A Demon's Power, An Angel's Love

She opened her blood red eyes and yawned, pulling herself up from the soft grass they had fallen asleep on the other night. She looked down at Tella's sweet form and she smiled at her. She never knew why but Tella has always made her feel so wonderful. Maybe it was because Tella had seen the good in her from day one. That was something not even Drako had seen at first.

She stretched and yawned again looking around the clearing of the forest. Her eye's first fell on the Blue Dragon lying on his side sleeping like Tella. She still didn't know much about him but he was kind that was for sure. The thing she didn't like about Art was that he was still young and didn't seem to know about his own great power. She could feel it deep within him like she could with anyone she met with a gift.

The thing with Art was she couldn't tell what he could do but she knew that it was powerful. She remembered then back on when they met him and he used a power to age things. She knew that wasn't the full extent of his power but if that was only a little of what he could do then she knew they had to keep an eye on him.

As she thought back she remembered that Hansom blue fox Nik that had helped them when they first came to a new world with their new bodies. She smiled and looked down at her naked chest and the green emerald necklace sitting on her big breasts. She got herself up and started to dress in to the cloths that Nik and his friends had gotten for them. She put on what they called a thong, then tight black jeans, and a dark grey blouse. She was told she needed to put on a bra too but she hated them.

She moved closer to Tella then and kissed her cheek smiling saying "Wake up little one we need to get going."

She opened her yellow eyes they said "Well good morning Sheba."

Sheba ignored her and walked over to the blue dragon shaking him to wake him up. He jumped and turned his head quickly and shot a burst of fire at her. She jumped out of the way just in time and yelled "Hey, what the hell!"

Art looked around and looked a little shocked they said "Sorry Miss Sheba, I haven't been around others for years."

Tella walked over and hugged Art's head and said "It's ok Arty I know you didn't mean to and so does Sheba."

"Whatever, anyway I know it's only been a day Art since you met us but I wanted to know more about you." Said Sheba sitting down "And Tella get dressed you know what Nik told us."

"Sorry Sheba I forgot." Said Tella smiling sweetly and walking over and putting on a thong with hearts, baggy yet cute jeans, and a pink shirt that showed off her cleavage.

Art looked at her the entire time until she was done then he looked back to Sheba and said "What do you want to know?" As he looked at her she could tell he was still young. He only came up to her shoulder when he stood up, his voice was a little higher than you would have thought a dragons voice should be, and he acted a little immature.

"I want to know how old you are and why you were in that world you called a Dream world and also why you called it a Dream world what is that all about?" Said Sheba

Art smiled and said "That is easy. I'm young for our kind, only 38 years old and I only got my wings 10 years ago. And the reason I call that world we were in a Dream world is because that is what it is. That is a world to where people go to when they sleep. Not all worlds and people do but most do. The reason I was there was...well I'm not sure. My mother and father took me too it when I was only a hatchling. I was only a year old I think and they said to stay in the mountains and wait for them to come back. They never did and I was stuck there."

Tella looked sad but Sheba looked a little shocked and she shook her head as she said "Why would any parent leave there new child in a land all by themselves?"

"There was a war going on at the time and my parents where the Guardians of the dream world; only they could enter it with their real bodies. The others people who go to that world are in a dream body and they don't see or care about other things. It was a safe place."

"How did you get food?" said Tella looking a bit shocked too

"There are deer and other animals in that land."

"Well with that said tell me Art what is that power of yours." Said Sheba looking angry

"I told you last night Sheba that I have no idea."

"Well that is a little strange but I'm sure we will figure out what it is after some time." Sheba said shaking her head as she got then up walking over to a tree and looking up at it thinking.

She looked back at Art and felt a little bit of pain fill her heart. Art was what Nik called a Feral or a normal animal. She missed her old body, this one made her feel more like a human with fur and a Brain. She stretched and let her head lean against the tree. She tried hard to keep from crying as she thought back on the many years she had lived in the bodies of other wolves and even her own. Also Drako entered her mind and that only made her sadder. She knew that she had to forget about him but it was hard.

