It took five days to gather all the information they needed to find Thomas. Usually a long planning period had the twins growly and angry but with them home they seemed calmer. More okay with the planning time. Ava enjoyed planning with Apollo and staying out in the wilds. Even though they were hunting a man down she found herself happy and calmer than ever.

They were to drive out together to New York Friday night. Wednesday came and they started packing and preparing for the trip. Ava got an SUV from Black Paw and Apollo had her own smaller car she used now and then for travel. They packed and moved things in their full forms. Easier.

Half way through the day Ava dragged the twins away from their mother into the trees. They followed her of course with a confused look on their faces.

"Yes Alpha?"

Kayden asked standing with his twin. Ava smiled up at him, pushing her muzzle into his chest fur.

"I wanted to not share you two for a few moments. Are you excited boys? Thomas will soon be in our paws."

His pointed ears laid flat against his head as he stared down at her.

"Yes, we want to make him pay."

Jayden growled agreeing with his brother.

"Bite chunks off of him until he dies from it."

Ava shivered smiling at them.

"Are you alright with having the proof of death you two eating someone? That's usually the first question I get asked."

"We care little what others think of us."

Kayden stated. Jayden nodded and met her eyes.

"Everyone will know what we can do and what we will do if they try to hurt you."

"I want to keep a tape for...training...purposes."

"You just want a snuff film with us in it."

Jayden joked as Kayden laughed. Ava blushed even in her pelt and looked down at her feet.

"Don't kink shame your Alpha hounds."

They just laughed more and Jayden commented.

"We aren't Alpha. How could we?"

Kayden closed the space between them and pressed his muzzle against hers.

"We are your kinks."

Ava laughed and shoved him away.

"Oh hush. Let's get back before Apollo comes looking for us. We only have a few more things to pack."

"Yes Alpha."

Twin's POV

Kayden finished loading the SUV with his brother beside him. Jayden gave a sigh and looked to his brother.

"I am ready to get rid of this asshole."

"I am as well. I want to get back to working with our Alpha. Taking jobs and fucking the day away."

Jayden chuckled and looked over to Ava. She stood with their mother laughing and talking.

"I agree. She is perfect for us."

"Both of us."

Kayden added. He shut the trunk of the SUV and went back to his mother's side.

"We are all ready."

"Good. Now we just have to wait for the right time."

Apollo said smiling at them.

"I'm going out tonight to hunt us down some food. Think you three can keep your paws off each other long enough to clean out my fire pit?"

Jayden turned away, shy, as Ava just laughed. Kayden smiled at his mother and said.

"Of course."

"Good. Deer again?"

Apollo asked turning back to Ava. Jayden looked to his brother who met his eyes. He spoke in their language then.

<Think she heard us?>

<Doubtful. The walls are thick. I'm sure it's from the fading marks on our Alpha's neck.>

<I hate that they fade...>

<Then we will just have to remake them.>

Kayden growled to him. Jayden nodded and smiled at him.

<Yes.>

"Oh there they go again."

Apollo came over to them and growled.

"You two and that damn growly language. I will still beat you both."

"You don't understand it either?!"

Ava asked. She looked shocked. It made Kayden chuckle as Jayden said.

"No one does."

Apollo growled and turned away from them.

"I know a few words. I'm going out to hunt. Get that fire pit clean."

"Alright."

Jayden answered. Kayden watched Apollo dart into the trees then he turned to Ava. She met his eyes and smiled her beautiful smile at him. His heart rate rapidly increased just from that.

"Hey boy."

Kayden smiled back at her. He hated smiling but with her now it seemed to just come out of him. Effortless.

"Hello Alpha. Me and Jay can clean that fire pit in ten minutes."

"Good to know. How about you meet me in your room in nine minutes?"

Ava let out a lustful growl gazing up at him. Jayden came over and kissed her.

"Yes Alpha. We can do that without issue."

"What you think Kay? Want to have some fun?"

Kayden instantly wanted her. It was easy for her to turn him on. He nodded and came over to her side.

"Yes, I do love listening to you squeak and squeal."

Ava growled at him moving closer.

"You two are good at it. Go clean boys, your Alpha awaits with your reward."

Ava's POV

Friday actually came too quickly for Ava. She was just loving life living in the wilds. It was amazing out there. But once Friday did come she was ready. They all took turns driving both the SUV and Apollo's smaller car to New York.

