I wanted to write a good old orgy scene. So I did. And what better subjects than a whole mess of kobolds. This was essentially an excuse to write some filthy sex and practice on balancing group scenes. I hope it turned out well.

Probably my last upload for a few days, might not be back before new years. If that's the case, enjoy the holidays, and I'll see you all in 2020.

The kobold village was a quaint little thing, sheltered down in its valley. A rambling settlement of buildings constructed in various sizes, from various building materials, with no real theme or style to them. A few larger stone masonry buildings dominated the center of the village, centered around what looked like a park. They were mostly surrounded by log houses. Here and there were scattered buildings built from kiln-fired brown bricks. Crammed in wherever they could fit were tiny huts of sticks and thatch.

The only thing that was orderly were the roads, which were surprisingly constructed on a neat grid, hemming the buildings into roughly even sized blocks. And scurrying everywhere in the village were the tiny forms of kobolds. Hundreds of them. Maybe even thousands. The whole settlement was surrounded by a wooden rampart and earthworks for defense.

Thaliedasra watched the scene with curious eyes from his hidden spot up on the cliffs above the valley. There wasn't anything particularly interesting going on. Just the average daily life of a village as far as he could tell, but the young dragon stared in fascination anyhow. To him, being here at all was an adventure. Ordinarily, it might have been decades longer before he could hope to earn an assignment away from the islands. But that had all changed the night of the fracture.

He hadn't been there when the clans had turned on each other down in the council auditorium. Instead he had been stuck training with the forge-master in their clan's home city of Rysinarun, miles away. But his older half-sister had been there, acting as an aide to Elder Kyrenic. The two of them had returned late in the night, wounded and exhausted. The story they told, and the grave news that one of Thaliedasra's own cousins had perished in the fighting, had sent the entire clan into an uproar.

For a brief time there had been talk of seeking vengeance on Clan Kamvra for the betrayal. Elder Kyrenic had been quick to squash any such ideas though. The queen had taken control of the council, and any attempts at further violence would only provoke her wrath.

The somber ceremony that they'd held as the fallen Arsothsk dragon had been hard to endure, and the memory of it still stirred up feelings of loss and anger for Thaliedasra. But some good had come from the calamity. Queen Lililethan held another council of the elders in the days afterwards, and Thaliedasra had managed to obtain permission to attend.

The young male hadn't been able to get a seat in the auditorium, but had watched from afar as the council conducted business. The queen had issued several pieces of guidance to the assembled clans, and though she hadn't outright ordered them to do anything, it had been clear that the elders intended to obey her.

First and foremost was the decision that the dragons of the confederation could no longer hide away from the world on their island. Isolated as they were, they were slowly relegating themselves to history and myth. It was time for them to go out and engage with the other peoples and nations of the world. Elder Kyrenic hadn't wasted any time in setting his clan on that task. He had removed all the normal restrictions for assignments away from the isles. The older, more experienced members of the clan were now free to come and go as they pleased. Even the younger members could now petition to be temporarily assigned as an envoy.

Thaliedasra's half-sister had gone with her new mate to follow the queen to her own human nation. The young male could only imagine that she was doing something terribly boring. Being groomed as the potential scion for Elder Kyrenic, she was always the stiffest, stuffiest dragon he knew.

With the entire world now available to explore, Thaliedasra had eagerly applied to be sent out as an envoy. Of course, being young, and small even for his age, he wasn't allowed any of the more dangerous assignments. Humans, gryphons, the beast-folk, and others could all potentially kill a dragon if things went wrong. Instead he had been assigned to observe and interact with kobolds, who were considered less of a threat. Even then he'd had to sit through a week of classes and training.

Everything from how to detect signs of demonic corruption, to how to use magic to check his food for poison. Finally he had been packed up with tools such as translators and maps, and sent through a portal to a far flung continent. It had taken him two days to find the kobold village, and another day to creep closer on the ground and arrange himself a hiding place to observe.

The dragon probably could have just landed outside the village and approached in the open. By all accounts the kobolds were a friendly enough group, more likely to offer him a drink rather than the end of a blade. But if he was being honest with himself, being out here alone, without his clan to support him made the young dragon afraid. Even if it was exciting.

So he sat and watched. The village below him was different enough to be exciting all on its own. The fields and farms around it particularly fascinated Thaliedasra. Dragons didn't farm or keep cattle. Watching the amount of effort it took for dozens of kobolds to till a field and plant it, he couldn't help but think it was a silly way of getting food. It made much more sense to just fly around the island and pluck the bountiful fruit from the wild growing trees, or snatch fish right from the ocean. Of course, without wings to fly with, and with no magic to force the fish to the surface, he supposed that was much harder. And he hadn't actually seen any fruit trees in the forest around the village.

For some hours he watched, hidden in the bushes. It was late afternoon by the time his rumbling stomach and his parched throat made him move. He only had a few hours of good light left to hunt something to eat. He could come back later and watch the night-time activities, then maybe go down and introduce himself in the morning. Or maybe the day after. Another day of observation wouldn't hurt.

He backed away from his hiding place carefully, trying not to disturb the bushes he'd been peering through. His bright blue scales weren't good camouflage, even though they darkened to black about halfway down each leg and halfway down his tail. Like someone had started to dip him in ink and then changed their mind, his half-sister had teased.

Once he had crept far enough back from the cliff, he turned around and walked through the trees. He wanted to be a good distance away from the village before he took flight. The dragon had only walked for a few hundred yards though when he stepped on something hard. A sudden clank was all the warning he had before something pinched painfully tight over one of his fingers. The dragon gave a strangled yelp and jerked his hand back, only to lift the trap with it.

