Seeing through Another's Soul

You know when you're hanging from the ceiling by the way of ropes and manticles you really wonder what life was all about. Life, it's meaning, the ramifications of actions, and why you're here on this planet. Really, what else can you do other than think about things and how they ended up as they have with an aching hardon and a blindfold over your eyes.

Atleast that was what Rich thought as he dangled like a fish on a hook while his eleven inches of cock dripped pre onto the bed below him. The room he had been thrust into was bare from what little of it he had seen before his captors wrapped his vision in black and then hoisted him into the air with itchy bindings and the left him there.

The young Doberman wondered why it was that these things happened to him. The nineteen year old had been minding his own business coming home from school when all of a sudden he had been jumped, beaten, carried off into a dark colored van, and then taken somewhere and forced into a room without any word as to why, but not before his captors had...

Just the thought made him shiver and cringe as his erection beat in time with his heart. Maybe he was gay but this was both humiliating as well as uncomfortable.

He had been stripped naked down to his dark brown fur, they'd, whoever 'they' were, had taken his briefs all the while fondling the canid. Even worse was that this situation, despite the bruises, was rather erotic in itself. Being used as a punching bag wasn't but having hands/paws caressing his sleek form was...nice in itself.

The Doberman groaned as he wiggled around trying to find some way to get free but his muscles ached from the 'tenderizing' he had received from whoever had kidnapped him and even his tail hurt when he tried to struggle. That didn't mean he just gave up, if he could just get on of his hands free then he could...

The door to the room opened and the Dobie cocked one of his triangular ears to listen for whoever was coming inside, hopefully to get him down.

"Well he looks fresh doesn't he?" A heavy voice said with a slight rasp to it.

"Yeah, should get a good price for his tail tonight." Another commented and the Doberman cringed, as that had been the voice that echoed in his ears from his earlier beating.

"So should we let the boys in to have a little fun first or just wait?" The second voice asked

"Let's wait first. He'll go for more if we let 'him' have this guy first. You know how he likes virgin tail and a dog no less. That guy'll probably pay top dollar just for an hour!" the raspy voice explained and the Dobie felt his stubby tail try to curl under himself.

Your parents often warned pups about places like this but to think that they actually existed was another situation all in itself. The strung up Doberman bit his lips as he thought about the current status of his tailhole and prayed he wake up from this nightmare very, very quickly.

"Hahaha. Listen to him whimper." The heavy voiced man said.

"Don't bother making noise kid. Tonight you belong to us and that tail of yours is going to make us a pretty dollar when the customers start rollin' in." The Doberman struggled even more in his bindings before listening to the male's laughter as they closed the door behind their departure.

Squirming and tossing around like a pup the Dobie kept up his desperate gestures until he tired himself and his sore muscles out. Panting in exhaustion the nineteen year old couldn't believe all the bad luck where he had ended up...

'A brothel! I'm in a damn brothel!' the young canid thought desperately as he recalled the tales his friends told about young pups getting taken to those places and what happened to them afterwards. Some who walked out alive were never the same as the constant abuse was mind shattering and soul shattering. Others wouldn't so much as look at another fur in fear that they would be brutalized. And those that didn't make it out...

The Dobie couldn't help the tears that feel from his blinded eyes when the thoughts of his virginity and maybe even his life were going to be taken from him tonight and on his birthday no less. The Doberman always imagined finding a hot guy and giving up his tail on his own accord but Fate didn't seem to approve of his plan since tonight would see him raped by some guy who he probably wouldn't be able to even see.

'Wait a minute...I'm straight damn it!!!' the Doberman thought while sobbing and desperately wanting to shake the mental images of the next few hours of his life from his mind.

Heaves racked the other making the ropes shiver as the Doberman bemused his current circumstance. Thoughts about this and that spun in the teenager's mind until finally he couldn't handle his dreaded visions of the future and passed out.

A ringing startled him as Rich opened his eyes and looked up to the ceiling above him.

