Calm, act calm, stay calm, if I don't act calm then I'll panic and I haven't had a panic attack since I was like 12 or so, but....what the hell is this? A purple feather got pulled out of my head, it...was I seeing things? Maybe this is some kind of delirium, and I actually either pulled a clump of hair out of my scalp by accident or maybe my genetics are catching up with me and I'm loosing my hair, my uncle started loosing his hair around 30, and he's now shiny bald on top. This....this was confusing me. What do I do?

I held the purple feather in my hand and looking at it in the light of the bathroom I recognized it as a down feather, a finer softer smaller feather that keeps birds, and droms warm. It wasn't covered in blood at all, so I didn't just yank it out hard. I looked at myself in the mirror and angled my head down just enough and started picking through my scalp, maybe it came from Rose somehow? I don't think Vex or Adler have purple down feathers. But there....there were more meshed into my normal hair, though now that I look closer my brown hair was starting to show a purple tint to it, was it a trick of the light? No....the feathers were purple too. What the fuck is happening to me? Am....no....no...no I can't that's fucking stupid, that's some mad scientist Island of Dr. Moreau shit, besides....I don't think we have the technology to do something like this. There has to be an explanation for what's going on with me. I let out a sigh and gripped the feather in my hand before finishing drying myself off and putting the collar back on, I really need to put the tag on, I want to see the look on Alpha's face when I show it to him, I'm sure he'd be pleased.

Stepping out of the bathroom and back into the bedroom I found the two big droms cuddling with one another and grooming each other, it looked quite nice honestly. But as soon as they saw me they stopped and perked up. But I laid the feather down on the bed for them to look at.

"Does this belong to you two at all? I....I pulled it out of my head just a moment ago. Uh...but....I think there's something wrong, I think there's more." I watched as Vex move closer to it before nosing and sniffing it a bit, Adler pushed his nose aside to smell it too. They looked at it then at me then back at the feather before looking at each other. A few chirps, growls, and grunts were heard before Vex crawled closer to me and sniffed at my head, then purred and nosed my forehead a bit.

"Isn't this kind of freaking you at all? Humans don't just spontaneously sprout feathers ya know." But he just licked my head and I shuddered a bit, his tongue really soothed the itching I had. But then my stomach growled loudly and damn I really needed to eat, I felt like I was starving honestly. Both droms heard it and I honestly thought that maybe they thought I growled at them, but then Vex let out a bark as if he laughed at realizing it was my stomach.

"I'm really hungry. You guys want breakfast?" A duel nod so I went over and grabbed the leash and locked myself in and I heard Vex let out a growl before I felt a tug from behind, looking back I saw him holding it in a clawed hand and giving me a very pleased look before walking to my side, Adler took the other side and we all walked out of our bedroom and into the kitchen, and I decided in my head to have a classic breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and buttered toast. But of course I had to get the droms feed first before I started cooking. Red and Rose were already up and sniffed and greeted us all as I started pulling out all of their food from the fridge. I collected their bowls and filled their water bowls back up with water and setting them back down. I start mixing each food up for them. All drom food is usually like something you could consider wet pet food, absolutely no one here would be caught dead trying to feed them that dry "kibble" shit. All of their food they get here is made here at the "farm" portion of the ranch, it's usually a mix of multiple different meats that are both shredded and chunked with various veggies mashed and mixed in, it never bothered me that usually the meat was raw or anything like that. But it always had a pink color even after adding water to make it easier for them to eat. I don't like warming it up either, some do but I just don't like heating up their food in like the microwave.

While being watched by multiple sets of eyes I got all of their morning breakfast finished and sat the bowls down for them to enjoy. Rose and Red started demolishing their breakfast while Adler and Vex are a bit more gingerly, though I noticed both sort of picking at it which I thought was a bit unusual but I just shrugged. I stared making a large meal of scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast for myself but I made a bunch of extra pieces of toast and bacon for the others, mainly Vex, as that damn raptor fucking loved bacon and toast. Adler seemed to enjoy it too, Rose would just inhale whatever was put in front of her and Red usually ate fast as to keep his sister from scarfing down his food if he wasn't careful. The twins finished their meals plus their bonus food before scampering off, but Alpha and Beta remained still picking at their food, even Vex wasn't chomping at his bacon and toast like he usually does. I got my breakfast finished and went to take my big plate over to the couch to sit down and eat with a glass of OJ. I then saw both raptors pick up their food bowls and head over to the couch with me, oooh maybe they were waiting to eat with me! That's nice of them to do.

