"Hey, Viktor, I'm done upgrading the server banks for Vylinous Delights. Am I clear to head home now?" Kait asked, looking up at her boss. The naga was currently suspended from the ceiling from a few specially thin metal poles, making sure the server farm was running as it should be. He didn't answer at first, looking at his holopad then back at the monitor before nodding and logging out, the yellow snake slithering down from his place above his employee and giving her a critical eye.

"Mmm... I'm not so sure, little Kat. There's still much to be done before the holiday begins..." The russian reptile mused, knowing the husky hated being called by that name, He rubbed his chin with one hand and placed the other on his hip, a smile tugging at the edges of his mouth. Fighting down a smart-ass retort, the slim, brown husky instead took a deep breath to calm herself and leaned forward, giving Viktor her best puppy-dog eyes.

The naga hissed and shielded his eyes, recoiling in mock discomfort, unable to hold his smile back any longer. "No, not the eyes! You damnable witch, with your too-charming looks!" He cried, but Kait only moved forward, wrapping one arm around Viktor's shoulders and rubbing at Viktor's scaly chest through his open bomber jacket with the other, her pitiful looks never once faltering.

"Come on, Vik... I stayed late twice last week to help you set up the new servers downstairs, just let me off early for the holiday this once?" Kait asked, making Viktor hiss again, tongue flicking out to tickle her nose. The husky bit back her own smile, continuing to try and put on her pitiful face... Then changed tact, a sultry grin spreading across her face, that paw on Viktor's chest sliding past the band of his tasset to rub at his male-slit and make him gasp. Just as she'd suspected, his attempts at finding a lay after work last night had proven fruitless, and now the pent-up snake was in the palm of her paw.

"I'll be sure to repay the favor..." She promised, and Viktor fought hard to keep a straight, stern face, holding back his shivers... Until one of her fingers slipped inside the sensitive folds of his genital slit, making him groan and roll forward into the touch. Viktor grit his teeth and squeezed Kait's shoulder, but the husky could practically see his resolve caving under the pleasurable feelings of her finger rubbing at the tips of Viktor's hemipenii.

"Fffffuuck-- Fine, yes, you can go!" He finally responded, making Kait grin. Her finger withdrew in a heartbeat, and she gave Viktor a peck on the cheek, making the reptile grumble and curse her under his breath.

"Thanks, Viktor! Call me when you get home, and we can work somethin--" Kait started, already trying to dart away from her boss. But the naga's tail was faster, wrapping around her waist and pulling her back. Viktor hissed, this time amused, and placed his hands upon the smaller female's shoulders. Kait shivered, the cold air of the server room running over her fur as the snake peeled away her own light jacket, exposing the tank-top underneath.

"Oh no, Kat, not this time. You've got one more 'job' to do before I let you off, you tease..." Viktor rumbled into Kait's ear, making her blush. Well, she'd still be off a couple hours early if she did a good job... The husky sighed and helped Viktor tug her top off, exposing her snow-white chest and stomach, the brown patches along her back pressing against his cool chest. She could feel the growing bulges of Viktor's hemipenii against the small of her back through the snake's tasset, but it was soon discarded, the naga guiding one of her paws back to fondle the ridged, bumpy rods.

Maybe she could convince him to give her the full day's pay, if she took both of them at once...

Kait let out a content sigh, leaning against the door to her apartment. Her snatch still had a dull, pleasant ache from managing to take both of Viktor's thick shafts at once, which had thrown the surprised the naga and thrown him into a premature ejaculation and let her leave earlier than expected. She still wanted to bring herself to release, of course, but she figured she would give her body a little time to recover. It was a five-day weekend, after all, and she had every single one of them off. All the time in the world to enjoy herself...

Kait sighed again, resisting the urge to slouch further against the door and melt onto the welcome mat. Instead, she straightened herself back out and tossed the contents of her pockets onto the counter, tossing her jacket onto the back of her couch and flopping onto it, torso bare... Shit, she'd left her favorite work shirt with Viktor! Sighing, Kait just propped her feet onto the armrest, kicking off her boots and stretching out. It was so nice to finally be home, fuck the shirt!

Kait took a few minutes to just relax there, letting the stress of the day seep out of her being. The release was almost noticeable; Her limbs started to relax, her spine lost its stiffness, and her ears went half-flat against her ears, Kait daydreaming about how nice it would have been to ride those two thick, ridged... Mmmph. No, not yet. Kait needed a distraction, or she'd end up staining the couch.

