The Digimon Wars Chapter 10 Look Who's Back!

Katie screeched as she got a little more altitude, she wasn't sure if she would win but she would definately try! ''Crimson Flame!'' Katie launched a powerful ball of fire from her wings, the hurling attack landed on SkullMammothmons face. ''Yes!'' Katie cheered as she flapped her wings to get slightly higher, but she was startled as she barely managed to dodge what looked like a vertebra bone. She turned back around as the smoke got cleared and her opponent roared without a scratch. Katie was shocked but shook it off as she flew behind her opponent, she landed on its back and grabbed onto one of the spikey bones with her claws. She then started pulling it, but she didn't except it to be launched at her. The attack was so sudden and surprising it launched her away, she hit the side of a building. As she was falling down she regreted not falling back. ''But I can't leave innocent people to their deaths...'' She said as she hit the ground and screamed of pain, she was trying to stand up but she couldn't because of the pain. The only thing she could do was to roll over to her stomach and watch as the raging beast continued its rampage. ''Don't give up.'' Katie was surprised, as she was breathing heavily she turned her head to her left where there was a small girl holding a stuffed rabbit. ''You can't give up birdy, you can't!'' The kids mother soon came to grab her and ran away from Katie, she was surprised when the mother stopped a little bit away and turned around to look at her. That's when Katie turned her head around a little, there were dozens of people just standing there and looking at her. ''Don't give up!'' ''You can't guit now!'' ''You're our only hope!'' Katie was almost shocked when she started hearing cheers and other shouts, she looked around as some people came closer and closer. /Do they want to help?\ Katie though as the first person touched her armored head, that's when she suddenly started to try and stand up as the people got farther from her and started cheering for her. ''You can do it!'' ''Yeah that's right!'' ''Stand up!'' Whistles and other shouts cheered her up and gave her the strenght to stand up, when she had gotten to her full higth she screeched and started to glow. /I will not give up! I can't! I will never give up!\ Katie started to take form. She became more human like and gained full plate armor, she got a new weapon. A stick where both ends were pickaxes. She got little shield on her legs and a scarf, she started to take colour. She was full white with some blue parts, she had become a Digimon goddess. Dianamon. Katie spun her weapon to mark her finished Digivolution, she was ready for round 2. She jumped up as she quickly located SkullMammothmon. She quickly estimated that she was almost as tall as Michaels BlackSeraphimon form and smiled behind her helmet. She rushed infront of SkullMammothmon as she readied her weapon, as SkullMammothmon was startled and surprised Katie giggled. ''What's the matter? Scared?'' That's when SkullMammothmon tried to ram her but she was too quick, she flew up and quickly came down with her weapon ready. She started hitting SkullMammothmon everywhere, as the raging beast started hurling its bones at her again she flew up. She started dodging and smashing the bones with her double pickaxe. After a short while she flew to the ground pretty far away from SkullMammothmon and put her weapon forth. ''I think it's about time to end this.'' One of her guill-like things on her back started shining and she grabbed it with her free left hand, as she grabbed it it became an arrow. ''Arrow of Artemis!'' Her weapon suddenly had a magical shining string in it that Katie used to ready her arrow, she aimed at SkullMammothmons head as it started charging at her. She released it, the arrow was so fast even she had a hard time keeping a track on it. Under a second the arrow had hit between SkullMammothmons eyes and in an instant the screaming beast disappeared into bits of data. Katie smiled. ''Time to go back home.'' ''You forgot?!'' Michael was slightly mad that Katie had forgotten his medication but quickly calmed down, he sat down back to his chair in his office. ''Well atleast you showed to that freak who's boss, you can go now. I have a lot of work to do.'' Katie nodded as she left the room, the moment she closed the door behind her Michael put his elbows on the table and leaned his head to his hands. Michael sighed, he groaned as his head dived into his hands. He was so bored and frustrated, he had been taking in people and Digimon and discussed with them about their propblems. Even thou he liked doing it and wanted to help his citizens he couldn't help but to almost yell. ''Boooooorrreeedd!!!'' As his last appointment for the day came he straightened his back and took a small smile. ''How can I help you?'' He was somewhat surprised when the person who came in was Alexandra. As she sat down she looked at Michael and said. ''I want revenge, I want on the field.'' Michael sighed, he started doing something on his computer as he explained. ''I'd love to avenge your family but I just can't leave the city defensless, besides do you know how many of them there are?'' Alexandra got a little mad. ''I don't care!'' Michael was surprised when she stood up and hit the table with both of her hands, she looked like she was just