It's still felt weird having two 8 foot tall raptors staring down at me while I sat and started eating my breakfast but then they started eating a bit more, though still not like they usually do. I was extremely hungry though so I was definitely tearing through my breakfast before I stopped and saw Vex doing something a bit odd. He was holding a his piece of toast in one claw while he used his other to smear a layer of drom food onto it, like he was mimicking me spreading butter on my toast, I obviously didn't do that for their toast, too unhealthy for droms. But it was kinda cute to watch. Speaking of watching, I saw Adler eyeing my eggs a bit so I just moved some with my fork near the edge of the plate and he licked it up but then looked like he was going to sneeze suddenly.

"Other way! Other way!" I laughed and he turned his head before sneezing twice."Sorry, I put salt and pepper on them, forgot about that. My bad." I reached over patted his head a bit and he chirped at me. But then I felt Vex nose my arm and looking over he was holding the now slightly soggy piece of toast with his layer of mixed meat and veggies on it, he then used his claws to tear it into two chunks, and moved one of them at me.

"No dude....thank you, I appreciate it, but no that's yours to have." I shook my head but then he frowned at me. He simply grabbed the chunk in his mouth and was leaning forward to feed it to me, regardless of my opinion, alright fine. I opened my mouth and let the raptor slide the chuck of drom food and toast into my mouth and he used his tongue to push it the rest of the way in. I had to close my mouth and chew, feeling the cold food and now soggy chilled toast mix together. The texture of the drom food had something like a combination of cold pulled pork with all the shredded bits, and beef stew for all the thicker chunks of raw meat and then finally the mashed veggies gave it something similar to say mashed potatoes I guess. I started chewing without realizing that this was all raw meat, non of it was cooked, but for some reason my brain was telling me that I was given food from Alpha so the Omega shouldn't complain. Honestly it wasn't horrible, had an interesting yet slightly bland flavor but wasn't the most horrible thing I've ever eaten before. Vex made a happy trill before preparing another piece of toast, it seems that he was splitting half of his food with me. I accepted the second piece and had more adjusted to the taste and texture so while now I guess eating raptor food I was also still eating what I had left of my meal. Adler had also started eating my eggs while I was too so I just simply shrugged and let him, no point in fighting it.

Vex then handed me a strip of bacon covered in his breakfast and I was more surprised than anything, he never shares bacon, even if I tried to take his bowl away for a second helping he'd actually growl a bit, but he was offering me one of his most favorite foods to me, and that actually made me happy honestly. I accepted it and was honestly surprised on how much more flavor there was in this drom food after eating it for a bit, I was starting to see why they actually don't mind eating it. Sure on special occasions they get fresh kills, Vex has had a few during his time in quarantine, but those are rare. Vex repeated this process till there was only one piece of bacon left and he contemplated eating it himself, but then he split it in half and gave half to me, and I let him basically spoon feed it to me again, this honestly was really relaxing. I had finished my meal and Vex ate the last of his own food then Adler chirped at him and the two talked for a moment, while I was honestly still feeling a bit hungry, still hungry. Then Vex removed the empty plate from my hands and Adler slid his purple raptor bowl into the same spot, only half of his breakfast had been ate, and the two chirped at me.

"Uh, Adler this is your food, you still need to eat. You're still a tad underweight and need all you can." But the raptor shook his head and nosed the bowl in my hands upwards, was he really wanting me to eat his food? What fuck is going on? And why do I actually want to? I grumbled and grabbed my fork off my plate and dug into it, as the two droms watched me eat drom food with a pleased look. It...it was quite tasty if I had to be honest, I....I wouldn't mind eating more. I ate with my audience till there wasn't anything left in the bowl and I sat it aside, honestly feeling full now. The raptors gave a purr and licked my face clean. I got up and with Vex, who still had the leash in his possession, I went around and collected the dishes and started cleaning them up while they watched. It was still crappy outside so there wasn't much to do, I guess there are but still, nothing to do that is normal. But I feel like at this point normality has hit the brick wall and died on the scene so I was stuck with whatever was happening with me, I wasn't serious turning into a raptor was I? I mean....every kid has had the idea of turning into an animal before, or dragons, and gryphons, but still....that was fantasy. Besides I honestly would rather keep my human body, I'm comfortable as a human, but.... maybe I'm just becoming partly one only to just.... please my pack better? That would be the only explanation I could think of that I was think of that didn't make me panic, it actually gave me this weird feeling of belonging. But I still wanted answers yet had no way of going around this without freaking everyone out, how the fuck do I explain this?

