Another one, this for FA:YourTreeflower07 with her characters Vaugh and Val. Haven't had much experience with sci-fi or aliens in general, so this was good practice. Also, a rare straight piece from me, who knew. Hope you enjoy it all the same

Nothing on the other side of the window but the vast darkness of space. Distant flickers of light here and there were the last breaths of stars that died long ago, and perhaps a couple planets waiting to be discovered. Nothing interesting going on.

The inside of the bridge wasn’t any livelier either. Slick chrome walls and floor, with several systems running silently in the background, keeping the ship afloat. Easy automatic settings that made actual piloting unnecessary. It left the owner a lot of free time; time that was often spent on the bridge, snowing on his seat while the endless blackness spread outside.

Vaughn stirred in his sleep for a moment, but he remained asleep after. The tall reptilian was a heavy sleeper. Dark scales covered his body, growing blacker as they curved towards his back, leaving him with smooth, reflective skin. He wore pants simply for the sake of decency, and an old hat rested on his head, brim covering his eyes; but he was shirtless, showing off his muscular physique, and the colorful neon patterns on his shoulders that seemed to swirl against the jet black of his scales. Long dreadlocks fell over his chest, covering the gentle rise it took with every breath. Between that and the light swishing from the tuft of fur at the end of his long tail, it was evident how deep in his sleep he was.

Until a small alarm beeped on the screen right in front of him, and he started stirring again. At first, he ignored it, preferring the much tempting embrace of sleep. But despite his attempts, the alarm refused to go down. Soon enough, the reptilian was forced awake with a groan, and his tail’s gentle swishing turned into angrier lashing.

“What in tarnation…” he asked groggily, to no one in particular. The hand that had been lazily draped over his crotch after his… late night activities, was now rubbing his eyes awake. A quick stretch followed, groaning as his muscles popped, and his gaze landed on the flashing screen. A note that he quickly recognized, and that he pressed with a mix of excitement and irritation. Words formed in front of him and he read through them surprisingly fast, a smirk slowly forming in his snout.

With another stretch, he stood up. He regarded the vastness of space for less than a second before turning, crossing the bridge doors and going further into his ship. His first instinct was the kitchen, to ease the growling that started coming up from his stomach. But the gentle hum and light from the engine room attracted him.

She was there, just as he had predicted. The young human woman he happened across few months earlier, back on Earth. And that had so gracefully ‘agreed’ to travel with him. Deceptively petit under her clothes, the baggy hoodie she wore around the ship hid a sturdy, slender body, and her eyes hid a clever mind. The brown hair, usually loose save for that one braid of darker strands, was held up in a bun as she, once again, messed with the ship’s engines. Vaughn remembered the first time she did with a smile, and how he screamed at her for messing with his ship, until he realized her modifications made his old girl much faster. Ever since, watching her play around in here was always a treat.

“Ey, loot,” he said with a grin. Val didn’t turn around, but the tension on her shoulders showed she heard. “Why dontcha get ‘n the kitchen ‘n get me some grub?”

And he laughed for around one single second before a gun’s muzzle was shoved right into his mouth, with Val’s eager finger on the trigger.

“How about a large plate of proton blaster, dick?” she roared. The reptilian, of course, started waving his arms in a panic, muffled words coming out through the gun, incomprehensible. After a few seconds, the human let out a sigh, and the gun cam out of Vaughn’s mouth. “The gun doesn’t even work. I’d like to think you’ll reconsider next time you want to be an asshole, but it hasn’t happened so far.”

“You jus’ need to loosen som’n,” despite rubbing his now sore jaw, Vaughn’s smile didn’t waver. “Get yer things ready. We got us a new gig. Nearby quadrant; sum hulk got off the slammer. They want ’im back.”

“Sounds easy,” Val said as she put away her tools, her hand never dropping that proton blaster. Vaughn wasn’t entirely convinced it was as useless as she made it out to be. “What’s the catch?”

“Guy’s like 9 feet tall,” she gave him a raised eyebrow, but all that got was a smirk out of the reptilian. “What? Yer not scared, are ya? We cou’d use the extra cash.”

“I know. And I’m not scared, just realistic,” she made her way to the door, and would’ve pushed Vaughn away had he not stepped out first. “A guy like that won’t be easy. Send me the info. I’ll get some things prepared while you eat.”