With his heart thundering from the surprise, the dragon looked around in embarrassment, glad that no one had heard the shrill noise he'd made. Springing the trap had startled him, but he quickly realized it wasn't really anything dangerous to something his size. He lifted his hand to examine it, dragging along the chain that secured it to a nearby tree. It was a clever little thing, two spring-loaded jaws of steel that now bit into the scales of his finger. It pinched enough to sting a bit, but wasn't strong enough to draw blood. He pulled on the chain, and the tree shook from the tug, showering the dragon with leaves and twigs.

He was still trying to puzzle out how to remove the thing when a bright, high voice startled him again. Spinning in place, the dragon spotted a kobold that had managed to sneak alarmingly near. It was somehow even smaller this close. The creature stood on two legs like a human, and had two arms, but that was where the similarity ended. The kobold was dressed in a simple leather skirt with a belt and quiver at its waist, leaving the rest of its murky green scales bare. Claws tipped each of its fingers and each of the toes on its bare feet, and two short blunted horns stuck out from the back of its head. A smile split the kobold's round muzzle, and its long tail waved happily behind it as the tiny creature leaned forward onto an equally tiny bow.

Once more it spoke unintelligibly, and after a moment Thaliedasra calmed down enough to realize he couldn't understand it.

"Oh, sorry. One second." He reached up the hand that wasn't currently stuck in a trap and tapped on the amulet hanging from his neck, activating the translator.

"There. Um, hello."

"Hiya. I see you found my trap. Gotta admit, I wasn't expecting to catch a dragon for dinner when I put that down."

Thaliedasra frowned at the joke. "You're um, not afraid of me?"

"Nah. Kobolds don't really do the fear thing. 'Sides, we had another dragon through here a few years back. Big brown fellow, can't remember his name. Was too long. He seemed an all right sort. Anyhow, I'm Shay."

"Ah, nice to meet you Shay. I'm..." Thaliedasra paused. His half-sister had always complained about how the queen's mate was abbreviating her name, and Shay didn't seem to like long names either. Maybe it was common among the other races? "Um, my name is Thal."

"Thal. That's a good strong name. Now how 'bout I get that thing off you before you break it?"

"Oh, yes. Thank you." Thal stood carefully still as the kobold slung its bow over its back and approached. Clan Arsothsk dragons tended towards the smaller side, and he was small for his clan. But the kobold seemed tiny even to him. It would take two of her standing on each other's shoulders to reach his head, and Shay would only have to hunch over a little bit to stand beneath him.

"There ya go." The kobold deftly released the trap, and it fell from his finger. "So, what you doing up around here Thal?" Shay asked over her shoulder. She set to work laying out the trap once more, covering it with leaf litter to hide it.

"I'm acting as an envoy for my clan. I'm supposed to observe and interact with your village to learn about your people." Even as he spoke, the kobold finished her work and stepped closer. Echoing his earlier thoughts, she casually walked under him, making the dragon shift uncomfortably.

"Oh, that's neat. Haven't ever had an envoy visit the village before. We've had raiders, and tax collectors, and slavers, and all sorts. Never an envoy though." The kobold stopped between his hind legs, and Thal had to crane his neck down to look underneath himself, only to find Shay staring up directly between his thighs. "Say Thal, you a guy or a gal?"

Thaliedasra quickly took a step forward, clearing his throat. "I'm male. And uh, you?"

"Oh, I'm a girl." Shay said, even as she flipped her kilt up indifferently, revealing the smooth slit between her legs. "Just figure it'll be easier to introduce you if I know whether you got a dick or a twat."

Thal blinked. "Introduce me?"

"Well yeah. Figure as an envoy, you got to come back to the village to do envoy things, right?"

"Oh, I suppose so, yes."

"Awesome. Let's get a move on then. Have to go the long way around to get down these cliffs, and I don't want to do that hike in the dark."

Shay started walking away without waiting, but the dragon just looked back over the cliffs. "Um, I could just fly us down. If you trust me not to drop you that is."

Shay spun to face him, her eyes wide with excitement. "Are you fucking kidding me?" She practically sprinted up to him, slapping both hands against his chest to stare up at him imploringly. "I'd be the first kobold in the village to go flying! Maybe the whole world! Please?"

Thal had initially flinched away from the uninvited contact, but now found himself smiling down at the enthusiastic kobold. "Okay. Is there a clear spot around here? I can't take off in these trees."

Shay practically skipped along as she led him through the woods to a clearing. Once there, the kobold waited expectantly. "Okay, I'm going to pick you up. Hold onto my hands, and try not to squirm. I've never done this before and I don't want to drop you."

Shay nodded, not even flinching. The dragon sat back on his haunches and reached down carefully to wrap both hands around the tiny female. She wrapped her hands around his fingers as he clutched her to his chest. Finally, with a deep breath, Thal launched himself into the sky.

Shay screamed out loud as his wings snapped out to cup at the air. For a second he wondered if maybe she'd been wrong, and kobolds could feel fear. Then he heard her words.

"Fuck yeah! This is awesome!"

She whooped out, and Thal found himself smiling again. It wasn't a long flight; the village was only a couple miles or so away from the cliffs. Thal hadn't seen anything like ballista or catapults during his observation, but he set down a good distance from the walls of the village anyhow. Just to be safe. Shay was still cheering as he put her down, and once her feet were back on the ground the kobold danced around cheerfully.

"Oh man! I thought my guts were gonna jump out of my mouth there for a second. Can we do that again?"

