fox, could be found also dead, in the kitchen with big scratch marks on her back. After what felt like forever for Finn, the police arrived and not knowing what to do, Finn suggested he should be taken to his uncle. 2 weeks later his uncle had to leave the country for his job, but he found a place for Finn to stay, a dorm at the Quill High School. Little did Finn know, how lucky he just got.

As Finn and his uncle were driving to Finn's new school his uncle wanted to make sure his nephew was prepared. "Did you pack everything? Clothes? Books?" Asked Roy, Finn's uncle. "Yeah, yeah, I have everything. I checked like 5 times" anwsered Finn with annoyance in his voice. "I still don't know if it's a good idea" said Finn anxiously "Relax. It's just school. You'll get to know new people, have fun, maybe meet a lady" Reassured Roy, teasing him a bit with the last comment. "Just remember. If you have a problem try asking someone for help. I'm sure there are gonna be some helpful folks around there" Roy reassured him again. Finn just kept quite this whole time. As the time was close to being 3 pm, they could see the outline of the school. "You're sure you don't need help?" Asked Roy. "Nope. I'll manage." said Finn while grabbing last suitcase from the car. "Thanks uncle, for the help these last 2 weeks." Thanked him Finn while turning towards the school. "Just ... stay strong kid. Sorry i can't stay, but I know you'll survive. You're a strong kid. Anyways I should go, bye Finn. Good luck" said Roy while slowy driving away from the school. "Bye uncle Roy." whispered Finn knowing that uncle Roy probably didn't hear that. With a stirm, almost lacking of any emotions expression he whispered to himself "I have to do this. Just stay calm and carry on".

As he entered the school he could already see various other species of animals. From small raccoons to big elephants, from furry bears to lizards covered in scales. He instantly headed to the school's receptionist. "Excuse me" said Finn, his voice cracking a little. "My name is Finn. I'm a new student." said Finn trying to look calm. "Oh, Mister Lockley?" asked the nice female leopard while looking at some papers on her desk. "Yup" anwsered Finn hoping he won't have to talk that much. "Right. You're dorm is in the right wing of the school. Let me show you the way" The receptionist stands up and walks toward the right wing. Finn quickly follows. As they approach the dorm Finn's nose starts to be able to smell the room. It smells like a river in a forest. While being disctracted smelling the room, Finn accidently trips over something and falls on his chest. He quickly rolls over onto his back and see a 3 feet tall koala bear, dressed in red hoodie and some loose blue jeans, that he has just tripped over. "Hey! Watch where you're going you dic-." screamed the koala bear. "Mr. Ursus!" said loudly the leopard interupting him, trying to defuse the situation. "This is your new dormmate, Finn Lockley." Finn akwardly waved his hand while trying to stand up and pick up his suitcases. The koala looked at Finn and rolled his eyes. The leopard comes closer to the dorm's door and hand Finn the key "This is your dorm. You can find your timetable on school's website. If you have any questions, feel free to ask at the reception." explained the leopard. "Thank you Ma'am." Said Finn while lightly stuttering. As the leopard walked back to the reception the koala spoke again "So you're the idiot I'm gonna have to share the dorm with?" He sighed "I'm going to the wending machine. Don't touch anything untill i come back." He said while walking away.

As Finn entered the room he saw the dorm was bigger than he expected but smaller than what he wanted. The dorm had 2 beds, one was messy and had loads of clothes on it, and the other one was almost untouched. Next to the beds where wooden desks for studying and doing homework. Finn put his suitcases on the light brown wooden floor and looked inside the bathroom. The tiles were mixes of blue, cyan and white colors, there was a shower with a little dirt on its floor, sink, that probably was once white but now is yellow-ish, steamed mirror, and white toilet with cyan seat. As Finn exited the bathroom he pulled the suitcases closer to the cleaner bed and started unpacking. "I told you not to touch anything!" Shouted the koala when he entered the room and saw Finn unpacking."Listen. I have a couple rules that need to be followed here. If you don't like them you can do like my previous dormmate and fuck off." Said, half calmly half threatning, koala while climbing on the clean bed to be at Finn's face level. "First off, you don't touch my stuff and I don't touch yours. Second, the dorm functions solely as bedroom. No fancy parties, no study groups. Only as a bedroom. And the last and final rule is that if you won't mind my mess, we won't have a problem. Understood?!" Finn looked puzzled, shocked. He just looked at the koala bear and akwardly noded. "Good. Then we won't have a problem." Said the koala suddenly a lot calmer. "I'm Ted by the way. Ted Ursus." Ted confidently raised his hand waitning for Finn to shake it. "I'm Finn. Lockely." Finn said back while shaking his hand. Ted jumped of the bed and took a look inside Finn's suitcase. "What's that?" asked Ted while pointing at a picture he saw in the briefcase. Finn took the picture out and showed him the picture of his family. "They're my parents" He anwsered with a slight smile. He droped the smile and started looking sadder. "They're de-". Ted started laughing. "These are your parents? They look hilarious. The fenneck. His glasses are too big for him. His eyes look even smaller." Ted continiued to laugh. "And the Vixen. She really looks like a MILF" Ted couldn't stop laughing. Finn grabed Ted by his hoodie and shoved him against the wall. While hanging him by the hood his eyes started to turn from the usual green to blood red. His fur stood up and he started salivating. Ted looked terrified, he was shaking, punching Finn's arm that he was holding him with, trying to withhold the tears. Finn suddenly returned to his normal self. He saw the horrified Ted and instantly dropped him at the bed. He covered his mouth and looked at Ted and the damaged wall. "I'm sorry." Said Finn while crying. He ran to the bathroom and locked the door.
