A more artsy one, I suppose. It was raining and I was at the bus stop, looking at all the hedgerows and trees. Quite a few of them were rather unkempt compared to the rest. Not sure if they just hadn't had a visit to the gardener, or if they were rebelling by growing faster.

Gonna edit the others a bit before I post them, not too fond of them. Still might throw them directly into scraps.

It was good to get writing again though, even if it was on paper and I had to transfer it to here. Work sucks bleh


Raindrops like tears, slide down the road.

Carefully trimmed plants strain

with all the strength of Earth's lament

against the cage of man's design.

Perfect shapes for imperfect people

as a rogue vine chokes out the steeple.

Trees arranged in immaculate rows

to emulate nature's reign.

But to the cracks in the pavement,

Man remains blind.