"Oh. Um, maybe later?"

Shay nodded, her tail wagging. "Okay. Come on! I bet I can convince some of the others to put on a feast. They're gonna be so excited to get our first envoy!"

Thal's new kobold companion led the way towards the village, waving gleefully at other small figures out in the fields. Kobolds working the farms waved back, staring in curiosity as the unusual visitor passed. All in all, things were going much more pleasantly than Thal had feared. Shay chatted at him along the entire short walk to the village.

"I hope you don't mind jerky and porridge. We had a pretty easy winter, so there's still plenty of food, but it's all preserved stuff. We have a whole warehouse full of beer though. I bet we can break some of that out."

By the time they arrived at the gates, a sizable crowd had gathered to greet them. The kobolds gathered presented a variety of sizes, body types, and shade of scale. Some of them wore finer clothing of good cloth. Others dressed in simple leathers similar to Shay. But the vast majority of them wore nothing at all. Even nude as they were Thal had a hard time telling male from female.

Thal didn't consider himself the nervous type. Back home, he was well liked among his clan, and thought of pretty much everyone he met as his friend. But having hundreds of sets of eyes glued on him as they approached had the dragon feeling a little fidgety. Shay didn't hesitate at all though. She led the dragon right up to the group, until Thal could nearly reach out and touch the nearest kobolds.

"Hey everyone! This is Thal. I found him up on the cliffs. He's an envoy!"

A murmur rippled through the crowd at her declaration. Thal watched curiously as kobolds turned to each other excitedly, as though this was some great news. After a moment, a voice from somewhere in the middle of the pack shouted, "Envoy from who?"

Thaliedasra cleared his throat. "I'm here on behalf of Elder Kyrenic of Clan Arsothsk, and in a broader sense, on behalf of Queen Lililethan. She has directed the clans to send out dragons to learn from the cultures of other races, and establish relations."

A plump looking kobold right in the front of the group looked the dragon up and down before smirking. "I've got some relations in mind."

A chuckle went through the crowd, and Thal could only stare in shock at the preposterous notion.

"Keep it in your slit Rin, he ain't here to screw." Shay snapped, before turning to Thal. "Right?"

"Um, that wasn't the plan, no." Thal answered.

"There! He ain't here to screw. Now, get out the way you lot, gonna take him up to city hall. I think the arrival of our first envoy calls for a celebration!"

Watching the crowd cheer and slowly drift away, Thal was surprised yet again. He had expected to face some sort of questioning, or at least be presented with some sort of armed guard. After all, in Syrsarun, visitors weren't allowed entrance without thorough investigation and an assigned an escort. The kobolds had defensive walls, and some of them carried weapons. Obviously they were aware that there were threats to their village. But Shay's word had been all they had needed to assure themselves that the dragon was safe among them.

Shay didn't seem to think it odd at all, and led him on into her home. Thal had to hunch down a little bit to get through the open gates. Now inside the walls, the dragon much a much better look at the kobold village. What had before seemed like a ramshackle gathering of buildings proved to by surprisingly well constructed and maintained. The timber buildings were all built along straight and true lines, the wooden boards and logs sealed with whitewash. The mud-brick buildings were smoothed out, the corners clean and the outer surfaces decorated with bright ornaments or hanging flower beds. Even the little thatch huts looked sturdy and well kept.

The residents watched him pass by with some interest, but only briefly paused in their daily business. As if a visiting dragon was a regular event. Overhead, some of the tiny lizard people perched on the roofs, replacing wooden shingles. Others stood here and there along the road, hawking their goods or sweeping the dirt and debris from the streets in front of their homes and shops. Mule drawn midden carts carried night soil out of the village, to be dumped far from the walls. The information that the dragon had been provided on kobolds had left him with the impression that they were an unorganized lot of carefree rabble. The carefree part might have been true, but they apparently took pride in their home, and it showed.

As they passed the other kobolds on the busy streets Shay called out in greetings. Some of the names she called made sense as names: Chas, Lee, Ves, and Gus. Others seemed like nothing more than nicknames: Brick, Knocker, Crag, or Bone. Each and every one was short and simple. Shay seemed to know them all. Thal tried at first to keep track of the scattered names, but soon figured out that it was hopeless. The names that his guide called out were so scattered and frequent that the dragon quickly gave up, and hoped that he didn't offend anyone with the wrong name.

During a pause in her shouted greetings, as they passed through a street with only quiet homes and no kobolds, Thal had a chance to question his guide further. "So, is city hall where your leaders are?"

"Eh, kind of." Shay looked back over her shoulder and waggled one hand in the air ambivalently. "Mostly just where the bookkeepers work."

"Bookkeepers?"

"Yeah. They track what we have, what we need, who owes who. That sort of thing."

"Oh. So are they in charge here?"

"Whatcha mean in charge?"

Deciding how to explain such a simple concept gave the dragon some trouble. "You know, something like an elder, or a magistrate, or a local lord. Someone who collects taxes, makes plans, and tells other people what to do?"

Shay just snorted. "Why would we want someone to tell us what to do? We don't need any of that shit. Everyone does what they're good at. Someone wants to farm? They get together a group of friends, and go start farming. Someone wants to run a forge, they get some help to build a forge, or they go offer to work for someone that already has one."

Thal was struck by the ridiculous nature of the idea. Surely they had to have some form of government. "What about big things? I mean, someone had to plan out the streets, or decide what buildings get built. Someone has to plan for things like famine, or threats for the village."

