Skye woke up sometime around midnight. Ruki was asleep on her chest, his cheek resting against her neck. She groaned tiredly and straightened out her legs. Skye had a clear mind now, and she couldn't believe what had happened between her and Ruki just a few hours ago, as if she was previously intoxicated. Maybe it was a dream. She slowly reached her right hand down to her thighs and over her looser vaginal folds from the night before, feeling around for her panties, and then she looked beside her to see them lying on the bed. Ruki woke up minutes after a bit of sunlight started to enter the room, and he eventually lifted his head. He saw Skye looking up at him, and he was very happy to wake up to her face, but her eyes wore sorrow instead.

All it took was for her to see her beloved Ruki innocently staring down at her as he usually would for her eyes to begin welling up. "I'm so sorry, Ruki..."

He tilted his head a bit. What was she sorry for?

"I... wasn't thinking properly. I shouldn't have pulled you into how I felt," she said and slid from under him to put her panties back on. Skye noticed there were a few dry spots underneath them that warranted a blanket change. There should be extra bedding in the restroom cabinets.

Ruki sat up and watched her with flattened ears. Skye had the wrong idea. He'd thoroughly enjoyed their night spent together. He went and sat in front of her after she'd slipped on her panties for now.

She sat, filled to the brim with guilt while looking at him, and she didn't speak a word. Skye noticed that he looked confused.

He leaned forward, just inches away from her face, and gently licked the tears away from her cheeks and from around her eyes. Ruki was mature enough to consent. He knew what he was doing last night- well, kind of, but he wanted to relieve whom he adored so much.

Skye wiped her eyes after he pulled away so she could fully see him through her tears. "I just don't want anything to change," she sniffled. "I can't have that..."

If anything, their passionate session had drawn Ruki closer to her. "Ni," he nudged her cheek with his nose and eyed her with concern. It was nothing he wanted to see her crying about.

She softly sighed, leaning in and firmly embracing Ruki's body while burying her face in his furry chest. Skye felt so relieved that Ruki still loved her as she did him. She wasn't sure what exactly she was thinking would happen between them, but it wasn't this outcome. She pulled away after a few moments and eyed him with her bloodshot orbs. "Wouldn't you... rather have lost your innocence to another pokémon?"

Ruki quickly shook his head. No pokémon could make him feel as good both inside and out like Skye did. She had a highly alluring effect on him, and she both looked and sounded better than any pokémon while doing it.

"But, we shouldn't do this again, Ruki. It was my fault it happened in the first place," she said.

That was true, but he'd mate her again if she allowed him to. Ruki wouldn't necessarily encourage that idea, but he wouldn't pass up the opportunity to please Skye and have it feel so good at the same time.

"Unless... unless we kept it here."

Ruki's ears perked.

She grinned a little. "We couldn't take this back home. If we did it again, it'd only be here in Sinnoh. It wouldn't exist after we left."

He nodded at her, that was a deal he'd definitely agree on.

Skye grinned some more and buried her face back into his dampened chest, softly kissing it. "Love you," she whispered into his fur while slowly running her hands up the sides of his body. She pulled away for good some seconds later. "Are you hungry? We didn't eat at all last night."

Ruki yawned and gave Skye another nod. He would love to eat whatever they'd won from yesterday's battle. He was tired of malasadas.