“You leavin’ me alone in the table? ‘N here I thought we were friends now,” he said in a mockingly dramatic tone, getting an exasperated sigh out of the human.

“I ate when I woke up, three hours ago, like a normal person,” and without turning around, she kept making her way towards the bridge entrance. “You know what? Forget it. I’ll get the info myself; fly us to the quadrant too, while I’m at it. You just get your fill and make sure I don’t leave you behind,” and as soon as she finished, the doors closed behind her.

Vaughn let out another quick chuckle. Months ago, back when he crashed on Earth and they met for the first time, they couldn’t understand a single word the other was saying. Now, after taking Val as his partner in the search for his missing crew, he was shocked by how sharp of a tongue the little woman had. Not that he was complaining about a feisty personality, but…

That thought had to be put on hold as the growling in his stomach grew louder. Whatever he wanted to ponder about regarding his new partner could always wait until after grub.

The planet they wounded up in was vastly different from Earth, or any other one either of them remembered being to before. But after so many different bounties caught all over the cosmos, it was hard to be surprised anymore. Val looked up at the pink skies, and then at the horizon. Nothing but volcanic rocks stretching as far as the eye could go, pulsing with veins of magma. Oozing some, even.

It was one of those barely hospitable planets that were also rich on rare metals. The only settlements were miles apart from one another, and rather than spreading they kept digging down. The result were small cities full of tall buildings that dove deeper and deeper underground. And as it seems to be common in such communities, the deeper you went, the worse the people got.

Vaughn and Val stood on one such building, scanning the surface of the city. The bounty hunter had put on a shirt, sleeves ripped off, fabric hugging snugly to his chest, and a hand resting on his hip, close to his trusted gun. He was the lookout while Val looked around, but he couldn’t help his eyes occasionally wandering towards the human. Her clothes had changed into a tighter outfit, one that hugged to her frame and pushed her breasts down, making her look even slimmer. It made her movements smoother, she said, and more than once she had proven so.

But the reptilian’s eyes always fell on the same thing. The left leg, rather than being the same soft white flesh as the rest of her body, was a cold, mechanical gray. It wasn’t the first time he saw a cybernetic prosthetic, of course, and he had already pried on his partner to find out the story behind it. But it was still odd to see a woman, especially one so seemingly harmless, with a robotic leg.

“I have nothing,” Val said, putting down her binoculars, and making the reptilian’s back stiffen as he looked anywhere else. It took him a few seconds to gather the strength to look back at the human, but she wasn’t concerned with him in the least. Her focus was taken by a small tablet she quickly typed in. “Makes sense. Our guy wouldn’t be in the upper levels; this area is for the big shots. Seems like we really have to go down to the slums if we want him.”

“We know nuthin’ ‘bout this planet,” Vaughn said just as Val jumped off the building. Yet one more thing about the human that no longer surprised him. And just in time, a small hook reached back to the roof’s railing, and he climbed down the rope attached to it, landing next to the woman and continuing without missing a beat. “Can’t jus’ walk in without alerting all ‘em, slimy bastards. We’re at a disadvantage.”

“I know, but what choice do we have?” she asked, but rather than a question, it was a statement. She made it clear by walking away without waiting for Vaughn’s response, out into the open streets. “Some good old detective work. Should be easy to find a guy this size anyway.”

“You humans ‘n yer ideas,” he tried his best to seem frustrated, but his smirk was too strong to go down. For all he said, Vaughn liked Val’s eagerness to get into the bounty.

As they walked down the street, the reptilian noted they were really going down. The inclination was small, but it was definitely present, and the more they walked, the further down they went. And it slowly became evident: The world around them became darker as the pinkish light of the sky started vanishing, turning into a smaller circle with every few steps they took. It was soon traded away for the artificial neon signs surrounding them, signaling the new, much different types of business. Far from the fancier restaurants and stores on the surface, they found more bars, pawn shops and several strip clubs Vaughn showed enthusiastic to enter, only for his partner’s judging looks to stop him.