A pair of soft grey arms wrapped around her as Tella came up from behind and hugged her tight saying "It will all be ok Sheba."

"I know it's just hard. I mean what does the War God expect us to do. All we have is a young dragon and a necklace that can take us from world to world but for what?"

"He said you had to prove yourself to make it into heaven right." Said Tella kissing an ear

"Yeah but how do I do that?"

"I don't know but I'm sure we will figure it out. Now way don't we try and figure out where we are." Said Tella moving away

Sheba turned and smiled then looked around the forest they had arrived in the day before after parting with Nik. They didn't want to explore right away but they knew they couldn't stay here forever. Sheba looked over at the feral dragon then sighed and said "I guess we should look around but I have no idea where to go."

"I can help with that." Said Art opening his wings and jumping into the air

Sheba and Tella covered their faces as his wings sent air rushing out, kicking up dirt. Tella giggled but Sheba sighed again as she sat back down next to the tree. She looked up at the blue speck that was Art and she closed her eyes. She didn't know why she had to do this but it was better than being back in the underworld.

Tella sat next to her and smiled then said "What's on your mind?"

"I don't know I just miss what we had back at Drako's Peak I guess."

"Yeah I know what you mean. I miss my mother and the life before everything went to shit."

Sheba looked sad at that and said "I'm sorry; I know it's my fault."

Tella's smile faded as she said "Maybe...but you made it ten times better when you came back to help us. I know that standing up to your brother wasn't easy."

"No it was hard that's true but not as hard as losing a mother like you did." Said Sheba looking away "You miss her a lot don't you?"

A tear fell down her face as she said "Yeah I do but I know I can't change it. Arial was sweet, kind, strong, and she loved us a lot."

"I know Drako loved her more than life."

"He did but he also seems to love Demona too."

"Does it bother you at all, you know Drako being with Demona?"

"You would think it would but when I see him with her I see that same look of happiness that he had when he was with mom. I know it's not his fault. He lost his memories and you can't fix that. He fell in love again and when he finally got back mother was too far gone." Said Tella

"He surprised me you know...your father I mean. I put him through so much hell but he still was kind to me after all that." Said Sheba as tears filled her eyes

Tella smiled and said "You love him too don't you."

Sheba blushed and turned away "What makes you say that?"

"I can just tell Sheba." Said Tella giggling

Sheba smiled and said "Well maybe I do...but oh well I can't have him and I know that. At least I have you to keep me happy."

"You bet." Said Tella kissing her cheek

Sheba smiled more and was going to talk more but right then there was a loud boom and a cloud of dust filled the air as Art fell from the sky. His massive body rippled as it absorbed the shock of his hard landing. He smiled at them and said "There is a small town about a mile to the east. It looks like a good place to start."

"Well I guess we should go over there then." Said Tella getting up

"Well anywhere is fine with me as long as we can figure out why we are here." Said Sheba

"What do you mean? Is there a reason we should be in this world?" asked Tella

"I'm not sure but I had a feeling that we are here for a reason." Said Sheba walking off to the east, Tella and Art following close behind.

It only took a couple of hours for the three of them to make it to the end of the forest and on to the streets of a town. A few people walked the streets in cloths similar to their own and they were anthro's too so they didn't have to worry about any trouble. A couple of the fur's walking down the large sidewalk gave them funny looks but nothing else.

"Sheba I was wondering how we are going to buy stuff without money?" said Tella "You know the way Anthro's get stuff."

"We don't' need to worry about money we can get what we need in the woods." Said Sheba walking on

"Well we can't stay in the woods forever you know." Said Tella

"I see no problem with staying in the woods." Said Art with a silly grin

Tella stopped, a pissed look on her face as she said "I mean it, we can't stay in the woods forever like..."

Sheba stopped too and turned quickly and yelled "What...like animals. Tella I'm not sure if you remember but we are animals."

