Malicious Software Detected P1
So this is the first of a two part story, featuring one of the few transformations that I have yet to really get a lot of exposure. It features macro/kaiju transformation, something done in the cyberworld of a futuristic society where everyone enjoys their VR experience more than real life. When one person receives something that could cause the potential for mischief she quickly finds out how something can spiral out of control.

Stormy sighed in contentment as she in her hammock, watching the clouds roll by in the sky as slowly swung back and forth. Ever since she had gotten home from work she had laid there in blissful solitude, trying to let the sourness of real life slough off her psyche. When the sky moved too slow for her liking she pressed her thumbs and index fingers together and then pulled them apart, a glowing blue box appearing between it that displayed a menu of options. She scrolled down for a few seconds before she found the one that controlled the sky, then slid the movement speed up and decided to also have a thunderstorm roll through in a few minutes before she closed it again and relaxed.
Like most of the population the wolfess was currently in a full VR sensory experience; ever since the technology for the goggles and sensory suit were mass produced people spent more time online than in the real world, many of them often sleeping in it now that the company had made the world almost completely life-like and the wearable technology comfortable. Stormy thought about her body back in the real world lying on the bed in the neoprene bodysuit and helmet that reminded her of scuba gear. That would be where she would lay until the auto-logout triggered, until then she had her own little piece of the virtual world and everything she created in it. As she heard the rumble of thunder she looked up to see her procedurally generated storm front rolling directly towards her, floating over empty landscape.
"I really need to buy one of those plots someday," she muttered to herself as she got out of her hammock. "Getting a little cramped in here." Despite her resolve she knew that wasn't very likely, buying virtual land was almost as expensive as the real thing as servers filled with the billions of people and the worlds they created. As much as she would love a bustling sphere that would be visited by other users, she knew she had to be happy with what she had as a simulated doorbell noise informed her that she had just received a data package.
The wolfess was slightly confused as she opened the door and looked down at the innocuous brown paper package left for her. She hadn't been expecting anything, but it was addressed to her and after making sure there were no viruses attached to it, she brought it inside her virtual home and set it on the table. Upon further examination there was no return e-mail listed on it either, only the name Haleon and a message that had one simple word on it.
Enjoy.
It didn't take long for her curiosity to get the better of her and she quickly unwrapped the box, at least until she realized what it was and quickly took a step back. The red and black tool case had a biohazard symbol on it and had hinges like a briefcase as it almost seemed to stare at her. Though Stormy had never had one before, she recognized it almost immediately as a toolkit for the express purpose of creating and using malware. They were illegal to own and very rare, most who took the time to create such a program often kept it to use themselves. Her immediate first thought was to delete it permanently, but as she slowly approached it once more she realized that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to see such a program, even if she never used it.
Despite her better judgement Stormy walked back over to the case and slowly opened it, seeing a container with a black smoke swirling around in it and a remote control next to it. A quick scan revealed it to be a very aggressive worm program, designed to infect any software that she designated so that she could access and even control it herself. It was almost beautiful in a way, though she knew that the code it represented was also very dangerous in the wrong hands. She grabbed the controller and saw that the interface was a screen with a few buttons on it, though it appeared to be off. After a few seconds of turning the device around she found a switch on the slide that she flipped, the screen coming to life before the first words were displayed on it.
"Running program?" she said before she looked down at the glass sphere, the surface cracking until it shattered completely and released the gas inside. "H-hey wait!" Stormy held her hands up but the malicious code just swirled around them and up her arms. As it began to encircle her neck she realized in horror that with no parameters set the malware must have been set to infect the closest program, which happened to be her avatar as the black mist continued to envelop her as she heard a crack of thunder outside her house from the simulated storm.
Stormy's eyes widened as she felt the mist press against her, the code seeping into her avatar as she tried to open her menu again to activate her antivirus software. As she felt it push into her ears, nose, and then mouth when she gasped from the sudden intrusion, it broke her concentration to activate anything. Everything grew darker as it coalesced around her eyes and her desperate attempts to swat the code away served only to tire her out. She gasped as tendrils of the malware began to corrupt her avatar's code, something that she didn't even know was possible as she tried to log out only to find the option disabled and she suddenly found herself falling from the mental overload...