Rather than making new buildings, the city simply expanded the existing ones as it went further down. But the lower they went, the buildings lost their glimmer, and their white coloration dulled and dirtied. Walls covered in graffiti, doors closed off and the buildings seemingly branching out into multiple caverns, all of them marked as mining areas…

But most of all, it was the people. The average folks from the surface were long gone. This deep, most of the varied species the bounty hunters saw were rugged and thuggish, most of them barely wearing anything to deal with the heat, throwing glares and snarls at the two strangers that had wandered this far down. More than one whistled at Val, and they only seemed to keep some distance at the sight of Vaughn’s gun, which he had long stopped keeping hidden.

“Lots’a creeps down ‘ere,” he whispered in his partner’s ear. “Most of ‘em with a record, I bet. But no target. We should go back.”

“Don’t give up so easily. Worst case scenario, we can always find ourselves an informant.”

“’N where do you wanna…” he stopped talking when the human turned to the side, headed to the entrance of an admittedly shoddy-looking bar. The neon sign with the name had several letters going out, so much that Vaughn couldn’t quite tell what it said anymore. “Val, you didn’t.”

“Ok, I may have asked around on the net for a bit, but everyone I got says this guy’s intel is good!”

“You don’ jus’ go leavin’ a trail, girl! What if we get caught?” he asked in contained panic as they entered the bar. Just like its entrance, the place was dark and murky. Several tables scattered around, almost randomly, each one full of different men of multiple species. Half of them chuckled and cheered as they downed their drinks, arm wrestling to pass the time. But it was the rest, the ones that stayed in silent with the same bottle they ordered when they came in, that seemed to completely drown the room with their presence alone. “I don’ like this joint.”

“Will you relax? I’ve seen worse places. Now, where- Ah! There’s our guy,” Val gestured to a table on the far end. A small insectoid creature sat on it, his multiple limbs wriggling in excitement with such gross abandon, Vaughn shivered. He let a package on the table and slid it to the other side, where a tall, wide man sat with his back to the door. “Probably some fake passport and shit. As soon as they’re done, we go and ask him.”

But they never even so much as talked to the bug. The moment the tall guy reached for the papers, he gave the informant a nod and stood up. It was then that the two bounty hunters caught sight of his size properly, as his head almost reached the ceiling. A massive bulk spread to the sides, his enormous, muscular back stretching the fabric of an equally gigantic hoodie, pulled up to hide his face in further darkness. But the moment he turned around, both of them recognized the factions underneath…

Vaughn gently pushed Val towards the bar, his eyes focused on the drinks while he tried his best to loosen his back. For a single moment, they walked past the hulking man. Maybe it was luck, or maybe he wanted to keep his own identity hidden as much as possible, but their eyes never crossed. And by the time the bounty hunters sat on the bar, their target was already on his way out the door.

“What are we doing? He’s right there,” Val whispered.

“You wan’ this place turn into a shootin’ gallery, go ahead. But only after I’m out,” and Val looked away. The reptilian was right, and she knew it. “We ask the bug. See where big boy’s goin’. Then we plan.”

“I could just follow him, you know?” and there she went again, until Vaughn’s frown got her quiet. It was often the same story with her, wanting to go the quick, reckless route. But when you’re a hunter, thinking first is often an advantage. It still surprised the reptilian how often he had to be the voice of reason between the two.

A quick pat on her back and the two stood up, getting a single weird look from the bartender before being shrugged off. Suspicious people made most of his clientele anyway. Vaughn, however, didn’t bother seeing any of them on their way to the bug, who was worryingly not in the least surprised when two strangers sat in front of him.

“Sir. Ma’am,” he said in a raspy voice, his legs still wriggling. Vaughn had hoped he could get some words out of the insectoid, but the sight alone made his stomach hurl for a second, and he had to look away. “What can I do for you?” he asked, and unable to reply, the reptilian realized he’d have to leave it up to his partner to make the questions this time. And that only made his worries grow.

“Listen here, bug,” Val started. “We need to know where that lug who was here is headed, what he wanted from you, everything. And we need it yesterday, understand?”

“I’m afraid I can’t just tattle on one of my clients, ma’am. Confidentiality-

He stopped in his tracks when the human quietly placed her gun on the table, but other than that had no reaction. And meanwhile, Vaughn was silently screaming at his partner for that. If the bug did business in this dump, there was no way a simple gun would scare him. At best, they would get a polite warning to fuck off. At worst, they would have to run for their lives to keep from turning into cheese, and they would lose their bounty. But there was no stopping Val once she got her mind set on something.