"No Sheba we are Fucking...I don't know, but we aren't animals anymore."

"I'm not going to give up who I am. I don't care what I look like. So don't try and change me Tella." Yelled Sheba

Tella made a fist and pulled back her arm then she punched the brick wall next to her. A loud crash filled the air as a chunk of the wall flew away. Sheba backed up a bit and so did Art as the chunks of brick flew toward them. She then yelled "Drako-Lupus said you needed to change to prove yourself and I was only trying to help. If you don't want me to then I won't." and with that she ran off.

"Tella wait." Yelled Art but Sheba held him back

"It's ok Art...She's right. I'll go talk to her, you stay here." Said Sheba walking off

Art looked a little sad but moved to the side of a building and sat down as in a flash of green light Sheba vanished. He looked around at some of the passing furs then said to himself "These Women are crazy I swear."

Tella made it a few blocks then she stopped running and moved into an ally-way. Tears fell down her face but she wiped them away saying "Stupid ass Sheba thinking she is all that. Why can't she think it all through and listen to someone for once."

"Why the long face sweet thing." Said a voice from the darker part of the ally way.

Tella looked up and saw a black panther, two hyenas, a tiger, and a wolf. The five of them smiled as they looked over Tella's slender body and the wolf who was in front smiled wider as Tella said "What do you want?"

"Just a good time is all sweet cheeks. I don't know you look like you need a good time too if you know what I mean." Said the wolf with another smile

Tella just shook her head and turned to walk away but the black panther took hold of her and said "You see we weren't asking."

"Get your paw's off me now." Said Tella

"Or what? You'll scream or call for help, or maybe you'll hurt us." Said a Hyena giggling

Tella made a fist, anger filling her face as she said "Fuck you...Leave me along or you'll regret it."

The black wolf smiled and put a muscular arm around her and said "Come on baby you know you want a little bit of big juicy wolf meet pressed firmly between your legs."

Tella's yellow eye's flashed and she pushed him off, making him go back father than he should have. He looked shocked and so did his buddies but they didn't have time to say anything, because right then there was a flash of green and Sheba was standing next to Tella.

She smiled and said "You five should listen to her. She is a lot stronger then she looks."

"Leave me alone Sheba." Said Tella turning to leave

"I'm not going anywhere you hear me Tella. You were right, I was wrong and I know that." Said Sheba kissing her cheek

The Black Panther walked up and grabbed Sheba and whipped her around and yelled "Get out of here you old bitch, we don't want hags like you."

Tella looked pissed and she yelled "Get the hell off her."

The panther looked at her and said in a mocking voice "Make me bitch."

A light glow entered into her eyes and she punched the panther in the face. A sickening sound filled the air as his face caved in and his neck snapped. His body went flying back, passed his friends until it hit the brick wall fifty feet away cracking it. His lifeless body fell to the ground, a pool of blood covering the ground. His friends looked back at him then to Tella who was growling.

They all started to move toward her at once murder in their eyes. Tella got ready to fight but right then she felt a hand on her shoulder then felt like she was flying as green light surrounded her. An instant later they were next to Art who looked confused but before anything could be said Sheba said "Let's get out of here now."

"What the hell Sheba, I could have taken them."

Sheba started walking, Tella and Art close behind as she said "You killed that panther back there. If this land has cops they will be looking for us. Or they could try to kill us."

"We killed before what's the big deal." Yelled Tella still filled with anger

"Like you said we aren't in our land or world anymore and killing is a bad thing." Said Sheba as they got to the edge of the woods

"She is right Tella we can't go around killing others." Said Art licking her arm with is big red tongue

"I know. I was just mad that they tried to hurt you and called you old. You're not old Sheba."

Sheba chuckled and said "Well if you think about it I am Old...Really old."

"Yeah you are but you don't look much older than me."

