POISON
Part 2: "In The Spider's Web"
.o.o.o.
Spider-morphs, or Arachnoids as they are sometimes known, don't normally interact with the mainstream society at large. The stigma of being a "spider" often leads them to stick with their own kind, like most poisonous races. They are often reserved and strongly independent and may sometimes come off as cold or distant to other races. They are also prone to living in dark, isolated places where they can act more like spiders.
Most anthromorphs have a body covered fur (or sometimes scales) with a tale and walk bipedal. Arachnoids, however, have a body covered in a segmented exoskelaton that is smooth and slick to the touch. They usually don't wear clothes due to their mostly ambiguous anatomy.
However, the females have undergone a form of evolutionary streamlining that has (over generations) resulted in them developing visible "breasts". As is expected, they have eight jointed limbs. The bottom set effectively becoming legs while the other three sets of limbs act as arms- complete with opposable digits. All the limbs have three digits and the feet have two.
An smooth exoskeleton covers their limbs and the back of their torso- with a softer more 'skin'-like texture for the stomach, breasts, inner thighs and head. The mouth is slightly larger and more curved at the corners with sharp teeth inside. Large dark eyes are common, as well as a slightly higher hairline (often covered by extra long bangs). The forehead has three pairs of horizontal markings which are the only indicators of the other six eyes that were shed through evolution.
If Kria had eight eyes- they would all be looking down in shock at the red fox she was currently straddling AND joined with in a very 'intimate' way... However, her two eyes were still looking down at him in complete shock. "...Steve..." She whispered, trying to think of something to say.
He smiled up at her in a way that was so pure and earnest. "...Kria," he began in a soft tone. "I really want you to come away with me." He told her, observing the faint flush that graced her cheeks. He reached up a hand and caressed her cheek. She trembled at the contact, but made no move to pull back from his touch.
She closed her large dark eyes with a sigh and began to slowly lift herself off of him- wincing slightly at the feeling of no longer being filled by the fox. She turned a little to the side as Steven propped himself up more to see her. She looked over her shoulder at him with a fervent gaze. "...why me, I don't understand?" She asked in a serious tone.
Steven was silent for a moment as he thought about what to say next. "...Kria, when I'm with you- I feel wanted and cared for." He told her before falling silent again. He was silent for a much longer period of time before speaking again. "I don't know if this is the right thing to say, but I've fallen for you..."
She starred at him incredulously and pointed at herself with one of her hands. "Steven," She started to say as she looked into his ernest blue eyes. "You and me- it wouldn't work out..." She replied.
The fox got onto his knees and slinked towards her a bit. He tried to place a hand on her shoulder, but she pulled back. "Why won't it work?" He asked her in an imploring tone. His words were like needles in her heart as she tried to remain composed.
All her arms crossed as she dangled her legs off the side of the bed and looked into the darkness surrounding the two of them. "Well, first off- we're not even in a relationship- we just fuck each other." She began. "...I really love being with you and the pleasure I feel when I'm with you." She explained. "But how can you expect more from me?" She asked.
The fox watched her silently, while his tail swished around behind him. The spider glared at him as she continued. "You look at me and see a person who's not really here- I can't be the kind of girl you need." She added as a pained expression.
"I don't want you to be anything else than what you are!" He snapped back. "The way I feel about you is like nothing I've ever experienced before- I want you to be a part of my life." He explained. "...Kria, I'm in love with you." He told her in a pleading tone.
The spider whirled around and met his gaze. "Steven!" She blurted out. "Don't say that, you can't have those feelings for me..." She paused, feeling his words tug at her heart in a strange way she wasn't used to. "I'm a Spider," She told him, trying to sway him. "My natural instincts are that of a predator- I could just as easily kill you!"
The fox shifted into a sitting position and looked at her. He wasn't sure what to make of her actions- he could almost swear that she seemed on the verge of crying! "I don't care that you're a spider!" He exclaimed. "Th- that's a risk I'm willing to take." He told her. "It's all the things about you that make me love you." He added. "...When I'm with you, I actually feel like a man and not the loser that I feel like everywhere else."
