AFTER ACTION REPORT

RE: Brandie- Lola 3/2/17 Evening.
The report finds two separate conclusions as illustrated below.
Brandie: The current Star test has resulted in failure. Brandie's relocation to semi-private quarters ended in almost predictable aggression. Brandie's personality reacts poorly to those of similar competitive spirit and attractive qualities. Instead of managing expectations and resolving conflicts through negation and soft power, overt aggressive postures were taken and threats were made. This proves she is unsuitable for a Star, who's duties require both subtlety and to be unsupervised. Even if Brandie can manage her competitive nature in a more fruitful way, it is the trainer's opinion that no further Star opportunities be extended.

Lola: While not under any official test, this event should go in the girl's record. Lola was provided an unexpected challenge when a senior trainee was introduced into her living area. In looks and experience the new addition was superior in quality, having a long track record of going above and beyond expectations in currying favors. Lola attempted to work with Brandie until Brandie became aggressive multiple times. At this point Lola was proactive in reestablishing the balance of power within her sphere of influence. Rules were bent in the process (leaving her premises unattended) but once the problem concluded, Lola returned to rule of law. She has not broken it since, nor shows any proclivity to do so. It is the trainer's opinion that Lola show's strong ability to improvise to achieve goals, and has mental fortitude to make out of the box choices. Depending how on things go at the social event with Axia, the recommendation will be made to promote and start with CG training.
(Chens note: There is a high probability that Lola is merely playing the part of an obedient girl, only interested in getting into an elevated position so she can flee the island.