"That is true but don't get mad at guys like that. Also remember now that you're supper strong and your power can kill if you're not careful." Said Sheba stopping under a tree and sitting down

Tella sat next to her as Art sat himself down next to the tree on the other side his head laying on the ground too as he closed his eyes. Sheba laid back and rested on the dragon's neck as Tella moved down and rested on Sheba. All three of them starting to fell asleep.

As she faided off Tella said "Sorry for yelling at you."

"Sorry for not listening." Said Sheba

Sheba opened her eyes and found herself alone in the same field that they had found Art in. The scent of honey filled the air and the sun was high in the sky. She got up and found she was no longer in her normal cloths but in a long flowing Red dress that matched her eyes. She looked around and jumped as she saw an old feral wolf standing there looking at her.

He smiled and said in a strong voice "Hello Sheba the last of the Demon Angel's."

Sheba smiled as she recognized the wolf as the old wolf that had told her about Bain growing up to find Drako. She moved closer and said "You're Tom right?"

He smiled and said "Well that is what I told you, I am the one who came to see you many years ago but I lied about myself and my name."

Before Sheba could say anything the old wolf started to change and soon he grew shorter and changed from a wolf to a feline. After another moment a tall Serval was standing there, his fur gold with black spots glowing in the sun, his eyes blue, and he looked a lot younger. Sheba backed up and said "What are you?"

The Serval smiled and said "My name is really Alastair and I'm a Serval and a fallen Guardian. I have a gift to go into the dreams of others and I work for the war god himself. I'm here to see you and make sure you are doing ok."

"Why should you care?"

"I don't really care but the war god wants to make sure your ok. I'm here also to find out why you took the Dragon Art with you."

"He is powerful and young. He was stuck in this land and needed help. He has great power and he needs to know how it works or he'll be hurt." Said Sheba turning and looking around

"Well that is ok I just wanted to let you know to be careful. That power of his is wanted by many and you will be hunted if you keep him with you." Said Alastair

Sheba turned around and said "I don't care...Why are you here anyway?"

"I have orders from Drako-Lupus. He wants you to protect the Dragon Art, and also he wants you to head to a world called Remington. There you will find out what you need to do. That is all I have for you for now." Said Alastair with a sly smile

"But why should I do it, I mean I don't' understand?" Said Sheba

Alastair smiled and said "Sorry but you will just have to trust me. I'll see you again Demon Angel." And before she could say another word he vanished like smoke on the wind

Sheba looked around and couldn't even feel him and she started to scream in anger "What the hell is this...?"

"Wake up Sheba....Wake up." Said Tella shaking Sheba

Sheba jumped up and looked around, Art was still sleeping but Tella was looking at her with a worried expression as Sheba said "What happened?"

"You were shaking terribly and talking to yourself. I woke you up because I thought you may be having a nightmare or something." Said Tella tears on her cheeks

Sheba smiled and said "Come here Tella."

Tella got up and Sheba pulled her to a different tree then hugged her tight. Tella started to cry into her and said "It's just been such a different feeling being in this world. I'm scared you may be going back to your old ways."

"You don't have to worry my dear I don't have the virus that was once inside Me." said Sheba kissing her nose

"Good...I would hate to see you go through that pain again." Said Tella then she moved closer and kissed Sheba's lips tenderly

Sheba smiled a bit as she kissed Tella back slowly moving down to the ground so Tella could lay down on her. Sheba moaned a bit as Tella moved from her lips to her neck nibbling gently. "I smell two hyenas, a tiger and a wolf. Also I can smell and hear a good number of others but I can't tell what they are." Said Art

"Tella I think your friends found us." Said Sheba moving over to Art and saying "We need to get out of here can you run?"

"Yes of course I can." Said Art "But I don't think we can get that far they are almost here."

"Damn that means I'll have to transport us with my power." Said Sheba

"Is that a problem?" asked Art

Tella was the one to answer "Well her power uses a lot of energy and moving someone as big as you is hard."

"What about the portal thing Nik gave you." Said Art

Sheba looked down at the necklace and said "I think that may be the only way to..."