"Eh, that's easy; we get everyone together a couple of times a month to figure all that stuff out. Straight streets are easier to build around, so we build em straight. A family gets too big for their home, so they ask for help to make it bigger or build a new one. The bookkeepers already keep track of food, and if anyone comes looking for trouble we just all grab a weapon and give em what for."

She shrugged. "Not everyone gets everything they want, but most folk get about everything they need."

Then the kobold stopped and turned to look dubiously at the dragon. "You telling me that you got someone telling you what to do all the time?"

"Well, yes."

"That's crazy." Shay said simply, then turned to keep walking. Thal followed in stunned silence.

The city hall was a little bit more ornate than the rest of the village. The windows were actual glass instead of wood shutters, and the stone arches of the frames and doorways had been carved with reliefs. The open space in front of the buildings was laid out in a neat little park. Paths of crushed white stone wound through, sometimes disappearing into clusters of well-manicured trees. A clean blue pond stood in the middle of it all, and several kobolds sat around the pond, idly chatting or skipping stones.

Shay led him on one of the paths towards the main building, guiding the dragon to one of the larger copses. Before they'd even gotten into the trees a familiar scent tickled the dragon's nose, and his ears picked up panting moans and the wet slap of scale again scale. Shay stopped, and turned towards a small alcove between the trees.

Thal followed her gaze, already knowing what he would see. The alcove hid a small, secluded bench, which was currently being used as support by one kobold. She was bent over at the waist, panting happily and rocking back into her partner. Standing behind her was her a larger kobold, with both hands on her shoulders as he rolled his hips into hers. Neither of them even slowed as Shay greeted them.

"Hey Squint, hey Rari. This is my new friend Thal." Thaliedasra stood frozen, caught completely off guard by the immodesty on display.

The dragon was hardly a stranger to sex. He was too young to even consider children yet, but he'd had lovers before. First was a guard from Clan Hata; a young cream-scaled male not much older or larger than Thal himself. He had been assigned to alter the guard's armor as he grew, and the two had gotten along well enough to be each other's firsts. Later, when Thaliedasra was a little more experienced and a little bolder, he'd managed to get the attention of one of the Sanjeia mages. A beautiful green-scaled male of impressive size and much greater experience.

He had honestly thought himself fairly worldly for his age, as many of his peers were still virgins. But intimacy among dragons was still a private thing. Something done behind closed doors, not out in the open with other's looking on.

The male lifted one hand in a wave, grinning up at the dragon. "Hey Thal. Nice to meet you. I'm Squint. This is Rari." He gave a light swat to the rump of the kobold beneath him, eliciting a small yelp.

"Um, yes, nice to meet you as well."

"Say, Squint," Shay cut in, "you think we got enough stock to have a little feast? Thal here is an official envoy from his clan. I figured it's the least we could do to welcome our first envoy with some good food and some drinks."

"Could do. Just give us a moment and I'll check the books."

Shay nodded, but just stood watching, still grinning.

Thal shifted uneasily on his feet. "Um, should we give you some privacy?"

Squint grunted a negative. "Nah, can feel her squeezing. Almost done."

They didn't have to wait for long to see the truth of the statement. Rari's tail arched up over her back and the little kobold started trembling. With one last groan Squint slammed into her with enough force to nearly dislodge her hold on the bench. Only his grip on her hips kept her in place.

The dragon knew he should look away, or leave. This wasn't the way of the clans, and other dragons would think him a deviant for sitting here and watching. But Thaliedasra didn't leave or look away. His eyes were locked to the prurient scene and his nostrils flared as he sampled the heavy smell of sex. It wasn't shame that he felt either, but the stirring of his own lust. Nearly too late he felt his body reacting, and he had to squeeze his back legs together to keep himself concealed.

After a minute of basking in the afterglow, the two kobolds separated. Rari finally straightened up and dabbed a cloth between her thighs to clean herself up. Squint used another cloth to wipe his manhood. The small kobold's shaft was already softening and slipping back into his vent, but Thal could clearly see the exotic shape of the aggressive ridges and bumps of the organ before it completely retracted.

"Thanks Squint." Rari leaned in to give her lover a quick peck on the cheek. "I'll probably be by again later, to make sure it takes. Nice to meet you Thal. If we're having a feast I'll probably see you there."

"Oh. That sounds good." The dragon said awkwardly as Rari went skipping away.

"Okay, let me go check the books. Y'all can wait here if you want, I'll be right back."

Squint sauntered off, leaving Thal alone with Shay. With the shock of what he had just witnessed wearing off, the young dragon felt a retroactive sense of scandal. What had come over him, to make him so eagerly watch the two kobolds rut? What would his clan think?

Shay grinned up at him, but her smile faded slightly as she spotted the dragon's discomfort.

"Something wrong Thal?"

"No, nothing. I guess I'm not used to things being done so...publicly."

"What do you mean? They were hidden in the trees here."

"Yes, but they just kept going when we found them."

"So? It's not their fault that we interrupted them. Why would they stop? 'Sides, you coulda left at any time."

Thaliedasra had to take a moment to collect himself, remembering that he was here to learn about the local culture. Making a big fuss about this and insulting his host's sense of morality wasn't going to help him in that task. "No, you're right. I'm sorry, it's just not what I'm used to. Us dragons are apparently just a little sheltered on our island."

Shay shrugged, but her smile came back wider. "Don't worry, if you stick around you'll get used to it. Better prepare yourself for the feast though. I guarantee that once the beer starts flowing and folk get randy, you'll see more."

"Ah." Thal sighed.

