Slag
#1 of Slag
Authors note I want to share a thought of what I would do when Virtual Reality of the "Matrix" level is invented and made accessible for everyone there would be a different "world" for each fandom with two people in charge of things one light, one dark(At least it should be to make a fun environment for the player).I want to be the god of my own world and share the darkness of my mind with everyone but I also see this for the VR worlds. Pokemon will be in a civil war of those that support WPM and those that support Serebii for spot of "Light God", Digimon will have RenaTamer, Marvel will have a large number of "clones" that are people wanting to be the same character, and DC I don't like Superman(Batman is too awesome for anyone to be). So that leaves me without a world to call my own(and torment) everything else I know only the basic of so that's why I decided on "General Fantasy" since it is still fairly open(And getting to get ones dream girl is a nice incentive). Anyway some feedback would be nice since I want to try and make this into a real comic book.

‘This world had become truly chaotic as of late' a female thought as she stood atop the self to a valley were a rock dragoness was chasing a male human caring a brown oval in his arms. Stealing an egg from any dragon was stupid but a rock dragon, well they were slower then most and lacked the ability to fly they were one the more savage breed of dragon. Though judging by its current ferocity this was probably its last egg from a recent clutch.
"Is that really going to be your choice for recruit?" The female asked the male in a red stained suit of armor.
He was about seven feet tall in the armor though she did wonder what he looked like under it since he never took it off even his tail was incased in armor. He had an odd sense of humor for his excuse for always being in armor was that it kept his opponents blood off him. He never showed any interest in that much he had no castle, no land, and no followers except for her. No one knew where he came from or what he was the only thing anyone knew about him was that his name was Slag. There were many rumors about him ranging from what he was to where he came from but really the only ones that were true were the ones about his brutality.
He looked at her with a slight glare his black eyes slightly intimidating as he responded "Yes." then jumped off the cliff she was surprised. He actually spoke.
He rarely said anything, he used her to read his mind and speak for him by what's on the surface of his mind. She had looked into his mind once, it was darker then anything she had ever seen but not as scary as what chased her out, there was something primal deep within his mind.
She teleported to the valley floor to set everything up, knowing it wouldn't do to anger her master, though he did give her a lot freedom-like removing the obedience color-she was still his by law. Her race was mainly used as slaves, with their natural shape shifting, high level of magic, and mind reading power they made good spies or sex slaves. Her current form was pulled from his mind, she was an attractive red-head female with a fairly human body and face except for the shield crest sticking out of the top of her head, horns over her eyes, yellow eyes, tail, arched feet, angled spikes coming out of her arms, and red-white skin pattern, he was less aggressive when she was in this form humans still got violent deaths however. She did have a red one-piece on that he gave to her, it was enchanted to always cover her body if the from she was in required it. She was surprised after all that he did he also the one thing no one has done to one of her kind in a thousand years, and he never asked anything from her other then don't disobey him. She had a hard time accepting his way but it after seeing his skills it was clear he was not one to be angered, or even be annoyed the last time someone did he gave him a backhand slap that took off his head. He wore armor that weighed one hundred pounds when he won her it is now five hundred pounds, it is enchanted to increase in weight, how he is able to move at all is something of constant wonder. His fighting skills still need improvement but he mainly wait's until his opponent hurt's themselves or tire themselves out fighting him, for once he gets a hold of his opponent it's all over, there is nothing that can defend against his punch.
She chose a destination that was a bit far away because she didn't want to risk getting caught in the shock wave from his impact. The armor did protect him from all harm but they were one thousand feet up and it was still five hundred pounds.
Womp
He landed on the man that had stolen the dragon's egg just after she teleported the egg away, though it did anger the dragon worse because she didn't see the egg disappear. All she saw in the crater was a body with blood and flesh covering the front of it, she took a step forward as she gave a low growl.
He looked up at the dragon unfazed, he started wiping the front of his armor off he called his companion, "Primal Pow."
She instantly warped in front of the dragon, carefully set the egg down, and backed away slowly not wanting to anger her again, she knew she take her but her master wanted her to join based on compassion not brutality. "My lord means you no harm, he sees potential in you and doesn't want it to be wasted." She said then bowed to the dragon.
She pondered it for a moment, she had heard all the rumors about him most where how brutal and violent he was, she could smell blood coming off him, more then form the man he just squished, still he had saved her egg. "And if I don't submit?" She asked with a slight growl still not calm from when her child was put in danger.
"He gets out of the hole and we leave you behind."
She took a deep breath knowing there wouldn't be any offer greater then this if her child were to survive, he may be unnatural but the odds of being harmed were significantly less. "A beast is better then nothing, I'll join you." She said calmly then lowered her head.
He bowed to her then leapt out of the crater, he didn't mind being called a beast he spent a long time earning a reputation, he enjoyed being called a brutal savage animal more but beast was still nice. He turned to Primal Pow "Well that was enough excitement for one night wouldn't you say?"
