Chap.3
Jess and Johnny entered the tiny auditorium of the main hall of the school. Jess was stuck behind a whole of other students, blandly shuffling forward with every chance available. The halls were lined with more guards, grinning as Jess's slim, voluptuous figure as it occasionally brushed by them. Jess was beginning to think if this was such a good idea coming here. But then again, this is what she wanted, and she KNEW Nathan wanted it as well. Jess could just see above Johnny's head, as she stared forward, seeing more security officers and a large set of twin metal detectors. Jess was curious at the strange devices and why they had a place in this school, just as Johnny just lent over to her, whispering into her ear.
"The principal had them installed last year ever since the incident." Jess was even more curious. What type of incidents could happen with all these armed guards? I mean, they weren't the type of guards who looked like they could run you down, but then again, if they did, they were armed for it. Large black night sticks, pepper spray, and a few of them had pistols. Jess didn't expect them to be loaded, but then again, she could always be wrong. She was about to pipe up and ask, before Johnny walked through the large metal gates, as it began to ring out of control, the loud alarm bringing her sensitive ears to a ring. Johnny sighed as one of the guards stepped forward, beating his Billy stick into the palms of his very oversized hands.
"Okay Jonathon. Arms up, legs spread. You know the deal." The guard said as he began to frisk Johnny thoroughly.
"The names Johnny." He sighed as the guard patted down his chest, working his way down his thighs and back up to his butt. The guard smiled as he pulled out a silver cigarette case out of Johnny's back pocket.
"And what do we have here?" The guard said as he looked over the case. Jess admired the fine silver case. It had beautiful rose engravings along the edges, and a large Anarchist A in the middle. It was extremely beautiful, and looked as if it would cost him, or anyone a fortune. Jess felt the guard didn't have the right to rub his greasy fingers on it. But it wasn't her place to say. The guard smiled as he opened the attractive case, before frowning sourly to find nothing but Peter Jackson's and a Captain Black cigar. He was about to hand it back to Johnny, when he grinned slyly and flipped it over.
"What's this, eh John? A little personal motto?" Johnny's cocky attitude seemed to crash through the floor as he began to panic. Johnny began to flail for the case, yelling as if he was a child begging for candy, but with a more extensive vocabulary. "Give it back, you son of a bitch!!" Johnny screamed, as the guard pushed him into a wall.
"You just wait, you miserable little twat." The guard yapped as he began to read the inscription out loud to anyone who was listening. Jess helped Johnny regain himself as the Guard began to read.
"I can't make heads or tails of this chicken shit.. What is this, Latin?" Before the guard could read the next line, it was ripped from his hands with lighting fast speed. The guard quickly flipped around, his club at hand. "Why you little pri-" He was cut off as he was stared down by a large Jaguar, wearing a deep black pair of shades. Jess could hardly see him over everyone else, but he was tall, cleanly groomed jaguar, and his fur was a bright yellow, with pure black spots. His shades stretched across his whole face, covering ear to ear. The guard seemed to sink to an all time low, as he re holstered his club into his belt. "I'm, so sorry, Mr....." The jaguar ignored him as he walked over to Jess and Johnny, pulling Johnny's arm in front of him with sheer force, and slammed the case into his hands, the inscription facing against his palms. Johnny flinched from the hard cold metal striking his hand, as the cheetah leaned over to whisper in his ear.
"Take better care of your things, Mr. Napalm. And if I was you, I'd get that engraving sanded off. It's against school rules." Johnny looked to the ground and slowly nodded. This was the first time Jess had ever seen Johnny in such a lowly mood. For some one with such a fiery spirit, this man seemed to put it on ice.
"Y-yes sir.." Johnny slowly spoke. The Jaguar began to quickly walk away, before turning to Johnny, sticking a Cigar in his mouth. He smiled with the stick in his mouth.
"And you better work on those motor skills to." Johnny was confused at first, before he opened the case to find his cigar and 3 of his cigarettes missing.
"Damn it.." Johnny sighed as he slid the case back into his back pocket again. Johnny quickly walked through the detector again, not even bringing his eye level with the guard, who was as equally shattered as he was. Jess quickly scurried behind him, trying to hold his arm. Johnny just shrugged it off, sliding his hands deep into his pocket. Jess was sad to see her new best friend in such a miserable mood, so she figured she would keep quiet for now. Jess followed Johnny with every step through the cluttered hallways, not speaking a word. The long halls were lined blue lockers, scrawled with years of black sharpie and messages of hate. Some lockers seemed to emanate a foul smell, almost like a skunk. Jess tried to scan for old faces, but not seeing anyone to her knowledge. Jess never said anything to the crushed spirit beside her. She was so upset. But she couldn't help but wonder, what exactly did that case say? Jess had studied Latin in her old school before she came here, so if Johnny could merely show her the case.. She was about to ask before Johnny spoke to break the sudden silence. "So what's your first class love?" Jess smiled as Johnny began to return to himself, as she pulled out the schedule she had in her shirt pocket and quickly scanned over it.