It didn't take long for Squint to get back to them, along with a list of what could be made available for the feast. Neither kobold seemed to give any thought to needing to prepare the park or organize the celebration. When the dragon asked about this Shay just gave him that same long-suffering look.

"What d'ya mean? We all ready told everyone at the gates. They know what to do."

Indeed, as the three of them headed down to the warehouses a crowd began to gather around them again, as if it had been arranged. The kobolds worked efficiently to wheel out several pallets of food and kegs of beer. Thal got a chance to help out, easily lifting the heavy burdens onto wagons. Once everything was loaded they headed back to the park; the big open space would be perfect for the celebration.

Kobolds had already gathered and prepared by the time they returned. Colorful banners had been hung around a cluster of simple wooden tables and benches. There was a pile of wood was stacked for a bonfire, and several massive cauldrons sat on smaller cooking fires, already hot. Shay wasted no time in directing the kegs be tapped, and someone even produced a ceramic vase large enough for Thal to drink from. The local cooks quickly began filling the pots, and as the sun set the aroma of cooking food filled the air.

Shay had been honest with her prediction of the fare that would be available. It was mostly salted pork and grains that went into the pots, but the chefs did their best. Peppers, onions and garlic were added for flavor, along with whatever vegetables they could spare to fill out the texture. Some others had brought food from their own pantries, and one of the bakers had brought a whole rack of fresh rye loaves.

Thal sat down at the end of the row of tables, and Shay sat on the end nearest him, chatting amiably with the dragon and other nearby kobolds as they waited. Soon one of the cooks dished up the resulting stew into the biggest bowl he could find and proudly presented it to the dragon, along with an entire loaf of rye bread. Thal sampled the dish cautiously at first. It was a simple stew, but surprisingly good, if a bit too salty. The kobold cook beamed when the dragon complimented his dish, and Thal was quickly offered seconds, then thirds. The hearty meal settled the dragon's discontent stomach, and when the kobolds finally served up the last of the stew and began scrubbing out the pots, Thal couldn't complain at all about being under-served.

With the sun down and the night taking on the chill of early spring, they soon abandoned the tables to light the bonfire. The flames cast off the looming shadows and threw cheerful illumination over the festivities. Following the kobolds out onto the park green, Thal curled up on his side, with his belly presented towards the fire. Shay didn't hesitate to huddle against him, already shivering. Thal swallowed any complaints he might have had about being used as a couch as she nestled into the crook of his arm. Soon he found himself host to a small crowd of kobolds seeking to bask in the warmth of the much larger dragon as well as the warmth of the flames.

Chatter filled the air as his hosts talked and joked and even sang songs. At some point a group of even smaller kobolds, which Thal quickly realized were children, got up to put on a pantomime. They were dressed in ridiculous costumes, with wigs and wooden swords. They acted out a story about a kobold adventurer who dared try woo a human princess, only to be chased from the town by her angry father. The kobold got his revenge though, by sabotaging the castle's sewers, so that the king was forced out by a flood of his own waste. Shay informed him that it was one of their most popular plays, and was based around a true story. Thaliedasra wasn't even surprised.

He had come with the intention to learn about the kobolds, but they seemed just as keen to learn about him and his home. As the night wore on and the children were sent home to bed, the dragon found himself telling stories of life among his kind, and sharing news about the recent events that had brought him here.

"But I thought dragons slept in caves, on beds of gold and jewels." Shay asked, staring up at the dragon with her eyes wide.

Thaliedasra laughed at the though. "No, we live in a city. In some ways it's not very different than this. We all work together for the betterment of our families and clans. And my bed is a nice soft pit of clean sand."

"Oh." Shay honestly sounded disappointed. "I guess that's all right. It's just, we hear all them stories about dragons tearing through the countryside, burning up fields and showing the humans who's boss. I guess your story is a bit boring."

Thal grimaced. He really didn't want to get into the story of the war. When dragons had burned up a country, along with the millions of people that lived there. That was far before his time, but he supposed such a thing would inspire stories for many centuries. Instead he changed tactics.

"I don't suppose it would make it more interesting to know that all of our cities are caves of a sort. We built them into the bones of our mountains, and the tunnels that make up my home stretch for miles and miles into the rock."

"Oh!" Shay looked up brightly once more, and Rari turned to pay attention as well. Her and Squint were among the kobolds that huddled against his chest.

"Is there lava and big bottomless pits and that sort of thing?" Rari asked, clutching one hand hopefully to his scales.

The dragon hesitated. He didn't want to let the kobolds down with his story, but he also didn't want to give them the wrong impression of his home. The volcanoes of the islands had long ago gone dormant, and any pits or dangers had been sealed off for safety.

"Well, there's no bottomless pits, but all the important homes have enormous balconies built into the cliffs of the mountains. Some of them are thousands of feet up, and they have magnificent views of the ocean."

"Oh! Is there gold everywhere?"

"Well, not exactly. Some of the older dragons keep golden sculptures or decorative swords and armor that they won in battle. But mostly we decorate with paintings. Murals cover practically every wall, and ceiling. It helps make the tunnels feel more open."

"It sounds wonderful." Shay sighed. "I wish I could see it."

Thal paused thoughtfully. Visitors had come to Syrsarun before. Not often, but it happened. Now that the clans were sending out envoys, it didn't seem so far fetched that they might also be open to more frequent guests. It was an idea that he might have to bring to Elder Kyrenic when he returned. "It might be possible someday. I think Queen Lililethan would approve."

"So this queen, you said she married a human?" Rari asked.

"Well, he was a human, but she used a spell that turned him into a dragon. The whole thing is very complicated."

