"This is... yeah, I don't have any words for it. The heroes had run into a few individuals in the past who'd had transformative powers of some sort or another, so Blue had created a device to help protect against such attacks. The shield only had so many charges, but he was certain he could take down the fox before it ran out of batteries. "Hey, fox guy! You need to put down your weapon, and surrender! You've caused enough havok in the city today, and we need you to start undoing the damage you've done." Perhaps not the best monologue he'd ever done, but admittedly Blue couldn't remember the last time he'd seen so many freaky things in one day.

Sitting up, the fox's expression turned excited as he hopped out of the chair, throwing his arms wide and launching the ice cream out of the cone. "Wonderful, there you are! Pouting a bit, the fox folded his arms and cocked his head as he tapped the gun against his arm a few times. "It's actually kitsune, if you're going to be calling me anything. Now, why don't we get started on this. I have plenty of great plans to have lots of fun, and I think you would make an absolutely wonderful snake man. "I don't want any extra power, I just want to stop you before you turn anyone else into monsters!" Blue shouted, dropping to the ground with a leg sweep to try and trip up the kitsune. He managed to connect with one of the fox's legs, but the scientist managed to catch himself on a nearby bench.

"Oh, like the one I just turned into a monster?" the kitsune asked happily, gesturing behind Blue. The hero didn't immediately believe him, until he heard the growl of pleasure.

Looking over his shoulder, Blue yelped as he realized that the civilian he'd yelled at to run away, hadn't done it quite yet. Landing down hard, the hero slowly climbed to his feet, glancing up to see the kitsune holding his weapon out at him. "Morphing time!" the kitsune said with a big grin, and pulled the trigger. Blue cringed, even though he knew his shield was in place, he couldn't help it. The green laser rushed out, struck him... and fizzled out as the shield held. "Oh... that wasn't expected." Looking a bit baffled, the fox looked down at his pistol once more, shaking it slightly before looking around. A couple was running past, panicked expressions on their faces. Pointing the weapon over at them, he pulled the trigger, Blue shouting a warning a little too late.

The pair yelped as they were transformed into a two headed dragon creature, roaring as they flapped their wings a few times, glancing around in confusion before grinning in pleasure. "You jerk!" Blue shouted, climbing to his feet while the kitsune admired his new creation with a smile. "Stop turning people into monsters!" Throwing his staff at the kitsune the hero thought he was going to knock out the fox, but there was a blur of motion as the dog creature leapt out and grabbed the staff in his powerful jaws.

Turning around, the kitsune gave his monster a few pets as he strode towards the hero once more, looking the hero over curiously. "So you made some sort of shield to disrupt transformation attacks? Well, I suppose it's a good thing I made sure I can intensify the laser." Reaching down to adjust a knob, the kitsune's weapon started to let out a loud buzzing noise that the hero could easily make out. Taking off in a dead sprint, Blue avoided several lasers, too aware that any civilians in the distance might be struck by the attacks. "Guys, this fox guy is making more monsters, is there anyone else that can come and help?" he gasped into his microphone, sliding under an attack from the two headed dragon. Apparently the laser came with preinstalled commands to work for the kitsune, or it somehow brought out the worst in the person? Whatever the case, the hero was just disgusted by the amount of cock juices getting everywhere.

"I finished tying up the lions here at the zoo, I'll start on my way, but you need to try and take down that fox as soon as possible. Blue rushed up and delivered three more blows to his powerful abs, drawing grunts from the monster until delivering one more punch to his jaw. The dog whined before falling back, leaving the dragon next. Taking a powerful glue bomb from his belt, he tossed it at the other monster, watching as it blew on impact coating the dragon's wings in the powerful sticky substance.

Having taken care of the two monsters, Blue glared at the fox who seemed remarkably unshaken by his two monsters being defeated. "I think it's time you and I have a nice one on one chat," he growled.

Tapping his chin briefly, the kitsune tilted his head, and then smiled before turning around. "I don't think so!" Then he was off like a bullet, Blue's eyes widening as the villain left his weapon in the dirt, sprinting towards some warehouses.

Taking off after the villain, he saw the effects of all of the monsters throughout the city starting to really affect the everyday life of the people. Slowing his pace, the hero slowly followed him in, glancing from side to side, making sure that the villain wasn't just hiding off to the side. Upon the room lighting up, Blue saw the kitsune standing on a stage before him, grinning wide with some night vision glasses on, and pointing a large cannon at him. "Sorry, hero!" the kitsune said brightly, leaning on the weapon lovingly. "This here was my real device all along! I just needed to get you close so that we could have some proper fun together. I'd ascertained that you might have a defense against transformation, I've been watching your fights for quite a while. So, I made this!"

"You're not going to hit me with that bulky thing!" the hero announced, already taking off at a dead sprint towards the fox. Maxing out the belt, the hero could only hope that it would work, already regretting that he couldn't warn the others. For a few moments Blue thought it might hold, that the shield was enough... but there was a cracking sound and the smell of smoke as his belt's energy gave out.