"Says here I have English with Mr. Pearson." Johnny seemed to regain his fiery spirit.
"Oh really? Same here." Jess grinned. Her first day, with her first new friend, and they had their first class together. Things were really going her way. "come on, it's this way love." Johnny quickly dragged Jess down the halls, eager to get to their class, with his fiery spirit back intact. Jess tried to keep up with his pace as Johnny sped down the halls in quite a fury. Jess didn't seem to think Johnny was the type of person who would exceed in school, let alone even like it, but the fact that he was excited enough to drag her down the halls into her new classroom made her crack a soft smile. As Jess and Johnny sped by the others furs in the hall, she briefly scanned the faces to see Nathan standing at his locker, quickly flipping through his notes for the days classes. Jess smiled on the inside. He was so cute. His silver grey fur, with his pure, snow white underbelly that seemed to gleam under the flickering fluorescent tubes of the hallway lights. His long, black trench coat reached down to his knees, which were encased in heavy leather boots. His long, fluffy tail flicked gently behind him, as Jess melted at the sight. Jess loved Nathan so much. She loved him like a sister would love a brother, but in a weird, taboo sort of way. If he wasn't so damn sexy, she'd be proud to call him her brother as well. He had been with her through so much, and she owed her life to him. That, and something a little more "intimate." She reached out quickly out to touch him, to let him know she still cared, to feel his soft fur against her touch once more, before Johnny turned sharply and dragged her into one of the classrooms.
"Come on love, our class is right here." Jess smiled at Johnnie's gratuitous hospitality, but sighed on the inside at the fact that she would have to wait to be with the fur she loved. She already waited 4 years, what's another 40 minutes? Jess looked at the tiny classroom, with its pale yellow walls and tiny, wooden cabinets. 50 year old books sit on one self, with the spines broken and pages laying scattered around them. Jess frowned. No way could the students do that to these books. They may hate each other, and they may hate her, but they couldn't hate reading. Could they? Jess turned to Johnny who was pulling out a chair for himself, as he flopped right down and stuck his long, slender legs on the desk, ignoring to give Jess a seat, as he stuck his headphones deep into his ears. Jess smiled, knowing that he would have pulled out her chair, if he was not such a prick. But then again, that's what Jess made herself feel so close to him. She could relate. Jess sat down politely beside Johnny as she pulled out her pretty pink binder filled with fresh, white paper, as she began to scribble something down. The bright flash of pink caught Johnny's eye, as he lent over to see what Jess was doing.
"What you up to there, love?" Johnny inquired. Jess smiled as she lent over a bit, showing Johnny what she was drawing. It was a beautiful Japanese style setting, with a large, slender tree hanging over a small, headless figure. The figure was sitting on a large boulder, over looking a small pond of water filled with tiny golden fish. The figure looked to be female, and it was holding a lotus flower in its hands. Johnny smiled at the wonderful work of art.
"Quite nice, Miss Lovely." Jess smiled at his sincerity.
"Why, thank you... It's just a little something.." Jess smiled. Johnny smiled back, before his eyes glanced down Jess's chest, staring at her supple breasts. They were quite large and firm, and were encased in a tight, black bra. Jess noticed, and was appalled. She was just about ready to slap him across the face. She wasn't gonna put out THAT much to someone she just met on the first day of school. He'd have to work a little harder than that. She took her hand to her hip as she stretched out her palm, before the door creaked slowly open. Johnny and Jess both directed there attention, to see the large, slender frame of the Jaguar Jess and Johnny met in the atrium. His thick black shades glistened in the light of the room as he glanced at the two of them before he took a seat behind his desk, and folded his hands on the desk. He store at the both of them for a minute, as if he was looking into their souls behind those pitch black shades. He smiled slyly, his large, white fangs showing as he peeled of the shades, revealing a small scar across his right eye. His eye was a milky white, and the pupil had completely disappeared in a sea of white.
"Welcome to my Class, Miss Lovely." He smiled, as Jess seemed to shudder.