"Oh!" Rari exclaimed excitedly. "You can turn other people into dragons? Can you turn me into a dragon?"

Thal laughed softly, sending tremors through the kobolds leaning against him. "No, I'm afraid not. The magic she used is very difficult to learn or use safely. Even if I knew how to use wild magic, there's no certainty that I'd get the result I want."

"Ah well, it was worth a shot." Rari sighed.

"Probably a good thing anyhow." Squint joked, "You're probably get all excited and crush us all by mistake."

"Nope, just you!"

"That's not very nice! You'd have to explain to our kids that you squished their dad!"

"We don't have kids yet you dummy. We don't even know for sure if you finished the job earlier today."

"Really?" Squint asked playfully before rolling over on top of his lover, pushing himself between her legs to pin her against the dragon's hide. "Guess I'd better make sure."

Thal looked away as flashbacks of the two of them burned back into his thoughts. Now they were squirming together practically right on top of him, and he didn't have any idea how to politely stop them. Even worse, the wiggling and giggling kobolds were tickling against him in a rather pleasant manner, and as his body responded accordingly, he didn't even know if he wanted to stop them.

Shay looked down at the two in annoyance. "Knock it off you two! You're embarrassing the dragon."

"Uh, Shay?" Rin, the same chubby kobold from the gate cleared his throat. He was seated furthest back along the dragon's belly, just in front of Thal's legs. "I don't think it's entirely embarrassment."

Too late, the dragon realized that the tip of his erection had peeked free from his slit. Then, defying any sense of decency, Rin reached out and wrapped a scaled hand around the tip of that erection. The dragon went rigid with shock, then shivered in pleasure as the kobold carefully caressed the sensitive ridges and barbs on his crown, and the rest of his shaft quickly spooled from his slit into the kobold's hands.

The dragon growled. A chunk of his mind wanted to toss the brazen kobold off him for his affront. But as Rin gave an appreciative whistle and fondled the enormous shaft that now rested in his lap, Thaliedasra couldn't help but feel proud. Just like he couldn't help the growing temptation to let this play out. Back home, this whole situation would be an enormous taboo. Exposing himself in public, and not even with another dragon!

But Thal wasn't back home. He was out on his own, far from the influence of his clan. Here among the kobolds, he wasn't a young, untested male, still trying to earn the respect of his elder. Here he was an important guest, surrounded by kobolds that seemed eager to enjoy his presence. Looking around, he saw no judgment in those around him. Many of those gathered by the fire were already busy cuddling up against one another, exploring their own passions. Those near enough to notice the dragon's compromised position only seemed eager to get closer, and gathered around to watch the show.

These people didn't care that he was a dragon, and they didn't care who saw them. They were entirely unburdened by propriety or etiquette. They were completely caught up in the moment, and sought only to enjoy themselves while they had the chance. Watching them, Thaliedasra couldn't help but be caught up in the moment as well.

Even Shay had only stood up on his arm to get a better look down at Rin, as the male began to fondle and stroke the dragon in earnest. The position gave Thal a good view of his kobold guide. She was small, but her scales were covered in pleasant whorls of green in all its shades, and her form was curvy in all the same places as a dragoness. Wide hips and a wonderfully plump backside were concealed only by her leather skirt, and as she leaned against him that skirt lifted just enough for Thal to appreciate those curves.

Shay flashing him her bare crotch earlier in the day hadn't particularly struck him at the time; dragons were nude by default, and the scaled slit between her legs hadn't been much different from what he saw all the time back home. Now with his passion building, he couldn't think of anything he desired more. Standing and staring as she was, the kobold didn't notice his tail coming in from an oblique angle until it was curling around her waist.

"What's up Thal? Want me to stop that stupid-" She turned to him, her question dying on her lips as she spotted his face. The dragon stared down at his little guide with a primal hunger.

"Shay, remember when I said I wasn't here for sex?"

"Yeah?" She answered meekly.

"I'm beginning to change my mind."

"Oh. Oh! Fuck yeah! Rin, get out of the way, you've just been replaced! Thal, can you roll onto your back?"

The dragon had to check behind him for safety, not wanting to accidentally crush one of his very friendly hosts. He had barely settled down when Shay climbed up onto his belly, using his leg as a hand-hold. Those that had been gathered around him now leaned in to watch, some even resting against the dragon's exposed sides as they joined in the fun.

Shay steadied herself on his belly, and found herself confronted by his throbbing flesh. The kobold hesitated, looking doubtfully at the enormous organ. The tip of it was tapered to a size small enough that could probably fit into the little lizard. Just behind the tip though, the dormant folds and ridges of flesh of his flare swelled out to nearly the size of her wrist. At the base, it was as thick around as her thigh, and the whole thing was longer than her arm.

"Gotta admit Thal, not sure what you want me to do with this battering ram."

"Whatever you want." The dragon growled back.

She turned to look at him with wide eyes, like he'd just given her an enormous gift. "Whatever I want?"

With his permission granted, the little kobold sprung into motion. She knelt on his belly, wrapping both hands around his throbbing length to pull it against herself as she began to lick and slurp around his tip. The scene seemed to embolden the other party goers, and now the dragon felt small bodies touching him all over, rubbing against him. Rari bent forward to brace her hands against the dragon's his side as Squint knelt behind her and wedged his snout under her tail.

Thaliedasra rumbled his approval and turned back to Shay, watching the kobold work. He relished in the feel of her smooth scales sliding against his flesh, and the delightful squirming of her tongue as she licked him. The brave hunter soon took his glans into her mouth, just in time for the dragon to reflexively clench his lower muscles, sending a surge up through his cock and launching a thick spurt of sticky fluid into her maw.

