A BIG LESSON FOR A LITTLE THIEF
Imported from SF2 with no description.
Zeke Swiftclaw’s emerald eyes carefully scanned the various faces of the gathered mass of civilians. Protection and prevention his duties on this most auspicious of days
The Market’s Fair was a big deal for the city as it brought much money and goods with it. The marketplace was full of civilians and merchants looking to get the upper hand on any deals they strike.
Though he wasn’t alone in his duties today, there were far fewer lawmen than civilians. Still, Zeke offered smiles to some, glares to others.
“Aha! Good day, Guardsmen!”
Zeke smiled, his stone face melting with genuine warmth. “Good day, as well, Raddik. How goes the market today?”
“You can’t fool me, you’re fishing for leads, right?” The Frog merchant shook his head. “I can’t imagine always being on the job, never allowing myself any kind of fun. But the sales are good today.”
“Well, I’m sure the king will be glad to hear that. Being a Guardsman isn’t an easy occupation. Much as I’m sure that being a traveling merchant isn’t easy.”
“Hah! The roads are always dangerous for us merchants.” Raddik continued even as he saw the large tarantula turning his focus toward the crowd. “Bandits and thieves don’t care for those that want to make an honest living.”
“Yeah. Speak of the devil...” Zeke walked slowly away from the merchant, into the moving crowd, keeping his eyes on the hooded target. His instincts were tingling while watching a small reptile approach his unsuspecting target. When he saw the lizard's hand slip into the pocket of a well dressed orca his instincts were proven right.
“STOP RIGHT THERE, Lizard!” All eyes in the area turned towards Zeke’s direction… then to the surprised orca who looked quite surprised.
“What is the meaning of thi-”
“SILENCE!” No one dared move while the stern spider marched forward, his palms itching for justice to be delivered. “You thieves are getting brazen these days. Too bad for you, these good people are kept under my watchful eye.”
Zeke never took his eyes off the lizard, until he moved his gaze towards the dolphin behind him. “Return what you have stolen.’
The dolphin… and the crowd… turned to the lizard. “What? I haven’t stolen any-”
“Save it, lizard. I saw what you took from this man.” Zeke seized the hooded gecko by the collar of his shirt and pointed to the orca. “Empty your pockets, thief. All of them.”
There was no point in arguing with a Guardsman… especially when he had him by the collar already. “You have sharp eyes, Guardsmen.” The small reptile said revealing the green jewel.
“Wha…that’s my-“ The orca checked his empty pocket and snatched the jewel back.
“And you, good sir, have exquisite taste.”
“I hope you get your hide tanned good!” The ceatcean went to leave, but turned back to the thief. “Thank you for the compliment.”
“See? I made it right. No harm done, Guardsmen.”
“Not yet.” Zeke snorted and tore the hood away from the lizard.
The tarantula grabbed the skunk by the neck, tearing his hooded cloak off the shocked male. The dark brown leather armor clung to his body offering protection while being mostly quiet. “But there will be harm done soon.”
“Y-you know, we really don’t have to do this. I’ve learned my lesson.” The theif pleaded, the crowd whistling as they watched the lizard’s rump shift under the leather armor.
“You broke the law. You’ll take the consequences.” Zeke was walking towards the center of the marketplace where a stage had been erected for the pursuit of justice.
“I could do that…”
“You will!” Zeke said flatly.
The stage was a wide octagonal shape with a pillar in the center. There was a padded bench encircling the pillar. Atop the spire was a set of shackles… also padded… that were secured with a wide headed nail through one shackle allowing those chained to spin around the pillar.
The light colored wood took their weight easily as Zeke pushed the the reptile against the pillar. The shackles were secured and the he was left standing.
“What’s your name, thief?”
“Piss off!” The leopard gecko struggled against the shackles. But those struggles stopped when a draft caressed the now bare rump of the chained thief. “Hey! Don’t touch me!”
“Your name!”
SMACK!
*AHH… Kaz! Kaz, the Swift.”
The impact made the gecko jump forward and doubled his pain when his junk slammed into the pillar. Though Kaz was happy that the pole was polished… he did not want to get a splinter.
“Ahhh, we’ve been looking for you.” Zeke cleared his throat, putting on his showman voice. “Kaz, the Swift. You are charged with larceny. I will now administer your punishment until your victim feels you’ve learned your lesson.”
“Good! Beat his ass red!” The orca fumed. “I can’t stand thieves.”
“You heard the man.” Zeke pulled the lizard's pants all the way down to his ankles, taking a moment to admire the marbled athletic cheeks. His armored hands rubbed up the trim thighs, cupping each buttock and giving the cheeks a squeeze.
The Guardsman was dutiful and respectful, but the large spider was going to enjoy this. A hand pushed against the gecko’s back to hold him and his fluffy tail in place, while Zeke lifted his other hand and began the punishment.
CRACK!
“Ahhh… shit.” Kaz was in trouble. He knew that after that first spank forced his compliance in revealing his name. The tarantula was clearly practiced at delivering discipline, making him squirm his hips in an attempt to dodge his blows. An embarrassed blush colored his face as he heard laughter from the crowd. Even if he got away now, his guild brothers would likely punish him more for getting caught!
SMACK!
“YEOWCH! Easy, big guy, or you’ll have to carry me to my next heist.”
Zeke chuckles a small smirk curling his lips. “Confident, huh? We’ll see if that attitude lasts.”