I sighed and just wanted some kind of distraction at the moment. I simply sat then laid down on the couch, turning the TV on something random in hopes that my mind would focus on this instead of whatever weird changes I was going through. I laid there for a while though I kept itching my scalp more and more, it really was bothering me. But soon my vision was somewhat blocked by Vex who hovered over me and snorted. I just reached up and patted his neck a bit while he leaned down to sniff at me. Then I felt his tongue lick my head and immediately stopped scratching and felt this bliss wash over me as Vex started licking my entire head, I didn't care if his saliva was thick and running down the sides of my face. He then stopped and gave me coo before darting off. I blinked for a bit then I saw him bringing everyone to the couch, Adler, Rose, and Red following behind him. He chirped a bit and then I felt him begin grooming my scalp more and I felt absolutely wonderful. But the others approached me and soon I felt the tongue of four raptors grooming my entire body, though only having bare skin other than the small patch of pubs, it still felt so wonderful as they each switched spots and I felt them groom pretty much every ounce of me. I was also covered in raptor saliva too but I wasn't too worried about that.

The day drug on and I found myself hungry more than usual. Lunch came and went, and once again both Vex and Adler both fed me parts of their own meals like I was a hatchling, and I guess in some aspects I was, a hatchling fuck toy. I had multiple sandwiches for lunch, Vex and Adler obviously one or two of their own, which they immediately smeared their drom food all over and fed to me, I seriously was wondering what they were thinking doing this? Like they seriously treating me as if I was like an injured member of the pack and trying to nurse me back to health, kind of like what we did with Adler. But even he didn't like being hand fed by me, maybe it's me knowing my place as the submissive one that I wasn't to complain about being fed by him. Even by the evening of the second day of rain, I had dinner and Vex had all of the pack with me while I ate, this time Rose and Red shared their meals with me too, Rose was a huge surprise considering that she's like a vacuum cleaner on legs with food and usually never shares but there she was, gingerly and gently putting food into my mouth after Vex had shown them what to do. It was starting to get late but I wanted to show Vex finally what I got for my collar.

"Hey Vex I wanted to show you something I got yesterday but kind of got....well distracted." I waved him over and he padded over with curiosity. I turned around and slipped the tag into the smaller loop made for them, the bigger one was obviously for the leash. I turned back around and presented it to him on my neck. He cocked his head and leaned in to sniff at it, the tag occasionally clinking metal against metal.

"It....it uh says Omega on the front. Because well.... that's what I am now....the Omega of the pack, but I honestly feel like the luckiest Omega because I have you as my Alpha." I poked his chest and he rumbled loudly and licked my face."There's the backside too...it....it uh says Alpha's Bitch on the backside..... because well I'm also your bitch. And Adler's too.....and Red and Rose. It's my place now here with you guys..." I felt slightly embarrassed telling him this as if I wouldn't immediately start sucking his dick if he ordered it. But Vex then pushed his body into mine and craned his head and neck down into a hug of sorts while I hugged him. It felt extremely nice, comforting, and that sense of belonging filled me to the brim with my own pride, proud to be here right now.

We didn't say much more and both of us joined Adler in bed, the twins still fighting over the couch Rose claimed despite there being another one Red could sleep on. I expected sex tonight, and honestly I was hoping for it, but instead it was World War 2 between Vex and Adler of who has the right to cuddle me as I started to drift off, really tired.

