Unknown Territory (Vore Story)
A quickie done for CyberneticDragon. HD is a Liir contracted to explore nearby planets in his system; but this planet offers more than what he sees at first...
"0400 hours. Made contact with the planet in question. Temperatures mild. Gravity is low. Equipping ambulation suit and preparing to exit."
HD said those words into a small device held in one of his flippers as he aimlessly floated around in zero gravity. The astronaut was a Liir, a sort of dolphin-like aquatic alien creature, with the added bonus of a few whiskery tendrils at the tip of his snout. HD was decked out in a full, white planet-walking suit that allowed him to hover in the air as he floated through the airlock, setting foot (or flipper) on the surface of the alien planet, the first time anyone of his species would ever do such a thing...
HD was an explorer, contracted to search for and catalog all the nearby planets in their system. He had already made contact with two other space-faring peoples in his journeys so far, but in comparison, this planet was relatively...boring. HD had touched down in a forested area, full of thick, bubbling swamps and twisted, mangled trees, all under a deep purple sky. No signs of civilization as far as the eye could see...at least, civilization as the liir knew it.
"0430 hours. Surface of planet is mostly swampy, with a few forests. Terrain is mostly flat. No contact yet recorded with any life, intelligent or otherwise." HD continued to speak into his recorder, hovering along on thin air through a small, natural path in the foliage. The liir was attuned to every movement, every noise he could sense around him, eagerly waiting to record any signs of life that he could possibly find on this planet...of course, it was entirely possible that the planet was completely uninhabited, but it would be quite startling for there to be three relatively advanced societies in the same system as an entirely unsettled one.
And HD's caution was not unwarranted. There indeed was a creature out there in the bushes, keeping an eye on him, sizing him, stalking the liir as he slowly made his way through the swampy underbrush. It was a drake by the name of Sense...and it seemed that its hunt for today would be over very soon. As HD continued floating along the planet's surface, the drake watched him from the brush, waiting for the most optimal time to strike and pin the dolphin-like creature down. Perhaps when he was speaking into that strange device...
"0500 hours. Swamp has given way to a sort of marshy underbrush. Still no contact with any sort of intelligent life. I am considering heading back to the ship for the day and continuing my search in a new direction tomorrow."
Just as HD finished what he thought would be his last log of the night and prepared to put his device away and start heading back to his base, the liir suddenly felt something pounce on to his back, immediately knocking him to the ground! HD let out a squeaky squeal of surprise as he slammed against the squishy, muddy floor of the planet, what (or whom)ever had attacked him already smothering him into the ground, inadvertently poking some holes in his suit! "NNGH - get off me - Danger! Danger! Hostile life!" HD yelled out, hoping that the recorder that had clattered out of his fin would be able to pick up his distress call as the creature on top of him rolled the dolphin onto his back...
Just in time for HD to look up and see a glistening maw shoved right in his face. The inside of Sense's mouth was a brilliant cream color, the drake's tongue splattering against HD's snout as the hungry predator immediately started to shove the liir into his mouth, not even caring to entertain his frantic prey's attempts at escape. He was smaller than Sense, and around here, that meant you were food! It was as simple as that. HD continued to struggle and grimace as he felt that warm maw flesh starting to embrace his whole head, sharp teeth brushing past the fabric of his suit; but the drake had the rest of his body pinned down easily, and it was clear that he was going nowhere but deeper into that hungry mouth, even if actually doing that meant contorting the liir's body in some unnatural ways.
Even with that suit in the way, the smooth, slender shape of HD's body made it rather easy for Sense to just chow down on the liir. The tip of the cetacean's nose was already pressing up against the back of Sense's mouth, threatening to disappear inside that slick gullet with even the most errant twitch of the flesh surrounding it. HD's flippers were folded to his sides as more of his body slid inside the drake's mouth, Sense leaning back and getting back to his feet as he prepared to throw his head back a few times to swallow the liir down! Mmh...fish. They were the drake's favorite food. Something about how sleek they were, how easy they were to swallow down...and HD definitely felt like just a big fish to the drake! Especially with how he squirmed and wiggled around in the drake's mouth, that tail flipper flapping about in a vain effort to free the soon-to-be-slurped liir.
About half of HD's body still stuck out of Sense's mouth, the drake's tongue slurping and licking along the undersides to try and wrangle the liir a little bit before swallowing...at the same time, Sense started to tip his head backwards, using the power of gravity to funnel HD to the back of his throat before a wet *ggGlk~* pulled HD's nose and head into the awaiting gullet!
All of a sudden, the liir found himself in an even tighter, slimier place, the throat flesh tugging and pulling on his head to help Sense out in gulping down the rest of the cetacean. HD was the absolute perfect shape to just be swallowed down without a second thought, the drake rearing back onto his hind legs and pointing his head straight to the sky as a wriggling, thrashing bulge appeared in his gullet, stretching out the blue scales on the drake's underside as it continued its descent towards the underbelly. After a few more seconds of vigorous head throwing, it was just the liir's rear flipper sticking out from between Sense's jaws, the drake only needing one more swallow to seal away his meal for the evening.