“I know your type. You’d betray anyone for the right price, wouldn’t you? Well, how’s not getting your head splattered on the walls for a price?”

“Brave words for such a young lady. But I got enough protection. You pull the trigger, and no one in this bar lets you walk out alive,” and to mark his words, the bug waved just once, and the bar was filled with the shifting of several chairs. Vaughn only took one glance, noting every other drinking patron was now looking their way. His face remained stone cold, just like Val’s, but he, at least, was starting to regret bringing the human over. “So, if we could negotiate like civilized people, I feel like we could reach an agreement.”

“You want an agreement?” she kept talking in the same tone. What was it with humans and their lack of self-preservation instincts? “Nothing confirms me that these guys will let me walk out alive one way or another. And I’m reckless enough to pull a gun out when you obviously have this place bought out, so I’m also reckless enough to shoot your ass and try and push my way out. Now, I may or may not make it one way or another, but you, sir, will be 100% dead if you don’t cooperate. I’m sure if we can agree on something, it’s on that.”

The bug didn’t respond immediately. He held the woman’s stare, legs frozen as his apparent excitement vanished. Vaughn tried his best to keep his eyes on the two of them, constantly glancing down to the gun, ready to stop Val should things get bad. But his attention kept going to the other men surrounding them, their backs growing tense, the air around them getting hotter, their hands itching to pull the trigger. He looked for a way out, a gap between them all through which they could escape; sizing up each opponent, wondering which ones they could take down before the first shot reached one of them. Him, most likely, considering Val’s speed and his own poor luck.

“…You play a hard bargain, girl,” the bug chuckled. And in ominously synchronized movements, the men on the bar returned to their drinks, ignoring the table on the back. Vaughn couldn’t quite shake the shiver crawling up his back yet, but at least he wasn’t entirely fearing for his life anymore. “Alright then. My former client requested basic documents, fake passports and the like, as well as safe passage through the planet’s smuggling routes.”

“Smuggling routes?”

“They’re deep down the miles. Mostly materials, sometimes refugees. Guess he wants to leave the quadrant as soon as possible. He had the credits, so I didn’t pry,” and without prompt, the insect slid a small memory card across the table. Val quickly inserted it in her wristband, and the holographic screen popped up, showing a long series of cragged, winding tunnels connecting with one another. “I’ll even throw in the map for free, just so you two come across the big guy with no problem. Now, our business concluded, I must ask you to leave. And if any of my guys ever sees you around this city again, they’re shooting the back of your heads.”

“A pleasure doing business with you,” Val said curtly, and got up. Just like that, without much flair and not an ounce of fear in her steps, she made her way towards the door. And Vaughn followed suit, standing straight, puffing out his chest just menacingly enough. None of the other patrons said or did anything, not even as much as throwing a passing glance at them, until they crossed the doors and returned to the damp outside of the underground city.

“You gon’ get us killed, girlie!” Vaughn hissed at his partner once they were a safe distance away from the bar. “One o’ these days, I swear! You said you got an informan’, not a crime lord! ‘N that’s ‘nother bar off the list ‘cause o’ you.”

“Calm down, it worked out fine. I knew what I was doing.”

“Like hell…!” he tried. He really tried, but the human was already rushing through the map, leaving his words to fall on deaf ears. In the end, he could only click his tongue in frustration and go along with whatever idea was now working its way up her head.

And once again, without any warning, Val started running her way down the street, pushing people away. For exactly one second, Vaughn stared at her in disbelief, only to run after her as fast as his legs would allow. She had always been fast for a human, and before long, the reptilian started panting trying to keep up with her. A sharp turn took him by surprise, but he still followed her into the caves to their sides.

The tunnel was dark and went deep with only a few lights hanging from the walls to keep their path illuminated, but Vaughn didn’t pay them attention. Nor did he stop to hear the words from the many miners around, screaming at them for entering the mines unauthorized. Forget the bar; at this rate, he wouldn’t be allowed in the planet anymore. Another one off the list.

“Val!” he yelled when the distance between them closed, sure that he would soon lose what little energy he had remaining in his body. He couldn’t say anything else, only following the human while she stared at the map and sprinted ahead. Only then did it occur to the bounty hunter that he had no idea where they were, and that he was depending entirely on the woman to guide him. This area of the mines was empty, and the lights grew dull as they went ahead, slowly sinking them into darkness.

