Lost Ch.2 The Journey
*Kyo's journey*
Kyo looked around the wagon. What the fuck had happened? There were a few young furs that were chained like him, the only ones that weren't chained were the women who were all roped. Some were crying and some were cussing. A few just sat mindlessly like their life had ended. Kyo looked out around the wagon. They had been caught by the furs in dark clothing and battle armor, there was about 7 or 8 it seemed surrounding the wagon. They all rode horses, at the left side of Kyo was a black panther and large tiger, in the back of the wagon where 2 twin wolfs. Kyo turned his head to the other side to find a fox and what looked like a small coyote. Up ahead there was a cheetah and a jaguar. At the very top leading the group was a large wolf. Kyo had remembered what Joabi had told him, "never underestimate your enemy, it's wiser to observe their actions before you make yours". He sat there thinking, about how Lunar questioned what good that would do and Joabi just laughed.
Kyo knew as soon as he got a hold of his situation he would try to find Luna. She could always take care of herself but that strong will always got her in the worst situations, Kyo shook his head. God this fucking sucked. They traveled for some time, occasionally they were let out of the wagon to relieve themselves. The furs stopped at a river and let everyone have there fill of a drink. Kyo watched a nervous looking fur. He was only a young boy about 14 or so. He looked like he wanted to run. The boy looked over to Kyo with pleading eyes, Kyo shook his head and mouthed the word "don't" the boy gulped back his tears. They were loaded back into the wagon, but this time the boy stayed next to Kyo. Kyo looked at the young boy, tears stained his face and he was shaking. Kyo sat closer and the boy looked up, Kyo gave him a sympathetic reassuring glance. The nodded and began to breath a bit easier. After a while, the sun was setting, the wagon came to a stop. Large doors opened and they entered a village. All of a sudden, Kyo heard what sounded like cheering.
"Well done!!!!" a large cougar shouted with a strong powerful voice. "Thank you, Tomaz" the wolf at the front smiled. Suddenly, everyone was being let down from the wagon.
"Let's get those chains off" the panther from earlier said. Kyo got up and felt a tug, the young fur from earlier held tightly to Kyo's shirt. They both got down and followed the blackpanther along with the rest of the furs, halfbreeds, and humans who were chained. They were led to a small hut and a rather large bull emerged. He had a large mental earring in his left ear. "Tarus, if you would" the Panther motioned.
The bull smirked, "Of course, Isis" he brought out a ring that had small keys and picks hanging from it. One by one he tested the keys and picks on the locks of the chains that covered the small group. He got to Kyo's and had to use a one of the lock picks. Kyo's chains fell to the floor with his hackles. He rubbed his wrists after they had finally been set free. The young fur was freed shortly after and followed closely to Kyo's side. Isis gathered them up once more to the center of the village. The large cougar from earlier, Tomaz stood up upon a box. "Welcome! To your new home" he said with a smile. His voice was strong and powerful yet it had such a welcoming tone. "Some of you were beaten in battle, others attacked and stolen by bandits, and for some sadly, a life of slavery is all you've ever known." He looked down with empathy, the young fur squeezed Kyo's shirt tightly. Kyo looked down at him. He was a fur that's for sure. A very scrawny pup, he looked like a small hound dog. "Here we do things differently, welcoming all types and all kinds. Newcomers, please lend us your skills and make this your home." Tomaz smiled with his older eyes twinkling with delight. "Welcome! to Munciple village!" The village cheered with delight ! villagers walked up and welcomed everyone.
Isis walked up to Kyo, the young fur hid himself behind Kyo's back. "Sorry about earlier" Isis stuck out his paw and Kyo shook it. "we had to work fast and didn't mean to drag you, there is a village doctor if you would like to see one" he offered.
"No, its fine." Kyo answered, "Could you tell me, what is all this?" he asked.
"This is Munciple, my name is Isis I am part of the village's rescue team" he explained. "In this village we all work together and have a pretty peaceful exsistance. It only one village of many, the land is owned by a kind alpha know as Dainesfurth," Isis chuckled to himself "he is very kind but very powerful as well," Kyo listened carefully to Isis's words. "I know it all seems overwhelming and confusing but you will see in time, what is your name if I may ask?"
"My name is Kyo" Kyo nodded his head as he replied. "Your quite and interesting half breed if I may say," he said eyeing Kyo. It was true. Kyo had a human face with a wolf's ears and tail. He had honey brown eyes and nice facial features. He had a six-pack with a big build. He was always bigger then an average human but still smaller than a fur. His skin was a golden brown and his hair was a black and thick falling a little around his face. It wasn't too long, his hair stopped right above the neck it was just wavy and thick. Kyo shrugged and blushed a bit. Isis laughed.