Apollo's friends in Black Paw set her up with a safe house as well as a small weapons cache. Pelham Bay Park was where Thomas was hiding with three hired body guards until he could get a flight back to Russia. If he got back to Russia Ava didn't know if they could catch him. Russia was large and secretive, at least in the States cameras where everywhere. This was their chance to get him and their only chance to do it with the help from Black Paw like this.

Settling in their safe house they would wait until nightfall then head out to do what they do best. Kill people.

Ava sat alone in the living room reading over her files once more. Staring down at Thomas's face she let out a soft growl. He would pay for tricking her like this. Distracting her from her boys. Selling out his kin. Everything. He didn't seem to fear her boys before, now he will know why they are so feared.

"Alpha?"

Glancing up she found Jayden peaking in the room.

"Everything alright?"

"Yes boy."

She held out her hand and smiled over at him.

"Come sit with your Alpha."

He grunted and came over to her side. She held his hand tightly then said.

"Ready go get back to our normal. I believe you two owe me a date as well."

"Yes, our fourth now."

Jayden leaned over and gently kissed her cheek.

"We will get rid of him and get our life back."

"Do you like the idea of spending your life with me hound?"

Ava asked turning to look at him. Jayden's smile was kind and sweet as he looked away from her eyes.

"Yes. Following your orders for the rest of my life is exactly what I want to do."

"So you'd be alright just killing people forever?"

"Long as I get to do it with you, yes."

Jayden folded his hands together and dragged his eyes to hers.

"Honestly, as long as I could be with you I'd do anything. Obviously I like killing people so I'll continue to do it for Black Paw or on my own time, but as long as I have you I'll do anything."

"You would follow me to the ends of the Earth? Wouldn't you?"

Ava asked with a smile. Jayden nodded staring at her, his eyes soft.

"Yes, without a doubt. Just let me kill something though."

"Always. You boys are my kinks remember."

Ava said with a laugh. She patted his shoulder than closed the file in her lap.

"I was thinking. It's so nice out here and the only reason I joined Black Paw all those years ago was to hunt down my mother's killer. I killed him...years ago now. I was just so enthralled with the money...I don't think I've ever thought about anything else. Maybe...maybe it's time for a change..."

"You'd leave?"

Jayden asked. His voice sounded surprised. Ava shrugged but smiled at him.

"I'm just thinking Jay."

"You'd take us with you...right?"

He asked his eyes growing worried, his hand tightening around hers. Ava nodded and kissed his cheek.

"Of course. You are my boys. Where I go, you follow. That's that."

"We...I will continue to follow you Alpha. Always."

"I know hound."

She patted his chest then stood up from the couch.

"Let's get ready to leave. Night will fall soon and it is time to hunt down our target. Hope you haven't eaten today."

"Nope."

Jayden growled and stood beside her.

"Saving room to do my Alpha's bidding."

"I am going to enjoy this."

Ava growled and met his eyes.

"More than you two I think."

Jayden chuckled and kissed her.

"I doubt it."

Ava lead her family into Pelham park right around 3am. Apollo followed close behind her, with the twins at Ava's sides. All of them in their full forms. Battle ready and angry, Ava was not afraid of failing tonight.

As they drew close traps started popping up along the trees. Large bar traps and what looked like snare nets littered the ground. They all were too smart for that. Ava slowed as they reached their location. A small rundown shack sat just in front of a small bog of water. Old wooden walls showed a light on inside. Ava could just see the three men standing or sitting outside chatting with each other. The door creaked closed to the shack proving Thomas was inside. Now was the time. Ava turned to her family and said.

"Me, Jay, and Apollo. We take the guards. Kayden."

His eyes snapped to her and she growled out her words.

"Get in that shack and hog tie our target. Alive. Do you hear me boy?"

"Yes Alpha."

"Apollo."

Ava turned to her.

"Don't record until I say so. All we need is proof of death, not us seeking vengeance."

"Agreed."

Apollo replied with a short nod. Ava turned to Jayden and met his eyes.

"Don't you dare attack him before I say so."

"Yes Alpha."

"Good. Go."

They flew past her and Ava turned to join them. Ready to prove her reign over the twins to Thomas.

Kayden slammed his entire body into the shack with a loud roar. Crashing through it and falling inside. The guards reacted instantly and snapped into their own full forms. Lycans. Ava was expecting humans.

