PART: ONE HUNDRED & ELEVEN

L ucy looked on wide eyed in shock, she had been on the very brink of jumping in when Blaze had placed a restraining talon on the jackals’ shoulder accompanied by a shake of her beaked head. The blaziken had wanted to see what their human would do, if he had let them continue using him like a door mat then she would have had to return to the having to slap him about whenever he showed signs of weakness around her.

“Get them!”

Sneered one of Joe’s subordinates pulling out a couple of pokéballs from his pocket, he was not alone in this as the other member of the group was just as quick to follow suit, a burst of blue light erupted as their pokémon were released from ball too. Bunny felt the fight leave her for a few brief seconds as the towering form of an apex predator from ancient times towered over her, the bipedal carnivore let loose a deafening roar that made her very core vibrate. Its massive head leaned down snorting as it did so, causing every fibre in Bunnys being to scream out at her to run as far away from this frightening visage as fast her legs could possibly carry her. Its blunt ridged snout nudged her sending her hard onto her haunches, she could see its amber eyes framed by darkness, become vertical slits as it studied her. Shaking its head slightly from side to side, it opened its jaws showing just how capable of fitting her within its foul smelling maw, rows of dagger sized fangs lined its mouth each designed to tear through flesh; shatter the bony chitinous exoskeleton of bug types and armoured dragon scale with absolute ease. Her flesh would prove little resistance were it to bite down upon her. As it rumbled at her, she felt the last vestiges of courage evaporate, her feet tried to step backwards but she found she couldn’t move, her entire body was frozen with terror.

“Tyrantrum!”

Its trainer called out a command using the two words she was prayed to Arceus not to hear.

“Use, Bite!”

Bunny whimpered feeling her bladder tighten as it raised its monstrous head, she snapped her eyes closed while curling up on the ground as it roared one more time before thrusting back down. It was strange, there was no pain, had her demise been too quick for her to feel anything? And why did she feel so warm. Forcing her eyes to open she could see Blazes powerful avian arms around her, she had been saved.

“lop…unny”

Bunny whispered; her body was still trembling as the fire chicken skidded to a stop.

“Blaziken…Blaze…Aziken…Ken…Blaziken!”

[Stay out of the way, we’ll handle this one!]

Blaze grunted putting her team mate down, part of the fighting type was annoyed at having to step in like that to save Bunny. She understood the whole Prey and Predator dynamics but it still irked her, turning back towards the large saurian pokémon she pushed off from the ground, leaping high into the air twisting a she did so to avoid the massive fang filled jaws, she landed behind the five pronged protrusions that formed a crown like structure upon the top of the tyrantrums head. Her thighs clamped tightly around the thick muscular neck as started stamping about, bellowing in outrage as it swung from side to side with all its considerable might to shake blaziken off. Holding onto the crown of spikes above its eyes Blaze held on with all her strength, the monstrous dinosaur pokémon bellowed angrily but still it could not dislodge her despite its best attempts to grasp at her with it strong short arms.

“Vile…Wea…Weavile…Vile…Wea…Vile…Weavile!”

[This way, I’ll give it a bad case of brain freeze!]

Oni shouted up to her, with a grunt Blaze jabbed her feet like talons into the tyrantrums neck eliciting a roar from it as she tugged at the crown like protrusions forcing it to turn, down on the sand filled arena the weavile was waiting. Fine white mist escaping her slightly parted lips, patiently she crouched there bidding her time, the moment the tyrantrums spotted her it tried to bite at her ignoring its trainers’ commands.

“Tyrantrum, turn away it’s a trap….TURN AWAY, ARCEUS DAMN YOU!”

The human bellowed but either it could not hear the command or was just to enraged to listen, whatever the reason all he trainer could do was watch as the weasel pokémon threw back its arms as it flung its face forwards with muzzle open. Something resembling an arc of lightning whipping about across the ground, raising her head the ice beam lashes wildly across the beasts’ massive thighs, arcing in through its fang filled maw as it eagerly reached down to rip into her flesh. So consumed by its rage it failed to notice how its digitigrade feet had become frozen to the ground, how the flesh on its thick trunk like legs had crystalised all the down to the bone, worse yet was the horrific damage caused to the insides of the tyrantrums mouth. The cracking of living flesh as it began to freeze could be heard quite clearly, the sheer numbness from the coldness slowly spreading up along its head caused the monstrous pokémon to feel a sense of confusion coupled with a drowsy nausea followed by creeping shadows at the peripherals of its vision, suddenly there was a flash of red light as it was mercifully turned to digital data drawing it back into its trainers pokéball. A good few meters away Lucy was doing her best to hold her own against the other two opposing pokémon a primeape and pinsir, however she was losing ground quickly even as the tyrantrum was recalled to its pokéball. It was also could do to fend off the blur of punches along with the snapping of the large two pronged horns intent on crushing her to death, she could hear Jack struggling but didn’t dare look away, if she did her guard would be dropped resulting in consequences that chilled her to the bone but still the instinct to comply to her trainer was strong, fully intwined into her DNA when she had had been caught as a riolu by her original trainer.