“There’s a hidden tunnel around here,” Val started. How her voice didn’t break while running was perhaps the smallest mystery of her abilities. “The smugglers take their goods and people through a railway into the main port city, and they leave from there. If we don’t catch our guy here, he’ll go anywhere outside of the quadrant, so hurry the fuck up!” and just like that, she started running faster.

Vaughn wanted to scream, but alas, a light at the end of the tunnel gave him hope that maybe, just maybe, she really did know what she was doing. And that he soon wouldn’t have to run any longer.

By the time he crossed it and exited the tunnel, Val had already stopped and was scanning through the area. Vaughn still needed a few seconds to catch his breath, but when he looked up, he came across the same thing his partner was silently amazed by: A long railgun train, and an ancient model at that; the kind that was probably used last century to move material in and out of the mines. It was blackened by years of dust and use, and it aimed itself into a long, dark tunnel towards the end of the tall alcove they were in.

Two distinct lines could be told apart; the first was comprised of several armed men, each of them either keeping guard or moving crates into the train. No doubt the smugglers in charge of the operation, if their masked faces were anything to go by. But there was another line, one that they also jealously guarded; it was a line of people. Individuals of varying species, of all ages and sizes, slowly entering the train one by one. And it didn’t take the bounty hunter much of an effort to find the giant lug of muscle that was their target. He could wear all the hoodies he wanted, they did nothing to hide his enormous bulk.

“There ‘e is,” he said, hand going for his trusty gun. “Oi, loot! We got ‘em. What ye lookin’ for?”

“I’m checking out the guards,” she explained. Vaughn was about to say something else, but one glance to the twitchy trigger finger was all he needed to see. “They haven’t seen us this far back yet, but they’re paying attention. Not leaving any empty spots. We get careless, we get shot. So we have to go in and do this fast.”

“’N how do ye-

He stopped when Val, once again, took the words out of his mouth by jumping into the cave, sprinting all the way to the line. There were a few yells and grunts from the guards, but in the two seconds it took her to reach the refugees, she ignored them. Instead, she reached their target, charged up a jump with her bionic leg and socked him right on the jaw, hard enough that she sent him tumbling into the ground. The ninja, however, landed perfectly on the ground, shaking the pain off her hand.

The cave was quickly filled with the terrified screams of the other refugees, as well as deep grunts from the rougher ones as they tried to run away, making their way across the guards. Said guards, however, just like Vaughn himself, were frozen in place out of sheer surprise over the woman’s audacity (although the bounty hunter had an array of different words for that).

But amongst the chaos of running bodies, the massive lug that was their target slowly got back up. Val looked at him across the people, but the criminal didn’t even spare her a sideways glance. He turned tail and ran like hell through the nearest tunnel, not caring where he might come up. And without missing a beat, the ninja got up and rushed behind him, easily avoiding the mob.

“H-Hey! Get her!” one of the guards said, finally out of his stupor, and the rest soon followed. All of them holding their guns up and yelling, aiming them at the refugees that hadn’t managed to escape just yet. “Line them back up! And someone get that bitch! And her partner too!” he pointed at Vaughn.

“…Fuck.”

Several muzzles rose and aimed towards the lonely lizard on the back of the cave. More than one was ready to pull the trigger. But none of them saw the lizard’s hand vanishing in a flash, and before they knew it, they had all been stunned to the ground. Vaughn twirled his gun in one finger, just like he had seen in those movies back on Earth, and was about to holster it again… Only for a shot to almost reach his head. When he realized the remaining guards weren’t going to stop for him to look cool, he rushed as well, ducking and returning fire, hiding between the escaping refugees until he reached the same tunnel through which his partner had escaped.

He abandoned the light of the alcove, sinking once again into the darkness of the mines. There was no way he could reach Val, no matter how fast he ran, yet he pushed forward guided by a different kind of instinct. He was getting closer; it was almost as if he could feel it in the walls. Every step he took was a step closer to their target, and to his missing partner.