'Wait, I can see. I can see! Then...then..." the Dobie twisted his head back and forth and noted that he was no longer being suspended from midair and he was even in his own room.

Looking at his wrists the canine anthro twisted his appendages noting the lack of marks from rope burns and other bruises. Patting himself from neck to shins the Doberman felt relief wash over himself as his body felt normal instead of beaten to an inch of his life.

Quickly getting up from his bed the teenage canid sniffed around and took in the distinct odor that was his own suffocating the room. Looking over at the posters and wall hangings Rich yipped in pleasure when he raced to his closet and threw it open to reveal all of his clothes and other possessions.

'It was all a dream. Thank you God!' the Doberman sighed as he sagged and let the weight of his relief swallow him up.

"Hahahahahah!!!!!" Rich laughed triumphantly with his paws on his sides as he let his mind come down from his awful nightmare.

'It was all a dream...just a dream...' Rich exhaled and closed his closet before walking to his bedroom door and swinging it open.

"MOM! DAD!" The brown furred Doberman raced down the empty hall of his house until he got to the hallway stairs and jumped down the entire flight where he landed gracefully with one hand to balance himself on the first floor. The carpet under his feet bore the energetic nineteen year old's weight before Rich stood firm and dashed to the living room.

In the main area of the first floor the vacant room confused the Doberman as he was sure that his parents were home since it was probably still early. The older Doberman couple usual were the first to wake up even though Rich had his alarm clock set for eight 'o clock.

"Mom! Dad!" Rich sniffed around for his parent's scent when sight failed him and then noted that the older couples particular smell was faint in the two story house. Going into the kitchen the teenage Dobie swung his head back and forth as he wondered where his parents were when he looked to see a note scrawled on a piece of paper taped on the fridge.

'We're sorry that we could be here for your birthday this morning Richard, but your father and I had to go on sudden business. Your presents are under the kitchen sink, the only place you wouldn't look for them, so open them and act responsibly today. You can stay home from school if you want and have your friends over but if the house if destroyed when we come back your grounded until your next birthday.

Love Mom and Dad!'

"How does she always make a threat after saying something nice I'll never get. Oh well! I wonder what they brought me!" Turning and kneeling behind him the Doberman opened the wood cabinets and then pulled out two heavily decorated boxes.

Opening one, the nineteen year old barked when he pulled out the game system he wanted along with three new games. Smiling almost manically the Dobie put the electronic stuff aside and opened his other package and found a few pairs of jeans and a t-shirt that had his favorite band stitched onto the front.

"Coolmer! I can't believe dad actually let mom get this for me." On front of the light blue material was a picture of Rich's favorite band the Five Swords. The group was composed of five lupines that all happened to be both gay and the number one band for the past year.

Rich didn't care if the five wolves on front screwed each other on stage he just loved their music. It was always so alive that sometimes the Doberman could hear it in his sleep. Rich wondered how his dad had talked his mom into buying it as the older female Doberman was more than a little opposed to her son wearing 'inappropriate' clothing around the house?

Well however it happened Rich hugged the shirt to his chest and then the teenager tossed off the nightshirt he had on before donning his new shirt. Feeling the cool cotton rub against his dark brown fur, the Doberman grabbed his remaining birthday presents and started to enjoy his day from school. What teenager wouldn't cut school on a Friday with his parents permission?!

The day seemed to roll by kinda slowly and before long it was twelve in the afternoon. Rich paused his game and picked up his cell phone from underneath his pillow. Dialing a familiar number the Doberman waited until someone picked up on the other line.

"Hello?" a rough timber voice asked.

"Hey Chris 'sup?" Rich smiled to himself, as his best friend had answered his call.

"Rich? Where are you man, Ms Kinsey is bugging big time because your not here?" the other male on the other end asked with some degree to anticipation mixed with concern lining his voice.