Jayden didn't seem to care. He still ran full force into one of the guards knocking them both down to the ground. Apollo let out a deathly snarl as she collided with another. Ava had not heard a female sound so lethal before. No doubt she was the twin's mother.

Ava waited for the last to run at her, learning his movements. He snarled showing off all his teeth as he bared down on her. She waited until he leap into the air to attack. She stood straight up catching him under the armpits and sank her teeth into his neck as he came down on top of her. Holding tight to his underarms his movements contained. Grunting as they landed she held tight to his throat, feeling his windpipe close in her jaws. He thrashed and tried to swipe his jagged claws through her pelt but she was used to fighting Kayden. This was nothing but a normal Lycan attack. She was used to fighting a rabid animal.

His movements slowed as his brain was cut off from oxygen. His snarl fading to silence he slumped down to the ground. Ava held strong for a bit longer to make sure he was out then released him. Apollo came over to her side, her muzzle covered in blood, much like her son's.

"I'm going to do a lap around the area. Guards are dead but I don't want anyone surprising us. Kayden has Thomas inside muzzled and bound."

"Alright, come right back."

"Always."

Ava went to Jayden who had just finished ripping the guards chest open with a loud snarl. She growled catching his attention. His dripping muzzle turning to her she said.

"Inside. Now."

He didn't even nod, just instantly leap into the shack with Ava.

Kayden had Thomas, who was surprisingly still in his human form. Tied to a chair a large clump of cloth was shoved into his mouth and taped down with duct tape. Not a scratch on him. Ava snarled at Thomas coming up to him. His eyes went wide when he noticed her. Staring in disbelief.

"Take the gag out."

She growled. Kayden ripped the tape off his face making him yelp loudly.

"Fuck!"

"Oh you think that hurts?"

Ava hissed at him.

"Try living through an explosion."

He glared back at her and said.

"You weren't supposed to live."

"Clearly."

Ava snapped.

"You almost killed my boys. For what? What could you have possibly have got from that?"

"Money. Enough money to not have to worry about this shitty little attack you three are launching."

Thomas spat.

"You think I didn't know you'd come after me? I planned for this."

Suddenly the shack door slammed opened and Apollo strolled in. She held up a human head in her paw and snarled. Thomas's face dropped seeing the head. Apollo let go and it rolled over to Thomas's feet.

"I killed them all. All your backup guards. You are alone out here. With the worst family to fuck with."

Ava turned back to Thomas who looked up at her. She let out a soft growl and said.

"As you were saying? You sold us out for money? Your own kin?"

"Fine! Kill me. You think I'm the only one? HA!"

Thomas snarled at her.

"Oh I planned to."

Ava said with a nod.

"Kill you that is. The best way I know how. You remember what you asked me about the twins?"

Thomas glared hard at her.

"You mean on our date?"

Jayden snarled loudly and moved to jump at him.

"Jayden. Stay."

Ava commanded not even looking over at him. His snarl waned to a growl as he stayed still.

"Yes Thomas. On our shitty little date."

Thomas looked from Jayden to Ava, stunned by her control.

"You do control them..."

"She is the only thing keeping you alive."

Kayden rumbled behind him. Thomas struggled against the zip ties around his wrists then said.

"What do you want from me then? Must be a reason you are keeping me alive."

"I can't accept that you chose money over your own kind."

Ava snarled at him.

"You were a part of Black Paw. How could you sell us out like that?"

"It wasn't Black Paw I was really after."

Thomas growled.

"It was you. Do you have any idea of the price on your head?"

"Last time I checked it was half a million."

Ava replied with a shrug.

"You had ample time to kill me. Something else."

"I won't say anything else."

Thomas sat back in his chair and shook his head. Ava growled and looked up to Kayden.

"Are you hungry boy?"

"Yes Alpha."

Kayden growled back. She looked back to Thomas and watched fear glaze his eyes.

"Take a bite."

Before Thomas could even inhale Kayden clamped his jaws around his shoulder and ripped flesh from bone. Thomas screamed in pain writhing in his chair.

"These two animals you control so well! It's them! People will pay an obscene amount of money to have you so that they can learn how control them!"

Ava hissed at him.

"They are my boys and will never obey anyone else but me."

"Yeah well people still want them."

Thomas groaned shrugging his blood covered shoulder. He looked to Apollo then said.