When the wolfess' eyes opened once again she found herself on the floor of her home, the graphics around her glitching for a second before they returned to normal. The black swarm of code no longer seemed to be assaulting her as she rolled onto her back, but as she breathed a heavy sigh of relief her eyes widened to see black vapors rise up from her muzzle. As she rose back onto her feet she expected to be in pain or at least sore, but she actually felt quite good. It was like she had just purchased a massage app, but far better as she slowly walked over to a mirror to examine herself.
The second Stormy saw her reflection it caused her to bring up a hand to her muzzle. Her normally grey pelt was rendered completely black and the blue markings under her eyes glowed a bright blue, which was the same color as her irises surrounded by a sclera of pure black. While it wasn't the most outlandish avatar she had ever seen, the fact she did nothing to instigate the changes was what concerned her the most. Slowly she walked outside of her virtual home, only to have alarms blare everywhere as her antivirus node went off.
"The hell?!" She shouted as a program window opened up in front of her, informing her of a potential threat to her domain. After turning off the audible alarms she looked down at the flashing red screen and opened the menu that displayed the potential threats to her. When it opened it displayed only one file that it described as having the potential to threaten her system...
Stormy.avatar.ext.
The wolfess had to blink a few times in order for her mind to catch up with what the program was saying, that her avatar was registering as a viral threat to her domain. The options to quarantine the threat or to add it to the safe list flashed on the screen, and though her hand instinctively hovered over the former option, she stopped when she thought of the implications. Quarantining her own avatar meant she would no longer be able to have this avatar in the virtual world until she solved the problem, or worse yet might not be able to log in at all. Plus she felt fine, she reasoned as she pressed the add to safe list button, and if the malware did anything to her other than just change her avatar she was in completely control of it, anyway, so it didn't matter. It did cause her enough concern, though, to want to move away from her home, at least until she thought of a plan of action as she moved into the empty space between her area and everyone else's.
After a few minutes her travels took her to the border of her small plot of digital land, a semi-translucent barrier appearing and the pop-up of her need to pay to continue onward flashed right in front of her face. She found herself growling slightly at the rather annoying feature that interrupted her thoughts. Always ruining her strolls around her area, she thought angrily to herself as black tendrils of vapor rose up from her body without her realization, it was her land and their stupid advertisements kept encroaching on it. Despite knowing it would do no good she felt the need to lash out, and with as much wind up as she could muster, she punched forward as hard as she could.
The sound effect of glass breaking filled her ears as she jumped back in surprise and watched as black cracks appeared on the paywall. In less than a minute it had completely covered the barrier before it all crashed to the ground and evaporated into deleted strings of code. Stormy looked down at her hands and her eyes widened as she saw the wisps of her own data flowing over them. Was this the malware, she asked herself? She still hadn't really thought about what happened to the malicious program after it changed her avatar, which in hindsight she should have done after the antivirus warning, but could a worm infection really have caused this much damage?
Very slowly she stepped inside the empty spot of land, which offered no resistance to her presence as her foot dropped down into the lush grass of the premium land. The old grass is greener motto seemed to apply quite well here as she walked through the empty space. Even the air and sky seemed to be better than her old plot of land, something that caused her to grow angry once again. She understood they had to make a profit, but why keep such a blissful experience away from everyone but those few who could afford to splurge on such a thing? Her black tongue licked her lips as she began to imagine taking the plot for her own, using it for her own desires without a care in the world for the admins on the server...
Once again she felt the surge of power flow through her body and the code that had infested her body began to manifest once again. This time it wasn't a flash of insight, her eyes seemed to glow as new layers of programming began to take hold of her avatar. It was like she had downloaded a part of the user manual straight into her brain and it told her exactly what to do in order to make her desires come true. This time she could feel the power build into her palms as she knelt down onto the ground and placed her hands into the dirt. She groaned slightly as the corrupted coding she had absorbed into her own began to flow out into the ground and turn the bright green grass into a darker color.
