Back with the girls just after Y/n left. "He won't sneak back and try to get a look as we change will he?" Nora asked. Y/n's POV
"I just need something simple, something basic." I thought to myself as I looked through the selection. "Ah, this will do nicely," I muttered.
I walked to the fitting room and tried them on they fit perfectly. I changed back and headed back to the girls. As I walked back I could see Nika and Dasha outside the fitting rooms chatting. "With him on top," I heard Nika say.
"I'm back," I announced. Dasha nearly jumped over the clothing rake. "So where's Nora and Sandra?" I asked. "In the change rooms, we're still looking," Nika responds. Dasha was looking at me like she wanted to ask me something.
"Something bothering you Dasha?" I asked. "Maybe later," Dasha responded and started looking at the selection again. One of the doors to the changing rooms opened revealing Nora wearing a swimsuit.
Nora walked out and then put one hand on the back of her head and the other on her hip. "So what do you think?" She asked. The three of us took a good look. I looked at the level we were heading for. Most of this level were pools, small pools dotted around the edge with one gigantic one in the middle of the rest of them. The small ones were like inground pools while the large pool in the middle had a beach around it. "What did they have to move an ocean to put that in here?" I asked sarcastically. "No, they cleaned rainwater and pumped it here." Nora chimed in. "It took a couple of rotations to fill it though." We arrived at the pool level. "And as for the beach, it's fake but feels real," Nora added.
I continued to look around. There was a shack or what amounted to one around the smaller pools and picnic areas between them. It had a sign on top of it that read, 'Pool & Food.' One half of the side had a drink, an ice cream cone, and a sandwich, the other half had towels, pool toys, and sunscreen on it. There was a large group of marrians around it. "Let's go get changed." Nora chimed.

We headed for another shack-looking building sitting along the wall with showers at either end. "When you go in Y/n, you will find a locker room and stalls in the back," Nika stated. "Once you change find an open locker and put our clothes in it, lock it, and take the key. I'll put it in my purse to get it safe." Nika added. "Sandra's right, we'll just have to buy what we need," Nika spoke. We walked over to the shack, Nika and Sandra looked at towels, Nora looked for sunscreen, and Dasha looked at pool toys. I just stood there as I couldn't buy anything. After a while, Nika walked up to me and handed me a towel.
"Here you go, sweety," Nika said as she handed me the towel. "Sweety?" I thought. Nora walked up with her sunscreen and Dasha had a beach ball. "Alright, let's find a spot on the beach," Nora spoke. We walked to an open area, there were other Marrians around but we all had our little spot to sit.

"Now, get to rubbing," Nika commanded. I think I know what she meant by that. We sit there for a while as Dasha blows up the beach ball. When she finished Dasha volleyed it up into the air and caught it when it came down. "Alright, it's ready. Shall we head for the water?" Dasha asked. No one spoke the girls fixed themselves up and we all headed into the water.
The water wasn't too bad, not overly cold. We stopped when the water was halfway between our ankles and knees. Dasha threw the ball up and spiked it. Nika and I started walking out, the water was now at our waists. "Ah, how deep does this get?" I asked. "The beach goes out about a hundred feet and to a depth of about 15 feet, but then it drops right off to the deepest part of the mine. This is more or less for species like mine so we can go for an actual swim." Nika proclaimed.
Once the water was up to our chests Nika dove into the water and started to swim. Using her tail she could swim quite fast. I started swimming too, doing the breaststroke. We swam farther out, me in a straight line, while Nika was swimming circles around me.
"Go under the water, Y/n. We're right at the edge of the drop-off now." Nika said. I took a deep breath and dove under. The water was crystal clear, I could see the other side of the drop-off as well as the bottom of it.
It must be around 500 meters or so deep. I could see Marrains swimming at various depths. I swam back up to the surface with Nika. "Wow, that water is so clear and deep," I remarked. "Ya, it's 600 meters deep," Nika stated. "Ha, I was close." I thought. "Let's keep going to the center, Y/n" Nika said.
"No, I better not," I stated. "Another foot out is another foot to swim back and I can't swim as long as you can." "Don't worry about it just take a deep breath and hold on," Nika spoke. Nika wrapped her arms around me and I did the same to her, took a breath and we were off.
With Nika's speed, we were at the center in no time. Nika brought us up to the surface, so I could catch my breath. "Now that we're out in open water I can show you how well us Wat'shi swim," Nika spoke. We went under the water.
Nika started swimming around doing loops, and barrel rolls, she was swimming by as fast as she could. Then she dove down going deeper and deeper. "Is she doing what I think she's doing?" I thought. Soon she stops going down and looks up at me. Then she starts swimming up faster and faster, swimming with all her might.
I swam to the surface and waited. Soon Nika breaches the water launching 20 feet into the air, and then just like an Olympic swimmer, she swans dives back into the water with no splash. Nika came back up to the surface beside me. "Well, Y/n. What did you think?" Nika asked.
"You were amazing, beautiful even," I spoke. "Oh thanks, sweety," Nika spoke. "Oh, well my terra is mostly water and we, of course, spend most of our time in the water so clothing isn't a big thing back home. It would just slow us down with drag." Nika respawned.
"So, you just swim naked?" I questioned. "With everyone else?" "Most of the time, yes. Being nude isn't a big deal back home and is just part of our culture." Nika stated. "The only time we wear 'clothes' is for formal stuff, and I use 'clothes' loosely as most of the time it just a fancy piece of cloth that floats around and doesn't cover anything."
"Kind of like that loincloth Sandra has?" I asked. "Yes, something like that," Nika responded. She then dove under the water, I did as well. She swam around looking for her swimsuit until she found it, she strapped it back on and we surfaced once more. "Shall we head back?" Nika asked. "Yes, but I got to say thanks for this, this was awesome," I remarked. "It was my pleasure, sweety," Nika spoke. And so we embraced each other and swam back to the beach.