"Fuck! Fuck, don't swallow, don't swallow..." HD frantically thought to himself as he slid down the pulsating esophagus; he really was shaped to make this descent as easy as possible for the drake, and as difficult as possible for him to get out of it. Sense wasn't even really doing anything right now, and HD still felt as if he could just slip away at any moment, and errant twitch or random movement could doom him to sliding down into the drake's gurgling stomach. He could already hear the hungry belly's noises echoing up from deeper within Sense's body; it was starving. It was impatient. And the only thing separating HD from it was one measly -
*g-GLLLlk~*
Sense's eyes closed in ecstasy as he gulped one last time, a clawed finger tracing the bulge HD made as it traveled down the drake's throat and eventually deposited in the reptile's groaning, swaying gut. Sense returned to a quadrupedal stance a few moments later, enjoying the sloshing heft of his stomach as the liir inside bucked and wiggled around haphazardly, just pushing and throwing himself against the quickly-encroaching stomach walls hoping to give the drake at least a bit of indigestion from inside. It was all that HD could really do, considering his distress signal was almost certainly not picked up. He may not have even been transmitting once it was knocked out of his flipper...
Sated, Sense licked his lips as he happily trotted through the swampy forests back to the small cave that he called home, feeling the liir struggle and squirm in his gut all throughout the trip! At this point, even if HD somehow managed to get the drake to throw him back up, he would have absolutely no idea where he was, and would probably just end up as a meal for some other opportunistic predator. As it stood, the suit he was wearing was the only thing standing between him and the drake's stomach, though it wouldn't protect the Liir forever. Already parts of the fabric were starting to melt and sizzle away into the thick chyme that HD was bathing in, a preview of what was going to happen to the Liir soon enough if he couldn't figure out some way to get Sense to cough him back up...but the drake was more than intent on keeping his prey, even if it meant his stomach had to work through a bit of wrapping first.
After Sense settled in his cave for the evening and the world around HD stopped moving so damn much, the liir was slowly able to re-ascertain himself in the slimy sludge that covered the lower half of his body. The stuff was so incredibly thick that it was difficult to move around inside of, like what he imagined wading through quicksand would be like...eventually, after quite a bit of elbow grease, the liir did manage to turn himself around inside of Sense's stomach, nosing around with his bottle-like snout until he finally found the way he originally came...this was really the only shot the dolphin had to escape, especially with Sense slipping off into the kind of snooze that only a full belly could provide! With his suit continuing to melt and the chyme continuing to fill up the drake's stomach, though, he would have to move quickly...
The liir started to prod and push his snout up against the sphincter that kept him trapped inside of this churning cauldron, using all of his remaining strength to try and force the tight ring of muscle open...even as his sensitive skin started to tingle, the drake's digestive juices really starting to get to work. All throughout this, the stomach just kept squeezing in on HD, giving him even less space to work with as he continued trying to force his way back up the reptile's gullet...but, even though Sense was half awake, his body was unconsciously and easily dealing with the attempted escape of its meal! Every time HD would push, the sphincter would just lock up even more tightly, and the stomach would squeeze around him to the point where the Liir could barely move at all...he had to keep going, though! His suit was almost entirely melted away now, and he was really starting to lose any energy he might have still had, drained by the hungry belly around him. The tight, squishy enclosure of Sense's stomach...it was starting to become...strangely soft? Somewhat comfortable? It felt as if the liir could just...sink into it for a little bit. Just for a few minutes, you know. Then he could totally escape...right?
HD gasped as his eyes opened once more. It was as if the liir had just woken up from a hellish nightmare; sweat poured down his face, and his heart was pounding, adrenaline coursing through his body. Yet, he was not in the bubbling, toiling embrace of the drake's stomach anymore; no, HD was back in his ship, sleeping in the same cot he always slept on. It took HD's adrenaline-addled, yet sleepy brain a few moments to process what exactly was going on. It most certainly wasn't a dream, though it did feel like one towards the end. All of that had really happened. Yet, how was he here? How was he not just pounds on the ravenous drake's haunches by now?
"Oh, thank goodness. I didn't forget to turn on the clone drive..."
HD looked down his body. The familiar, comfortable sight of his suit, intact and looking better than ever, the confines of his ship, the soft cushion of the top beneath him...it was all so relieving to feel once more. The clone drive had worked after all. And yet, as he continued to wake up from the cloning stasis, he couldn't help but think about that experience with the drake. Especially towards the end, when he had given up...that contentment, that lovely melty feeling. That serenity in the face of a melty, gurgly end.
The drake was still down there on that planet, his body most definitely a bit pudgier after turning the lure into a meal. Perhaps HD would go down there again and try to find him. You know. Just to see how things had changed...