"Yes my lord." She answered with a smile. "So do you want to find a place to hide or will you do it here?"
"Here's fine that is if our new friend is truly loyal."
"What are you two talking about?" The dragoness asked.
"Everyone has their weakness no matter how strong they become and I'm no exception, I do my best to keep it secret but well..." He looked to the rising sun.
"So he does this everyday?" The Dragoness asked shocked as he and his armor turned to stone.
"Yes, I know it's unusual but then again he's not normal."
"Actually it is but I thought his race was extinct."
"His race?"
"Yes it was an off shoot from the same race that mine came from but as you can see they are very vulnerable to attack in this state. Surely you knew this?"
"No I never asked about his past it wasn't my place to ask." Primal Pow took a deep breath and said. "But it does explain why his mind is so dark."
"Witnessing a genocide will darken one's mind. Do you look into his mind often?"
"I looked into it once, it was a black void, with no memories, no hopes, no desires." She shuddered at the thought of what she saw in there, "It's not someplace I want to ever go to again."
"I'm not surprised after learning what he is and all I've heard him do."
"He is brutal but he has never hurt me."
"That still doesn't..."
"He also gave me a name." She screeched, "It may be a stupid name but he gave me, a fucking slave a name."
"Primal Pow?" She asked thinking of what Slag called her.
"Yes." She took a deep breath, "He may have the reputation of a beast, but he's never let his power go to his head. It will take some time to trust him but as long as you stay loyal to him no harm will come to you. Take me for example I've been with him for three years."
Her eyes went wide hearing that, it seemed imposable that she was with him for more then three hours, because she wasn't in her natural form and was healthy. "What spell does he have you on to lie so well?"
"The spell of freedom." She replied. "He has given me so much, the list of things he's done is long but harming me isn't one of them."
"I have a hard time believing that."
"Well then you can leave but think about who destroyed your other eggs and who offered to protect you and your last egg. Or think about if he worked as a hunter."
She looked at her egg and shivered at the last thought no would be safe if he was a hunter, even when he turned to stone during the day. "I'll give him a chance if you tell me why you're really with him."
"I want to mate with him!" She yelled, "Is that what you want to hear? I love him, I want to breed with a male whose face I've never seen!"
‘This world had become truly chaotic as of late' the dragoness thought briefly then curled up around her egg. She didn't expect the answer that was given to her to love someone like him she couldn't wrap her mind around that.
He didn't know what to do, after seeing her declaration on the screen, he knew some of the other elites have made love to their companions, but he was scared to make a move. He was afraid to corrupt her at he was afraid to lose her, even though she was a program in a machine she was more real to him then anything. "God that's pathetic." He said to himself, he had been doing that a lot in past few years.
He took a deep breath and thought about what was holding him back from letting her know how he felt about her, hell what was keeping him from plowing her every night.
He started his iPod and set it to random, he thought clearer when he had his music playing.
She had kept the secret of his avatars weakness, seen into the deepest part of his mind, and stayed with him no matter how savage he was toward the humans in the game. He did hate other humans immensely and had no problems ripping their skin off then showing it to them sometimes laughing manically when he did. He had admitted he had problems and sought out friendship form both sexes but in the end all he was left with was more pain. Part of him considers he was to young to let the last female friend affect him so badly since he was still in middle school at the time but he had few friends as it was and she had such a positive, joyful personality it was still a shock to hear that her father was sexually abusing her.
He looked at his iPod for a moment, it had been set to random but it had been playing a lot of "Love songs" in the last few minutes. His library was mostly made up of all classes of Metal, he still bought CDs mainly so he had a hard copy to enjoy at times. He did upload the full CD to his I-pod so he had songs that he considered "Love songs" on there as well but this was too odd maybe he should give it a chance it won't be as bad as it was with Charlotte.
He didn't get to say good-by she was just gone one day, there was no address or phone number to contact her she was just gone and yet she was one of the few names he still remembers. He didn't get the full story until several years later, but did understand why she moved to her mothers at least he still believes that. Maybe if she had stayed he might have turned out different he might have not given into darkness and madness. He does blame it on the location he grew up at, it was in a lower class of neighborhood that was often seen as a eyesore or just ignored by those going past it and many went past it since it was less then two hundred yards from the local mall, mostly because there was a parking lot built there so no one would have to park in the field. That was only for part of his madness, how people only care about material items the rest is from the loneliness he suffered even when surrounded by others.
The last song that began to play before he crushed it finalized his belief that he should tell her he loved her. It was a song he didn't even know was on there, he though all the songs that his sister had put onto it were deleted. She deserved to know after seeing the result of a few moments of his rage and being told that the rage she saw, the rage that turned a hundred swordsmen along with the horses they were riding into a lake of blood, was nothing compared to his full rage she still stayed with him since she wasn't programmed to stay with him. None of the companions were programmed that way, they were the most advanced A.I., they had the full range of emotions, desires and most importantly freewill. He had to tell her that she was the first one he trusted fully in a long time and how good it felt to trust someone.