"Sorry but today's my birthday remember, so I got permission to stay home. Why's she going on and stuff?" Rich was puzzled since the normally even tempered human female was the most easy going of everyone he knew.

"Oh you wouldn't have heard since you stayed home but Kenneth's missing." Rich sat bolt right on his bed as his heart thudded in his chest and sweat dripped from his forehead.

Kenneth was a Doberman like himself but was prone to getting bullied around school. Rich and Chris had made it their business to see that the younger Dobie didn't get harassed as much by other guys by being his friend/bodyguard. The sophomore had been much appreciative when the two seniors had come to his aid time and again and Rich was really worried that something or someone had done something to the smaller Dobie. After all, compared to the two high school football stars the little canine was a bookworm at best so he needed looking after.

"What do you mean?" Rich felt like something was tugging at the back of his mind. Like he knew something he consciously wasn't aware of and his brain was at war with itself.

"I mean he's missing. No one saw him since yesterday. Though there was a rumor that he got beat up and dragged off in a van but no one knows for sure. Everyone's looking for him and I mean everyone. Stuff like this doesn't happen----" Rich couldn't listen anymore as he dropped the cell phone from his paw and stared into space.

In a dark flash of light Rich felt himself being drawn back into the nightmare he had had and things began to rapidly make some sort of sense. But the logistics of it all was...

"Hello? Rich...? You there man?"

Shakily picking up the phone the Doberman rapid inhaled and exhaled before calming down and speaking up.

"Uhh...yeah I'm here man. Look I gotta go real fast okay?" Rich barely waited for a response as he hung up the phone and tossed it aside.

Now there are certain things in life one can ignore; such as someone getting beat up in an alleyway, someone getting robbed, a kid crying in a supermarket and so on. And then there are something's one can't avoid no matter how much they want to; a timid Doberman who could barely hurt a flea disappearing into thin air was one of them. Especially when one had a premonition about said event before or after it happens.

Rich had always been somewhat clairvoyant but this was taking things to the extreme. Knowing the lottery number, knowing about a test day before or even knowing about it raining three days in advance was okay or even acceptable, but this...

"What am I doing...? Kenneth's in trouble! But what the hell am I supposed to do about it?!" whether it was Fate or Destiny he wouldn't guess but Rich snapped his eyes closed as he concentrated on what he remembered from his dream and then opened his amber orbs to look into space once again.

Everything just came in a rush of pictures like in a old movie reel; slowly the events started out and then they rushed by like someone was skimming through the unnecessary bits to get to the climax. The one thing that kept during the whole movie no matter how fast or how slow it went was a particular face and the tortured feelings bleeding from said person's face.

Nodding to himself the nineteen year old Doberman walked to his dresser and grabbed his keys and wallet before ducking out of his room and out of his house to retrace the steps in his dream, or better to say Kenneth's nightmare. It would be easier to take his parents other car so the Dobie opened the garage door and thanked God for the second time today that his parents took their four door and not the jeep. It was easier to ride around in something that didn't seem like it would break down any minute plus the jeep didn't feel or seem so...old.

Taking the car keys from the hanging rack by the garage doors Rick Unlocked the red and black machine before hopping in and then he took off down the road to where everything had begun.

It was a short drive to the school and then to the neighborhood Kenneth lived in but nonetheless it took the chocolate furred Dobie a half hour to get there. Once at the sidewalk where the vision/dream began Rich stepped out of the Jeep and then...

"What the hell am I doing I need to be at the police station... Wait that's even stupider! What am I going to tell them?!"

*Hey officer you know that kid who's missing. Yeah well I had a dream that he was kidnapped by someone and taken I don't know where and hung up on a ceiling.*

"Yeah that'll be real good. Right before they put me in the nuthouse." Growling out loud Richard bent, on pure instinct, to the concrete and touched the spot where he/Kenneth had been kidnapped.

'It's still warm...that's weird...huh?!" Looking up the Doberman could almost swear he saw Kenneth and the guys who had taken him.