The brown husky begrudgingly rolled off the couch with a grunt, fumbling with the zipper off her pants on her way to her home office. She did't bother with the lights on her way in, knowing exactly where everything was despite the darkness. She plopped into her overstuffed desk chair and booted up her tower, reaching her hand out for her navba--

Kait blinked, fingers wrapping around not the spherical device she used to navigate the holospace, but something hard and glassy. She fumbled with them, running her digits over its surface, trying to figure out just what... Oh. Oh, right! Kait grinned, the glow of her computer's login page suddenly illuminating the room, but she ignored it. Now able to see what she'd been feeling over, the canine squirmed in excitement, grinning ear to ear. Now she remembered why she'd been so dead-set on getting home early! Her VR headset had finally come in the mail!

Kait picked up the inconspicuous 'goggles' - which looked more like expensive sunglasses - and laughed, spinning around in her chair, tail wagging furiously behind her. She'd been waiting more than six months for the backlog to finally catch up, even though she'd applied the day they went on order, and they were finally here! The curvy female grabbed the instruction booklet that had been tossed nearly all the way across the desk in her haste to leave earlier that morning, using her computer's light to skip all the health and safety information, the warnings, the user agreements, and jump right to getting these puppies going.

She held them up to her eyes, looking through their lenses... And hesitated. Maybe she should at least glance through the health and safety information. She had done some research, read reviews from people that had managed to snag the release sets. There hadn't been a single one that was negative or listed any sort of health problems, but... No, no buts. She'd waited half a year for this things, she was done waiting!

Kait couldn't help but grin as she slid the cool metal against her face, setting them onto the bridge of her muzzle. It felt a little snug, and the lenses were... Oh! Kait jumped when the glasses started to move on their own, conforming to the shape of her head and face. Before she knew it, the husky was wearing what were easily the most comfortable pair of shades she'd ever put on. Her grin returning in full force, Kait reached up to feel for the small patch she needed to attach to her temple, and after doing so, did her best to relax, eyes closing. The manual said she'd know when the headset was done calibrating, and it was best to try and block out all other sensory information to help speed the process along. So, Kait closed her eyes and breathed calmly and evenly, waiting... and waiting...... aaaaaand waiting...

"Uh... Miss? Are you awake?"

Kait's eyes snapped open, but instead of seeing someone in her office like she expected, Kait found herself suddenly standing, the feeling of the chair beneath her vanishing in an instant. She gasped and stumbled, not ready for the sudden shift in perspective and gravity, and very nearly busted her ass. Thankfully for her, the creature that had spoken was ready to catch her, a set of large, blue arms wrapping around her.

Kait craned her head up to look into her 'savior's' eyes. The golden orbs of a blue dragon stared back at her, his equally golden mane billowing in some unfelt... No, Kait definitely felt it. A breeze. And was that the sky behind him? Kait blinked a few times, the dragon looking a little concerned, before the husky hurried to right herself, spinning around to face the dragon that in her apart--

No, not her apartment. A field. Eyes wide with both shock and wonder, Kait span in a circle, the virtual world building itself right before her eyes. She was standing on top of a grassy hill, warm sun shining down on her bare fur, air rich with earthy scents. Still stunned and confused, it took Kait's brain a moment to process what was happening, and whens he did...

"This is AMAZING!" She shouted, making the dragon behind her jump in surprise. Kait span around, arms outstretched. It all felt so real! The reviews had said that everything had a dream-like quality in the simulation so the user wouldn't start to confuse reality and virtual reality, but Kait couldn't even notice it if it was there. She felt wind blowing through her fur, the sun warming her nude body, the grass beneath her paws. It was everything she'd ever dreamed of!

Finally remembering she wasn't alone, Kait turned her attention back to the dragon. He was tall and muscular, his belly and underarms a sky-blue with a more royal blue along his back, the two fading together in a beautiful range of color. The husky's eyes drifted a bit lower, and she couldn't help but feel some of her pent-up lust surging through her again at the sight of his hefty orbs and tight slit. That certainly hadn't been in any of the reviews...

Kait beamed and practically sprinted towards him, making the dragon recoil slightly, and put his arms up defensively when she jumped! The husky was small, but she was quick, and the dragon grunted as he was knocked to the ground. Thankfully the grass was soft, and neither of them so much as felt jarred by the impact.

"And you must be LAI!" Kait panted, hands now on erh hips, straddling LAI's chest. The AI blinked a few times, eyes widening in what appeared to be shock, but he simply nodded, letting his owner catch her breath while she once more drank in the rolling landscape.

LAI blinked a few times more, looking rather confused, but his expressions went completely unnoticed by Kait, who was still riding her sensory high. She could even feel the AI breathing beneath her, the warmth of his body, the texture of his scales. It was exhilarating!... and a little arousing, since every breath he took inadvertently ground her groin against his torso. She really needed a distraction.

"So, you're LAI.... I thought LAI units were supposed to be female and bodiless until their owners decided on a gender and body for them?" Kait asked, once again recalling the reviews she'd read, rolling off into the grass beside LAI.

