THE VIRUS

A virus is basically some proteins that hijacks a cell's organelles to replicate it self, usually killing its host afterwards. Our virus which we'll call The A Virus, is a virus, that when it encounters human animal cells, not only attack that cell, but mutate ALL other tissues, till the entire organism is transformed into a different species, and by species, I mean unable to breed with their humans any longer, and only give birth or lay eggs to their feral or were juveniles. Now we have a problem, our problem arises from copying. I don't want everyone to transform into a feral animal, there has to be varieties of some kind. We also don't want to many, or it could develop some horrendous cases of cancer, like that SCP, the flesh that hates. I also do not want everyone to lose their memory and personality of humanity, that is tragic, rather it should only be to develop bestial instincts difficult to control. So the virus will not mutate the entire nervous system. So to control our virus, and since I'm god [not the lord but the one who controls events]. THE TRANSMISSION

The transmission is simple, its not going to be animal bites, cause that hurts, instead it will be transfer through ingestion of bodily fluids, including saliva, sweat, semen, sebum, urine, feces, ect. THE INFECTION

*Usually the sight of infection is where the transformation will begin, and everything else is simultaneous as the circulatory system pumps it around the body, it can be somewhat uncomfortable, but it's quick, but the most fragile organs such as the brain, has the slowest rate of mutation. THE SCALARS

So what are scalars? Basically a scalar any quantity measured in one direction, like a scale. So I've been trying to figure out the conscious boundaries of where animal instinct and humanity intersect as one. In my research I've discover that they're three types brains in psychology. The Reptilian, The Mammalian, and The human brain, usually I use them to symbolize chakra colors, but lets get more real here. The reptilian brain, or the brain stem, is responsible for primal unconscious thoughts, such as survival, reproduction, and other important vital functions, such heart rate, digestion, cell growth, etc. Next is the mammalian brain, part of the limbic system, It deals with emotions, empathy, puberty, memory, anxiety, the good stuff. Finally we have the neo cortex, or the cerebral cortex, its what makes us human, or anthropomorphic, it processes logic, ideas, and arts, and other sensory stuff, Which now we stop to the five brain lobes. Its simple, really. The frontal lobe processes our personality, a sense of morality [morality is subjective in my opinion], reason, and behavior, then there's the occipital lobe which processes visual information, what's cool about this lobe is that it doesn't shut off if you go blind, its how some people are able to develop echo location. Next we have the temporal lobe, mostly sensing hearing and understanding communication. Now we have parential lobe, processing proprioception, or the sense of where your body parts are in physical spacetime. Finally there's the cerebellum, controlling involuntary movement like swiping your hand from a hot stove.

The Scalars are like a diagnosis in this world, its a test mostly, if you past the test, you remain your humanity and get to keep your citizenship, but if you fail, say goodbye to your civil life, you're now an animal, so get in the van, we're going to the shelter. [Well its not as direct like that, but you get the idea.] Above is my fursona's scalar test, if you're expert and confused what that other lobe is in the front of the frontal lobe, that's the the expanded olfactory bulb, to maximize the sensitivity of scent.

Now back to the scalars, so basically three scales each connected to one another, one for Libido, one for dependence, and the other bestialness. You have a number line of 1 through 3. Generating factors increase the scale, while degenerating factors decrease the scale.** Since my fursona fortunately ** unfortunately has more degenerating factors than generating factors, its more likely she will fail the test and lose her citizenship. Or the weres would start collectivizing & discriminating against others if they're being degenerated by their barbarism. Usually the ones with the most testosterone. One conflict that has been going on a while was the duality of the vet & doctor disaster. This was because the weres both have human and zoological biological systems, or homology couldn't be classified. By miracle, and miracle I mean probability of population intelligence. A were has developed a new form of medical practice, called Equinology, which means the study of the horse, why horse? Cause vet has to do with the etomolgy of horse racing. The Equinsition is doctor who studies and cures illnesses in weres only. So thankfully people survived, but increased survival also means more population growth, since they're different species, the weres can no longer reproduce with the humans they were once were, and can only give birth to cubs or juvenile ferals if they mated with that species/ that matches them.

ADOPTION

Finally we've come to one of my favorite parts, a justified way to enforce my pet play kink.