The sounds of a squabble reached his ears. Thuds from a light body landing on the ground, punches being thrown and dodged, and a thunderous roar echoing on the rock, no doubt from the massive bad boy himself. Every step, the sounds became louder, clearer, until even in the darkness his eyes were adapted enough to distinguish the two silhouettes, fighting. Val had the advantage in the shadows, and even then, their bounty was giving her a tough time.

“Duck!” he yelled, gun already aiming. Val followed through, and with her petit body out of the way, Vaughn pressed the trigger. An energy shot burst out of it, landing square on the hulk’s chest. Sparks crackled through his body as it grew still for a second, but the man responded with a weaker, still intimidating roar.

“Did you seriously take that shot!?” Val yelled back. “Inside a cave? In complete darkness!?”

“It worked, nay?” and his trigger finger kept pulling, shot after shot landing on the hulk’s body. Even in the darkness he could clearly see him as long as he was holding his gun. His aim was true, no matter what.

But no matter how many of his shots hit the mark, not a single one of them worked. The criminal stopped for less than a second at first, and before long, he was brushing the stunning shots with ease. There was nothing Vaughn could do other than jump away from the massive fist that was swung his way. He ended up on the ground, looking in the darkness for his fallen hat, while the large criminal’s fist was stuck to the rock.

Out of nowhere, a blur in the shadows reached for the bounty’s head, followed by a hollow metallic sound. The lug of a man stopped struggling against the wall, taking a sloppy step forward before falling to his knees and onto the ground. His arm, still stuck to the wall, was the only thing keeping him up from the floor. Vaughn stared at him, almost feeling sorry, before putting his hat back on and looking over to the human girl coming back from the shadows.

“Easy peasy,” she said with a grin.

Vaughn didn’t say anything. He just held his gun up and raised the stun to max, pushing the trigger against the fainted bounty. His unconscious body thrashed wildly for a few seconds before his hand dislodged from the wall, falling next to him.

Too much? Some might say. Not Vaughn. He was just tired.

Just like that, another adventure ended. They took the criminal to the planet’s authorities and cashed in their money. Whatever they did with him now was their problem. All they wanted was to go back to their ship, drop on bed and sleep the night away. Spending the bounty on booze could always wait until the morning.

At least that’s what Vaughn wanted to do. His normally shining black scales were dull from the exhaustion. He wanted nothing more than to fall asleep right away. From the bridge, he casually glanced at the planet, where he had made two new powerful enemies in a matter of hours, all thanks to the human woman with him. It was moments like this what made part of him regret bringing her in the first place. When he remembered the easier times of hunting, taking his time with each bounty, researching for a while, enjoying himself. The glorious era when jumping into the room, guns ablaze, was plan C at best.

Now, he was tired all the time. And Val?

“Man, that was great!” she was predictably perky. She enjoyed the adrenaline of the hunt too much, and it always left her like this afterwards. “And we cashed in good! This should keep us afloat for a few weeks. Think we’ll come across your crew in that time?”

“Mlem,” he grumbled with a yawn and a stretch. “I’m hittin’ the hay. Talk in the morrow.”

“What, already? I’m rearing to go for another one right now!” she said, far too loudly, but the reptilian ignored her on his way to his room. He pulled his shirt off on the hallway, too tired to care about any kind of decency. And yet, despite his best efforts at keeping her out of his mind, Val’s words found their way back into his ears, along with her fists tapping on his back. “Come on, man! I have too much energy! Let’s go to the training room and spar for a while! You could use any training to be more useful next time. Get it? Because you didn’t do much today.”

“First, bug off. Secon’, what ye do wit’ yer ‘extra energy’ ain’t my business, so again, bug off,” he growled as his door opened. He didn’t hear a word after that, but the angry stomping behind him was all the confirmation he needed. Out of a sense of morbid curiosity, he looked over his shoulder. Almost wanting to see the human’s angry face. But instead, he found himself face to face with her bare back, as the jumpsuit fell on the floor. Inspired by his own lack of pudor, most likely, she now stood naked in front of her opening door. And as if feeling him staring, she also looked over her shoulder.

“What?” she said in the same angry tone. But once again, Vaughn ignored it.

The reptilian stepped over, hand resting on his partner’s shoulder, gently guiding her to turn around. She made no effort to hide her breasts, and his eyes landed immediately on them. Peculiar things the females of his species didn’t have, and that he had always been intrigued by. The sight alone stirred his loins and made him step forward. He barely applied any force on Val’s shoulder; she followed his motions into her room, until the two of them landed on the bed. Vaughn was above her, holding himself up with both arms, staring her in the eye. She held his gaze for a long while, but in the end looked away with a frustrated sigh.