Shay backed off, coughing. Messy ribbons hung from her jaws as she panted to recover her breath. "Oh hell with it," she said confidently. "I was the first kobold to fly with a dragon, I'm damn well gonna be the first to fuck one."

"Be careful." Thal warned as Shay stood and turned herself around on the dragon's stomach. She curled her tail around his length, using that grip to pull it down and line herself up.

"Don't worry, kobolds're pretty flexible on the inside. Comes from laying eggs every season I bet."

Thaliedasra hadn't known they laid eggs, and stashed the knowledge away. "Yeah, but my flare gets quite large. You'll be stuck there for a while if I cum inside of you."

"Oh! That sounds awesome!"

Without waiting for any further warning or explanation, Shay backed up, pressing his crown against her slit. As he suspected, the tapered head of his organ slipped in easily, his penetration made smooth by the mess of spit and preseed drenching him. That was the only easy part though, and Shay let out a trembling moan as she tried to squeeze more of his girth into her tiny form.

Thal growled and clawed at the air as his sensitive flesh was squeezed almost painfully tight. A fraction of an inch at a time, Shay slid back, using her tail for leverage to force herself down. Each movement deeper pulled another squeal or squeak from her throat, and her clawed does curled against his belly. Finally she stopped, absolutely as far as she could go.

The dragon was actually impressed by the female's persistence. She'd managed to take a third of him, almost. Now she stood practically impaled, the bulge of the mass inside of her visible through the scales of her gut. She trembled there for a moment, before letting out a long held breath. Looking up along his chest, Shay offered him a smile before she began to grind against him.

Thaliedasra panted and laid his head back against the grass, taking in an upside-down view of rest of the kobolds. All around him the locals were enjoying their own carnal pleasures. Some paired off and wandered away to find some privacy. Other couples went at it right there on the grass by the bonfire, and still more were simply masturbating to the lewd display. The dragon growled, his hunger only driven on by the sight. He wanted more. There was more of him that could be touched, more of him that could be pleasured.

He lifted his head again, looking down to where Rari was still leaning against his side. He blew a hot gust of air over her and Squint to get their attention. When the two paused and looked at him he grinned suggestively. "Shay may be the first to have sex with a dragon. You two want to be the first to have sex on a dragon?"

Squint and Rari exchanged only a single glance before they too were eagerly climbing atop him. The two newcomers only took a moment to marvel at Shay, speared and grinding against the dragon's shaft. Then Rari approached, leaning down to place both hands on the other female's shoulders. Shay whined as she was pressed down just a little bit harder onto the dragon, before Rari caught her mouth in a furious kiss. Suddenly Thal's view of the two was replaced by Squint's bouncing backside. The male kobold settled in behind his lover and began pounding away.

Thal leaned back again and closed his eyes. Three kobolds now rested on his chest and belly, dancing in place atop him, while one of them squeezed and milked and convulsed around the head of his maleness. The sounds of wet slaps, moans, and slurping tongues filled his ears, and the smell of sex was thick in the air. But still he wanted more. He needed to taste something, to hold something

The dragon opened his eyes again and spotted a couple that had approached very close to his head. A female was down on her knees, one hand between her legs while the other was holding on to the thigh of the male that was humping into her mouth.

Complete strangers. The dragon didn't even know their names, but he couldn't bring himself to care at this point. He reached out with one hand, snaring the kneeling kobold by the ankle. She yelped and turned to look at him in surprise. "Sorry to interrupt," Thal purred, "but may I lick you while you work?"

"Oh! Yes, please." She stood, and the two shuffled closer until the nameless female could bend over and rest her backside against the dragon's lips, while her tail draped down along his chin. Thal huffed out a hot breath over her gender as he watched the male's feet step into place in front of her. As the two kobolds resumed their oral pleasures, the dragon began his. His enormous tongue flicked out, tasting his partner from the base of her tail all the way up to her chest.

The female moaned around the shaft stuffing her mouth, and Thal repeated the maneuver. Again, and again, until finally the taste of her dripping sex was too much to resist. With a needy growl he settled the tip of his tongue between her lips, then speared it slowly in. She squealed at the penetration, and the dragon kept feeding more and more of his tongue into her body, until he was tasting all of her at once.

So intent on lashing the insides of this little kobold was the dragon, that he lost track of what was happening on his belly. It was Shay's voice crying out, and a sudden strangling grip around his crown, that brought his attention back in her direction. His lover had nearly collapsed in climax, only supported by the rock hard shaft lodged in her vent, and Rari's hands on her shoulders.

"Fuck that's good." He could barely make out Shay's words over the clamor of the crowd. Then she spoke up. "I hope you're close Thal, I don't think I can keep going much longer."

Thaliedasra growled. He didn't feel close. He felt just as needy as ever. Desperate for more bodies, he swept his tail out slowly, catching another kobold, and then a second. They offered no protest as he swept them in, until they were pinned against the base of his tail. The two apparently got the hint, and scrambled up behind Thal's hips. The ravenous dragon couldn't see who they were or what they were doing. He could only feel them jostling for position, until they figured out an arrangement that would work. A scaled body wedged between his thighs, and a fresh pair of arms and legs wrapped his cock where it wasn't jammed into Shay.