With his hands chained to the top of the pillar, the lizard was free to move around it. However circling the spire didn’t provide him any reprieve from the strong spanks biting his bottom. The guardsman simply followed him, only succeeding in giving the gathered audience the chance to view his humiliation from various angles.
“GAH! Damn… what are your hands made out of? Steel?”
“These are the hands of a man that protects.”
SLAP! CRACK!
“That means laying punishment down on those deserving of it.” Zeke pushed a hand against the smaller lizard’s back, holding him still. He watched the thief anticipate another hard smack, but jump in surprise when a tender hand rubbed the sore scaly cheeks. “But they can be tender to those that deserve it too.”
Kaz shivered when a finger traced up and down the cleft between his toned cheeks. His tail twitched as he let out a soft, almost feminine moan. Chuckles from the men watching him get spanked brought him back to his senses, his struggles resuming with gusto.
“T-tender? Maybe you just needed a rest, chubby.” Kaz laughed.
Zeke grinned and licked his chops. “I love breaking the confident ones.”
The sounds of leather straps being untied, made the skunk turn around and look. The guardsman was removing the top portion of his armor, the metal plates clanging as they dropped to the stage. To his shock, Kaz didn’t see an ounce of body fat on the arachnid. The dark black fur and exoplating covering the spider’s body was short enough to not hide the bulging rippling muscles.
The gecko went wide eyed and tried to run. He was comically yanked back towards the pillar when the chains tugged his wrists. He collided with the pillar again, dazing him.
“You’re used to running from danger and it shows.” Zeke spoke not as a guardsman to a criminal, but as a man to another man. “You don’t know how to withstand pain…” Zeke grabbed the lizard by the shoulder.
“…to learn from it…” The thief was easily lifted up again, with his chest planted against the pillar once more.
“…to cherish it as the most direct teacher in all of nature.” Zeke lifted his arm and swung down harder than before. The howls of anguish rose from the squirming gecko, but he was going nowhere. “Your speed and agility might help you avoid danger.”
CRACK! SMACK!
“OOOOWWWW!” Kaz had never before felt his rump burn so hot. He willingly pressed his crotch into the sturdy wood to avoid being painfully driven into the pillar by the harsh spanks. “AURGH!”
“Those traits may make it easy for you to get the treasures you want at any given moment, granted.” Zeke yanked the thick tail up, forcing the smaller reptile to stand on his tiptoes.
WHAP! WHAP!
“AAAOOOOWWWW!”
The spanks directed at the tender soft spots would ensure that the words being spoken to the thief would be reflected on later. He continued to swing his arm up, bringing it down across the tender spots. This made the small lizard cry out and thrash, but Zeke simply spoke over him.
“But try as you might, relying on your speed and agility alone to avoid pain makes you weak.”
The lecture was annoying… but effective. Kaz winced and balled his fists, growling to a stop himself from letting loose the sobs filling his chest. Each spank that bounced the red throbbing mounds seared more agony into the sensitive skin. There was no retreat from the relentless assault.
“I don’t expect you to change your ways with one spanking. But you will face this treatment whenever you are caught by me, or any of the other guardsmen. Understand?”
The stubborn gecko didn’t answer him, which was what Zeke wanted.
“I said,” Zeke pulled the tail out from the pillar, forcing the skunk to bend over. “‘Understand?’!”
CRACK!
Kaz broke in that moment. His anguished cries and hot humiliated tears exploded out of him. He dropped down to his knees, the chain only a bit slack. The crowd cheered and hollered their approval with the thief’s bright red ass throbbing for their entertainment.
But at the back of their minds they all knew… it could very well be their butts throbbing red now. Still, it wasn’t them, so they enjoyed the show.
“Well done, Swiftclaw.”
Zeke turned and saluted, standing proudly. “Captain Rossum, sir!”
Captain Rossum, the black and orange scaled frilled lizard with the piercing green eyes and a stern face, remained professional as he stepped up on the stage. “At ease. Hopefully you taught the thief a good lesson.”
The gecko was sobbing and rubbing his tail against his ass in a vain attempt to soothe the scorching in his cheeks. “I’m g-going to make you regret humiliating me like this Guardsman!”
“His head is harder than his rump, apparently. SILENCE, THIEF!” Captain Rossum boomed over the yelling captive. “Unless you’d like another round of punishment from us both.”
The lizard shrank instantly, grumbling as the crowd laughed at him still. Zeke crossed his arms over his bare chest, smiling at the praise from his superior officer.
“However, you’re out of uniform.”
That one statement was spoken gently by the Captain, but carried a firm undertone that made Zeke’s butt clench. He looked at his discarded chest armor from earlier, then back to the Captain. “I-I’m sorry, sir. I needed to-”
“Show off. That’s what you wanted to do.” Captain Droxys sighed and smirked slowly. “The appeal of punishing criminals in front of a crowd is tempting. But a Guardsman must be in control of his emotions at all times when on duty. Redress yourself and report to the guardhouse after the fair.”
“Y-yes sir.”
Captain Rossum, obtained the prisoner. The gecko’s hands were cuffed behind him in such a way as to lift his tail to keep his red throbbing butt on full display. “Since you don’t seem particularly sorry for your crimes, even threatening one of my Guardsmen openly, I’ll be spending the day teaching you myself. You’re welcome. Now move.”
SMACK!
Kaz shouted out loud as he was led away by Rossum, leaving Zeke to slip his armor back on and finish his duties. The rest of The Market’s Fair went by with the looming dose of discipline keeping Zeke painfully aware of the passing day.
