TWO SOULS
My name is Kida and this is my story it is full of truth and false that only I and one other know.
I was brought up to breed in my pack. I was one of the few born with the snowy white fur instead of the orange. Many males were attracted to me but I had no interest in any of them. In rejecting all males of my tribe I was out casted. Forced to lead a life on my own I was vulnerable but content. I chose to travel the lands observing the other tribes and their customs at a distance so not to be seen.
One day I came upon a wolf tribe and sat to watch them as I had done many before. I could tell it was their mating season from all the commotion. My eyes were distracted by a young male who apparently was not taking part in the festivities. Every time a woman advanced on him he would push her off. Then walk away. The men parted watching him like he was a vile snake ready to strike. Soon he wandered off and I followed him till he found peace over by a river.
After a while I had the nerve to wander down near the water. He lifted his head to look at me but then put it back down showing he had no intention on keeping me from being there. I took a sip out of the river then spoke softly. "A young wolf shouldn't be wandering around here on your own this time of the season. Where is your mate?" I asked sitting down a few feet away from him. Not wanting to let him know that I had been watching him.
His ears shrunk against his head as he tried to act tuff. "I need no mate. "He said turning his face from me. "I am very much content on my own."
"Well I cannot make you tell me what is wrong but I know something is. Do you mind if I just share the river with you and enjoy your company?" I asked lying down on the moist earth. I used my paws to claw at it as I stretched.
"You have right to be here just as much as I do." He said cautiously "I could use the talk though."
I smiled at this as I stretched my body some more then crossed my paws. "So where is your mate? You must have had one once." I asked
"My mate has past his time came. He died about two years ago. He was older than I." The young wolf said. "To answer your question my mate was a male. I have interest in both but I have no feelings for any of the females in my tribe and the males reject me." He said with almost a whimper.
I thought for a few seconds. "Could you use a friend?" I asked hoping that he would join me for a while.
He got up and took a step back. "You're not going to take me are you?" he asked a bit frightened by her offer.
I sighed. "No I ask for your friendship I have no need for a mate. Why would you think I would take you it is the mate that takes the female is it not? My name is Kida and I am an exile from my tribe. My life has been spent alone for quite some while. I would be afraid I will go crazy if I went much longer without even someone to talk to. I have been alone for a year." I said trying to calm him.
He looked around then sat back down pulling out a deck of cards. "My name is Soul and I am a fortune teller. I guess we can be friends. Would you like me to read your fortune?" he asked looking at my puzzled face.
"Can you tell me if I will be alone for all of my days?" I asked my ears perking up as I grew excited. "I have heard of ones such as you."
He shuffled his cards then placed them in a pattern looking at them. After a few minutes he looked up at her blushing. "umm..." he said
"So what did they say?" I asked impatiently.
He took a deep breath. "They say that you will mate this season and produce a litter different than most." He said
I understood immediately but slowly walked over to the cards as if I was examining them. Then I pushed the wolf over and stood over him. "It's you isn't it. You are meant to be my mate." I questioned excited as I watched his tail curl over him and his ears droop. I looked at him waiting for an answer before I would move.
"Yes that is what the cards said. But I don't know why. Please don't take me." He said almost in a cry.
I sighed getting off and starting to walk off. "Maybe your cards are wrong." I said walking away. I had gotten to a nearby cave when I heard footsteps behind me. I quickly turned and pounced on the intruder. "Soul?" I said noticing that I had pinned the fortuneteller to the ground again. He bared his neck waiting as I thought. Then I remembered that I had seen the wolves do this in many tribes as a sign of submission. I bit his neck softly to show him dominance and waited as he licked my mouth and neck. Then I backed off. "Why have you followed me?" I asked
He sat up panting then spoke. "I don't want to be alone. I don't wish to mate. But I will tag along. My pack no longer needs me." he said.
"As you wish." I said to him as I continued on him following closely. He watched me taking interest in my walk. I looked back at him smiling. "So what are you looking at Soul?" I asked watching him blush.
"I have never spent time with a tiger before. I'm just curious." He said smiling. "So what is your interest in me, Kida?" he asked smiling.
I thought then smiled stopping for him to catch up. "You aren't trying to dominate me or forcing me to mate." I said. "I am lucky I still am untouched. I was Bitten but pure." She said smiling proudly and putting her head up. "But I guess your tribe is different. From what I have seen it is the other way around with you huh."