"All because she raised them without morals or a damn care for other peoples' lives. People like attack animals and Lycans are the best of the best. How could you not know it was the animals you keep who are wanted? You are not as smart as everyone says you are."

"Don't you dare speak ill against my family."

Apollo growled standing beside Ava.

"We don't turn on our own."

"Just everyone else outside of your shitty family."

Thomas murmured. Ava growled a command to Kayden who bit him again. He cried out doubling over in the chair.

"Just fucking kill me already! I told you want you want to know!"

"Who are these people who want my boys?"

Ava snarled at him. He panted softly shaking his head.

"Your boys...oh wow. You must be fucking them. Only reason animals would obey someone like you."

Kayden let out a deadly snarl and moved to attack. Ava held out her paw and he stopped instantly. He growled deeply but stepped back. Thomas chuckled and looked to Ava.

"So you are..."

"Who are these people?!"

Ava snapped, growing tired of his games. Thomas shook his head.

"I don't have names. You three are known all around the world! Maybe making such a pronounced name for yourselves wasn't such a good idea. The Fox and her fuckbuddies."

"Jayden. Your turn."

Jayden snarled at his Alpha's word and dug his teeth into Thomas's other shoulder. He shook his head viciously ripping into muscle. Thomas screamed out again and Ava turned to Apollo.

"Have you heard of anyone wanting the twins before?"

"No but I haven't been in a Black Paw common room in a very long time."

Apollo answered shaking her head.

"Feral Lycans aren't really sought after like that. They turn too often and are never truly loyal."

"We will look into this. Get ready to record for proof of death."

Ava sighed and turned back to Thomas.

"You have outweighed your usefulness Thomas."

"You think they won't turn on you?! You think you are safe?! They do these horrible things and you think you are safe from their evil?"

Thomas snapped pulling against the zip ties.

"What makes you so fucking special?"

Ava got in his face and stared him right in the eyes. She happily watched his eyes go wide with fear, his breath stopping in his chest.

"Because I am the only one who will tell them to do this."

She looked up to her boys and said.

"Eat him."

Kayden made this inhumane sound as his jaws closed around Thomas's shoulder again, this time shaking his head like an alligator. Jayden joined him snarling like a lion.

"Good boys. Leave his head."

Jayden tore into Thomas's arm, nearly ripping it off as Ava turned to Apollo.

"Black Paw is no longer safe for them."

She sighed but nodded.

"I know...too exposed to the limelight. I can't have the world coming after them...we are only so strong."

"Apollo..."

Ava met her eyes and spoke from her heart.

"I don't think I want to return to Rome again. There isn't anything for me there anymore. My mother's killer is dead and now I have you. Not a replacement but an addition. And the twins."

She smiled and sighed softly.

"I am so in love with them. We should be a family, I adore you and both of your children. Let me take them."

"Where would you go?"

Apollo asked taking her paw.

"Not far please. Rome is already difficult."

"Your land is beautiful."

Ava met her eyes and asked.

"Do you have any for sale?"

Apollo's graying muzzle pulled into a smile as she squeezed Ava's paw. Her blue eyes held the same love look the twins got whenever Ava was around. Pure love. No other label but one caring for another.

"Payment is dinner every Sunday. Like a family."

"Deal."

Ava returned to her animalistic boys watching them strip Thomas's ribs of meat with their powerful paws. Their muzzles just completely covered in blood and skin flakes. Thomas whimpered and wined still barely holding onto life. Apollo laughed beside her and said.

"He should have known better than to mess with The Fox and her Hounds."

Ava nodded growling. Unable to look away from Thomas's eyes. She had never see the light leave someone before. Killing people yes but watching the last heart beat was something new. It was almost like someone turned off a small light. Such a simple explanation for something so breathtaking. She could see why Kayden enjoyed being such an up close and personal fighter.

It only took the twins twenty minutes to have Thomas's entire body stripped of meat. They devoured everything. Skin, muscle, and most of the organs. Jayden was gnawing on bone when Apollo finally said something.

"We should go. I have the tape and our work here is finished."

Ava nodded and called sweetly to her vicious animals.

"Oh boys."

Their pointed ears perked up on their massive heads. Turning instantly, their fierce eyes calmed as they looked to her for orders. She smiled at them and said.

"Time to go home. Come on."

They both stood and said in unison.

"Yes Alpha."