I woke up early the next morning and was somewhat sad that I didn't wake up to Adler blowing me again, honestly I needed a release. But I much better this time, climbed out of bed and unclipped myself from the leash and went into the bathroom to look at myself. Ok good I didn't look any different than yesterday though I think a few more down feathers may have popped up, I think that may have been the source of the itching as I didn't feel it as much right now, I think that proper grooming session yesterday aided in having them come in properly. But I needed to talk with someone about this, in case I spontaneously sprout a tail or just go full raptor I need someone else to know about all of this. Honestly the only person who I feel I could fully trust with this was Tim, the man had already helped me enough so I hope he'd listen to me. Checking the time it was super early, nearly 6, so I know he was still home probably either asleep still or just waking up. Now was the best chance to go and see him in private as he's single and lives in his own more luxurious homes here on the Ranch. I quietly got dressed, and put a beany cap over my head to conceal it for now, then left a note for Vex on the door using a page from a note book and a sharpie so the words were bold enough to see, I'm sure he can read it. It simply read "Vex, I left early because I needed to talk with Timothy about things. I'll be back as soon as I can. Love you- Alex".

I fought the urge to grab myself something to eat and was also fighting this damn urge to fucking masturbate too. As soon as I stepped outside I saw that the grounds were muddy as hell and while it was still raining lightly, mainly just a light drizzle really, it was still gloomy and crappy out. Then I was hit with just how....sharper everything was. Sights and sounds but most importantly just how different everything smelt, just everything hit me and fit a brief second I was disoriented but seemed to steady myself, is this what raptors see and smell all the time? Or did I get some kind of weaker version? Regardless I decided to just drive the ATV as it was the quickest way there and it was a wet ride, definitely wanted to get a shower once I got home later. The trailers turned into actual homes soon enough where all the permeate residents lived, mainly management and the higher-ups, but I found the snug small home that Tim lived in quick enough and pulled up and marched up his steps and pounded on the door, hopefully he was awake. I heard footsteps from inside the door and then what I could assume was Tim's scent caught my attention, it was different but not bizarre. Soon the door flung open and he was standing there, looking tired and holding a cup of coffee in one hand, dressed in a simple white undershirt and black pajama pants. He looked surprised to see me.

"Alex, hey....uh it's 6am, what are you doing here?" He yawned.

"Hey look I need to talk to you man, it's kinda important and I'm not....sure exactly how to explain everything." He blinked slowly at me probably had just gotten up and wasn't functional yet.

"Uh...yeah sure come in." He moved out of the way and let me step inside. His house was rather small but it was extremely organized, like...OCD levels of organization. He stood by the small kitchen, mainly his kitchen counter where his coffee maker was while I stood near his couch, as I said, his house was really small."Coffee?" He offered but I shook my head no, though I really did want something to drink honestly.

"Soo.... what's up exactly?" He said finally speaking in the short silence.

"I think there's something going on with me. Like legitimately." I said simply. He just sort of stared at me."I don't think humans grow feathers Tim." I took off the beanie hat and sorta showed him my head, even in the slightly lower light it was easy to see as it was unruly and I was sporting a bedhead and hathead too. He just stared at me for the longest time with the most befuddled look on his face before setting his cup down and reaching out and brushing his hand against the mix of feathers and hair. "What the fuck?" He muttered before retracting his hand.

"Ok.... I'm starting to get why you wanted to talk. How....." He just stopped talking before rubbing his face with both hands, probably thinking he may be still dreaming.

"I don't really know myself. I just....woke up with them yesterday. But there's more so to speak...."

"More? Like....what?"

"I can't really explain it. Like my body is extremely toned and I'm..... hungrier now, I don't know where to even start." I just rubbed the back of my neck a bit. Tim squinted a bit at me.

"Are you wearing a raptor collar? With a tag?" Fuck, I forgot to actually take it off, like I seriously just didn't even think about it. I groaned.

"Focus on the main thing. But yeah...fine you caught me, I'm wearing a collar. Anyways dude I have no fucking clue what to do?"

"And you came to me because your going full native?" Fucker.

"Yes and no you dumbass. I don't know what the fuck is happening with me but I trust you enough to tell you and get what you think about it. I don't know how far this is going to go and I'd rather at least have someone know if I suddenly just drop off the face of the Earth."

"And you have no clue how this happened?" He looked me up and down."Because I may have an idea."

"And that is?"

"Well you've been fucking raptors for months now. And now you're suddenly showing something related to them. But....this also makes absolutely no sense because there's.... plenty of people who have been doing this for years and are completely fine....mostly. But you doing it for a few months and now you're sprouting feathers and bearing your teeth when you talk. It's the only possible thing I can think of."He had a point. Tim had a really good point honestly. But still how?