“What happened with hitting the hay?” she asked dryly. “You get tired until you need some attention? A quickie or two?”

“Nah, I’m tired. But ye got me heated up down’ere, and I can’t sleep ‘til I take care of it,” he whispered. “Could help wit’ all the extra energy you got. But if you don’t want, just say so.”

“I didn’t say that,” her hands reached for the alien’s arms and climbed them, reaching his slender chest. Her fingers trailed the neon patterns on his shoulders for a moment, pressing deep until they found the muscles underneath, roaming down his strong torso. Vaughn let out a low growl at her touch, which turned into a sigh when her hand landed on his pants, cupping the tent forming inside.

They didn’t need any more words. Vaughn leaned down and nuzzled her neck, feeling her shiver from the cold touch of his scales. Wasn’t the first time. And it didn’t stop him from going down, his snout pressed against her body at all times. Hands moved and coursed her lithe hips, going upwards as his lips went down. His snout rested between her breasts for a moment, kissing them, nuzzling them as well, until they were caught on his fingers. Gentle squeezes were all it took to get a whimper out of the otherwise aggressive ninja. Her pink, perky nipples ended between his fingers, and he gave them a few pinches to get more of her delicious moans into the room.

His head was still between them, but as much as he wanted to stay in that position, other things called for his action; other instincts flaring furiously against his pants. He kept his course going, kissing every inch of skin on his way. He ended on her abdomen, admiring the muscles hidden underneath her clear complexion. And further down, tongue flickering as his excitement grew, as new energy suddenly started bursting throughout his body, he came across the small pair of black panties keeping him from his treasure. They were plain, practical, like Val herself always preferred. But his eyes landed on something else.

The glint of light barely bouncing off a metallic surface, left dull by years of use, no longer holding the same shine as it once did. His eyes landed on that mechanical leg, moving and trembling as much as the real deal. The sensations he gave the human were that intense. And riding that same train of thought, his hands abandoned her breasts and roamed down to her legs. He raised them just enough to get a kiss on the robotic thigh, his eyes never tearing apart from Val’s face. The action alone made her blush and tremble, like every time before, and it got a smile out of the reptilian.

The same hands pulled her underwear off, his touch growing rougher as the heat spread up from between his legs. Vaughn could barely contain himself any longer. Lucky for him, behind the tiny piece of fabric he now tossed on the floor, was the prize he had been waiting for: The slick, pink folds of Val’s vagina, where a single drop of her juices threatened to push out. It glistened with what little light was in the room, luring Vaughn to it, until he lunged, scooping it up with his tongue and relishing on her powerful taste.

He was far from over. The same tongue dived deeper inside, flickering and licking, tasting every inch of Val’s inner walls on its way. Her sweet essence stuck to his buds and made his chest rumble in approval. And it made the human whimper louder as she was ravaged. He pulled out to lap at her, to trail the edges of her bulb with the tip of his tongue and make her shiver from the myriad of sensations. When he went for her clit, Val’s back arched upwards as a moan escaped her, and the sound only made the reptilian grow more excited.

He could feel his erection push against the fabric of his pants. A free hand went down and gave it a good squeeze, and he could already feel the first squirt of pre making its way out. Just like more of the fresh juices pushed out of Val’s pussy, only for him to lap them back up. His entire body trembled from the nectar, feeling even the smallest drop heating him up on its way down his throat. And he pushed deeper in, holding her legs in place and diving further, until his nose was pressed against the sensitive lips. Just like the flavor, her aroma was sweet, hot and powerful. Together, they were overwhelming.

But just as he was losing himself in her essence, the strong thighs around Vaughn’s head clamped around him. He would never admit out loud how thrilled he actually was in such a position, but it was used to push him back down on the bed. Before he knew what was happening, he was the one lying against the sheets, with the human woman sitting on his face.

“…Well, ok,” he said as he leaned forward, but Val’s hand kept his head in place. When he looked up, he realized the human was trying to catch her breath.