“LUC……!”

Jack started to call out some direction only for one the other trainers grapple him as he tried to get up, he felt inside elbow of his assailant against his throat choking off his words preventing him from saying any more, even as he struggled to get free Jack could see his Lopunny coming to her senses as the saurian pokémon was recalled.

“PUNNY…LOP!”

[HOLD ON LUCY!]

Bunny shouted, leaning low to the ground she sprinted towards the stag beetle pokémon putting every ounce of might into her powerful leg muscles as she could until just feet away from bug type pokémon, she launched herself. The impact sent the rabbit pokémon staggering back stunned while the pinsir just stood their cracks starting to form along its carapace from where the blow had been struck, it managed a few unsteady steps forwards until a gout of flame engulfed it causing the bipedal insect to screech moments before it too was recalled to its pokéball, leaving only Lucy and the primeape.

“Ken…Blaziken”

[Nicely Done]

Blaze mused stepping up next to Bunny, taking a hold of her team mate by the waist she held the rabbit pokémon steady as a third flash of red light signalled the retrieval of the last opponent and the end of the fight.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU CAN STILL TAKE THEM!”

The human holding Jack in a choke hold snapped as the primeape’s trainer turned around and ran for all his worth, looking at the four pokémon advancing towards him; he jerked his arm forcing Jack’s head jolt back.

“KEEP BACK, I HAVE YOU TRAINER, YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT I TELL YOU!”

He all but screeched at them, dread rippled up from deep inside of his stomach as they laughed or at least he thought it was laughter, they had started making noises at him but he could not understand what was being said.

“Blaziken…Ken…Blazi!”

[You are a fool, human!]

Snorted Blaze as she, Bunny and Lucy padded towards him.

“Blaziken…Ken…Blazi…Ken…Blaziken…Blazi…Laziken…Blaziken”

[your friend got smart and ran, but here you are, hurting Jack in front of us]

She continued shaking her head slowly in disbelief, throwing Jack down the trainer realising his position was untenable attempted to flee like his friend had only to find Oni in his way with a wide razor sharp smile spreading across her face.

“Weavile…Vile…Weav?”

[Going Somewhere Human?]

Backing up he felt himself bump into something or rather someone, a bead of sweat ran down the side of his face as he gave an audible gulp of air, gradually turning around to find himself looking face to chest with an irate blaziken. The human fell backwards onto his rear as Bunny knelt down next to him, her paw softly caressing his cheek as she hushed reassuringly to him in a soft sweet cooing sound. Her thick black lips moving closer towards his as tears began to flow freely, he tried to blubber about how sorry he was but the lopunnys lips had already pressed against his. He felt himself growing weaker as if his strength was being sucked right out of him, soon he was light headed with everything around him spinning faster and faster until eventually blacking out as he fainted.

“Lop…Lop…Pun…Unny…Lop”

[Mnnnn that really hit the spot]

Lucy meantime was knelt down cradling Jacks head in her lap, her face was leant down to his as she groomed his face with long strokes of her canine tongue, she paused a moment in her ministrations to speak to him.

“Lucario…Rio…Cario”

[Your safe now master]

Just next to her bunny had hopped over to the one named Joe, crouching down to bring her muzzle to his face she drank deeply of his strength like some kind of kissing vampire, Lucy not wishing for him to see this covered her trainers’ eyes with a paw.

“Rio…Luca...Lucario..Cario!”

[Do not look master, it is dirty!]

Though he could not see what was happening he could hear Oni’s voice next despite the re-continuation of the Lucy lapping at his face face.

“Weavile…Vile…Eavile…Weav…Weavile…We…Vile…Vile…Weavile”

[Don’t drain him too much, if he dies, it’ll cause to many problems]

Jack felt grateful at that point, that he could not see what was happening.