Then something hard and hot prodded against the base of his erection, sliding downwards against the slick flesh until it pressed against the lips of his slit. Thal moaned in bliss as the kobold between his thighs penetrated him in a way he'd never felt before. Another prod, this time against the dragon's tailhole, only made him squirm in further anticipation. He wasn't kept waiting. The male seated on his tail thrust his swollen prick through Thal's trembling ring, coaxing another moan from the dragon.

Neither of the males were large enough to really stretch the dragon. Even so, the hard, aggressive ridges of their organs teased and plucked at Thal's insides, sending ripples of pleasure radiating out from his rump and slit. An enterprising kobold even seized the initiative to grab the dragon's tail, and soon that too was stuffed into a warm body.

Finally Thaliedasra felt sated. He felt in control. A half-dozen kobolds pleasured him in every way, dancing to his tune and writhing on his body. His mouth was still occupied with the female in front of him, as her sopping wet sex pressed against his lips and dribbled down his nose, but that didn't stop him from letting out a satisfied rumble.

Rari and Squint were panting atop him, their motions growing more erratic. Two males were stacked one behind the other, reaming the dragon in two different spots. And above it all, Shay still rolled up and down onto his cock, eagerly seeking a second orgasm. He thrummed in pleasure, losing himself in the unbelievable orgy of sounds, tastes, and sensations.

Thal didn't have a chance to warn Shay what was coming when he felt himself slipping over the edge, as his tongue was still busy. Instead he heard the little female cry out in shock and bliss as his flare expanded and unfolded inside of her, pinning the little kobold in place for the incoming flood. The dragon joined her passionate cry with a roar of his own. It rippled through his throat, and the force of it shook the kobold that was speared on his tongue. She too squealed and moaned at the incredible vibration, drenching the dragon's nose with the force of her climax.

Squint managed to time himself well, and Thal could vaguely feel him and Rari grow still where they stood on his chest. After a moment, he felt the kobold's overflow spatter out onto his scales. But whatever squint managed was put to shame by the dragon. Thal couldn't see it, but he could feel Shay's feet shaking and clenching at his scales, before she lost control of her legs and collapsed to her knees.

The seal of his flare inside of her was too much to be dislodged by her movement though. Instead the kobold was left practically hanging from his shaft as he continued to fill her with cum. He hadn't had a chance earlier to warn her about the long-lasting orgasm of a male dragon, but now she got to experience it first hand as jet after jet of hot semen launched into her tiny body. Eventually even his flare couldn't contain the pressure, and each new wave was washed back out to pool around the kobold's knees where she knelt on his belly.

Still the two males pounded away at his backside and slit, taking their pleasure from his body and prolonging his orgasm ever farther. Somewhere in the back of his mind he felt them start to falter, and fall still, and then the wash of warm seed flowing into him. Over the course of the long minutes of his mind-bending orgasm, many of the kobolds involved in the orgy reached their ends, painting the dragon with all manner of mess. By the time Thal recovered his senses, the tiny figures around him were collapsed in various states of recovery, panting along with him.

Thal tried to speak, but found his tongue still buried in the kobold that now sat on his chin, shivering in the aftershocks of his efforts. Slowly Thal slurped his tired tongue from between her legs, drawing another yelp from her. As she slid bonelessly from his face, Thaliedasra lifted his head slowly to take in the scene. Rari and Squint were laying tangled together in their own mess, both of them staring in awe at Shay.

The hunter was still kneeling and panting, eyes wide as saucers. She was still partly suspended by his flare tying them together, unable to get any traction in the thick mess of his backwash. The toned muscles of her stomach were now hidden by a swollen gut that hung several inches lower than normal, and practically every inch of her was plastered with a thick coating of pearlescent white. Behind her, Rin still clung to the lower half of the dragon's shaft, still buried in Thal's slit. And behind him, Thal could just see the head of the kobold that had just finished reaming the dragon's rump.

"Shay, are you all right?" Thal asked, genuinely concerned. The blank expression on her face was impossible to read.

Shay looked at him for a moment with a vacant gaze, before a weak smile spread across her snout. "I think I'm gonna need a bath."

Thaliedasra chuckled and curled his tail up up to support her, providing her something to lean against so she wasn't hanging so heavily. It took a few more minutes for him to soften up enough to slip out of the kobold. When he did, she flopped limp and exhausted down onto his belly, heedless of the wet smack she made in the mess there.

Then Thaliedasra's hosts surprised him once more. The more recovered and able bodied kobolds retrieved towels and rags of all sizes, and began to clean not only one another, but the dragon as well. Thal could only groan in appreciation as he was wiped down by many helpful hands, until only the faintest traces of the orgy remained. Shay too was cleaned as much as possible, although it seemed like every time someone helped wipe her down, more of the dragon's cream would leak from between her thighs. Eventually they gave up, and Shay simply collapsed atop Thal's chest, cradled there by his arms.

Many of the kobolds began to drift away, seeking the comfort of their homes now that the excitement was over. Some few of them clustered around Thal, seeking his warmth as the bonfire began to die down. Eventually, shay gathered her wits enough to speak.

"Fucking hell Thal. That was really something."

"Yes. It was." He said softly, thoughtfully, looking down at the tiny creature nestled in his arms.

"You okay?" Shay asked, lifting her head to meet his gaze.

"Yes, I'm just thinking about some things. I kind of doubt that this was the type of learning that my clan intended when they sent me out, and I doubt they'd approve. Then again, our own queen married a human, so who knows. I guess I'm just a bit worried."

"Hey, don't overthink it. We had fun. Well, I had a load of fun, and I hope you did too. In the end that's the important part. 'Sides, not like any of this will get back to your folk. A kobold doesn't kiss and tell."