He crossed his arms. "I'm sorry if you don't want this, but my feelings for you are something that I couldn't just keep bottled up inside me. I may be a wimp most of the time, but I couldn't let this chance slip away."
Kria got to her feet and looked at him in silence for a while. "You blindside me with this and you just expect me to jump into your arms just like that?" She asked in irritation. "You think I could just suddenly change my nature and become a normal girl?" she demanded. "This isn't like in the movies- it's not that simple..."
This time it was Steven's turn to get upset. "How can you say that?!" He exclaimed as he approached her, not bothering to cover himself either. "I'm not simplifying any of this. I don't want you to change!" He continued. "I want you the way you are... just the way you are. Nothing has to change between us." He added, his voice softening more as he finished.
Kria chuckled slightly as she looked at him. "So, you're really serious about this, then?" she asked, running a hand through her pink/red/dark red hair. "A nice sweet young fox like you actually wants a vicious spider like me?" She asked him with a strange smile. "You really want to be with me despite what I am?"
The fox cleared his throat and took one of her hands- perhaps one her middle ones, he couldn't quite be sure in the pervailing darkness. "You may not think you've done much for me, but you have- you've given me confidence and a sense of belonging." He told her. "I make good money... so it's no problem." He explained with a smile. "And now I want to return the favor- I want to love you and take care of you and..."
The spider flash a strange smile at him. "...And keep fucking each other's brains out like psychos?" She asked him with a razor-sharp tone as she regarded him with her dark eyes.
The fox felt his cheeks grow warm. He was caught off guard by this and rubbed the back of his head through his dark red locks of hair. "Well... yeah, that too." He replied, giving a cute little smile. "That's one of the things... but um, not the only reason." He added.
A comfortable silence passed over them and Kria lead them back to the bed once more. Kria traced her finger down along his chest. "Well... it does sound kind of fun." She began. "And I'd like to learn some things from you."
This got the fox's attention. "From me?" He asked in amazement. "What would you want to learn from a guy like me?" He asked, running a hand down her back as she nuzzled his neck with her mouth. He shivered slightly as he felt her breath upon his neck.
She looked up at him. "Well, I am spider... and I always wondered what it would be like to be the 'victim' for a change." She explained bashfully.
He smiled. "So, you want to know what it's like to be the submissive one?" He asked as she nodded, blushing slightly- which he found terribly cute on her and sort of arousing at the same time. "Alright... it might be interesting." He replied rubbing the smooth surface of her back.

The red fox stepped into the front room of his house. He set his briefcase down and yanked his tie off. He quickly made his way further inside, looking for a familiar figure that he was getting to know rather well in the last few weeks.
He had just entered the living room, only to jump as just three sets of arms latched around him from behind. This was then followed by the familiar sensation of body pressed against him. He turned in time for the spider to press her mouth to his in a crushingly intense kiss.
He took a step back and looked at her. She was unclothed, save for the apron she had on. He figured that she must have been doing something around the house while he was at work.
He'd seen her like this before and the funny thing was that it really got him going. Most times, she was in the kitchen and he'd come in just in time to get a nice view of her round bottum before she turned to greet him. She'd then quickly look over her shoulder at him and grin in her own way.
But this time, she'd waited for him so she could surprise him. Kria looked him over and smiled to herself. "If you're going to have a spider living with you, then you should be more mindful of getting caught." She remarked in a teasing voice.
She approached him and looked at him with an intent expression. "When are you going to let me be the prey like you agreed?" She asked, trying to make a cute pleading face for him.
Steven grinned at her as she batted her dark eyes in a flirty gesture. "Well, now that you mention it..." He began, rubbing his chin.
(- End of Chapter 2 -)
.o.o.o.
Well, I finished this chapter. It's shorter then the first, but it's more dialogue heavy than it. Also, this is a transitional chapter for the next one. Let me know what you guys though about it.
