I was sitting in in the room I'd been staying in the past week. Although I hadn't been here long I had grown to really like Po. He was kind and always seemed to be happy about something which was kind of cute. Right now they were gone on another short mission and would probably be back soon. I felt bad because Po kept on asking me to go with them or spar with someone to show everyone I could fight, but I couldn't do it because I use magic to fight and I couldn't help but feel that something bad would happen if people found out. I wrote a note telling them I was leaving and not to worry about me. I set the note in front of the door and left. I had nowhere to go so I just started walking to the edge of the town. I was about to enter a forest when I heard someone running up behind me. I stopped and turned around to see who it was.

"Hey, what are you doin' out here?" It was Po.

"I... I'm sorry Po.." I said feeling bad about trying to leave without saying anything; my ears pressing back against my head.

"What do you mean.. wait. Were you going to leave, like forever"

"Yes. I wanted to tell you but I couldn't. I just... feel like a burden on you guys because I can't help you."

"But you can. I know you can fight."

"I... its not the same."

"How is it different?"

"Its hard to explain, just trust me. You'd all be better off without me" I say turning to walk away.

Po grabs me sitting under a tree holding me against his belly "But I want you to stay... so explain it to me."

"I.. You haven't seen a quarter of what I can do.. I'm scared none of you will like me after and.. that I might hurt someone.."

"Hey.. I know you can do things and I still like you a lot. If you can do more thats really cool" Po says hugging me tighter "I'll stay friends with you no matter what."

"You wanna see something?" I smile at him standing up with my back to him. "Its nights spent alone, all alone. Its nights when I feel the pain. Nights spent alone, all alone. Its night when I feel the pain." I sing black surrounding us, the ground rippling like water as I step over it. Stars forming above us with a full moon in the middle all reflected by the ground. Some stars falling around me exploding into bits of light as they hit the ground "I'm reaching out cause I'm sleepless and I can see that you're dreaming" I do a little spin standing on the reflection of the moon.

Stopping as I see Po staring at me in awe "I.. I guess singing isn't really anything.. I just wanted to do a little show.." I blush looking down scratching my cheek.

"No you were great and this is.. awesome" he smiles getting up and cautiously walking on the water towards me.

"Yeah.. I spent a long time alone at night getting it to look just right.." I sit down falling back and looking up at the sky.

"What is this?" Po asks laying beside me.

"Its like.. a projection of a world in my head.." I turn my head looking at him "You're.. not scared or anything.."

Po smiles wrapping his arm around me pulling me closer "I knew you wouldn't hurt me. And I was a bit distracted by your beautiful singing voice." I blush laying my head on his arm "Its not.. that good.." I yawn stretching out a bit before turning towards Po settling in "But.. I like you a lot too... cute.." I mumble falling asleep feeling Po's warmth around me.

Feeling someone shaking me as I'm sleeping "Hey.. Come on we gotta get up."

I groan cuddling up against something warm and fuzzy beside me hiding my face in it.

"Hey. I know I'm cuddly but we gotta get up" I feel myself getting pushed away.

Opening my eyes I see its Po and blushing I push myself away landing on the floor "Gah! What.. Why are you.. we.."

Po gets up and helps me to my feet "I didn't wanna leave you alone.. I uh.. kinda heard what you said and thought maybe.. we could go out or something.." he blushes looking away.

I stop processing what he said before hugging him tight "I'd love to"

"Really?" he smiles at me as I pull away.

"Yea. I just didn't know if you'd want to do something like that.. otherwise I would have asked myself.." I blush lightly looking to the side "Ah. Why did we have to get up?"

"Oh. We just normally get up early. I thought it would have been good to let you get settled in first."

"Ah. Then how about we go outside and spar a bit?"

"Yeah?" Po smiles at me excitedly.

"Sure thing" I smile grabbing his paw leading him away "Lets go"

Stepping out into the courtyard I step away from Po turning to face him my scarf billowing behind me. Getting into a stance I motion for Po to come at me. Ducking out of the way of his first hit I dance around him dodging and deflecting his blows.

After awhile he stops looking at me frustrated "Hey come on. You're not even trying."

I sigh looking down "Sorry.. I'm just not sure how to go about this.." I scratch my head stepping back "Alright.. Just start again"

Po runs at me and jumps aiming a kick at my head. Blinking above him planting my feet on his shoulders kicking him down into the ground as I jump into the air. A chain appearing in my paws and I throw it down catching his wrist. Pulling him up as I land beside him sending out a shockwave. Flipping over him as he swings at me. Catching his other wrist as I land; pulling them back as I swing the chain around him tying him up.

Spinning him around and smiling at him "I guess I win. You okay?" I look him up and down.

"Yeah. That was so cool, how'd you do that?" he gives me a big grin.

"Uhh.. I don't really know.. It's just the way my magic first manifested.." I hug him the chains disappearing from around him. Kissing his nose before turning around and walking towards the gates "Why don't we go eat?"

"Y-yeah.. okay" he says catching up to me.

"Maybe I'll go with you on your next mission." I smile at him as we go down the steps.