about to burst into tears. ''I can't let them get away with it! Not even if I die trying I must avenge my parents and my friends!'' Michael sighed, he signed the girl to sit down as he turned the computer screen at her. It was a map showing the progress of the Russians and their strength. ''Do you really want to take on over 60 million soldiers and unowng number of Digimon people? Do you?!'' Alexandra looked down and shook her head a little. ''...No...'' Michael turned the screen back to him as he continued. ''If you truly want revenge that badly I suggest taking on the Human Digimon commander who was in charge of the attack.'' Alexandra quickly turned her head to look at Michael. ''You know who it was?'' ''Sort of.'' Michael said as he turned the screen again, this time with a satellite picture of a Megidramon destroying some cars. ''He's currently leading the 4th Airborne division and is heading towards the 3rd Shock Army.'' Alexandra was confused as Michael turned the screen back and continued doing something on the computer. ''You aren't going after him?'' Michael turned the screen back, this time it had a picture of a MetalTyrannomon. ''It's not like I don't want to but I'm slightly worried about the commander of the 3rd Shock Army, a Ultimate level Digimon but still so powerful. He has already taken over Virginia and Pennsylvania even thou they have met the most resistance. The 1st Invasion Force lead by ChaosSeadramon on Maine has barely gotten to New York even thou they are the strongest force the Russians have thus far landed. So that's why I'm worried, if the 3rd Shock Army does have a secret weapon I want to find out about it before I risk anyones live.'' Alexandra nodded. ''I understand...'' Michael looked at Alexandra who seemed sad. ''Don't worry, once I find enough information I'll take out Megigramon personally.'' Michael stood up and walked next to her, he put his hand on her shoulder. ''But now if you excuse me, I have some things to attend to.'' Michael and Tyler were walking towards the field of war equipment, Michael had currently 31 Greymon patrolling the area. Michael was surprised that some Digimon citizens were actually able to Digivolve. When he had realized this he had started researching on it and was close on realizing what caused it and had invited Tyler with him to discuss about it in private. ''So, you mentioned something about independed Digivolving?'' Tyler asked when they 'entered' the equipment field. Michael chuckled as they passed the tank he had accidentaly fired. ''Yes. You've noticed by now that some of 'our' Digimon are somehow able to Digivolve, it shouldn't be that big of a surprise I mean they are Digimon after all.'' Tyler raised his hand a little as they passed a jeep. ''Buut?'' ''From my little questoning I've come to conclusion that Digimon don't usually get to Digivolve this fast. Most of these guards here could be considered 'young-teenage-human-kids'. Meaning that they are way too young to be able to Digivolve, I've yet to find out if their loyalty is the main cause but looks like it.'' ''Aand the reason why you're discussing this with me in private iiss??'' Michael almost laughed to Tylers expression but he kept his eyes on front and continued with his serious tone. ''I don't have an army, yet. I would have already left Freiheit and seeked out volunteers but because of the constant threat of an invasion I'm unable to leave so I've been using messengers to contact different Digimon around the Digital World.'' Tyler was somewhat shocked but he remained calm, he stopped and asked. ''For defense or offense?'' Michael turned to look at him to his eyes. ''Defense, I will handle any offensive operations myself. I will never risk anyones life on my behalf.'' Tyler was confused, not just because they had reached a Russian attack chopper but he was more confused about Michael who started to look for a way to open the door. ''But you're ready to kill people, even the innocent?'' Michael chuckled as he continued to search a way to open the choppers door. ''I lost my so called concience a long time ago, I can kick a puppy many times I like and still couldn't give a damn.'' ''Okay, how?'' Michael found the hidden hatch and pulled it, he opened the door as he spoke. ''I lost all my faith in humanity that's all, but I do know the difference between right and wrong. Even better than the entire world.'' Tyler was just about to ask something when Michael jumped on the chopper and turned around to offer his hand. ''Napoleon? I really don't think that that's a really good idea...'' Michael laughed a little. ''Oh come on, what could possibly go wrong?'' As they climbed on one of the Greymon ran up to them. ''My Lord! There is an urgent matter in Freiheit!'' When Michael and Tyler had gotten back to Freiheit they found a small riot of a dozen humans who were yelling at the Digimon and other people, there was a 'leader' who was a blond girl with a blue skirt and a white tank top. She was standing on a rock in the middle of the groub yelling. ''This is not justice! He kills if he's opposed in any way, well we've had enough! We demand democracy and we demand to elect our leader, don't we?!'' The groub cheered and gained size as more people started joining their groub. The Digimon on the other hand kept at bay and followed the situation, they have always had monarchy so they have no idea what