As she felt her avatar's programming continue to worm its way into the protocols of the digital world, the sunny blue sky became filled with black, stormy clouds like in her own owned sector. It was reacting to her presence, though in what way she wasn't sure until she saw a command window open up in front of her. The text was slightly garbled but it was easy enough to read, though what she read caused her to do a double take. It was an ownership agreement, one where the price had been wiped clean and was just waiting for someone to put their name into to lay a claim on. With a few clicks she would be the proud owner of this plot of land and there was nothing anyone could do to stop her.
It didn't take long for Stormy's desire to overwhelm her morality and she signed her own name to the plot, the prompt window disappearing as she felt the new node connect to her home one. Just as she was about dive into the possibilities of her new space she suddenly felt a new sensation flood her body, one that caused her muscles to freeze in place as her mouth opened in a silent gasp. As the two nodes synchronized her avatar began to shift, the muscles on her lithe form thickening slightly as her spine cracked with new growth. All she could do was stand and watch as she became progressively stronger while the sync bar ticked along, and upon reaching one-hundred percent, rewarded her with a powerful surge. She let out a roar as the sensations threatened to overwhelm her, the viral code digging in deeper into her avatar's programming while she panted from the exertion.
Once the download had been completed Stormy immediately took a few seconds to look at herself, the casual clothes on her body straining against her form. She realized with a small smirk that since she had not changed the parameters herself the clothing she wore failed to change with her, and with a single flex of her bicep it caused a large tear in the sleeve. Part of her knew she should be extremely concerned with the changes that had taken place, but those warnings were pushed back into her mind as she took her clawed hands and ripped the shirt off of her body.
"Talk about premium content," she said as she continued to admire her body, the flat stomach and thin arms she had replaced with washboard abs and bulging biceps. It was growth that she would have had to pay a pretty penny for, but it seemed that taking the land as her own made other options available for her as well. She also felt taller too, and a quick look at her stats menu confirmed that she had grown to over six feet in height.
As Stormy began to ponder what she was going to do with her new space a bolt of lightning flashed overhead and it began to rain down on her, another sign that her new integration had fully bonded with her previous space. While she thought about what kind of shelter she wanted to build she noticed something peculiar in the distance, another plot of land that was still had sunny skies and green grass. It was more unclaimed land... land that with her newfound powers she could easily take under her control.
There was only a moment of hesitation before her new avatar began to walk towards the next unclaimed section of the virtual world, her body tingling in anticipation for what Stormy expected would happen next. Even though she should have been happy with the new acquisition and that it was more than enough for her to spend hundreds of hours in customization on she wanted more, especially after what happened to her avatar. Her body was positively thrumming with energy as she went up to the next pay wall, which was even more expensive than the last one, and placed her hands on it. The black mists of the malware formed around her body and seeped into the firewall, once more causing it to fracture before it disintegrated and allowed her inside.
The dark clouds seemed to follow Stormy in as she ran into the new space, feeling the untainted code around her. It was an almost startling difference between their domains, but one that she was going to fix as a smirk grew on her muzzle. If this worked again, if she was able to take over another piece of land with nothing but her avatar, then all the possibilities of the digital landscape were hers to mold. The darkness that represented her merged malware flared up as she knelt down and buried her hands once more.
Stormy's entire body thrashed as the process seemed to become more streamlined than before, this time she didn't need to enter a prompt before she claimed the empty parcel of land for her own. When it began to link up with her node she braced herself for the next round of changes and once again she was not disappointed as her avatar body grew. It stretched beyond the normal parameters of her avatar, reaching almost eight feet in height as her bones and muscles thickened and stretched to become better proportioned to her body. Her strength also received a boost as she continued to bulk up until she had a form that she would have classified as a professional athlete, biting her lip as her breasts also expanded nearly a full cup size while retaining their perkiness.
When the conversion was complete she pulled her hands out of the ground and noticed they had undergone a change of their own, her fingers longer and the claws lengthened into actual talons. They looked almost monstrous as she rubbed the fine scales that seemed to have weaved their way through the fur. Was this merely part of her adding more nodes to her network, or were the scales and claws from the malware that continued to course through her avatar's code? The question remained unanswered in her mind as she looked up to see the dark black clouds pour in over her head, only to stop at another paywall that caused her muzzle to turn up into a wicked grin...
