To feel whole

you need to risk being more lost

But the thought of being complete,

the thought of being out of the dark

even momentarily

seems oh so worth it,

finally receiving that adrenaline rush

that contagious smile,

after so long.

Eventually you forget what it feels like

and you learn to appreciate every

single moment that you get to feel it.

you finally feel again.

you weren't forever lost yet

you just strayed off of the path

It took a brave person

to reach into the darkness

and take your hand

You are not alone

Together, you shall conquer the darkness

Make your way into the light again.

You are not alone.