"So I caught some kind of raptor STD then?" I just shook my head and like laughed at the bizarre idea.

"Well I guess." He shrugged and took a big gulp of coffee."So....are you experiencing any pain? Anything extreme?"

"No. Besides the itchy scalp, nothing extreme alarming. My teeth look sharper, body looks more toned, I think I've gained a few inches in height, but I also seem to have some amounts of aggression."

"Aggression?"

"Cody pissed me off yesterday and I left a hand shaped dent in the tag machine in the Visitor's Center. But I'm also experiencing increased hunger for sure, by the evening rolled around yesterday all the raptors were sharing their food with me. I think they know something's up with me but I'm not sure."

"Well...at least I'll have a good story to tell if anything asks me about the vending machine. But increased hunger huh? And you've been eating drom food??"

"I had little choice. The day before Vex was hand feeding me parts of the sandwich I made for him, and yesterday I was being hand fed toast coated in wet drom food. It's not bad honestly, and I was too hungry to really care what it was. Then I'm also....eh experiencing a high libido spike, like....really high....like after I leave and go home I'm going to jump someone's bones the second I get a chance kind of high." That caused Tim to laugh.

"Alright. Well it seems that your enjoying this honestly. But in all seriousness, I'd like to help with whatever I can kid. As you said, you trusted me enough with this information. So....just name it right now."

"Thank you." I let out a sigh."Right now all I can think of is more food. Both drom food and regular groceries. You can take a chunk out of my paycheck if need be. I feel like I'm going to eat myself out of house and home if I don't get a steady supply of food."

"Alright that's fine. I'll have someone deliver some later today, I'll text you when it's on its way. But knowing you...I'll just tell them to leave it out on the porch, you can get it later." He was writing this stuff down in his phone."Anything else?"

"I dunno....I.... honestly being the two of us right now alone I've gotta be honest, I really want to start recording with my pack. But...I still need a few things for it, blackout curtains, soundproofing stuff, lights, eh." My voice kinda trailed off a bit and Tim sorta stared at me before snorting, of course he'd just laugh.

"Well....I can't do much for you at this very moment. I....I have a pair of black curtains that's in my closet if you'd like that for now? I could pull a few strings for the other stuff but it wouldn't be for at least a week minimum."

"Yes! I'll take the curtains!" I nodded at him vigorously and he shrugged and walked off for a few minutes and I heard him going through things before coming back with a slightly dusty box of black curtains.

"Here, I got these a while back but they were too short for my window in my room. They aren't blackout curtains but they'll at least help. You seriously look excited."

"Shut up. But thank you Tim."

"Ok well before you leave I have to be serious for a moment. I have no clue what's happening to you and neither do you. But... seriously call me if you start feeling horrible or begin to experience any major pain. I...I may want to suggest getting Rachel and Jessica brought into this, I'll have them sign NDAs or something else but I trust them to take this seriously. Would probably be good to have a once over and blood work done." I nodded at him agreeing.

"Yeah I agree. But not today, maybe tomorrow if they aren't busy. I don't want to be seen like this till after we figure out if this is something I could....pass onto other people or something like that. Which is why I'm standing away from you."

"I get it. Look....I'll handle things once I get to the office, I'll say the extra drom food is for Adler and the others, and you forgot to plug in your fridge and needed more groceries. I'll also try and ask Rachel and Jessica about this as long as they agree to not speak of this to anyone else for right now. As for the online stuff, just lie and say it's all makeup and stuff got it?" I nodded again at him and took the box from the counter top.

"Got it, again thank you Tim you're a fucking life saver. If you suddenly don't hear from me and you see a purple feathered raptor in my place.... don't make fun of me please." He busted out laughing.

"Only you could make light of this situation. Alright good luck kid, I'll try and call you later today if I get a chance." I waved bye to him and left back out to the garbage weather and drove him feeling a bit better, at least someone else knows what going on and wasn't just an ass to me. Honestly if I had met Tim before working here, like during school, I really think we would have been thick as thieves, bros. But I'll take a fucking weird former coke snorting boss any day. It was still pretty early but the clouds still looked nasty and I was hoping the weather cleared up so I could get everyone outside again.