A large lion, a bulldog and someone else smoking a cigarette but had his face hidden in the van's shadow. The first two were trying to wrestle with the smaller Doberman and the little one gave them hell but eventually he was hit on the back of the head with the bulldog's fist and knocked out cold. The lion and bulldog hurled Kenneth into the van and then sped off into town.

Rich came back to himself in that instant and then had to run his hands over his face to stop himself from growling. Kenneth was someone who didn't fight out of habit, but Rich was glad that the younger Doberman took what he and Chris had taught him to heart and used it, and should 'never' be harassed because it pissed the older Dobie off so much when others took his innocence as weakness. Getting back into his jeep the canid sped off down the street mindless of the car tailing behind him.

During the drive down the lane Rich could swear that he saw the van that had taken Kenneth and followed be hind the phantom visage. The lights seemed to be all green and the Doberman kept up his steady pace while driving mindless that the car behind him was also keeping in step, but with him.

In the city Rich drove until he came to the docks and then made his way to an old warehouse way in the back that looked older than the rest of the buildings. Hitting the brakes the Doberman looked around and then closed his eyes again before opening them to see Kenneth being dragged out of the van to the building and the carried inside. He was naked as Rich had dreamed and the lion had slung the younger Doberman over his should like a bag of wheat.

The bulldog punched in a key code before saying something to his companion and the turning to look at the van. The mystery person inside shook his head before taking the van and driving off, all the while keeping his head down, as if he knew he was being watched by Rich. The other two shrugged and carried Kenneth inside before shutting the door but not before patting the dark furred Doberman's ass.

Rich snarled as he made his way to the door but a hand on his shoulder stopped his advance.

"Hold on there son." A quiet voice made Rich turn his head to see a human male and a lynx male standing behind him. Both wore dark clothes and had coats on like the police detectives of the late fifties.

"The fuzz arrives! Late as ever! Mind letting me go?" Rich jerked his shoulder from the human's hold and cocked his elbows before continuing his advance on the building.

"You won't save him going all gung ho and chargin' in there. You could be looking at ten or twenty against your one and what do you think will happen to him if you screw up?" the common sense tactic worked and stopped the Doberman cold but the glare on the teenager's face when he turned around to stare at the man was hotter than cool logic.

"Who the hell are you and what do you plan to do to help me if you have all the answers?" Rich crossed his arms in aggravation as he let his body language speak for the anger coursing through his system. Of course the fact that he wonder who this person was and how he knew about Kenneth circled his brain but that was unimportant compared to the younger canid's safety.

"You already called us out, kid, but anyway we're detectives O'Brian and Avery." The human flashed his gold shield while the lynx waved his paw in a casual manner and continued radioing for backup.

"Wonderful." Rich felt his hackles raise as he wanted to smack the human upside the face and go after Kenneth but kept himself rooted on spot.

"Heh...anyway. Your friend doesn't need any bravado but instead a lot of help and that attitude isn't going to give him any. If he's still alive than he needs attention and quick and the more time you waste getting smart with us the less chance he has." O'Brian pointed out the facts but that didn't stop Rich from baring his fangs at the human and snarling him down.

"Of course Kenneth's alive!" Rich felt hot white fear surge inside of his gut as the glaring fact that the little Dobie might already be dead but disbelief kept the fear in his heart from turning into anything else but a heated front.

O'Brian kept himself calm on the outside but his scent spiked with fear that made something feral in Rich howl.

'Stupid human, what's he know?!' Rich thought victorially at making the made flinch inwardly

"He's right kiddo. Isn't this about your friend and not who's the baddest ass around town?" the lynx had finished his call and back up was in route. He had seen all the gestures to symbolize an alpha canine who was staking territory and defused the situation before the canine acted rash, as was prone their nature.

'Dogs...' the lynx shook his head before smirking to himself

"Damn it! I don't want to sit around here waiting for you guys to come save the day. I..."

