Lem's Morning
Blah blah. This was inspired by a vore image of a red ruffed leemur stretching in front of a mirror or something. I think. It's been a long time since I've seen the image. Or my mind combined an image by Nommz with something/someone elses. I'll vote for the latter.
Summary: Lem, ambiguoous pred, is enjoying some morning time before a jog with a gut full of an unidentified prey. The Chiroptera's are a bat family.
Lem stood in front of the bedroom mirror with a wide grin on his face. Striking poses and running his hands over his slightly protruding gut occasionally. Nudging the mass within around. Swirling it and tumbling it about. Then striking another pose when he thinks the mass has been shifted just right.
Then his phone alarm sets off for his morning run. Playing 'Touch It (Gun Boosted)' by Fruitsii.
Lem walks over and picks it up.
"Alright time to move." He says as he looks down at his dome and runs his hands over it again.
He walks out of the room, closing the door behind him, and down the stairs to the kitchen living room combo.
"Hi Mrs. Chiroptera." Lem says as he looks around the table, "and Abby."
'Abby' gives a sound of disgust, "You know I hate that name." She complains.
Mrs. Chiroptera stops what she is doing, holding a mixing bowl with one wing and a whisk with another, and looks Lem over.
"Oh, no pancakes?" She asks as she notes Lem's belly.
"No thanks. But do you have any OJ?" Lem asks as he gives his belly a scratching from an itch.
"Fridge." Abby says as she picks her phone up and begins typing on it.
Lem gives a nod and walks over to the family fridge, opens it, finds the carton or orange juice, opens it, and down the entire carton all while walking towards the door. The cold fluid causes his stomach to jiggle slightly but it is easy to see it as just casual movement caused by his walking.
Mrs. Chiroptera watches Lem while continuing to mix the pancake mixture, "More for everyone else then." She says with a shrug and retreats to pour the batter.
When Lem reaches the door, he gives a burp and crushes the empty carton in his hands before tossing it in the nearby wastebasket by the main entrance door.
"Bye!" He says before leaving.
"Have a good run!" Mrs. Chiroptera says from the kitchen and Abby gives him a wave without looking.
Outside, in the crisp winter morning air. Lem gives his legs some stretches and jogs in place before patting his belly.
"Whoo. Two hours." He says and burps, "Let's make that five."
Running away and off into the distance.