**************************************************
Daniel watched from the porch of his virtual farm as a bank of storm clouds continued to grow closer and closer to his land. It was an unusual sight, especially since he had requested a clear, sunny day for him to play with his farm and the bank of clouds almost seemed to cast a shadow over him. He was considering putting in a help ticket for a possibly malfunction in the atmospheric algorithms when a ping suddenly alerted him that someone was on his property, something that concerned him since he hadn't invited anyone in and he kept his server settings to private. He activated his defense protocols and began to slowly make his way over to where his computer said the breach was.
"Hello?" he called out as he made his way to his barn. "This is a private server space, if you don't reveal yourself right now and explain what you're doing here then I'm going to get the admins to ban you!" When he turned the corner to where his silo was to feed his animals, what he saw there caused his jaw to drop.
Stormy had taken over several more empty plots before her arrival at this one, and each one had continued to feed her strength and power when she assimilated it. By that point she had grown to over eight and a half feet tall and had a ripped physique that looked like a bodybuilder's, only hers was perfectly sculpted by the wonders of digital technology as she continued to consume the surrounding landscape. By this point she had no longer cared about the land she was getting, it only served as a means to an end as she continued to rampage across the empty nodes. Her hunger for more became so ravenous she hardly realized she had bumped up against an occupied node until she saw with her newfound abilities that someone else's name was registered to it.
The sight only caused her a brief pause until her corrupted mind wondered what it would be like to take over a node that someone else owned... to have such complete power that she could take something from another with her sheer will alone. It was a thought that drove her to tear down the privacy wall, the coding dismantled easily under her jagged black claws before she moved in. This time the storm clouds had not followed her as she looked around the rather idyllic farm landscape, one that she knew would be much more fun once it was completely under her control. She moved towards the closest thing she could find, which was the silo that connected to the barn, and had just sunk her claws into it when out of the corner of her eye she saw a fox in overalls and straw hat staring at her dumbstruck.
Stormy said nothing, the nearly-naked corrupted wolf just continued to focus her power into the structural data of the object in front of her and began to push. Veins of black immediately began to spiral out from where her fingers touched as she assimilated the more complex code into her own, her entire body spasming as she took it for herself. Unlike with the empty land nodes this one threatened to overload her as she took it, every muscle in her body tensing as she began to grow once more. Her muscle twisted in a snarl of pure bliss as the malware infected the structure until it became hers as well, ripping the ownership away from the fox as she let out a roar.
Daniel could feel himself lose the ownership of the structure he had carefully crafted on his own node, but he was so stunned by the avatar's transformation he didn't know what to do. All he could do was watch as she gained another three feet of height in seconds, the waistband that had managed to hold on with a few scraps of her pants snapping off as she dislodged her even longer claws from the completely corrupted silo. She let out a low chuckle as the cascade of growth came up to her neck and made it even thicker while her facial features grew slightly more bestial. When her glowing blue and black eyes looked down at the fox she could see him jump as the sudden attention snapped him out of the stupor her changes had put him into.
"Activate all defense protocols!" Daniel shouted as he pointed at the creature that was now twice as tall as him. "Begin viral purge, engage firewalls! I don't know what you are, but I'll show you the price of trespassing on my lands!"
The air around them shimmered as several ultra-modern turrets and drones suddenly blinked into existence, built by the security software that the fox had spent good money investing in. He crossed his arms and waited for his programs to take care of the problem, only to have them fall to his sides when he watched the rounds bounce off the affected avatar like it was nothing. To Stormy they felt no more dangerous than a mosquito bite, though with every bullet that bounced off her malware-hardened hide she began to grow even angrier. With another loud roar she charged forward and jumped, her huge body casting a shadow before it landed on the first turret and smashed it with the weight of her heavily muscled body before she moved onto the next one.
The fox farmer's screen flashed with red warning lights as Stormy ripped through his defenses like they were tissue, black tendrils spreading briefly where she stepped from the sheer power of her malicious code. Despite the ease she could have had converting one or two of the drones for her own she found it far more pleasing to her to smash them together, her grunts of disapproval turned to almost maniacal laughter as she gleefully threw around the remains of the defensive systems before they dematerialized back into bits of code. When the last one was destroyed her entire form turned to the fox, who raced into his menu screen to log off before he was interrupted by the sudden pounce of the huge creature. "Where do you think you're going?"