"...will wait here while we scope the place out. Think about this; your friend's life and health or your need to be tough? Should I finish for you?" O'Brian patted Rich's shoulder before waving Avery over and sneaking around to the back of the warehouse.

'Titch.' Rich sneered but kept himself grounded to the spot. Kenneth was more important after all.

'Damn it why'd it have to be him? I should have been me. I can handle whatever those guys could dish out...' In another flash of dark light Rich closed his eyes and another 'reel' passed before his eyes.

'What the hell...then that means that...?' Rich held his mental tongue, as he wouldn't speak about his latest 'vision', not yet...

It took some time but back up arrived and the officers had the place surrounded before the hour had passed. Doing whatever it is that they do to the men and women in blue organized themselves to go in when Rich had another spoke up...

"Hold it!" Everyone stopped to look at him

"The front door is wired to blow if you force it open. Used the key pad and open it."

"What's the code kid?" O'Brian waved off his coworkers concerns and listened to the Doberman

"6-8-9-4-3-2-9." The others looked at the teenager confusedly but after O'Brian's nod made one of the men punched in the number. The lock depressurized and a green light went off before the door opened.

The men and women rushed in and soon shots and barks/growls rang through the old building. Rich took a step towards the scene but O'Brian held him back with a firm shake of his head. The Dobie seethed but kept himself calm and watched with worried eyes as his friend's life hung in the hands and paws of these people.

It took about thirty minutes but soon officer were coming out with furs in handcuffs and blood soaked uniforms until one by one the remaining people inside were escorted out. Some were missing cubs that had been stolen from home, others who had come along willingly to this place, and those who had been drugged and force to come. However, Rich scanned the crowd and noted that Kenneth wasn't among the rest.

Bolting from Avery and O'Brian the Doberman ran into the warehouse and sniffed around for his fellow canine's scent. When the normal method didn't work Ken returned to tried and true habits. Kneeling on the ground the chocolate furred Dobie closed his eyes and then opened them.

Another movie reel had Rich racing up the stairs and when the Doberman was at the top floor of the building he padded around until he found a hidden row of rooms. Barking to Avery and O'Brian to get upstairs, the two officers ran up the long rickety flight of stairs followed by three others who watched as Rich kicked one of the doors in and entered the room. When he got inside Richard stopped dead at the picture before him.

On the bed with a blindfold on and a lion balls deep into him was Kenneth crying while the man continued thrusting and growling over the teenage Dobie. The male lion looked over just in time to see a fist crash into his face and break his nose before Rich jumped on the man and beat him nearly to death. A long growl was what it took to shake the officers from the sight before them and move to the snarling and salivating Doberman.

It took a combined four officers to drag the enraged Doberman off of the lion but once they had finally done so two others gathered up the broken and beaten lion and carted him off in cuffs.

"Settle down kid."

"He's alright."

"It's okay now."

"Shhhh...."

The officers still holding Richard down calmed the nineteen year old down before letting him up of the floor where they had restrained him. Rich wiped his muzzle of his saliva and the lion's blood before he slowly walked over to his friend. Surveying the damage Rich make note of every scare, bloody tuft of fur, and white stain on Kenneth's body and made the older Doberman wish he had killed the fucker. Reaching out to the black furred Doberman, Rich took off the blindfold and looked into dark tear streaked eyes.

"R-Rich..." Kenneth whimpered.

"Hey, it's okay. I'm here now Ken." The older Dobie hugged his friend tight to his chest and untied the bindings keeping the seventeen year old held down. The younger male cried as he whined and hung onto Rich while murmuring over and over...

"Please don't let them hurt me any more Rich. I'll be good. Just please no more. I'll be a good boy." The seventeen year old kept up his murmurs until Rich hefted him into his arms and carried him out of the room pass the four officers and down to where paramedics were waiting.

Putting the other onto a stretcher no one argued when Rich hopped in back of the medical vehicle and everyone rode off to the hospital.