She was cut off as the wolf and his friends from before came through the woods fallowed but many others. He smiled and said "Well well if it isn't our friends. We are going to make you pay for killing Jack."

Tella smiled and said "You know Sheba I think we should forget running and take them on."

Sheba was a little worried but she said "Yes that may be the best way plus I feel like a good fight how about you Art?"

"Sure I'm a little hungry."

The wolf laughed and said "You have no idea who we are do you? We are the biggest gang in this town and we run this place. You killed our second in command last night and we are here for blood. There is no way you three can take us on."

Sheba started to laugh then said "Do you mind if I start my dear."

Tella gave a mock bow and said "You may."

Sheba stepped forward and said "Come get me boys."

The wolf growled and pointed at her and yelled "Kill her."

From behind him ten of his followers ran toward her yelling and holding different weapons. Sheba only smiled and closed her eyes as they shortened the gap, coming closer and closer. Then right before they reached her she opened her eyes, they were glowing red. As she looked at them they stopped only a few feet away. All their eyes had a reddish tint to them as they stood there looking at her.

Then they all bowed and said at one time "How may we serve you mistress."

Sheba smiled and said "Why don't you turn around and kill the one of your friends." As Sheba points to the rest of the gang

"What the hell is this?" yelled the tiger as he moved closer to the furs that were under Sheba's control.

One of the ten moved forward and took the tire iron in his hand and bashed the tiger in the head. He didn't expect it so he didn't even try to protect himself so the tire iron cracked his head open. Blood spilled all over the ground as the tiger fell. The wolf looked angry but he didn't have time to say anything because the other nine ran forward and attacked and killed nine of their own friends.

The wolf and two of the hyena's backed up and said "What the hell are you?"

Sheba smiled and said "An Angel but also a Demon. Now you ten kill yourselves."

They did and the wolf howled in anger as he saw more of his friends fall. He yelled "Kill them."

There rest of them all yelled and ran forward but when they got close to Sheba they stopped too as their bodies were taken over by her mind control. Sheba started to giggle as she said "This is great. I know I said we shouldn't kill anymore but you guys just seem to be so evil and I just don't want you around anymore. So I think you should all kill yourselves."

They all took their weapons getting ready to take their own lives but right then a rock hit Sheba in the head knocking her out. As she fell the rest of the ones under her control seemed to pop out of it. They all backed away looking confused as the wolf moved through the crowd of confused furs and smiled at Art and Tella who looked flabbergasted.

"I'll kill you for that."

The wolf smiled and pulled out a gun "If you do I'll kill your little friend here."

"I'm not scared of you or whatever that is." Said Tella

Art moved forward blocking Tella as he said "That is a gun Tella. I have been told about them from passing furs in the dream world. They shoot a small mettle something that can kill."

Tella backed up a bit not knowing what she should do. The wolf smiled and said "Now why don't you take off your cloths and dance for me."

Tears ran down her face as she said "You're sick."

"I may be sick but at least I have the brains to make sure I can win a fight."

Sheba started to wake up just then but the wolf kicked her hard making her hold her stomach in pain. Tella screamed in anger and ran at the wolf. There was a loud BANG and Tella fell to the ground. Sheba then screamed and tried to get up but the wolf kicked her again making her drop down. He then picked her up and looked into her eyes smiling.

"Try and use you power on me you bitch." Said the wolf, he threw her backwards making her fall over Tella. He then took the gun and pointed it at them and said "Now you can die."

The shot never came, The wolf was about to pull the trigger when out of nowhere Art walked in front of him. His eyes were glowing and so was the gem on his forehead. He growled and said in a deep voice "You killed her...you killed Tella you ass hole. You'll pay for THAT."

"Whatever dragon." Said the wolf and he shot

The bullet got within inches of his head but then it just vanished. A blue energy showed up around him and he said "I'll turn you to dust."