"Uh... Umm... Y-Yeah, on... On the older models, they were. But you've gotten all the updated software and firmware, the headset automatically scans your brain and picks the gender and body you find most appealing." LAI explained, surprisingly confused about the information himself. This made Kait sit up and look down at her AI quizzically, really taking his body in. Most appealing... Well, she had to admit, LAI was damn sexy. She liked reptiles and dragons, but the blues of her LAI, his musculature, even his sonorous voice... It did hit quite a few buttons. Aside from that, though, LAI units were also supposed to be fonts of knowledge, especially about the inner workings of the VR headsets...

"O-Oh? Oh! Uh, all.... Ah, all the updates and such are disorienting at first for LAI units. Your headset is first generation, and I was updated just before I was shipped out to you. The updates are still applying right now, so information is constantly changing. It's pretty confusing, even for an AI." LAI explained. Kait hummed, thinking on it for a moment. Most systems normally required a reboot for updates to be applied, even in this day and age... Then again, she had no idea what kind of architecture this headset was running, nor how the programming of a sentient AI worked.

"That's fair, I guess... Any idea when the updates will be done? I want to get exploring!" Kait asked, flipping back up onto her feet from her laying position on the ground, beaming once more. She'd been trying to do that in real life for a couple weeks now. It felt nice to finally do it, even if it was just simulated. Kait could definitely get used to this.

"Ah... It'll be a bit, I think. Don't have an exact time, I'm afraid." LAI replied, the blue dragon getting to his feet himself. Kait turned back to her AI, and once more she couldn't help but remark to herself how confused he looked. It was almost like he was just as new to being in this simulation as she was... And, again, she had to remind herself that she knew nothing of the way he worked. Maybe all LAI units were like this during updates? She'd never heard such things from reviews, but if it was explained as a minor thing to everyone else, she could also see why it wouldn't pop up. And this was the third shipment wave, she could imagine there was still a lot of data to be processed, and interacting with her in an environment like this was just going to slow the process down.

Kait just nodded and gave the AI a reassuring pat on the shoulder, then swapped her paw downward, pulling up the quick-access menu. Well, if it was going to be a bit before things weren't going to be ready for a bit, she supposed she could go out and get dinn--

"Oh, no! You're more than free to stay and use the system, I just might be a little slow. I promise, everything's working as intended." LAI gasped, reaching out and grabbing Kait's wrist, moments from logging out. The husky looked at the dragon and blinked and, for the briefest, smallest moment, she saw something. Desperation? Fear?... Regret? Surely it was just a hiccup in the system, she'd done nothing to try and harm or scare her new helper... But she couldn't quite shake the feeling that something was just the smallest bit off, that things weren't all as they seemed.

Which would make sense, given what she'd read. Nothing felt dream-like, sure, but there was this constant feeling things weren't' right.This must have been one of the updates, then. Kait just nodded to LAI and placed her free hand on his, giving him an assuring smile. If she could continue to use her new system uninterrupted... Well, why not? Dinner could wait another hour. Now, what to do?

"If I may make a suggestion, Kait?" LAI asked, finally letting go of her wrist and giving her a warm smile, hands on his hips. Kait paused a moment, looking him over, watching the simulated breeze ruffle his mane, and some of that earlier need made itself known again. Alright, yeah, the AI had definitely picked a really nice body... Wait, was he blushi-

"I could give you a massage, if you'd like! Scans indicate you're sore and tense from work, and while this won't have quite the same effect as someone physically giving you a massage, I can still trigger muscles to relax." LAI offered, cutting of her train of thought. Kait hummed, once more looking him over, drinking in his well-built, handsome form, made him blush again... Then nodded, a smile on her face. Her legs were sore from riding Viktor, and working with servers on the ceiling killed her back. LAI smiled and motioned for Kait to lay down once more, the husky happy to oblige. The grass felt so soft, so warm in the sunlight, and the breeze only made things feel so much more comfortable..

And then LAI got to work, and Kait couldn't help but gasp. It didn't feel like any backrub she'd ever experienced; LAI's fingers could accurately pinpoint muscle groups and, while the glasses did simulate the sense of touch, it certainly wasn't relaxing her muscles through force. She could feel the groups twitch a bit, LAI sending impulses through her body, before finally they started to slacken and relax, and with them, Kait.

"This is... Weird... But I like it..." Kait hummed, eyes closed, tail slowly wagging behind her. LAI didn't offer a word in reply, simply focusing on his work. His hands felt so good, so strong and firm even in the simulation, but tender and careful, not wanting to hurt his owner. Kait sighed and let herself relax even further, feel the soft grass beneath her like a bed and the warm sunlight laying across her like a blanket.

She was asleep in minutes, and Teryx finally had his way out.