He nodded. "Females dominate in my tribe. That's just the way it is."
Soon I came upon a familiar scent and grew weary. I crouched down low growling seeing a former friend of mine step into view. "So I see we have reduced ourselves to breeding outside of our species." The tiger said coming closer. "I would have thought better than that of you Kida." He said laughing as he circled me. My eyes watched his every move. "So we are not taken. That's good." He said after sniffing me and stepping away glaring at the Soul. "Not strong enough to take on her huh pup." He said teasing.
Soul growled pushing him aside and standing between us. Showing his teeth he let out a low growl warning the tiger. "I am no pup and when I feel like it I will take her but you won't." He said as Kida looked at him astonished.
"As you wish pup." He said grabbing on of his paws and throwing him down. Soul quickly got back up trying to get at the tigers throat with no success. The tiger grabbed Soul by the throat slowly crushing it. I quickly moved to stop the tiger grabbing on his back digging my teeth into him with all my might but he held fast and threw me off his back into a tree knocking me unconscious. My body slumped against the tree and the tiger laughed thinking to himself that he was going to have fun with me later. This act gave Soul the chance to regain advantage. Slipping from under him slowly he used his back paws to throw the tiger in the air off of him. Soul grew fiercer and went after the tiger biting the tiger's neck causing him to bleed. The blood could be seen running from his neck and staining the forest floor. Finally the tiger gave up and limped off the best he could and collapsed not far off due to blood loss. Soul returned to my side leaving the body for the scavengers and curled up next to me licking my face. I did not wake until morning and the sun was already high.
I looked at him with confusion and relief to see him safe. "You...saved ...me." I said almost stuttering because of the pain. He smiled licking my cheek and rolling over looking cute as well as exposing himself to me. I just licked him back purring and stayed where I was to recover. I was well again within a week of the incident. Luckily only a few fractured ribs. When my strength was back I got up and watched him follow me to a nearby cave. "I usually live here when I am not traveling." I said looking at him. "Why did you save me anyway?" I asked curious about why he would save someone he had not known so long and why he had told that tiger that he would take me. "You told that tiger you would take me probably for intimidation huh." She said.
He smiled. "You saved me." He said simply. "When you found me I was not planning to be around much longer. You gave me a reason to do otherwise." He said "and I would be honored to be your mate. Your tiger friend should learn better. Females in our tribes do the taking." He said laughing a bit and nudging me a bit to get up.
I paced for a bit then smiled. "Then I will be yours if you will permit." I said walking into the cave. "Are you coming?" I asked but he was already prancing into the cave like a satisfied pup. I watched him as he layed down next to me baring his neck again waiting to be made mine. "Are you sure? You wouldn't mind having a tigress as a mate rather than one of your on kinds?" I asked him making sure this is what he wanted too.
"You are more beautiful then all the wolves in my tribe." He said smiling. Then he licked my neck showing submission to me.
I got up biting his shoulder till I could feel the blood on my teeth then licked the wound that would tell the world he is taken. Then I put my paw on his chest and whispered "stay" in his ear then began to play with his nipples licking them one at a time before moving lower. Putting my mouth over his shaft I heard him moan a bit from the feeling. I lie on the ground running my paws over him. I watched him barely able to keep still. Then I moved myself up on him lining our bodies up with each other. Slowly I let him enter me then rocked my body back and forth on him keeping his paws pinned with mine. Then I flipped us both over putting him on top. "Claim me "I said almost as a plea then watched him move back and forth on me. I ran my claws down his back and he arched into them causing blood to flow out of his back.
"Master." He said looking at me. "I love you." Then he threw his head back and howled into the sky as he filled me with his seed. When he was done he layed down on top of me and rolled us on our sides. Then he just smiled at me and licked my nose.
I looked at him funny. "Why do you call me master?" I asked confused by the name.
He looked down at me putting his nose to mine. "It is customary and because that is what I see you as. My mate, and my master, now my love." He said
"I love you too Soul" I said holding him close until his knot was small enough for him to release himself from me.
"Can I stay yours forever master?" Soul asked as he held me.
"Forever my love forever." I said smiling and finally happy.