He opened his mouth and Fired out a dark blue light. The wolf was so stunned that he didn't have time to run off. Right in front of them all the wolf's fur started to grow grey and his skin grow loose. The gun in his hand rusted then vanished into dust. But as it did the skin on the wolf got looser and looser and the fur got grayer. Then the wolf just seemed to lose it all and he became just bones, then dust.

"What the hell was that?" said the two hyenas in unison.

Art looked at the rest of them and yelled "DIE." And the blue light came again but this time it shot out faster. The two Hyenas ran and so did the others but most of them weren't fast enough. Once the light hit them they aged and turned to dust within seconds. As the light passed by it killed not only the furs but the plant life too. Anything it touched it aged and died.

Soon the light stopped and only the two hyenas were left. They had fallen only a few inches from the dead zone. But before Art could attack again soft hands rested on his head and Sheba said "Clam yourself little one."

At once his eyes grew dim and he sat down. Sheba the helped Tella up who didn't even seem to be bleeding. Art looked at her then said in a soft voice "How did you not get hurt."

"I think since she is super strong that means her skin is too; the bullet only hit stunned her but she will be ok." Said Sheba

Tella moaned and shook her head then said "That was a little extreme I think Art but thanks."

Tears fell from the dragons eyes and she nuzzled her and said "I'm glad you're ok."

Sheba ran over to the two hyenas and took hold of their minds making it so they couldn't move, so she could talk to them. She had them face her as she said "Tell me why you did this?"

"We didn't want to but Alan the wolf made us. He was mean and made us take over this town." Said one hyena

"He wanted to get to the Capital world so he could try and take them over too." Said the other

Sheba looked a little shocked when she said "Where is that and what do you mean Capital world."

"You must be from one of the other ones am I right?" said the first

"No I'm not. But how did you know."

The other hyena smiled and said "There are many different worlds or detentions. We are in the outer one of over a thousand connected worlds. The capital of which is called Remington. In every town you can get from one land to the next from portals. Well not just anyone can do this you have to get a lot of money or have statues to get to the others."

"Remington...well I think I have learned enough." Said Sheba getting up "You two are lucky to be alive still. I say take this chance and lead good lives."

"We will." Said the two and they ran off after Sheba let their minds go

She walked back to Tella and Art and said "I have to go to this world called Remington. I was told by a messenger of the war god that we have to go there so we can find out more about Art and how to save my soul."

Tella looked at her confused then said "I don't understand?"

"I can explain more when we get there but we have to go. Those hyenas may call for help and we don't need to fight anymore today." Said Sheba

Before they could say anything Sheba took hold of the emerald around her neck and closed her eyes. Within moments a green portal opened. Sheba looked back at Tella and Art and said "Are you coming?"

"Sheba this is so quick can we talk about it?" said Tella

Sheba walked up to her and kissed her nose then said "I'll explain ok but we need to go. Can't you please Trust me."

Tella smiled then said "Ok."

Art smiled too and said "I'll go where ever you guys need me too and if it will help me understand this power then I'm ready."

Sheba smiled and put an arm around both of them and they all walked into the portal. As soon as they were in it closed in a flash of green.

Once they were gone someone walked into the dead area. He was tall and had black fur. His face was covered by a good from cloak he had on. Only his eye's could be seen because they were glowing red. A small growl escaped from under the hood and he said in an evil voice "So this is where you went. Soon you'll be mine Sheba."

Right then the three cops came running into the clearing and they pulled out guns and said "What happened here?"

The black wolf giggled and said "Well well the cops I'm so...Scared."

"Put up your hands and come here." Said one cop

He put his hands up showing off his long clawed hands and he said "I'm sorry but I don't have time to play today."

"Stop talking."

"Sorry I can't do that." Said the black wolf and he closed his hands. As he did all three cops dropped their guns and they started to scrabble at their necks. They looked like they couldn't breathe and within moments they fell to the ground gasping for air. The black wolf smiled at then as they slowly died by his feet.

Once they died he smiled and he vanished in a flash of red light, leaving behind the three dead cops and the destroyed land....