Daniel felt like a rag doll in the powerful clutches of the monstrous wolf as he tried to squirm out of her gasp. "Please don't hurt me!" he shouted, unsure of anything that the creature had planned for him as he tried to emergency disconnect only to find that blocked. "You can have the node and the buildings, whatever you want! Just let me go and I'll sign everything over to you, you can have all of it!"
"All of it?" Stormy growled as he picked up the fox and lifted his body up to where he no longer touched the ground. "I think I'll take that offer, starting with you!"
Before the fox could scream Stormy shoved the avatar's head into her maw, feeling the vibrations of his shouts against her throat. Her muzzle stretched impossibly wide as her strength allowed her to easily continue to push the squirming male down her gullet. She didn't even know why she was doing it, even if she did consume his avatar it would just disappear and reappear somewhere else in his home node, or it would give him the option to log off. Even with this information, though, she couldn't help but continue to consume the avatar as her eyes rolled back in pleasure while she felt the vulpine's muzzle stretch out her throat.
As Daniel began to slide further into the giant wolfess' gullet he continued to try desperately to shut down the connection to his computer, only to find it forced open as he felt his hips slide past her lips. The further down he went the more he could feel sensations that he had never experienced before, such as the downloading of information straight into his computer from the virtual net. The computer's own malware detection system flashed for a few seconds before it was disabled and Daniel's squirming intensified as corrupted code began to infect his avatar in the form of tentacles pushing their way into his ears and snout from within Stormy's body. At first he tried to clench them shut in meager resistance, but as they continued to penetrate into his software his avatar's entire body went slack, black tendrils pushing into his eyes' sclera as he was pushed down into the monster's stomach.
Meanwhile Stormy could feel the resistance leave the avatar she was snacking on as her code began to infiltrate the fox's, his legs kicking only slightly as she pushed them down into her mouth and closed it shut behind them. The second the extremely complex code had completely been engulfed by her the infused malware kicked into overdrive, her body exploding with growth as she flexed. Everything around her grew smaller as she doubled her height almost instantaneously, now almost the same size as the silo as she felt the corruption fill in the stretched skin with large patches of scales made completely of the malicious code.
Stormy could only take a few steps forward as her stomach, rounded out by the presence of the fox, deflated while she grew a set of impressive twelve-pack abs. Her hands and feet swelled much more than the rest of her body as the toes merged into three thick appendages capped with a large talon on each. She leaned forward slightly as a row of bumps pushed up from where her spine was, though as the code of the assimilated program came to its conclusion the same happened to her transformation and she straightened herself once more to survey the results. The huge wolfess looked down at herself and scowled, shouting it wasn't enough as she slammed her hand into the silo and caused it to collapse.
Meanwhile in the real world the fox gasped as he finally managed to get out of the virtual world, seeing the normal main menu screen as he breathed a sigh of relief. As he reached up to take off his VR goggles and sensory suit he found himself unable to move his arms and legs, as though there was some sort of disconnect from his body as the screen began to glitch. He attempted to call out for help but his mouth failed to move as well, the only thing he found himself able to move was his eyes as the screen began to falter completely and fade into a swirl of blue and black colors that moved around. As he tried to do something to stop the program he heard whispers in his headphones as well as his corrupted computer began to play several files that had been downloaded to it when his avatar got eaten.
Daniel tried to shut out the voices but even his sensory suit seemed to stimulate his body to help with the auditory and visual that completely engulfed him. Though he had a hard time deciphering what was being said his thoughts continued to drift back towards the wolfess that had invaded his property, her huge form towering over him as she assimilated him... no, his avatar, into her programming. As he tried to think of anything else all his mind turned him back to was the wolfess Stormy... his thoughts turning to fantasies as the neural reprogramming in his brain scrubbed away the negative connotations and reinforced the positive ones. While the fox wasn't sure how long it had taken he was suddenly given a prompt to log back in, which he did so as soon as he possibly could...