“Not quite, cowboy,” and of course, she just had to smirk at that last one. But Vaughn only felt disappointment when the strong legs abandoned their position, and the sweet fountain of nectar was taken away from him. Val focused on different things, going for his pants and quickly undoing the belt and button.

It took the alien a minute to understand, but once he did, his tail flickered in excitement. He thought about helping, but there was something comfortable about letting the human take control of the situation. Just kick back and enjoy while she pulled down his pants, exposing the already stiff erection. He gave it a single look, silently eyeing himself up as his manhood pointed to the roof, before his eyes returned to the woman. Her lithe body was scooting back, until her legs spread open on top of his crotch. The soft curves of her hips and her muscles made the alien’s member twitch.

Soon, her pussy was pressed against the length, fingers pushing them together. Vaughn licked his lips while his breathing rushed. The warmth coming from her loins enveloped his member, drawing it in like a magnet. And she pushed the tip in, her insides spreading with every inch the long member took into her. The soft inner walls clamped around the tip instantly, and more of his cock suffered the same fate as it dove further in. Hot fluids started to push out of them both, coating the inner walls and covering his member, just as it oozed its own seed out. In record time, Val was slick, and Vaughn’s manhood slid into her with no difficulty.

A short gasp and occasional moans were all the sounds she made on her way down. It took her a while to reach the end, to have that entire length buried into her pussy. But once she did, she wasted no time in pushing it back out. She was already ramming her pussy with the reptilian’s cock, and Vaughn’s eyes popped open from the sudden sensations coursing through his member. His entire body trembled as his dick was squeezed by the tight, wet insides, already desperate to milk him. And when he looked up, he saw the human jumping on his crotch ecstatically, her face twisted in absolute bliss.

“Fuck,” he whispered. For a second, the tiredness abandoned his body, and he joined in her movements. His cock drove deep inside her, thrust after thrust, causing her moans to get louder and stronger. The hands that had been resting to the sides of his body roamed up through the woman’s thighs, rubbing her muscles all the way to her hips. A single thumb dared to reach further, to where the sensitive clit rested, and he continued the same furious rubbing he had started with his tongue mere seconds before.

He could feel her clamping around his length harder. It was no longer pleasure alone that made her make those faces, but need as well. Her body reacted to the desire for his milk, and his own followed through. His hips bucked faster with every second, until his balls slapped against Val’s body. Every hit made them slam, their contents churning and boiling, yearning for that sweet release that her insides promised him. The more she squeezed him, the faster she rode him and the harder he rubbed her folds and squeezed her clit. The shaking in both their bodies synchronized; soon, they were both trembling in perfect unison, wrapped around each other’s sensations.

Vaughn was the first one to cave in. With one final, powerful hump, his load came bursting out of his cock, deep inside the human’s pussy. It took only a few seconds for some drops to come out on the sides, falling on his crotch and onto the sheets beneath them. But Val didn’t stop there; rather, her own jumps became rougher, more furious. As her body was filled up, she clenched harder, hoping to get more of that hot, delectable fluid inside her. Her own juices slowly thickened, mixing with the reptilian seed. The scent coming out of her was so powerful, even at this distance Vaughn could detect it. It energized him, made him continue his own humping harder.

Finally, Val’s own orgasm hit. Her insides flooded with her hot, sticky juices, mixing with the thick seed in her body. She continued to squeeze, to try and milk more out of her partner, and the mixed substance inside her flowed out, coating the reptilian’s crotch. Vaughn growled and moaned, joining her in filling the room with their voices. The heat spread through their bodies, furiously so. The trembling became more aggressive, and his cock kept shooting like mad.

He wasn’t sure when it all ended. It became a blur afterwards; a haze that ended when Val climbed off his cock and dropped down on the bed, next to him. She was panting. So was he. A hand lazily reached for his loins and found them a sticky mess.

“Ok… I needed that,” the human sighed. It could barely get Vaughn’s attention, however. After the quick burst of energy passed with his own shots, he started drifting away. The world turned blurry again, and he realized his own exhaustion. “Could go for a second round in a while. What about you?”

“Nah…” he groggily said. “You mind… if I…” he never got to finish the sentence. He fell asleep before the last few words could leave his mouth. He didn’t get to see his partner chuckling at his apparent lack of stamina, and instead just drowned on his dreams, of chasing the same guy through countless tunnels. Just another regular day.
