Magoo looks exactly like his brother Vector except for a heart-shaped birthmark on his left butt cheek. Unlike Vector, Magoo uses foul language freely and frequently.

Magoo is smarter than he acts, He’s less “grown-up” than Vector or Guest, more “innocent” in his manner. He uses more simple words in simpler ways. But then he’ll sum up something you told him succinctly, in simple words and be entirely accurate. He understands more than he appears to. For instance, he is very enthusiastic about learning magick, a very complex subject, and he learns it quickly.

Magoo is an extrovert, He wants to be part of whichever group he’s near, he loves company. He relates to people sexually, he doesn’t feel as if he really knows you until you’ve had sex with him. He’s a spiritual kind of person, a natural wizard or priest; he’s quite certain that there’s a universe beyond what we perceive, even though he can’t prove it. As an apprenice at KDARC, he wears Amber Coloured Glasses instead of RCGs.