Pulling up back home and getting inside I shook myself off as I had gotten wet going through some puddles, but I stripped off my clothes once the door shut. I saw Red looking at me tried as he was still asleep till I walked in rather loudly. He chirped at me but I just waved at him and walked pass him as I headed into the office to put up the curtains Tim had gave me. They didn't fit perfectly but considering this window faces the woods near by and no one lived past my trailer on this side, I was content till I could get proper measurements for the window. But it would have to do for now. Leaving now the room I saw that Vex and Adler had woken up and were just coming out of the bedroom and Vex immediately saw me and gave a huff, probably not thrilled about me being gone but I can deal with that later. I simply went over and hugged him which caught him off guard just a bit before hugging me back. He cooed at me and I just held him for a moment, enjoying the warmth after being in the rain a few minutes ago. After breaking away from the hug I looked at him with a bit of a grin.

"Ok so I talked to Tim, he'll help me however he can with whatever this whole thing is. But.... right I'm really hungry right now. You guys too?" I got alot of responses and they were all yes. Breakfast was being prepared and I was honestly figuring out what to have myself. I had more eggs bacon, and bread so I decided on more of the same from yesterday which wasn't bad.....and I decided to also grab some drom food for myself.....I don't know why but I realized just how filling it was when combined with my normal meal. I of course made extra bacon and toast for everyone again just like yesterday and no one seemed to complain when presented with it. After finishing cooking I got to my normal spot on the couch and I was joined by everyone again. It was strange that they were all comfortable eating so close to each other, I was expecting more fighting. Then of course I was nudged my Vex.

Looking over he had more of that toast mash combo in his mouth, he really wanted to feed me like a baby bird. At first I wanted to deny him and let him eat his own damn food but then I just found myself opening my mouth and letting him slide it in. I chewed happily before taking a few more bites of my own food then was bumped again by Vex who presented yet another piece for me, I think he honestly gets some kind of satisfaction from doing this, I'm not sure if it really is a pack thing at this point. Usually the Alpha of the pack eats first and will sometimes change away anyone from their meal, and let alone the Omega, they eat last most times. Yet here Alpha was, feeding me by hand and mouth without complaining or anything. I was seriously wishing I knew what he was thinking, I wanted to know why he was so adamant on feeding me. But there I was again willing opening my mouth and letting him put the food in before letting me chew and continue eating my own breakfast. I also was eating my own drom food that I grabbed alongside my regular breakfast and was eating that, honestly I was using my toast to scoop it up and eat it like that because it was probably my favorite way of eating it right now. Vex tried offering me another piece but this time I just shook my head no and pointed to my plate that still had plenty on it. I think he got the message and started eating his food more normally. Red and Rose had finished already but they decided to stick near by which was probably Vex's doing. I looked over and saw Adler happily eating out of his bowl on the floor and I kind of thought about something. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and shot Tim a quick text.

-Hey if there are any spare drom food bowls available could you possibly snag me one? Green would be preferable but I don't care....uh don't ask why. He replied after a few minutes.

-Got it, and wasn't going to ask anyways

With that settled we all finished up out meals and I let Vex lead me back to the kitchen to clean everything up. While the rain should let up by the afternoon, it was still too muddy and wet outside for me to want to bring them out of the house, and I didn't want to track mud into our new home so quickly. After the dishes were done, I looked over and saw Red and Rose both fighting over a chew toy, hearing them growl and bark at each other while Adler stood by watching them with interest. Vex was more interested in whatever it was I was doing. And I was more interested in fucking. This urge had been building up all morning and my conversation with Tim didn't help it, and eating breakfast didn't either with all of them so close. I looked at Vex and pulled on the leash to get his attention away from the idiots. He looked over at me with an expression of 'what'?

"Hey....I uh....I think I want to record a video with you all today....I'm really fucking pent up for some reason and I think it would be good to get that out of my system so I could focus." Vex looked my up and down and obviously stared at my crotch for a moment, and I was already half erect just talking with him. He grinned at me and licked his lips slowly."Not just you....I want all of you to take turns...or double up on me."

That definitely got his attention and he made a few calls to the rest of the pack and he started heading into our bedroom before I stopped him and shook my head. I pointed to the opposite end of the trailer where all the crap I bought was stored in. He nodded and led everyone into the slightly smaller room.