"and who might the young man behind here be?" Tomaz's cheerful voice filled the air as he put a hand on the young fur's shoulder. The young fur froze like a statue. Tomaz took his arm off and smiled, "no worries young one no harm will come here" he reassured. The young fur looked up at Kyo with a questioning glance, Kyo nodded in response.
The young fur looked over to Tomaz "my name is Topi sir," he answered is a small voice.
"Wonderful!" Tomaz bellowed, "and you my young man?" he questioned smiling at Kyo.
"This is Kyo," Isis answered, "I figured he would make a nice addition to the rescue team" he looked at Kyo "if he would like to that is" he added quickly.
"That is a splendid idea!" Tomaz grinned, "How about it Kyo? You don't have to stay here anyone can leave if they wish but we could sure use the help."
Kyo thought for a moment and shook his head in acceptance.
"Topi? Would you like to get something to eat?" Tomaz asked in a more gentle tone. Topi nodded in response. "Follow me to the kitchen the other children have already had dinner." Tomaz began walking towards another side of the village.
Topi hesitated and looked up at Kyo, he held the grip on Kyo's shirt.
"You can come right back to your older brother as soon as your done" Isis told him. Kyo nodded and Topi shook his head and then ran after Tomaz.
"Would you like something to eat?" Isis offered . Kyo nodded that he was fine. "How about I introduce you to the team?" he said happily.
Isis began walking and Kyo followed, they came to a large tent and entered.

*Luna's journey*
Luna was thrown inside the wagon, she barely landed on a seat and then she felt the wagon move. She jerked her head adjusting her eyes to the darkness. Her eyes landed on the body across from her and she froze. Who the hell sits in a pitch black carriage? Seriously?? Damn her mixed genes, she had a cat's amber eyes but couldn't see in the fucking dark. She could tell the outline was a fur that's for sure. And she had this feeling that it was watching her. She didn't like that one bit.
Lord Aireon looked at the young slave across from him. He knew the minute he saw her on stage he wanted her. Beautiful, that all he simply thought. She was so pretty for a mixed breed, even in darkness he still had her vision in his mind. When she stood on stage, she was small like a human. She has a humans face with a thin coating of dark gray fur that covered her body like a panther. She had long nails and her midnight black hair cascaded so beautifully around her face. And those eyes. Even in the darkness her amber eyes were piercing. She looked so upset, so angry, and so very confused o n stage and yet, in some way her look was so spell binding. Lord Aireon heard her let out a big sigh in frustration.
"Would you like me to untie you?" A deep voice suddenly spoke. Luna froze; oh it was a fur alright and a male at that. She stared at the dark figure, thinking to herself.
"If I do you must behave yourself, and sit nicely," he said with a tint of amusement. Was this jerk serious?? Luna's eyes grew wide and then Joabi's voice rang in her head. "never underestimate your enemy, it's wiser to observe their actions before you make yours" At the time she questioned his strange statement but it made sense now. Fuck, she let out an exasperated sigh. She slowly nodded her head in agreement. The figure leaned in for a moment and with a quick strike, cut the rope with the nails on one paw. The ropes on her hands fell to the floor and she untied her feet and removed her gag. Luna took a deep breath and looked up at the dark figure.
Lord Aireon watched Luna breath in and out, her chest would rise and fall. On stage her body was so voluptuous, she had thick thighs and a nice frame for such a young woman. Luna stared at the figure in the dark , she got this strange feeling in her stomach, it was new and she didn't like it.
"Quit it" Luna said grumbling and staring with squinted eyes. Lord Aireon looked shocked, he huffed in amusement.
"Quit staring at me it's not funny" she said annoyed. Oh boy, she had the attitude of a child. I mean she looked young but he did not expect this. Lord Aireon smiled in the darkness. This one had quite the attitude. He turned and faced the window that was covered by a black curtain.
Luna felt his eyes change direction, finally. She let out a small sigh and got to thinking. She had heard about furs and humans being captured and sold as slaves. It all depended on who bought them. She had to think of a way out of here. Normally she would start a fight but with the way he cut her ropes she had to watch him a bit more. Kyo said she rushed into things head first too much. Kyo, a sad feeling ran through Luna. Was he alive? Was he ok? What if someone hurt him? Dammit. She always got Kyo into bad situations. He was strong but silent and usually got picked on. Kyo never was much on violence Luna on the other hand...