democracy is. Digimon always had lords, emperors, kings and queens so they had no idea what the girl was going on about. The young girl kept on speaking. ''We don't want a warmongering madman to lead us do we? No! We want to elect our president and then elect the goverment!'' Tyler looked at Michael, he was excpecting Michael to be absolutely furious but instead he was smiling. He looked like he was about to burst into laughter, Tyler was confused so he asked. ''Aren't you going to do something about this?'' Michael took a quick look at him. ''Not just yet, I'll enjoy this little stand up show a little bit more.'' Tyler was confused but kept watching the girl who was rallying more people to join her. ''We want parties and actually working law acceptence system, not a single teenager choosing each law for his own benefits! This Napoleon lives on that big mansion with servants! Servants! We're living the 21st century here people!'' That's when the girl stopped her yelling and looked at the laughing Michael, he was laughing so hard he was holding his stomach. The crowd was confused but the Digimon were rather relieved, after a while Michael stopped his laughing and wipped some tears away. He then started walking towards the crowd, even thou the people didn't want to they still stepped aside from fear. Humans in Freiheit come from a world of complex politics and protest while the Digimon always had had a single leader. When Michael reached the girl he also stepped on the big rock, he then turned to the crown but was still slightly wasing the girl. ''First of all we're living on the 20th century, it's not the year of 2100 just yet. Also in the Digital world they live on a different time period. Second of all, democracy doesn't work. Especially your 'PeRfEcT FrEeDoM PoLiTiCs Of UsA'.'' The girl immideatly responded. ''How dare you mock our home!?'' Michael laughed a little. ''Oh I'm sorry, which country it was that started a dozen wars and eventually started World War 3? Which country has the poorest healt care system of modern countrys? Which country has the most corrupt democracy and the most retarted people on Earth? Which country wastes money the most? Which country is not actually a country but thinks it is? Which country is literally dying in the Russian hands? Let me tell you! United States of America!'' After that everyone was silent, even the girl. Michael laughed. ''So how about you get yourselves educated in the soon coming school and we continue this discussion later?'' When he got no answer he stepped off the rock and walked to Tyler. ''Come on, let's not waste our time with these idiots.'' Just as they were about to go back to the chopper Katie rushed to them. ''Come quick!'' ''...As of this day all of USA now belongs to Mother Russia, the Asian alliance has gotten one of its goals. We have already taken a part of Europe and most of Asia, we however have stopped. We have already gotten what we wanted and we've started to build a new world. Even thou we still have to destroy those god loving idiots at Italy we are still...'' ''Well that was quick.'' Michael said, they were in the break room. It didn't really come as a surprise that USA would fall this quickly to the compination of Russian, Chinese and Japanese warfare. Katie sighed. ''Does this mean that they'll focus on the Digital World more?'' Michael nodded. ''Probably, that's why we have to be ready. Digimon don't have that kind of technology and only the Ultimate and Mega level Digimons can actually do something against them.'' Tyler sighed as well. ''As if we already didn't have enough trouble in out hands, hey what's with the screen?'' The screen started shaking and the sound was gone, Michael was confused. ''I honestly don't know, interference?'' But all their questions were answered when Albrecths face came to the screen, Michael and the others were angry, sad, scared and worried at the same time. Albrecth was sitting in a big throne like chair, he was drinking wine from a small glass and he had a big Nazi symboled flag behind him. ''Greetings. I honestly was not excpecting commies to win this quickly, but let me assure you that war is far from over. For we the Nazis have returned, we currently hold man power of over three million. How? Well we figured out a little while ago something great and let me assure you that our strength will rise. But back on the matter at hand, well done Red dogs, but the Fatherland will rise once more and we will destroy all communism from this world. Our first target is Moscow and then London, oh and to all of you Jesus loving idiots don't worry. You'll be joining your savior momentarily, and last but certainly not least. Napoleon, where ever you are I know you're watching this so...'' Albrecth raised the glass. ''Cheers, and don't worry about me. I'm far too busy to deal with you and I still believe that we can cooperate. Seig heil!'' That's when Albrecth raised his hand in a Nazi greeting and when the transmission ended, the screen went back to the Russian female reporter. Both Katie and Tyler turned to look at Michael who was smiling? ''Oh don't worry Albrecth, I'm just going to kill you that's all. Well then, it seems we have work to do.'' As Michael started walking towards the door Tyler stopped him with a question. ''To do what exactly?'' Michael turned around with a grin. ''To go to gather an army of course.''
