[Breast Cancer Awareness Month] Lily's Ribbon Pt.2
Lily's Ribbon Pt. 2
By Reian
The panda slowly opened her eyes after what seemed like a few moments, bue was really a few hours. Her ears laid back as she tried to figure out where she was and what was going on. Lily pushed herself up in the chair and looked around seeing the colorful walls and darkened windows, remembering her early morning trip to the tattoo parlor. She looked down at her chest and saw the bandage over it.
"That is just to stop the bleeding of the ink onto the rest of your fur."
Lily's head bolted up as she came face to face with the speaker. Glasses sat on the bridge of the red kitsune's nose, giving his light blue eyes a mysterious gleam. She instinctively covered herself with her arms at the realization that this kitsune had been staring at her!
"Don't worry, I have seen better," he said with a chuckle. "My name is Scar, Zsir's partner here."
The panda glanced him over, nodding her head slowly. She felt uncomfortable for some reason, like there was a weight sitting on her chest. Perhaps it was just the weight of the kitsune whose eyes didn't seem to leave her.
"Well then, should I wait for Zsir to return?" she asked. Her arm stretched out to grab her shirt, but Scar got to it before she could even make a move. He held it out her her, a smile on his face.
"Nope, but he said I should offer you lunch after the five hours you were asleep. We were quite impressed, typically people aren't out during our art."
"Oh. I am sorry, I guess I'm finally catching up on the sleep I lost," she said with a meek smile.
"We had figured. You kept on mumbling about your mother, so we figured it was best to let you sleep through it rather than wake you and have you jump in surprise. Zsir was enjoying singing to you anyway."
The kitsune stood up from the chair and turned his back to her. As he walked away she pulled the shirt over her head and as her eyes appeared from the collar she attempted to count the number of tails he had. It was a futile thing though, as they all moved independently, swaying back and forth. She pushed herself up from the chair and followed after him, her stomach growling with the motion.
"We will go to the little cafe around the corner. Zsir said you would need something with some protein in order to get your strength up."
Scars flipped the sign on the door to read closed and pulled the wooden frame towards himself, gesturing for her to go before him. She slowly walked ahead, her eyes not coming off the kitsune. Why were they offering her food? That wasn't normal, was it?
"Why is all of this being done?" she asked as the door was shut and locked behind the fox. He shrugged as he turned to her.
"No clue. He told me to feed you and to put it on the store's credit card. My best reasoning is the amount of time you were out."
The panda woman motioned to ask more questions, but the multi-tailed kitsune simply turned and walked off around the corner and on to the main street. She walked briskly to catch up with him, so confused and still just as tired. She caught up to him, staying a step behind as he walked into the cafe.
"Oh! Good afternoon, Scars," said a voice as the door bell chimed. Lily stepped out from around the kitsune and came face to face with a small lavender dragon in a waiters apron.
"I, well, didn't realize someone else was with you. I'll clear off a table right away," he said, quickly turning and walking to the back.
"Thank you Phanos," Scar said with a smile. The kitsune followed him back, looking over his shoulder at the panda. "Don't mind him. He is a little shy to new people."
"So he is a waiter?" she asked in slight disbelief. She had always thought waiters were supposed to be outgoing and bubbly. Her paws came up to her chest absently as she thought and began to rub from one breast to another, feeling very strange.
"Ahtch! Don't rub or itch," Scars said, waggling a digit.
Lily removed her paw and started to twiddle them around each other, hoping to distract her herself from the itching sensation that was covering her chest. She watched as the dragon pulled out a chair for her as Scars sat down on the other side.
"Thank you," she said with a smile up at the dragon.
"You are welcome ma'am," the little dragon said with a smile, but his pink eyes averted from hers. "Would you like the normal?"
Scars nodded. "Bring out two."
Phanos nodded and turned to go back to the kitchen. Lily leaned forward, putting her head on the table. Her ears twitched and eyes closed. The feeling of her chest itching and seemingly stretching. Scar looked at her, highly confused.
"You okay?"
"I just feel weird."
The kitsune nodded. "Feelings of regret?"
"Not really. My chest really hurts. And I am wondering what my mother would think."
"Here we go. Two chicken clubs on rye."
The lavender dragon put down the two plates and two glasses of water with lemon. Scars licked his muzzle at the sight. Lily, however, looked at the sandwich with a questioning glare. She normally didn't meat, she typically stuck to vegetables and fruits, yet she wanted to really eat this right now.
"Is there something wrong?" Phanos asked, his pinkish fin-like ears flicking in embarrassment and anticipation. Lily shook his head and looked up at him.
"Nothing. Just not used to eating meat."
Scar and Phanos both looked at her strangely. She shrugged.
"I was raised as a vegetarian."
Scars shook his head and just picked up the sandwich, taking a large bite out of it. Phanos walked away, looking dejected. Lily just sighed, finally giving in and taking a small bite of the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon between the slices of rye bread. She worked the food around in her mouth, the dry meat and juices vegetables giving her a nice sensation. She took another bite as a smile crept on to her lips, a light happy sigh escaping between bites.
"Well that is something," Scars said, just watching her. She paid him no mind, just leaned forward, taking more and quicker bits out of the food. She got about halfway through before putting the sandwich down and leaning forward onto the table, elbows resting on either side of the plate. After a moment she blinked and looked down at what she thought would be table.
Instead, there were breasts. Small breasts, but more than what was usually there.
"Isn't that something?" the kitsune asked all sly like.
"Excuse me," Lily said as if she was struggling for air. She stood up quickly from the table, eyes frantically searching for a bathroom. She dashed across the restaurant, bumping into a table before finally reaching the door and throwing it open. The panda pushed it shut, digits fumbling at the lock.
"What is going on," she asked herself, falling against the wall across from a mirror. She closed her eyes, paws moving to the hem of her shirt. She slowly pulled it it up over her head, the collar brushing against her ears. She felt for the bandage and pulled it off quickly, eyes squinting and lips going tight against her muzzle at the sudden pain.
As the searing subsided, she opened on eyes at a time. The bright pink ribbon reached from the top of one breast to the middle of another. It was absolutely beautiful, Zsir really captured each of the intricate patterns and made them into a lovely pattern.
However, the fact that her small A cup had now grown to a medium B cup set of breasts was a little disturbing. Her paws moved over them, tracing the shape and feeling their weight. She took a deep breath in, trying to stop her mind from racing between awe and pissed off.
She stood up straight from the wall and ran her paws across the soft fur and new suppleness she had when they expanded outward just a little more, making her jump in surprise. She swallowed hard and just decided to put her shirt back on. She unlocked the door and opened it up, trying to keep her cool.
She strided back to the table, her body carrying differently without her even thinking about it. She glanced out the window and saw that the sun was setting across the buildings and the side walks were beginning to come alive with college students looking for friends or a party. She reached the table, sitting down and looking at the sandwich.
"So many changes in one day and the sun hasn't even set yet," she said, with a nervous chuckle before taking another bite out of the newly found love of meat.