"Tell me what your name is?" the deep voice interrupted her thought again. She squinted her eyes in response.
"Luna..." she answered quietly through gritted teeth. Man this fucking sucked. This was no time for small talk she had a best friend to save.
"We will have to work on that attitude" he chuckled, Luna's heart jumped. Work on what?! She bolted straight up after hearing that one, her eyes wide in disbelief. What did he think was gonna happen? She planned to get as far away from this fucker as soon as possible. Lord Aireon already knew this was going to be fun, her expressions, it was as if she was hearing nonsense. As if she would dare think otherwise , he smiled it was so entertaining. No one had put her in her place but Lord Aireon planned too no matter what it takes. He grinned wickedly at the thoughts that ran through his mind. He couldn't do it all right away he would give her a little time. They traveled a bit more in the carriage and after a few hours they came to a stop. She heard the driver get down and open the door. Lord Aireon stepped out into the daylight and began walking. The driver motioned for Luna to get out. She slowly got out from the carriage and looked around.
Her eyes caught sight of a giant castle. Her head rose slowly at the height of the castle. The fur before had already walked inside, she had to find a way out of here.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you" The driver, a half breed Leopard warned her.
"And if I do?" Luna questioned.
"I catch you and bring you back" he answered calmly.
Luna turned her head questioning, she relaxed her posture and stood eyeing the mixed Leopard. "Now we need to get you bathed.." that's all it took.
Luna took off running. FUCK THAT! She was not staying in this place. I mean she liked to swim in the river like the next person but come on cats hate baths. She had a good head start and she heard the Jaguar start running. Damn she didn't even know where she was. She saw a gate, usually if there's a gate then on the other side is freedom. She ran for it. She heard the Jaguar pick up pace and she did the same. He was gaining fast he was just about to grab her when she jumped for the fence and climbed for the top. She smirked in satisfaction and made her way for the top. Suddenly she was yanked down hard by her tail, she grabbed strongly onto the bars of the gate. Her tail in extreme pain. Damn that jaguar had to play dirty. She still tried climbing to the top, the Jaguar pulled her tail harder and she let out a cat like meow of pain. Still, she went for the gold. She heard a swoosh and felt a strong pain in the back of her head, her hands
unwillingly let go of the bar and she fell unconscious. Luna fell right into Dante's arms. Dante shook his head and let out a frustrated sigh. He couldn't believe she actually tried running, even after he had warned her. What's worse is that she even made it to the gate. Oh Lord Aireon would have a field day with this one, Dante kind of felt bad for her. That attitude would get her into a lot of trouble if she didn't learn to control it.
Dante carried her inside and passed her to two of the maids, "please bathe her and dress her accordingly" Dante ordered. "yes sir," the maids answered as they quickly carried her away. The head maid, Allison, gave Dante a curious glare.
"Who was that?" she asked.
Dante sighed and shook his head, "trouble" he answered.
Luna woke up and cussed. That damn Jaguar he would attack from behind she said rubbing the back of her head. Suddenly, her head shot up in alert. OUCH she cringed that was painful. She looked around the room and it was someone's bedroom. She went to stand and fell flat on her face. She was in high heels? How the hell would she walk in these? She heard someone laugh behind her. Dante stood behind her. Luna gave an evil glare, Dante raised his hands in defense.
"It's not my fault you have no balance" he joked.
"It's your fault I'm here" Luna said matter of fact.
"It's your fault for running" he answered in the same tone.
Luna let out a huff and took the high heels off" why do I have...?" she began questioning then she looked at what she was wearing. She had a small maid outfit on. It was frilly black outfit with a white outline on the edges and the skirt was much to small. Luna shrieked! She was in skirt!!! A small non covering skirt. "We-we-where are my clothes??" she asked frantically looking around. She stayed glued to the ground. "Did you??" she said eyes wide questioning the mixed jauar. Dante laughed so hard he about died. "no no no the maids changed you" he laughed. At least she was touched by women sheesh. Luna cussed under her breath.
"You really need to work on your attitude or your gonna get it" Dante remarked. Luna looked at him, her attitude? Oh she wanted to do much more then show a little attitude. Don't get her wrong Luna was actually very caring and nice but when the enemy comes she will fight for life. "My name is Dante, I am Lord Aireon's head slave." Dante informed her.
That's the guy's name in the carriage? Lord? Man where the fuck was she? "Come on I have orders to take you to the Lord after you have woken up" Dante explained.
"I have to see the dark shadow man?!?" Luna's eyes grew wide, Dante laughed and held out his hand.
"That dark shadow man is your new master" he smirked.
