I bolt up in bed as beads of sweat cover my entire body. The first thing I notice when I wake up is Jasmine is nowhere to be found... I look all around the room but see no sign of her. The second thing I notice is when I look down my body I notice my fur has been cleaned; leaving no signs of the yiffing we did earlier that day. There is one more different thing about my body, but since it's behind me I fail to notice it... the tails beneath me. Right now the only thing on my mind is to find Jasmine and inform her on what is about to happen... and find her fast.

"Jasmine?" I yell out "JASMINE?!?!" I yell out even louder then before... still hearing nothing I hop off the bed and onto the floor; as I hit the ground the tails behind me move up and down, showing that there is more then one tail, yet I still choose to ignore them. I run toward the bedroom door, grab the door knob and yank it back as fast as I can. I yank it so hard that the door rips off its hinges and flies across the room, into a nearby wall.

Even with the loud bang of the door smashing into the wall, I don't turn around to see the damage; I run through the doorway into the hallway and from the hallway into the living room. This is where I find Jasmine... she is sitting on the couch waiting patiently for me to discuss what is about to happen. I then look at her paws and see a cup of tea, she brings the cup to her maw and takes a sip, which she shortly after lowers it into her lap.

"Calm down Tony, I know what's about to happen but..." Jasmine sees something that boggles her mind, the bottom part of her maw moves to the top of her chest; her arms grow weak and her paws open, dropping the cup out of them and onto the floor. This sends the cup crashing the floor, sending pieces of porcelain and tea all over the ground leaving a big mess.

"That... That isn't possible" Jasmine says shakily, wiping her eyes with her paws to make sure that what she is seeing is really there. Once she confirms that she's not seeing double, she starts to calm down.

"What?" I say, not sure why Jasmine would look so shocked all of a sudden; what I still fail to realize is what is behind me. "Is there something on my face?" I ask

"Uh... not really... have you taken a look behind yourself recently? You now have a lot more tails then you used to."

Wait... what does she mean I have more tails then I used to? I think back to earlier when I noticed something different behind my body. I start to move my tails around, realizing that yes there are more tails; this time I move each tail individually to see how many there were...

9...10...11...12...13... "What? I have 13 tails? How can this be?" I whip my head around to see if in fact there were 13. After counting each one and getting the same result, I shake my head not really sure what to think about the situation I'm in.

When she calms down a bit more, and sees that Tony knows how many tails he has; realization comes to Jasmine... he truly is the one they have been searching for all of these years... To top it all off... he's my mate.

"The legends are true" Jasmine says excitedly "The universe is saved!"

"Wait... what do you mean the legends are true?" I ask

Jasmine looks at me with a big smile on her face. "Legend has it that a kitsune with 13 tails would be brought to life one day, with him he would bring peace and prosperity getting rid of all evil plaguing the universe."

"Let me explain this more thoroughly to you; Kitsune tails represent many different things, such as love, passion, selflessness, power, wisdom and depending on your importance your rank as a Kitsune. Rank is what divides Kitsunes who can only achieve 9 tails; to Kitsunes who can achieve 13... you are the only one in the universe ever to have achieved 13 tails."

"That explains a lot... I kept wondering how you and Richmanta could achieve that amount of tails."

Jasmines ears perk up when she hears the name Richmanta "Who did you just say? How do you know the name of the leader of the dark Kitsunes?"

"I met him while I was given my purpose, he isn't the friendliest of kitsunes but he sure is powerful."

"Wait... you met the most powerful fur in the universe without getting killed? Wow"

"Well he couldn't see me since I wasn't physically there... now, you said earlier that if you have more then 9 tails your importance is high... does that mean you are more important then every other Kitsune?"

Jasmine nods "that's right... the reason I have so many tails is because I am the leader of all the Kitsunes..."

"You are?! Wow I never thought you were a leader..." I look at the sun, which is now 3/4s of the way past the horizon. "Oh my god, we've talked so long that we only have minutes to prepare before the Kitsunes arrive."

"I know" Jasmine says "and if you trust me I might know a way on how we can defeat them..."

Less then a mile away, 10 Kitsunes walk side by side down Jasmines street, oblivious to all the cars that drive up to them and explode into flames when they get close. As they get closer to the house one of the Kitsunes smirks and says. "This should go pretty quickly, a surprise attack should get rid of her."

When they reach the end of the driveway, you can see chaos behind the Kitsunes; cars have been thrown into the air while on fire every which way. Some cars are on people's lawns while others are on people's roofs. There are most likely hundreds of people dead or wounded because of the destruction.

The ten Kitsunes all bring there paws to the front of there bodies which then produce balls of energy, that can be seen in-between each furs paws. Once the balls become big enough, each one shoots the ball of energy toward the house; they all come together and become one large energy ball, which flies toward the house hitting it dead on. When it hits, the house explodes into a ball of flame. Debris goes flying in all directions hitting the houses beside it, and damaging them.

"Well it looks like our job is done here guys, good work. I don't know why our boss was so afraid of her..." They were about to turn around and head home when they hear a voice inside the rubble where the house once was.

"Not so fast"

Hearing this, each Kitsune stops dead in there tracks and freezes, there eyes go wide when they hear this coming from a male. It confuses them as well since they were told a female was living here... not a male.

"That... That's not possible" A kitsune in the middle of the others says "No one has ever survived our blast... how could you?

After Jasmine and I come up with a plan, with a minute left to spare, we stand up and walk to the middle of the living room. We close our eyes and bring our paws to one another's, within seconds of doing this our auras join together and surround our bodies, creating a shield to protect us from the blast.

Seconds after the shield raises, the house explodes; the barrier holds and debris goes bouncing off it protecting us from harm. Amazingly the first part of the plan worked and we're still alive. "We'll Jasmine; I think it's time to announce ourselves to our guests."

She giggles to my surprise; even in bad situations she's in a good mood. "I think that would be a good Idea Tony."

"Not so fast" I yell out, smoke clears just enough for me to see the looks on each Kitsunes face as they heard me, getting the desired effect.

Both of us start to walk out of the rubble, almost looking like were floating over it. Reaching the beginning of the driveway we stop. "Welcome to my humble abode fellas" Jasmine says with a smile.

Once the initial shock wares off of the Kitsunes; realization sets in when they realize what the hell is going on.

"Wait... is you... are you the chosen one?" the leader of these Kitsunes asks.

I smile at him and nod "The one and only, a pleasure to meet you all."

"Oh no... this isn't good... the leader won't be very happy about this" The leader says.

"Oh you mean Richmanta? I don't think you will be seeing him anymore" I say.

A few of the Kitsunes take a step back in fear, not wanting to be at this house anymore. Trying to get his Kitsune companions to stand there ground, the leader says. "Stand your ground men; don't show them you're weak."

In the blink of an eye, myself and Jasmine appear directly in front of two Kitsunes that look most scared. As we get there we swing our right paws at there neck, our claws make contact to there throats and open up, blood sprays everywhere including the both of us. They bring there paws up to their throats to try and slow down the bleeding, but soon they fall to their deaths.

I turn to the two Kitsunes that were beside the now dead Kitsune; grab both of there skulls in my paws and bring there heads together, smashing the skulls and killing them instantly. Jasmine in the meantime, brings her foot paw to another Kitsunes kneecap full force onto the leg, bending it in the opposite direction, separating it from the rest of the leg; Sending a blood curdling scream into the air.

This does not kill him however, so she brings her thumbs up to his eye balls, pushes the corneas inward with so much force that they enter his brain and kills him.

After the initial shock wares off, the 5 remaining Kitsunes realize that there comrades are either dead or dieing.

One tries to kill me by grabbing my neck and strangle me, while another comes from behind and tries to grab me in a bear hug. I notice that they have a lot of strength, but unfortunately for them, they underestimate mine. The one who grabbed my neck twists his paws to the left, trying to break it; but all he achieves is moving his hands and nothing more. When he realizes he has failed, fear comes to his eyes as I bring my maw to his neck and open it wide. I sink my teeth deeply into his neck, drawing blood; after, I close my maw and pull backwards, taking flesh with me leaving a gaping hole in his neck. His face turns white from the loss of blood and collapses to the ground.

As for the Kitsune who tries to give me a bear hug, all he manages to do is grab onto my tails and nothing else. So he gives up trying to give me a bear hug, and comes up with a back up plan. He grabs one of my tails with both paws and pulls with all his might, trying to rip it off.

To my surprise he almost succeeds; a loud yelp escapes my maw as I feel my tail being nearly ripped out of its socket. Before he tries and may actually succeed in ripping it off, two other tails grab his arms tightly and pull them away from my damaged tail. Another tail wraps around his throught and starts to squeeze, taking the life out of his body. His face starts turning different colours as he can't breathe and starts to die. Within minutes, his body goes limp and dies.

As this goes on, Jasmine gets attacked by two other Kitsunes. One tries to claw her heart while the other tries to trip her and get her on her back. She grabs the paw that was heading to her heart and bends the arm in the wrong direction dislocating it; this is followed by a cry of pain. With her same paw, she brings it up to the side of his head, and pushes it so hard and fast to the side; you hear a snap as his spinal column snaps, killing him.

Just as she kills the pesky Kitsune the other takes out her legs, and sends her falling to the ground. He pounces Jasmine so that she won't be able to move and get away. When he's sure she can't move; he brings his paw over his head, intent on killing her right then and there.

Oh no Jasmine thinks... can this be the end? She sees his arm rise in the air, ready to strike her. Not wanting to see him kill her, Jasmine closes her eyes and waits for the inevitable. Instead all she hears is a shriek and the sound of a severed head hitting the pavement beside her.

She opens her eyes and sees Tony standing over her as well as the dead Kitsune; he throws the body away from the both of them.

"You alright Jasmine?"

"Yeah I'm fine... but wasn't there ten of them?"

"Yes but the tenth disappeared sometime during the fight."

"So... is it over?" she asks.

"No I think it's just begun"

I take Jasmines paw in mine and lift her into the air, onto her feet. When we turn around to leave, the sight is something we did not expect. Dozens of police cars, ambulances, fire trucks, the FBI and the SWAT as well have arrived.

"FREEZE" a SWAT team member shouts.

Both of us just smile at them and say. "Sorry guys, but we have more important things to worry about."

Confused at first at there comment, the SWAT team member replies back "you're not going anywhere. You two get onto the ground NOW! Or we will shoot.

Not complying with his demands, he yells "FIRE!!!" everyone in the vicinity shoot thousands of rounds into the two Kitsunes. They stand for a few more seconds but finally slump to the ground... dead.

"We interrupt this program with breaking news." A fox news caster appears on the screen of a T.V. "earlier today two blood killing kitsunes murdered 9 other Kitsunes in a fierce battle. However after not meeting the demands of the SWAT team, they were killed instantly on scene. A biopsy will be done tomorrow afternoon... Stay tuned to this station for more news as the story develops."
